I had 24443 rupees balance in the wallet of MMT. I clicked on the tab to transfer that amount to my bank. The moment I clicked on the transfer button, wallet showed zero balance. After that I received a mail with a link to open a page and submit mg credentials only after that the MMT would initiate the transfer. When I clicked on the link, the page couldn't open. It says, oops! Something went wrong try again. I tried several times, bug the same message appeared. I tried to call the customer care, but its all computerized meaning, in no way you can talk to the customer care assistant.

I tried to contact through facebook, they replied and sent the link, but it did not open either. Most of the time, the facebook reply is automatic and sometimes they reply with a note that they are trying their best to resolve the issue.

MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 9/10/2021 my 1st transaction is failed while flight booking from ahmedabad to pune flight amount 4375 and so i again try then it successfully booked amount is 4574. but as i see my passbook then both amount is debited on 10/10/2021 shows. kindly refund my amount 4375 which is transaction failed.
I have tried calling the customer care team but no response or resolution has been given from a week. Please help me urgently as it is a big amount that got deducted and I am facing financial problems.
As a customer i feel cheated by the Firm.
