I have a cancellation of flight booking with ID no NF[protected]. The cancellation amount was credit in my wallet. I have transferred this amount in my Bank account on dated 23/10/20. Now this amount is not credit in my Bank account but debit from my wallet account. Plz take up this matter and provide solutions as soon as possible..

    I have booked the flights on 8th March 2020 for journey on 16th April 2020 with Make My trip for flying with Indigo airline from Chennai to Nagpur and Nagpur to Chennai having PNR No.AFLV9C (Booking ID - NF[protected]) & IHJL4M (Booking ID - NF[protected]) respectively but due to lockdown all flights got cancelled and the government issue guidelines to airlines to refund money without any deduction.
    I got information from Indigo airlines that they have already refunded to Make My trip long before.

    So if airlines have already paid back the money to MMT (Make My Trip ) why Make My trip is holding the money as a credit shell. Airlines paid by to MMT in July month but MMT is not giving any response
    It is MMT duty to credit the amount in my bank account on an immediate basis. but currently MMT is not responding.
    Trying to call at support/customer care but it is on voice assistant only and there is no Email id existence
    No personnel is available to speak to resolve this issue.

    No assistance on phone and mail .

    I am continuous follow up with MMT but they are not responding .

      I have transferred the refunded amount for my cancelled flight (PNR: LW59GX) to the original payment mode, but it is still not reflecting in my credit card statement.
      I have spoken with the bank, they have informed that no amount received from make my trip as yet.

      Please check and update with the status at the earliest.

        Hello Team,

        I tried a book a flight on Makemytrip today i.e; 30th October 2020 from Bengaluru to Rajahmundry, but my amount got debited and I did not receive any booking details nor showing in the pending requests. I tried reaching out on customer care number, but it is a pathetic service as call doesn't get connected to anybody even after hours of wait.

        Details of the Booking done are below:
        Bank Name: State Bank of India
        amount debited: 6910
        Mode Of transaction: Net Banking
        Booking Date: October 30th, 2020

        Could you please look into this very urgently as i need to get confirmation on the refund and I need to make a new booking asap. Request your very prompt response on this matter.

          I am very sorry to share my horrendous experience with makemytrip wherein I have cancelled my bookings done during lockdown period & subsequently received refund notification dated 6th Oct-2020 from makemytrip .
          Kindly note till date despite repeated reminders & follow-ups, they are not paying any heed to my concern neither updating on the payment status.

            Hi This is Mr Shivam, Mobile No. [protected], email I’d [protected]@gmail.com.I have booked a 2way return ticket with booking id NN[protected] for my wife Ms Ping Li, a Chinese native, due to COVID outbreak return flight was delayed and extended, later my wife extended it twice by connecting China Southern Airlines in China.Now they hv said her that please connect to makemytrip in india where I hv bought the ticket first.and gave her a REFUND APPLICATION FORM FOR REISSUED TICKET.that need to filled by makemytrip here .and given to them.so that refund could be made to the earliest.so kindly cooperate and help me out of this situation.kindly call me asap from the respective department or give me emaili have called them multiple times, they just say, we are connecting to respective department.but i never got connected to respective team.kindly help me to ask them to fill the form dually with an stamp on it and email me..or call me.

              Had Booked A Flight With Indigo Flexi Plus Fare. Basically, It Entitles Us For A Date Change With 0 Fees+ Fare Difference. Even In MakemyTrip Website, They Say They Charge 0 Fees. Yet When We Go For Booking They Are Charging Me Additional 900 Rupees. This Is Illegally Being Charged And Would Like A Solution To This!

                AirAsia has refunded Rs 10320 to MMT as original source of booking for the subject trip.

                MMT is yet to transfer / credit Rs 10320 to my account even after frequent follow up.

                  I have booked tickets via makemy trip (Booking ID : NF[protected])Due to lock down on 25th march my flight has been cancelled by airline(kochi- Hyderabad). As confirmed by airline on call they have refunded my money Rs 4578 in terms of money to make my trip. But i have received sms from make my trip saying to use as wallet voucher or wallet money which will be reflected in few days. I request you to provide my refund in terms of Money which has been provided by airline.

                    There has been an unapproved 2L personal loan sanctioned in my name. I just saw this in my cibil report, however I have never applied for any loan.

                    Capital Loan is now showing as active loan on my account profile

                      I Rakesh Bhadoo booked hotel Royal Orchid, Jaipur on 20th Sep, 2020 and at first made payment through Internet Banking. The payment wad deducted from my account but room was not booked. Later on I made payment through Credit Card Rs 7599/- and the hotel booking was confirmed vide booking id NH[protected]. But why the payment is recieved twice for a single booking. Payment Rs 7599/- should be refunded to my account. It has already been more than a month but still the payment has not been refunded i.e the payment done through I Banking.

                      Reply and refund from Make my Trip is still awaited.

                        Claim related purpose I am not able to reach make my trip customer care either by Mail or toll free number. I understand we are in a situation of Covid-19. Please be responsible.

                        I have initiated a refund request for ticket amount for Flight cancelled by Airline. For insurance claim process I need Need details of refundable amount for travel tickets.

                          The flight ticket that I have booked (spicejet S-G608) on 2nd October 2020 from cochin to chennai was cancelled by the airline. Thus I have raised a refund request. And I have got an email mentioning that refund has been processed and it was expected to reflect on account by 02-07 October 2020. But till date no refund has been reflected.

                            I made a transaction with my gift card [protected] on 17th October 2020 and it got failed due to technical glitch. Card expired on 18th October and now I can't get the refund.

                            Woohoo confirmed that they need confirmation from MakeMyTrip to extend validity.

                            Attached the transaction details. Please help me refund and validity extension of my gift card.

                              I had booked a room in hotel through MMT app. But i cancelled it on 24th October and selected refund mode as MMT wallet. In app it is showing processed and will reflect instantly but till now i haven't got my refund amount.

                              When i will get my noney back. I tried calling their customer care but it is stucked with automated answer machine saying incorrect input. I am trying for past 2 days.

                              Hey i just wanted to know if you received your money or not? Same is happening with me as well. Money isn’t credited into my account for a canceled flight while the airline has refunded the amount yo MMT. Since long I am trying to contact mmt customer care but it never lets connect an customer care executive. Need to take an serious action agains MMT.
                              Dear Sir/ Ma'am, i had not cancelled the booking instead i updated my booking with one additional guest. Instead of additional charge a large of of Rs.11780 is debited from my account. Now in my "Trips" it's showing "no refund due". Please go through the issue and refund my money.

                                I booked round trip to travel from Mumbai to Delhi on[protected] and from Delhi to Mumbai on[protected] under GO AIR PNR NO. HY4HQ through MMT. I travelled from Mumbai to Delhi. Flight from Delhi to Mumbai G8-334 was cancelled by GO Air. I raised claim of refund through MMT. As there was inordinate delay in processing of Claim, I called GO Air directly. It was informed to me that my claim has been processed and an refund of Rs. 5723.00 has been made to MMT IN[protected] under reference no. 94875619. Then I once again raised refund claim. I was shocked when I got SMS that my claim is processed and refund amount is Rs. 2034.00. Despite my trying to contact MMT over phone, I could not got connected. On App Chat Boot is no able to address the complaint. Why amount refunded by GO air is not passed to me.

                                  I have sent numerous emails regarding my booking ID NN[protected], I had a return ticket booked from Delhi - london. The ticket was cancelled due to covid and I had to take vande bharat on my way back. The last email I received from them is money cant be refunded and they put the ticket as resolved without really solving much. I have been sending in request for an open ticket from the past 04 months. I have made multiple request asking for an open ticket and i have received multiple approvals at multiple times that it has been approved and processed. i have been diligently approaching MMT on my refund or an open ticket. It is upon escalating things on Twitter i got a reply but no follow up.
                                  I do understand that as an organisation you are facing the brunt of COVID0-19 but so are we who are now in not the same position as we were. Thus I requested for either a refund or provide an open ticket to travel in the near future for my booking from London to Delhi. I have all the screenshots of my regular interaction with MMT in this email which stands as "PROOF"

                                      This process is never expected during this crisis period from a reputed concern.

                                      However, I hope you will look into the matter and REFUND the FULL AMOUNT.

                                        My flight from Kolkata to Mumbai of Air India was booked through MakeMyTrip. I tried to contact MakeMyTrip but no response on the refund. I contacted Air India but they said the ticket was through MakeMyTrip. The refund should be provided by them. It's been 2 months and the amount is Rs. 6815

                                        There is no response on call and no valid response via Email.
