I was booked on wrong flight through make my trip travel agent on 10 Jan BA 138 Bom - LHR, BA 285 LHR - SFO . PNR UXXRFP . when there was travel ban for pax travelling from UK or Europe to USA due to covid - 19 why did agent Mr. Navi Hussain booked the ticket through UK sector, why did agent gave me wrong ticket when he was asked about flight are pax travelling to USA on tourist visa he has given confirmation that yes he is taking the bookings and pax is travelling on tourist visa to USA . As per airline it was told that they are not accepting pax for USA tourist visa via UK and Europe, as per airline make trip have cheated me and they are cheaters. still i am suffering now it is 10 days my issue is not solved . and i wanted to go on emergency basis .
staff Mr. sameer khan sent an email that after 24- 48 hours i will get the confirmation but still there is no reply . then there was manager MS paromita chakraborty she also gave 2 days time, i had emailed her but there is no reply from her side .
If your staff has done the mistake why will pax suffer, you have to arrange ticket for me for next available flight through your staff who has done the mistake why make my trip is not getting involved in the pax situation and problem, some head of the department should look in to the concern why are you making pax wait for your staff mistake .
make my trip should refund or give pax next available flight .
make my trip should reply on the situation? make my trip does'nt know what is emergency of a pax in emergency situation also you treat pax in such a way that you don't reply . there is no reply call or message from the agent Mr. Navi Hussain who has made wrong bookings and who has put the pax in trouble in emergency situation.

Updated by salmanshaikh8722 I am attaching screenshot for the above complaint which i have registered . still my complaint is not resolved . no one from make my trip is taking my calls for hours they put on hold .

Updated by salmanshaikh8722 As per above screen shots when this was the case if it was restriction for travel through UK or Europe due to covid - 19 situations why i was booked on the wrong flight . why still i am not getting my refund or next available flight . even in emergency situation no one from make my trip is replying and when calling them they put the call on hold . who will address the issue ?
still now i have not got any reply from make my trip or the agent who has booked my ticket . no refund or next available flight allocated .
