This has been more than one month after my flight got cancelled by Airlines and I updated this to "Make My Trip" . But I did not get any refund till now. Also I sent email, there is no response. I tried to contact but no luck.

I tried to book flight ticket on 24 Dec 2020 for flight from Ahmedabad to Cochin and return for dates 10th & 28th Jan 2021 respectively. The amount of ₹27509 is debited from my account (INB/[protected]/MAKEMYTRIP INDIA PVT. LTD) and till date the ticket is not received....

Booked a flight ticket from Chennai to vijayawada. That flight was cancelled due to operational issues by the Airlines. Make my trip was saying that, they refunded amount in july. If they refunded, why it's still not credited into my HDFC bank account....

My family booked to and fro flights from Kochi to Delhi which got cancelled automatically due to covid 19 situation and MakeMyTrip has deducted Rs 3795 as MMT charges.

Pl refund the same as cancellation is not done by me...

I didn't receive the refunded amount yet even after many months. Air India express confirmed that they have already fully refunded on 15-oct-2020 to MMT(attached proof). But MMT not transferred to me and not responding to email, and can't connect IVR as I am not using the registered phone number. I booked a flight ticket for my friend on 1 April 2020.. the payment was done on 22 of March 2020.. due to the corona pandemic the ticket was cancelled by the airline company and they compensated whole amount to the make my trip company and when it is time for refund they are charging convince charge of rs.285.. when the airline company is refunded whole amount then why should a mediator eat up some part.. my booking is with booking id NF[protected]...
