The flight Pune-Nagpur booking id NF[protected] booked via email-id suruchi.[protected]@gmail.com was cancelled on 25th May 2021 hence the airline refunded the amount of Rs.4173 to MMT. It is not refunded to my bank nor it is relected in my wallet.

    Apart from repeated complaints Make my trip is not refunding our money. Air India has already refunded our money to make my trip on 3rd February 2021. Even though make my trip is not refunding our money.

      I tried booking a hotel through make my trip app on android and after making the payment from my credit card the amount got deducted but no bookings happened.

        On 4th July 2021 I was booking delhi mumbai flight from MakeMyTrip app. I use UPI payment gateway. It failed to booked tickets but deducted amount from bank. I tried to call customer care but there is no way option for failed booked payment refund. So I mailed to MakeMyTrip Id ([protected]@makemytrip.com, [protected]@makemeytrip.com, [protected]@makemytrip.com ). It response

        There is no way to directly any person for failed booked payment refund matter. I got sms deducted amount from bank.

          Have been a MMT customer for more than 10 years and the experience has always been great. However, last one year of follow up with MMT has really left me disappointed.
          I had 2 bookings made at Makemytrip for travel in March 2020 with trip IDs NF[protected] for GoAir flight booking from Mumbai to Goa for 4 passengers spending Rs.10392 and NF[protected] for Air India flight booking from Mumbai to Goa for 3 passengers spending Rs.4142.
          Due to Covid, the flights did not operate and I understand the refund has been issued by the respective airlines to MMT. However MMT is not following the due diligence in crediting the amount back to the customers.
          I have been following up and lodged several complaints with MMT in the app or email with no response whatsoever until early this year. Around March 2021, they responded saying the refund is processed in the wallet which did show up. There was an option to transfer the money to original payment mode which I opted for, but it seems according to MMT, there is a "Technical" error due to which the payment could not be processed. There was an option to provide bank details which I opted, but to complete the same, we have to input an OTP which is never received or may be MMT doesn't send it at all. I tried this for about 2 months.
          Lastly as I was not getting OTP again, used the option to transfer the wallet amount to original payment mode. This time the money went from my wallet, but it never reached my account. It is more than one and half month, every complaint registered by me is closed by MMT without any response.
          MMT is available for taking fresh bookings, but their customer care team is not available to respond to queries like this.
          I really feel MMT should do something and revert.

            There is no response from the company. There is no way to contact them, I lost money from my account twice for a single booking

              Spice jet Air line cancelled the flight . Refund has processed but it is not received to me as well as not showing in my wallet. Please help us to get my refund immediately. when I checked, I always received following message;

                      Me and My Husband's Trip Which Was Supposed To Take Place On May 2020, Got Cancelled Due To The Pandemic. Since Then We Have Been Following Up With Malindo Airlines And MakeMyTrip For Our Refund. Its Been More Than A Year Now And These Companies Are Playing The Blame Game. Malindo Asks Us To Get In Touch With MMT And MMT Says Refund Is Pending With MA. We Are Sick And Tired Of Begging For Our Own Money. The Customer Service Of Both Companies Are Pathetic And We Have Not Been Provided Any Resolution So Far. We have reached out to both companies million times and they just keep saying they will get back to us, They never do! Now they have stopped taking our calls and responding to our emails.

                        I had booked a ticket through makemytrip and flight was not operational due to Covid 19 and the refund amount should credit to my account but still it is not reflecting in my account.

                        . As per makemytrip refund status it is showing refund processed and reflected into the account by 10-17 Dec'20, which is already passed and refund is still pending .
                        and it is confirmed with hdfc bank that the mentioned RRN number[protected] for amount RS7474/- credited to the merchant account i.e makemytrip account not in my account from which the booking was done.

                              Dear sir /madam

                              i am writing this letter to enquire about the refund status of indigo flight .( NN[protected] and NN[protected]. the flight was canceled by airlines on 6th may 2021 and 13 may 2021.i talked with the indigo airline customer care and hence the cancellation was confirmed and the initiation of refund process was started on the same day .however, i have not yet received the amount(23, 462 for NN[protected] and 2, 381 for NF[protected] ) on my m.m.t wallet . it shows 0 money. i contacted customer care and they have said to contact you as they have already refunded the amount to you .i have been trying to contact make my trip for more than one month. but they don't show any response towards my mail and call. multiple attempts to register complain with customer care all is waste. make my trip has given 3rd class service. highly disappointed with @make my trip for doing this .if this situation continues, then i will not be able to continue further. solved my problems and call me in this no. [protected].

                              shame on you gys .aap log abhi tak mere wallet me refund ammount nahi transfer kie hai .mujhe complain kie 5 days ho chuke hai .agr baat 1 k ki hoti to samjh ata hai but tumne to mere pure 23, 462 rupee ek booking ka or another amount is 2381rupee .kha liye hai esa kon karta hai bhai .hamne itne trust ke sath hamesha apke site se hi sab booking ka kaam karte hai but aap logo ko to koi mtlb hi nahi hai cutomer se .kisi rahul tripathi ka mmt ke site sebas ek mail ata hai ki hamne apka complain accept kar lia hai .for further process need ur number but no. dene ke baad bhi koi reply nahi ata hai .kya hai yaar ye aap log bas sabhiko bas cheat karke hi paise earn karte hai .so disappointed from u.

                                  I had booked a cab from Kolkata to Bolpur on 19th June 2021, booking id:
                                  NC[protected]

                                  The cab driver was very rude in his behavior and denied that he represents MMT. He said that he is only representing his company ( some local car vendor).. Immediately on boarding he asked me to pay toll charges of Rs. 270/- although the actual toll ( one way) is Rs. 170/- only. I had to get dropped in between on the way and my family was to travel to teh last destination. He said that I have to pay Rs. 150/- extra just from dropping on the way . When I asked him to show document that specifies such demand, he could not show anything. He threatened to stop the car and not move further till I agreed and paid what he was demanding. I had paid 100% in advance and had my family with me - so I had no option but to agree to his unjustified demands. When I asked him for a receipt for the cash paid by me, he denied.

                                  I am sure these demands are not as per MMT guidelines but these local vendors are just forcing passengers to agree to their terms. This is creating a very bad name for MMT with no option to do anything under such circumstances.

                                  I hope this will be addressed so that necessary message is passed on to the travel vendor who sent the car to me and they are taken to task for such illegal actions.

                                    Hello,

                                    I had chosen Manali package of worth of 37K win last year i.e. March 2020 but due to Pandemic situation trip got cancelled. So as per policy I had 2 option 1. Postponed plan for 2021 2. Refund with some deduction.

                                    Considering overall situation I selected second option. Now Go-India Flight has returned amount to MMT but MMT is not returning to me even after multiple follow-ups and I have proof from GO-India that they have transferred amount to MMT account.

                                      I booked two air tickets from Delhi to Bagdogra on Indigo Airlines flight 6E-5023 from MMT on 26.06.2021. On 29.06.2021, Indigo Airlines cancelled the flight and the same caused me a lots of trouble as well as financial loss. Then on the same day I contacted MMT Customer support agent for refund and I was clearly informed that I will get full refund including MMT Convenience Fee as flight has been cancelled by the airline. But I got the message that the refund amount is Rs. 8959. But it should be Rs. 9587. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
