I am facing same issue again with MMT TEAM where they never understood the mental trauma and the wasted time customers suffered because of your unacceptable attitude & disastrous services
I was expecting refund of only my mother’s ticket since December and always expected to close the simple case within few days. It was total miss from MMT executives where despite of multiple calls I was unable to shift the date of travel
Now after dragging for more than 4 months with uncounted multiple calls being in Dubai, MMT TEAM negotiated on 50% of ticket amount
Worst part is the audacity of explaining that 50% was not negotiating but tried to close. Is it how they interpret their nasty mails?
After escalating Indian consumer complaint board and MMT top management over Twitter, they are acting like doing largesse to me as if I am begging for my money
It is matter of principal now and with such a pathetic, disastrous and totally unacceptable service, I want full refund of all passengers without exception
As mentioned previously also, it’s very clear that these guys won’t be able to do justice as service providers because you never care for your customers. It’s just corporate autocracy MMT works and your actions are proving it again and again
really request to close my case now with some reasonable justice and let me come out from this traumatic journey where I have to raise my voice in various forums n mails:-(

After struggling more than 5 months with MMT, this is most unacceptable and insulting for me as a customer where you guys have closed my customer care ticket as well as Indian consumer complaints forum:(:(
Is it the way MMT treat its customer and resolve the complaints?
MMT offered me cancellation of 1 passenger in my ticket where I claimed all 4 passengers refund with the mental torture i had and unacceptable time wasted in calls and mails
it can be seen in my mail chain which is more than 40 in numbers
Even if MMT disagree with my proposal, there are ways of discussing and close ticket accordingly
With disappointment even in this forum, i am forced to explore options of private advocate form India sitting in Dubai to present my case:(:(

Over and above that, MMT has not appointed any Grievance officer, there is no customer support mail escalation...not sorry to say but this is WORST EVER EXPERIENCE from any service provider in industry
