Account debited twice for the same amount

Hi my account has been debited twice for the amount of 467/- The tickets to Tatanagar to howrah is done but I need the refund for one charge.I can show you the proof that it's been debited twice and it's still under processing. I need my refund for one charge that has been debited extra.

Account Debited Twice

When i was booking Train ticket From Bhuvneshwar to Fatehpur 15 Jan 2021 my Hdfc acc have been debited twice for amount 1613 rupees And there is no way to contact MMt customer care such a useless App without any customer support . please help me out

No one from the head of department has gone through the pax concern

I had booked a tkt for 10 Jan BA 138 BOM - LHR, BA 285 LHR- SFO through make my trip before booking i had asked the travel agent name MR. Wallet cancelled amount not transferred to bank

Manager or Head should see the issue as it is not solved

It's been more than 60 days for the refund request. And I am still suffering to get the refund from Make my trip.

Concerns not solved yet , pax in trouble because of staff error

Rebooking my ticket

I'm unable to use 'Credit Shell' amount for a booking done through MakeMyTrip on the Spicejet airlines.

The flight date was[protected]

PNR No : XITW8R-8G-657 and 658

But the flight was canceled due to COVID19. eTicket is attached.

I opted for the 'credit shell' option. Spicejet is showing the refund amount (Rs 20223) on their site.

I have booked a ticket and cancelled due to flight not operational, Make my trip has promised me to provide full refund Refund amount approx: INR 99616 for NN[protected] as Convenience fee INR 2, 238 and Donation Amount INR 10 is non-refundable.

i could not see this booking status in MYTRIPS and they are not updating my status, their phones are not reachable and no agents are responding, its been 6 months now, am struggling...

No refund credited to mmt wallet or bank

Hello team,

Thanks for your email and support. It's been 10 days since you credited refund to Makemytrip but the issue io am facing is I am not able to contact their customer service, ( i just contacted once after your email that I should talk to travel agency regarding the refund.) After that, on 7th Jan their customer executive created a ticket for a refund and it's still being processed and nothing is credited to my Makemytrip...

Refund not processed for flight booking

I made a booking with MMT for the flights from montreal (YUL) to Delhi (DEL) the flight were in two segments (4 flights) YUL - YYZ (toronto), YYZ - DEL, DEL - YYZ and YYZ - YUL. However the time of the YUL - YYZ and YYZ - YUL flights were changed by the airline. Here the MMT failed to keep my booking for those two flights.
