Been trying to get refund from them cannot email or phone wrong emails automated phones looks like there a bunch of ###.
spice jet have agreed to the refund but unable to conact the crap company that is make my trip

Sir i booked train ticket through make my trip from katpadi to trivandram and return from trivandrum to katpadi. Two way 1 ticket has been cancel refund also initiated but not yet received. Pls find below booking and refund details.

Hi, Make my trip has a sneaky way of registering new people browsing their website and not giving them a change to change or delete their account afterwards. I accidentally created the account like many others and now want it deleted with the Data gone but After emails to their [protected]@makemyrrip.com - no response! I have booked flight ticket for 11th of july 2021 from makemytrip. my amount for the flight ticket Rs.7041 has been deducted but i couldnt find my ticket in makemytrip nor i didnt receive any msg regarding tickets.

Haven't got credit shell refund for my booking reference NF[protected]. There is no way to reach their customer service.

I have booked flight but incorrect information provided by team about RTPCR test which is not at all required. I have already placed request for refund which is not happening

The flight Pune-Nagpur booking id NF[protected] booked via email-id suruchi.[protected]@gmail.com was cancelled on 25th May 2021 hence the airline refunded the amount of Rs.4173 to MMT. It is not refunded to my bank nor it is relected in my wallet.

Apart from repeated complaints Make my trip is not refunding our money. Air India has already refunded our money to make my trip on 3rd February 2021. Even though make my trip is not refunding our money.

I tried booking a hotel through make my trip app on android and after making the payment from my credit card the amount got deducted but no bookings happened.

On 4th July 2021 I was booking delhi mumbai flight from MakeMyTrip app. I use UPI payment gateway. It failed to booked tickets but deducted amount from bank. I tried to call customer care but there is no way option for failed booked payment refund. There is no way to directly any person for failed booked payment refund matter. I got sms deducted amount from bank.

Have been a MMT customer for more than 10 years and the experience has always been great. However, last one year of follow up with MMT has really left me disappointed.
I had 2 bookings made at Makemytrip for travel in March 2020 with trip IDs NF[protected] for GoAir flight booking from Mumbai to Goa for 4 passengers spending Rs.10392 and NF[protected] for Air India flight booking from Mumbai to Goa for 3 passengers spending Rs.4142.
Due to Covid, the flights did not operate and I understand the refund has been issued by the respective airlines to MMT. However MMT is not following the due diligence in crediting the amount back to the customers.
I have been following up and lodged several complaints with MMT in the app or email with no response whatsoever until early this year. Around March 2021, they responded saying the refund is processed in the wallet which did show up. There was an option to transfer the money to original payment mode which I opted for, but it seems according to MMT, there is a "Technical" error due to which the payment could not be processed. There was an option to provide bank details which I opted, but to complete the same, we have to input an OTP which is never received or may be MMT doesn't send it at all. I tried this for about 2 months.
Lastly as I was not getting OTP again, used the option to transfer the wallet amount to original payment mode. This time the money went from my wallet, but it never reached my account. It is more than one and half month, every complaint registered by me is closed by MMT without any response.
MMT is available for taking fresh bookings, but their customer care team is not available to respond to queries like this.
I really feel MMT should do something and revert.

There is no response from the company. There is no way to contact them, I lost money from my account twice for a single booking

Spice jet Air line cancelled the flight . Refund has processed but it is not received to me as well as not showing in my wallet. Please help us to get my refund immediately. when I checked, I always received following message;

I try to book train ticket In make my trip application using UPI money method then, debited from my account ticket failed no notification in make my trip application.the money Is transfer to
UPI/[protected].
This type of issues may be ur app cannot survive in public take action immediately.

Flight ticket was cancelled by airline and makemytrip shows amount was transferred wallet available with Email ID.
The same is not reflecting of wallet money or bank account.
Tried to contact over email but not getting connected with team.
