I have a credit voucher available to travel before 28 feb 2021, however every time I try to reschedule my travel I get an error that no flights available on MakeMyTrip. I sent them an email asking to refund my amount in such a scenario, but MakeMyTrip has stopped supporting on emails and by contacting on customer care as well there is response from executive and call gets disconnected automatically. Now I would really like to get my refund back.

    Make my trip has not yet refunded my full money even after airlines has released the full refund to make my trip. And no way to contact Customer support agents only chat bot is available which is useless. Moreover all the 24*7 helpline numbers mentioned on their official website are not working.

        I had bookedmy ticket from Gwalior to Delhi because of Covid-19 flight got cancelled and received my refund in my wallet but when I initiated the transfer from my wallet to my bank account, I did not receive the money in my registered bank account and my wallet balance changed to 0. They Informed me that it will take 3-5 working days but no update till now. I have tried contacting them but no reponse.My Booking ID is NF[protected]

          Forgot to deduct Rs 1500 initially paid to driver from final amount. Kindly arrange refund of Rs 1674 at the earliest

            Dear Sir,

            I had booked a ticket from Kolkata - Mumbai through makemytrip in Spicejet on dated 16th Jan- 2021.

            The payment was successfully done however, makemy trip didnt confirm the same and informed via email that the booking is not confirmed.

            Now, I am not able to contact MMT for my refund as I am unable to speak to any of the executives from MMT. Also no email is possible to be sent to them as their chatbox lands you on the trip details page on the website where Refund claim section is nowhere working.

            The details of the booking are:

            Please help to get my money which is stuck between Spicejet and MMT. There is no direct communication channel in MMT despite I being their customer since long.

              While booking a flight on 9th Jan 2021 (Booking ID - NF[protected]), it was failed after payment, and got a message on the screen that it is failed and the amount will be refunded. The total amount I paid - Rs.42924/- and I was refunded Rs. 750/-

              To confirm that it is failed at the booking process, PNR and E-ticket number are not generated

              I tried to contact customer care, it is not giving the required option to know more about my refund issue and not giving an option to connect with a customer care representative. Every link on the website is redirecting to "My Trips" which doesn't have the option of further action

              I didn't find any option any other to reach out to MakeMyTrip. even the email link on the Makemytrip website is also redirecting to "My Trips" which doesn't have option to raise complaints/ give feedback.

                I was booked by travel agent of make my trip on a wrong flight . one week from now i have been stuck still there are no results, last time i had spoken with manager MS. Paromita Chakraborty . she told me that they are working on my case .

                she had promised me to settle it down by 2 days but still now there was no calls from manager . the staff who has booked me on the wrong flight he is not taking the calls his colleagues they are telling he will call you in 10 mins other one is telling he will call you in half an hour . staff requires training as if he doesn't know policies and procedures then why he working and why make my trip is making to work for such staff who is making blunders and errors because of that pax has to suffer . make my trip should arrange flight tkt or refund from the staff who has done the mistake and not make pax wait for no reason.

                till now the staff has not called me and given me reply on my update of tkt, even i have sent him email on his official email id.

                they already know that i was going on emergency situation .

                some one should reply or convey message to the pax by email or by calls .

                  Hi,
                  I had booked a GoAir flight from makemytrip app and the booking ID is (NF[protected]). Please note that amount of ₹ 6495/- was deducted from my Makemytrip wallet.

                  Flight was cancelled and till now the money is not refunded to wallet. Makemytrip is harrassing me to contact GoAir and GoAir is asking me to contact Makemytrip. Makemytrip is giving vague reply that GoAir will create a credit shell but is refusing to give further details on how to access the credit shell.

                  I request on this forum to please help me get justice since 6495/- is not a small amount and Makemytrip must refund the money to wallet as I was using their own wallet. Please help.

                    Hi my account has been debited twice for the amount of 467/- The tickets to Tatanagar to howrah is done but I need the refund for one charge.I can show you the proof that it's been debited twice and it's still under processing. I need my refund for one charge that has been debited extra.

                        I had booked a tkt for 10 Jan BA 138 BOM - LHR, BA 285 LHR- SFO through make my trip before booking i had asked the travel agent name MR. Navi Hussain are the pax travelling to USA on tourist visa, travel agent said yes and he booked my tkt on 26th december . then after some days i had got message from BA that covid test is required before travelling so for confirmation of procedure i had called make my trip travel agent that time some other staff name shamshad told me that we are not accepting the booking for usa tourist visa who has booked your tkt i told navi hussain has booked for me then i had spoken with navi hussain but he told me that he is booking the tkt for same airline that is british airways and pax are travelling to usa on tourist visa . then on 10 jan when i reached the airport the airline staff told me that make my trip agent has booked wrong tkt for me and they have done cheating with you and they are fraud as per airline . now it was very important for me to travel to usa as my sister is not keeping well and it was a emergency situation i had to reach, from that day till now the travel agent has not arrange a tkt or refund for me as it was not my mistake it was staff error and blunder . make my trip should give me refund as its 5 days from now and i am still not reached at my destination . i had asked for manager to talk to me and i have also send an email still i haven't received any reply from their side . why if staff has done mistake why should pax suffer . make my trip should give me my refund why are they holding my refund they should arrange through their staff if staff has done mistake and give wrong information to the pax .
                        i am attaching tkt which was displayed on the time of booking on make my trip website which clearly states that they are accepting pax for usa tourist visa .

                          I am Anand Kapadia. Makemytrip MMTBLACK user. I have made more than 3 International holiday bookings and number of domestic bookings with MAKE MY TRIP. due to covid 19 my booking of booking id NH[protected]amount 5755 INR). and NF[protected](AMOUNT 4709 INR) TOTAL 10464/- were cancelled. Money was returned in my MMT wallet by Makemy trip. but the actual amount credited was 12209 by MMT to wallet, though the wallet only showed 10464/-???They have made and option to transfer the amount to my original payment mode which was credit card. Upon doing so, I received email from MMT confirming the refund to my credit card. immediately i got an another email saying that since the booking was more than 6 month old I need to re submit my bank / credit card details. A link shared by MMT for submitting details is not working. The amount of 10464/- is debited from MMT wallet and not credited to my card and now the link for submitting details also does not work. Upon calling their executives, tantrums are thrown that this is a different department and I should have used the MYRA CHAT or call somewhere or email. But, none of their options work. I have also tried to use their query form but it is only for the list of booking shown in my trips section of MMT in my account. irony is that they have erased the cacncelled booking from MR trips section for which the refund was credited to wallet. UPON A LOT OF REQUEST TO THEIR CUTOMER EXECUTIVE DESCRIBING ALL THESE DIFFICULTIES SHE MADE A PROMISE THAT I WOULD GET A CALL BACK FROM mmt EXECUTIVE BUT NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED. It is poor for a customer to like keep begging for a refund in such a scenario... If I would not have transferred the amount to my credit card at least my money or a balance could have been stayed in wallet which I could have used later. But, the option to transfer was given by MMT and for the same reason I did transfer. And Now, No money in either wallet or in card.??? isnt it cheating ?I have attached the screenshots of messages received for refunds, resubmitting the bank details etc.

                            Flight was cancelled by airlines, after that received confirmation mail from make my trip with the deduction detail as below

                            Greetings from MakeMyTrip!

                            This is with reference to your request regarding refund through web form for Booking ID NN[protected].

                            As discussed we regret to inform that Etihad not permitting full refund. You can keep ticket open and re book by 30th Sep'20 and travel till 31st Oct'21 with applicable fare difference if any.

                            The cancellation charges = INR 4000 + 720 + 300 + 649 + 849 = INR 6518.

                            As per above deduction in total 19000+, refund to be paid to me 13000+

                                As per travel agent my concerns are not solved yet, they have promised me some solutions before 24 - 48 hours they might give but still they i am waiting for their reply . now it is almost 96 hours from the day when i have received the email when i am calling make my trip Mr. Navi Hussain is not reachable he is not taking calls even after i am dropping email to his official e-mail id . i have requested for a senior or a manager to take my concerns but still no one has seen my concerns . i was going on emergency basis but still my concerns are not solved . i would like some head to get into the issue and solve my issue so that i reach at my destination. it was staff error because of that Pax is suffering and no one is solving my issues .

                                  It's been more than 60 days for the refund request. And I am still suffering to get the refund from Make my trip.

                                  Scenario of issue: I booked a flight on MakemyTrip and I cancelled then I got the refund of Rs.4, 745 in MMT wallet then I requested to move the amount in my bank account through original payment mode on 8th Nov 2020 but still didn't get the refund.

                                  When first time I contacted service desk, I was said to wait for 12 days.

                                  2nd time service desk said refund has been initiated please contact with your bank.

                                  3rd time service desk said to wait for another 5 days.

                                  4th time I was said payment is failed and asked to give other bank details and I gave.

                                  5th time I was said team is working on it and wait for 5 more days. And I did.

                                  6th time: They said to provide other bank details again and I gave.

                                  7th time: They said transaction is initiated on 8th Nov so provide bank statement and I did.

                                  8th time: They said issue has been escalated so wait for 5 more days and i did. This was the last complain No.[protected] with MMT.

                                  I don't know what is wrong with MMT guys they only want to close the ticket without solving the issue and every time they come up with new excuse. they are like harassing the customers.

                                  I there is some kind of fraud going on with MMT. It is highly unlikely that you get your refund. Even I was waiting for 40 days. Only twice they contacted me, still I haven't received any refund.

                                  I have received Rs. 1300 less amount in my wallet after GO Air sent an email of total amount to be refunded is 10, 790/- This is purely harassment. There is no way to contact MMT customer care service to speak about thi. Only there idiotic chatbots are there.

                                      I was booked by travel agent Mr. Navi Husain for Bom LHR, LHR SFO . i was denied boarding from BA 138 LHR, they have given me information that travel agent has booked wrong ticket and he is given you wrong information . the travel agent has cheated you as per airline . at that time travel agency was not working i had suffered a lot and could not contact them at late night, but after next day they have not removed any solutions for me just blaming airline and airline and blaming travel agent . from 2 days from now i have not got the solutions, they have not arranged the ticket for and its very urgent for me to reach at my destination. today the travel agent was not taking the calls and i have spoke to his collogues they told he is not on the shift . they after 7 pm he called with no solution as he told that he will give a solution, but he is telling me to buy the ticket, even if he has done the mistake of giving me the wrong ticket . why will i buy if he has done a mistake and he has put me in a trouble, i just want my refund back or the next available flight whichever is earlier as i have to reach my destination, as my family member needs me and its an emergency then also make my trip is playing with the pax . they are not serious with the pax as its very important for me to meet my family member, what mistake their staff has done they should rectify and give refund or next available flight to the pax, why pax should suffer because of your silly mistake .till now the concern should have solved and i should have reached my destination .
