      My booking id is IN1B[protected]. My PNR is UXXRFP. on 10th Jan Bom - LHR - SFO . As per the information I had got through your agent Mr. Navi Hussain, he told me that return ticket was cancelled by the airline, SFO- ORD -LHR- BOM So I should get my refund back, my Bom LHR SFO flight I was denied boarding due to wrong ticket given by your agent, as it was not allowed to travel by this sector due to Covid -19 situation.

      Mr. Md Iqbal Uddin has sent me an email 13 days back to wait for 24 to 48 hours till now there is no response from your side .

      I would like to know about my refund status when I will get my refund . I should get my whole refund on the urgent basis. as its 2 months from now still i have not received my refund.

      Today MS. Rashmi called and told me after 2 months when it was my return ticket date, now they are giving excuses that it will not be refunded, between this 2 months they were giving wrong information that i will get my refund and my ticket is initiated and its going in positive way .

      make my trip is cheating and they are fooling with the customer by giving wrong information .

      someone from the head of department or anyone responsible person should look into the issue . why there is manager or any head not looking into the issue . when there staff has cheated the customer and customer is facing lots of problem .

        I booked an online ticket using MakeMyTrip site on 1 March 2021. The ticket was booked in the train 05043 / LJN KGM SPL(Lucknow to Kathgodam), I used my SBI debit card to make the payment. The transaction has been successful on the end of the bank. Total Amount of Rs. 699.93 got deducted from my account.
        I have not received any confirmation from Make My Trip regarding my booking. No ticket, no booking ID as after the entire transaction it simply redirected to home page and not to ticket page. The company has an automated system and asks for booking ID which I did not receive since I did not get any ticket.
        Please look into the matter and refund the amount.

          Sir,
          We had booked air tickets from Make My Trip on 12/01/2020 for Mumbai to Singapore & return, scheduled on 16th Feb 2020 to 21st Sept 2020. Due to Corona Pandemic, we have postponed our trip to 20th Sept 2020 to 25th Sept 2020. HENCE WE RESCHEDULED OUR AIRTICKET DIRECTLY FROM AIR INDIA .
          Since all the flights to Singapore are cancelled for the month of September 2020 due to pandemic, we are entitled for refund.
          After a long persuasion with Air India, Air india finally released our refund to MMT on 03/ 02/2021. But till date we have not received refund amount from MMT.

          Airline - Air India has already transferred the refund amount to make my trip on 3/2/2021. Apart from repeated follow ups why the money is not refunded to us yet?

            Booking id :: NF[protected] for PNR E52B9N & E4ZUFQ
            air asia flight cancelled due to covid-19 lockdown during April 2020.

            As per govt of india directives, the air asia provided option to untilise the cancellation refund amount for any future bookings by May/June 2022 and put the said amount in the credit account with them.

            On 14/1/2021, without our consent / prior intimation to us, the air asia has said to have redeemed the refund amount and paid it to the agent, m/s. Makemytrip on 19/1/2021.

            Since 17/1/2021, i was in constant touch with Makemytrip through mails, whatsapp, twiter, etc but my efforts in getting back the refund amount of about rs.22, 000/- approx. Gone in vain. No person of the agent is available for talks in this regard. Their toll free numbers are not working. The customer service links are having only automated replies which are useless.

            [1] under my pnr no. E4ZUFQ, makemytrip has credited only rs.36/- to my wallet and washed their hands instead of refunding the entire amount which we strongly oppose.
            [2] under my pnr no. E52B9N, the makemytrip has said to have processed the refund of rs.10, 529/-. Its statements as to the details of bank account to which the amount was said to have credited is misleading by that
            (a) in mail mmt states that the amount was credited to my bank account details provided on 23/1/2021. But,
            (b) in whatsapp, it states that the amount was credited to my wallet. And,
            (c) in online link provided, it states that the amount was credited in upi linked bank account.

            But, till date the amount is not credited to my any of accounts stated under a, b & c above.

            Though vide mails dt. 7/2/21 and 12/2/21 of ms. Ankita, the mmt has expressed their regret for the inconvinience and asked me to bear with them for another 7-8 days for credit of amount, on follow up mails, vide mail dt. 22/2/2021, the mmt has closed the issue without refunding the amount.

            The entire process is very harrassing in nature, wastage of my valuable time, mental torture and an attempt by the mmt to avoid the customer and to keep the refund amount with yourself.

            Hence, i request the authority to look into the same on priority and arrange to refund the entire amount of both the to & fro tickets under the said PNRs.

              This is regarding my domestic flight booking under the following PNR Numbers for 2 passengers. The bookings were made through makemytrip.com. The PNR Nos are: GN3DXQ / KIWUTP / TE6YQB / QMT9FD

              The seats were later modified from the first to the fifth row on the Indigo website. The refund on the seat fare (that was already paid for at the time of booking with Makemytrip) was made by Indigo to Makemytrip on 7th February, 2021. However, I am yet to receive this refund.

              I would truly appreciate your support in resolving this.

                    I have been following up with MakeMyTrip for more than 18 months on a refund that is to be issued to be. Always they mention that it is in progress or being processed by another team.

                    I see this as a scam to make more money at the expense of hard earned money of honest customers. Kindly let me know how to proceed so that I am appropriately compensated.

                      Booked Kumta to Bangalore Bus Ticket (SRS Travels)for 23 Feb 21 on line 08th Feb 21 and Ticket Charge Rs 600/= paid through SBI TSP Road Bangalore.

                      Though I am very well present at Pickup point well in advance 7.40 PM
                      against departure time 8.10 PM. The SRS agent neither contacted to my mobile [protected] readily available with him Nor responded to my several calls. He failed to pickup at Kumta and on reaching he contacted asking me to come over he will await expressing the regret.
                      It 20 Kms distance from Kumta to Honavar and I could not able to reach due to availability of vahicles.

                        I booked the ticket last year 2020 with the booking ID: NN[protected]. Due to Covid the flight was cancelled by the airline . MMT account show the message refund processed on 24th Jan 2021 but there is no amount refunded back in the account.

                        There is no way to connect to MMT customer care service. Their online platform is useless as there is no support available. Only recorded message is there.
                        Where the frustrating customer should go for their hard earned money . Where??????????????????????????????
                        Worst experience with MMT in last 10 yrs.
                        I have no place left but to ring the last bell here.

                          I booked a Hotel from MMT app on 21st feb 2021. Payment was done through Icici credit card (screenshot attached). After the payment made, money got deducted from my Credit card ccount but booking ID didnt generate and i have not received ticket till now. I have been continuously following up MMT on various channels since there is not procedure is in place to directly call to customer care. I want my money to get refunded as no booking has been madr against the payment that has done from my end.

                            I booked flight tickets on MMT application and Booking ID is NF[protected]. I received an email from spicejet (Kochi to Ahmedabad) on 3/2/2021 that your flight is cancelled and full refund will be given to your actual method. Spicejet has refunded the full amount of 9786/- to MakeMyTrip India on the same 3/2/2021 evening. After that I called more than 10 times till today for following my refund amount, but experienced like fraudal activity from Makemytrip office representatives. Each new person said to wait for 72 hours every time. Because of that I'm very frustrated in this pandemic situation. I'm attaching some of the proofs with this request. I have so many proofs of call recordings, emails. I hope my query will be resolved shortly. Thanks

                              Website: Make my trip

                              We have made a round trip booking on 8th feb to travel from Surat to jaipur. Amount of INR 19398 was deducted from bank account but booking failed. Booking ID is NF[protected]. Its been 14 days, still the amount is not refunded.
                              Kindly look into the matter and refund our money as soon as possible.

                                  Flight cancelled due to airline policy changes.
                                  As per MakeMyTrip website, the refund was completed on 1st January. but the amount has not yet been credited to my account.no way to contact their Customer support agents only chat bot is available which is useless, Moreover all the 24*7 helpline numbers mentioned on their official website are not working.

                                    I have made refund request to my bank ( the original payment mode) on last 01 Feb 2021 from my make my trip wallet. As given dead line 08 Feb 2021 is over till my amount is not crediited in my account. No customer support and not able to contact make my trip through any channels like email, calls, chats . The given number and chats are giving Only some recorded voice and recorded chats. The outcome is nothing. Also i have not such a unethical worst ... customer support in any of the customer service company in my life. The details and its email are attached for your reference.

                                      I had booked air ticket from chennai to kathmandu durimg april 20 and return thruugh make my trip in indogo airlines {ref in1b[protected] pnr rgs5nc and yw7sgk for rs 43524 .Due to total lockdown and pandemic the travel was cancelled and as per sc and govt rules airfare has to be refunded, but same was not done in spite of my repeated follow ip through given e- mails which was returned.
                                      Suddenly i got refund of rs 20554 and the balane yet to be refunded.

                                        No ticket received but money deducted

                                        I booked an online ticket using MakeMyTrip site on 18th February, 2021. Ticket booked for the flight with number AirAsia I5|980 from New Delhi (15:55) to Goa (18:50) through SBI Net Banking the proof of which I have attached. The transaction has been successful on the end of the bank. Total Amount of 5667 Rs. deducted from my account.
                                        After the entire transaction, before redirecting to the company site it showed transaction failed....
