I booked return flights from New Delhi to Leh in May 2023 through Make My Trip but couple of days before the flight, the flights were cancelled from the airline due to operational issue and I submitted refund request on Make my Trip. The refund request were accepted and but it's been more than 21 days that I've not received my refund. There is no further communication from Make my Trip and no update on it as well. Please help me get my refund at the earliest. Thank You!

    I had booked the Ladakh package on 1st May after paying 15000 as advance payment. But due to Go Air flights issue asked the company to either change the flights or cancel the package or change the package to another location on 2nd May itself. Even after numerous follow-ups no response received from MMT. At last on 4th I got response that money will be adjusted to new package. But on 5th I got the message that 8K will be deducted even I cancel or change the package. So I decided to cancel the package. ( same was mentioned in T&C). I got confirmation for cancellation on 5th itself. But even after 21 days neither I have received mt refund nor any proper confirmation on date when will I get the same, As this was not customer fault but flight operator issue, company should have refunded the whole amount but instead company has not refunded any amount till now with poor communication

      Booking Id- NL[protected].

      I'm not happy with package curated by agent Vinita Khurana, which was misleading, wrong informative and costs me around 12, 000/-.

      I told to agent to curate a package for 1 Infant and 4 Adult traveler, instead she curated 1 Child and 4 Adult. Adding 1 Child instead of Infant passenger costs me high air fair.

      As I believe blindly on MakeMyTrip agent curated as I told, I didn't check the details, but when I got mails that seat allotted to Infant which is not possible, I investigate the package where I saw that curator did mistake by making Infant traveler to Child.

      I want my money back in cash.

          I recently got a 3x refund for cancellation of my train ticket. In order to this, i received Rs.6000 travel voucher which is to be used in 7 days. And now I'm booking a train ticket but i am not being able to use the travel voucher, it shows "Sorry! promocode used is not applicable at this moment".

            I am physical disabled.

            In regards to our travel plan for Greece which was scheduled from 12th June2022. But the same had to be canceled due to a long delay in the VISA approval.
            Here we would like to bring to your notice, that MMT travel agent has canceled all the bookings. However, the concern is we weren't been informed prior that the payment will not be refunded in this type of situation, and we do not see any of these terms in your policy as well. I am trying to contact the travel agent (Mr. Pankaj) daily for a refund but he denies stating it's not refundable for all the bookings. I feel helpless and cheated,

              I booked Bus ticket for Pindwara to Ahmedabad PNR 68QXG4GE, ID NU[protected] on 15th may. Bus didn't arrived even after 6 hours of pick up time. Operator said that bus is brekdown and will not come.So i decided to go with other option. I raised issue for same and still date I hav not received refund. Kalpana travel agencies.

                I had a book at heritage group of house boat Srinagar from MakeMyTrip App on 4th of May, costing me RS 20709. When we (family) went there, it was totally different from what they have shown in the picture and has no amenities mentioned on the mmt app. So, we moved away to another hotel and didn’t check in to heritage group of house boat. I raised refund request on 4th May 23 at 1:30PM itself. It now have not received my money back after getting cheated by MakeMyTrip.
                Later, I saw reviews regarding the property, so many people had stated the same that pictures uploaded are different than what actually the property is at the location.
                Also, after communicating with mmt agent, I got to know that property owner does have GST registration. Which makes it illegal in itself. I have all the pictures & videos which I have already sent to mmt multiple time and have not got my money back.
                MakeMyTrip is looting people and promoting this fraudulent activity by showing false images and making fake promises regarding services available at the location on their app and taking people’s money. It has been more than 20 days, I have not received my money. This fraud should be stopped as soon as possible.

                  Make my trip is sending me an email with this details

                  Kindly help me for the following issue resolving it's been more than 20days i haven't got any refund amount

                  Once the airline approves your claim, we will process your refund.

                    I booked a bus on 10th may 2023 when i reached bus stand before schedule departure time but Bus contractor told me no bus is there. you have wrong booking so i return back to my home and tried for refund and rise the issue but no response till now . I need my money back. Plz investigate and let me know any issue regarding refund. no live agent and proper customer care support in makemytrip india. very sad

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with MakeMyTrip regarding a recent incident involving the 3x refund promise. I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention and express my concerns regarding what appears to be a scam.

                        On 18/05/23, I booked a train ticket through the MakeMyTrip platform. During the booking process, it was mentioned that if my train ticket was not successfully booked, I would be eligible for a 3x refund. However, upon experiencing an issue, I found that the promised refund was not provided, despite adhering to the terms and conditions.

                        I was provided with a 3000 RS Voucher but it is not working. I paid 500 extra for the trip guarantee service which too got deducted. This is a clear scam.

                        I have made several attempts to contact your customer care representatives to resolve this matter and obtain the refund as promised. Still, regrettably, my concerns have been met with inadequate responses or evasive tactics.

                          My name is bishal from dibrugarh assam 14 may 2023 I booked a hotel Sapphire Suites through my credit card in kolkata india but due to cyclone my flight got cancelled at Andaman at the same time I had informed to hotel authority that I can come today as my flight got cancelled and told me inform to MMT and after the long conversation MMT reschedule my hotel booking to 15 may 2023 and on the other day after my arrival to kolkata I went to hotel my OLA car at a rent of 900/rs appx for one side and after reaching to the hotel . Hotel denied for the stay i and my wait in this hotel for 3 hours as customer care executive are taking with the hotel and there higher authority still they won’t give me room I fell very ashemed near hotel guest and my wife .
                          So required the refund of hotel booking, Ola car rent, my credit card interest .

                            I was booking a train ticket from delhi to trivandrum on 19th may and it cancelled because of the lack of available seat. But that booking was under trip guarantee and i got a voucher code. And i tried to apply it on flight ticket on 26th may 2023 but it shows an error this promocode is not applied the moment. I lock a price and it ends today 3pm. Flight price go high. So do the need ful.

                              Despite reaching out in mobile app, i wanted you to inform you that my amount deducted on a failed flight ticket is not yet refunded to me.Hence wanted you to guide me the procedure, what i can do next to get my hard earned 18000 rupees back. and in the app i have raised the query and about 24hrs they simply deleted the query after not responding to it.below attached some screenshot which act as a proof for the same incident

                                Sending you this email for cancellation and refund of my ticket.

                                Today evening when I went to the airport to board my flight AIR INDIA refused me to board the flight stating that the name of my passport is mentioned Sandeep Kaur and on the ticket it says Sandeep Kaur Gill and so that is a miss match and AIR INDIA can’t make any changes on the name and will have to ask the service provider to amend the changes for correction of name.
                                It’s been over 3 hours that I tried reaching makemytrip customer care number for UAE and got no success to connect to any one.

                                It’s been a very unpleasant experience from Makemytrip customer care in an emergency situation and that I have been traveling to Dubai with the same name since the time I have been married and even my last trip with AIR INDIA on the 21st of April was with the same name.

                                I got the massage from the management supervisor on the floor that India immigration have changed their rules and if there is a mismatch in the name Indian immigration will depot me. Just to clarify I travelled with the same name ticket from India on the 21st of April and there was no issue as such and again it was AIR INDIA.

                                MY QUESTION IS IF I AM AN INDIAN CITIZEN, RESIDING IN INDIA, TRAVELLING ON A TOURIST VISA TO VISIT MY HUSBAND WHO WORKS IN DUBAI WHERE WILL THE INDIAN IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT DEPOT ME ? Had that this would have been the case me travelling from Mumbai to Dubai I could have understood that Dubai immigration could have done that.

                                Request you to cancel my ticket and initiate a refund in this case as your online platform has not been allowing me to cancel the ticket and ask me to speak with customer care which is useless.

                                  I booked 2 two way tickets from Hyderabad to Montreal(Canada) via London(HEATHROW) for 4, 91, 368 rupees with booking id:NN2F1DUBN8BZ6V288313, ETICKET numbers:125-[protected] and 125-[protected], PNR number is NDNMYM. The onward journey is on 9th July 2022, and the return journey is on 12th Jan 2023. The return journey flight is delayed by more than 24 hours so after much consultation with the make my trip call center, we were told that we will get full refund as per the British airways policy. So we went ahead and cancelled the flight on 7th Jan 2023.The refund is processed on 18th Febrauary after our repeated calling again and the refund amount issued is ₹48554. We lost lot of money because of wrong guidance.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    Its regarding our above Booking ID dated 09/03/2023 for our Honeymoon trip to Maldives from 15/05/2023 to 19/05/2023.

                                    On 14/05/2023, we have received confirmation email from Makemytrip about our trip along with detailed itinerary and to do list.
                                    When we reached Mumbai Airport today, to our shock, it had been informed by Air India authorities that Flight No. AI-267 (From Mumbai to Male) had been terminated.
                                    Makemytrip never informed about the termination of Flight No. AI-267 and respective return Flight AI-268 (Male to Mumbai). Instead, you have sent us confirmation / reminder mail dated 14/05/2023 for our forthcoming trip.
                                    It’s really unfortunate for us to spend our valuable time in travelling all the way to airport, at airport enquiring about our flight with Air India officials, later wasting our time trying to contact the booking in charge, who never responded.
                                    Later, we spoke to your customer care executives, we had been given the choice of alternate flight for 16/05/2023 as well as early return flight on 19/052023 OR to cancel our booking.
                                    Finally, we had to sacrifice our honeymoon by one day not intending to spoil anymore further.
                                    You have hampered spoilt our honeymoon mood which is once in anyone’s lifetime. We were anxiously looking for our joyous trip. Moreover, instead of providing alternate arrangements, you have further hurt our sentiment.

                                    In this regard, we seek explanation from Makemytrip on the following.

                                    1. As per Air India officials, they have communicated to you regarding termination of flight. Why it had not been communicated to us by you in advance?
                                    2. Why did you send email dated 14/05/2023 regarding confirmation of today’s trip?
                                    3. Why there is no timely support from your end?
                                    4. Instead of booking return trip on 20/05/2023 instead of 19/05/2023 due to the delay in our trip to Male by one day, why you are offering us shorter trip due to your fault?
                                    We seek your reply immediately.

                                      I have booked a holiday package with MMT. ( Booking IDNL[protected] This package comprises flights, hotels, road transfer etc. 100% payment is made by me.
                                      Now MMT is saying that GO First airline has some issue, so we can provide flights for this holiday package and asked me to make my flight arrangements. When I booked the package, its whole and sole responsibility of MMT to handle it end to end. As everything is booked by MMT, now they have to arrange flights for me for this holiday package. If MMT is not ready to do that, I need my 100% money refunded.

                                      Either MMT should book my flight tickets OR refund my 100% amount.
