I had cancelled the ticket directly with airline(SPICEJET) on April 30, 2021 due to repeated rescheduling, cancellation and delay of the flight for operational reason & regulatory directions. MMT unilaterally processed refund on May o1, 2021 after deducting INR 3640/- as Airline Cancellation Fee and INR 480/- as MMT Convenience Fee and paid me back INR 526/-.
The airline line vide their letter dated May 11, 2021 acknowledged the flight revision & agreed to initiate the refund. The airline further vide letter dated June 16, 2021 confirmed refund of INR 954/- on April 30, 2021 and INR 3640/- on June 07, 2021 for this PNR : RES9WD. They asked me to contact the booking agency (i.e. MMT in my case) for refund.
Hence, an amount of INR 954/- + INR 3640/- (REFUNDED BY SPICEJET) + INR 480/-(DEDUCTED BY MMT AS CONVENIENCE FEE) - INR 526/-(REFUNDED TO ME BY MMT) i.e. INR 4548/- is payable to me by MMT.
As of now, I have not got the refund in spite of confirmation given by SPICEJET on refund of payment to MMT.
MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by sudeb1 Customer Support, MakeMyTrip has not yet contacted me as on 26th July, 2021. Looks like, they are indifferent on the issue.
