Dear Sir/Madam,
I have book my airway ticket through your website under BOOKING ID NN2S8ET6JFWMRKW3868.
I book for Mumbai to Paris return flight ticket in Air India. Booking PNR no with Air India was PNR 5J47KY.
Mumbai to Paris (France) was on 21st May 2023 & Return Flight was on 3rd June 2023.
There were 2 passengers, me & my sister. On 2nd June 2023, we tried to reschedule my return flight from Paris to Mumbai but was not able to do through your website or mobile app. whenever we tried to go into change flight timing the website or mobile app displayed error message. Try to call from Paris to help nos but it was also not work out.
After spending 4 hours for it, we have to purchase fresh ticket from another airlines websites and reschedule our return journey.
so we did not use our return journey ticket. we want refund for the same.
Kindly do the same at earliest

    We had made a booking of tickets from Madgao (goa) to Itarsi, under makemytrip trip guarantee scheme but my tickets were ended up waitlisted at the very last moment. MMT shared a refund voucher with us, but the voucher is not working at all.
    MMT did fraud with us.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I am writing regarding my recent booking with MakeMyTrip for a journey that included both an outward and an inward flight. I am deeply disappointed to inform you that the airline has canceled my outward flight, making it impossible for me to take the scheduled return flight. Despite my best efforts to resolve this issue, I have been unable to receive a refund from your company. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly and ensuring that I receive the refund I am entitled to.

      Outward Flight: AI-403(Flight got cancelled by Airline) - Delhi To Rajkot on 16th Jun Inward Flight: AI-404 - Rajkot To Delhi on 18th Jun
      On 01st June, I made a booking through MakeMyTrip for my journey, which included both the outward and inward flights mentioned above. I trusted your company to handle my travel arrangements and relied on your services to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. However, I was notified by the airline on 15th June that my outward flight has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

      Following the cancellation, I contacted the airline to explore possible alternatives or obtain a refund for my outward and inward flights. To my dismay, they informed me that as I had booked my journey through MakeMyTrip, I should approach your company directly for a refund. I raised a refund for my outward canceled flight(AI-403) and subsequently reached out to your customer service department to request assistance and a refund for the unused portion of my ticket. The customer representative told that both journeys have been booked under different PNR which is why we are not able to issue a complete refund for a return ticket. Now is it my problem? As I don't know how this PNR generation process works and I have done booking under one booking ID so it makes intuitive sense if my outward journey has been canceled then the inward journey should also be canceled and I should get the total refund.

      However, I regret to inform you that I have encountered significant difficulty in obtaining a refund from MakeMyTrip. Your representatives have cited various reasons for refusing my request, including non-refundable policies and limitations imposed by the airline. When I was discussing this with him, he put me on mute for several minutes and then hung up on me. As a customer, I believe it is unfair to bear the financial burden of a canceled flight that was out of my control. I kindly request that you reconsider your stance on this matter and provide the appropriate refund for my complete journey.
      I would like to draw your attention to the fact that as a reputable travel agency, MakeMyTrip has an obligation to ensure customer satisfaction and fair treatment. I have been a loyal customer of your company for several years, and I have always trusted MakeMyTrip to prioritize customer well-being and provide reliable services. However, the current situation has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

      In light of the circumstances, I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this matter by providing a refund for my complete journey. I understand that certain terms and conditions may apply, but I believe that a fair and just solution can be reached. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.

      Should my concerns not be addressed satisfactorily, I regret to inform you that I may have no choice but to escalate this matter further, including filing a complaint with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and sharing my experience with fellow travelers on various online platforms. However, I genuinely hope that we can resolve this matter amicably, without resorting to such measures.

      Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that MakeMyTrip will uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction and take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly. I look forward to receiving a favorable response from your company and resolving this matter amicably.

        I had made a booking with booking ID NH[protected] on 13 June 2023 which did not get confirmed due to payment showing incomplete. However, my bank account got debited and I called bank's customer care as well who confirmed that the payment has been made to make my trip for booking the hotel.
        I have also raised service request for refund on make my trip with Request ID :[protected], however no response is received yet.

        I am calling customer care again and again but unable to speak to a representative.

          I published a hotel review on make my trip by mistake and now this review can’t be deleted. Even after calling customer care they said it isn’t possible from my or their end. This is totally unacceptable from a renowned business site like make my trip. Kindly help me and take the required action.
          I need it to get it resolved immediately on urgent basis.

                My recent booking from MMT was denied due the hotel renovation and same was was explained multiple time from customer care representative and they promised my refund as earliest possible and still the amount was not returned to my account.
                I have tried enough to get my refund amount past one month and still the process getting dead slow 🐌.

                  I booked a holiday package through MakeMyTrip. But later I cancelled it. They told me via mail that remaining amount INR 45000/- after cancellation charge will credited to your account within 7 - 12 business days. But till now amount is not refund. Even cancellation charges deducted from the amount thats what to be refund amount showing. But when that to be will happen only God knows. No satisfactory answer from them when I am approaching them. So many tickets/complaints registered regarding the same. MakeMyTrip is simply looting customers.
                  I will request take some strict action against MakeMyTrip as it seems looting customers is in MakeMyTrip's DNA now.

                    There was a booking with the details

                    PNR - LC1J4A
                    amounting to INR 12, 621. The airlines has cancelled the flight which caused me lot of trouble and lot of extra expense. And after a month also I didn't get my refund. And all my conversations with makemytrip are draining and not useful.

                    Being a mediator, MakemyTrip is just minting money and not taking any responsibility. Is this the experience we wanted to give to customers? Is this the business model India is encouraging?

                      Booking : Goa to mumbai (Spicejet) for 12th June 2023.

                      Complaint : Flight the spice jet flight was delayed by 7 hrs, then it was cancelled.

                      I had paid Rs. 3625 in total for the ticket.
                      Refund received : Rs. 3091
                      They didn't give the MMT convenience fees of Rs.309.
                      Then the remaining rs. 225 I don't know why it's not received (which was paid for locking the price)

                      It's not customer's fault for the flight getting cancelled, why should I receive less amount.

                      MMT convenience fees is charged as a commission, but the service was not received for it, so why is MMT not refunding that amount.
                      The remaining Rs. 215 was paid for locking the price, for which service was not received.

                      Kindly refund the remaining balance. That is rs. 534 (rs.3625 - rs.3091)

                      The worst things is MMT customer service, they have an IVR customer service, which is automated and directs you to the app, and we can't communicate with an actual person for any query.

                        Make My Trip Credit note not fulfilled.

                        I had booked a holiday package (Booking ID - NH[protected]) from MMT but we were unable to aboard the flight beacuse of an unexpected passport issue, meanwhile although we requested for a refund. They did not agree stating that it is a non refundable package. However a credit note has been given from MMT mentioning that we can reschedule our holiday anytime before October 31st 2023 since the refund cannot be escalated. Hence we came up...

                        I had a flight booked on 2nd May from Srinagar to Bangaluru. It got cancelled. The PNR number of flight was GDZ6QN. The flight was Go FIrst. I received mail from them(Go First) that they initiated the refund to the service provider(MakeMyTrip) that i booked from but the refund from make my trip is still pending.

                          MakeMyTrip / Gift Card Gift card balance is showing zero

                          I purchased two gift cards from MMT on 16th Feb 2023 and when I tried to use it for a booking a flight ticket it is showing available gift card balance is zero.

                          I sent my issue to MakeMyTrip support email which are mentioned in their website https://www.makemytrip.com/gift-cards/
                          [protected]@giftbig.com and [protected]@makemytrip.com on 29th April 2023 and 16th May 2023 respectively, I didn't received any response from those emails.br...

                          I had booked a bus on 5 June 2023, but instead of the pick point where it should be, you gave it somewhere else (it's Kaptanganj(Basti) UP not Kaptanganj (Azamgarh) UP, so i'll trying to reach support on phone or other online system but your support not giving me any solution for this,

                          Due to which I have suffered a lot, I again booked another bus, it's your system's fault so please refund my money, otherwise I will take legal action against your company.

                            After struggling more than 5 months with MMT, this is most unacceptable and insulting for me as a customer where you guys have closed my customer care ticket as well as Indian consumer complaints forum:(:(

                            Is it the way MMT treat its customer and resolve the complaints?
                            MMT offered me cancellation of 1 passenger in my ticket where I claimed all 4 passengers refund with the mental torture i had and unacceptable time wasted in calls and mails
                            it can be seen in my mail chain which is more than 40 in numbers

                            Even if MMT disagree with my proposal, there are ways of discussing and close ticket accordingly

                            With disappointment even in this forum, i am forced to explore options of private advocate form India sitting in Dubai to present my case:(:(
                            Is it the way we accept our service industry to work

                            Over and above that, MMT has not appointed any Grievance officer, there is no customer support mail escalation...not sorry to say but this is WORST EVER EXPERIENCE from any service provider in industry

                              Booking id and all details and evidence have been attached below.
                              I booked a bus through make my trip app .
                              Journey date - 2nd June 2023
                              Bhopal - Mumbai
                              On 29th May, I checked the app to see the details and found a pop up message from the company that my bus has been cancelled by the operator - claim refund. ( Evidence of the message from mmt attached)
                              I claimed for a refund on 29th June ( evidence attached)
                              Till date it's still showing refund claim processing on the app.
                              On 2nd june I get a call from driver that bus is waiting for me at the pickup location and my booking is still active. I informed them about my situation and they told me they haven't received any such thing from make my trip.
                              Today, upon mailing and calling customer support team I get a response that my claim refund has been declined as bus wasn't cancelled. I have clear evidence for the same. I had to appear for an interview on 3rd June and because o[censored]rgency I had to book a flight for the same. And now these people are saying they can't refund when clearly it's their fault. Please help me with the same as I can't let my hard earned money go to waste.

                                I had booked for a 6D/5N trip with MMT for Leh on 10/Jun/23. as per the Iterinary they had booked the flight ticket for Delhi to Leh through GoFirst. now since the flights are cancelled, they asked me to get to Leh on our own. As we know, this being the tourist season and any tickets on last minute will cost a lot, it happened to me. the tickets will cost around 55K for two people up and down. The MMT is saying that they will not refund anything, as this as per the T&C. i feel that this is a pure way of cheating the customers and making money. If go to reschedule, then also i have a big expense around 50K, including rescheduling chgs, fare difference and revised package expenses. We as customer feel that we are helpless, as they have included the 'Force Majeure' clause, which will protect them from all such genuine claims. So next time onwards, i had learnt a lesson. never to trust these online aggregators. Plan on your own and if any issues, we dont have to blame anyone for this. Trusting these online aggregators is a highly risky business, which all travellers should avoid.

                                  I booked one flight ticket on Go FIrst on 7/5/23 for Port Blair to Chennai and PNR NO. T7CU4P. That flight was cancelled. So I Cancelled ticket. I received mail from GO air refund team as
                                  Dear Smart Flyer,

                                  This is with regards to your reservation with Go First of PNR T7CU4P. The applicable refund of INR 9653 has been processed to the same mode of payment as follows:

                                  If paid via net banking / debit card, the same shall reflect in your account within seven days
                                  If paid via credit card, the same shall be credited to your credit card account
                                  If paid via travel websites/ travel agent, the same shall be refunded to the travel agent within three working days who will process it to you, request you to please contact them directly

                                  And I cancelled in Makemytrip also and received message as
                                  Booking for Palanimurugan C was cancelled. We will initiate the refund as soon as we receive the amount from airline in our bank account.

                                    This is in context to a trip scheduled with MMT (booking ID NL[protected] for North East India. I wanted to share that this has been the worst experience I have ever had in terms of hospitality. There have been numerous instances where we felt we have been duped of money. I want to share some of these instances so that it can be brought to immediate notice.

                                    1. Hotel rooms : The hotel room that had been booked as a part of the package in Shillong was not even accommodating for a family of 3. While booking it was clearly mentioned that we were 4 people in number. Somehow we managed to stay in the same room. The Hotel room arrangement in Guwahati was even smaller and even more cramped up. After a long and tiring day, the least we expected was a room that had space for a family of 4. Unfortunately the rooms throughout were a huge disappointment. I am attaching pictures of the accommodation.

                                    2. Jeep Safari : It is clearly mentioned in the package that there is Jeep safari and elephant safari included. Elephant safari was excluded at the last moment before the trip started citing monsoon as the reason. We were looking forward to the Jeep safari but when we got to Kaziranga, we learned, to our shock and utter disappointment, that the Jeep safari too was cancelled due to weather. At the time of booking, it was promised to us that the Jeep safari would be on track. We even called support and asked them why this was not shared at the time of booking but we got 0 response and support from the MMT team. What is the point of visiting Kaziranga without any of the Safari plans included?
                                    I would to initiate a refund of 45000 INR to source for the Kaziranga debacle
