I had 2 bookings from MMT for the month of April 2020. Indigo airlines already refunded the money to MMT on 2nd October 2020. Still MMT has not refunded the money nor replying to me. Boycott MMT

    Only 25% of my refund amount credited, i have booked ticket from kolkata to siliguri on 10/8/2020 i selected 18th but it changed to 10th of october and when I cancelled in spite of getting full amount from airlines they are reluctant to pay me back

        I booked my airline ticket using a payment gateway Google pay and MakeMyTrip the amount got deducted from my bank account but the ticket has not been booked and I have not received the confirmation
        I contacted the airline whether my ticket has been booked or not they said no ticket has been booked
        I tried to contact to MakeMyTrip using there customer care number but no contact has been made as their customer care number is out of reach
        THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH MAKEMYTRIP AND IT WAS THE WROST EXPERIENCE AS I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE REFUND
        Pls refund my amount

          I have booked ticket from mmt of indigo airlines in may and then airlines cancel the flight after that I got refund amount in mmt my cash. And they had the option to transfer the amount to bank account so I click on the transfer options and I showed that amount will be transfer to bank in 3 to 7 working days. But it has been more than 7 days I didn't receive the refund amount and in app of mmt it shows amount have been transferred

            I have been requesting MMT to refund my ticket amount for last 3-4 months since lockdown started but they are not responding to even single email

            Few week back they Issued voucher which I never requested as i don't have VALID VISA and any future plans of travel in future

            They are not even picking up customer call

            Request you to please assist in getting my refund as i don't require any voucher

                Booking reference CGUKTC in the name of Pankaj Sharma. The amount of Rs 32, 031 was refunded by Airlines (INDIGO AIRLINES) to make my trip on 2nd Oct but today is 28th and still have not received this amount .

                  I had booked a flight Date :11 sep for MUMBAI TO GOA ((PNR: J9ZUJC) on Flight SG488) on 3rd Sept, the flight had been cancelled by the airlines company.
                  I mailed the airline company regarding the refund, as they confirmed that the amt has been refunded back to MAKE MY TRIP.
                  I received a message from MMT as the amt of 2980 shall be refunded back through google pay on 11sep.
                  Till date I haven't received the amount and when try to contact them only system generated mail and voice message are sent in reply.
                  MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                    I had booked a hotel stay via MMT (booking id: NH[protected]. However, could not travel due to lockdown implementation. MMT support team assured me that I would be able to change my travel dates once lockdown is lifted. Now the app is not allowing to change dates and showing the booking in completed stay section nor I am able to reach customer support team. The self-serve link and chat bots are not helping with my change date request. Please help me in securing my refund money in case the dates cannot be changed

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      A.My flights (for two people) were cancelled by Indigo airlines and goair airlines for return journey from Mumbai to Bagdogra twice as follows,
                      1.Indigo under PNR DMHKRX (6E205)on 30th april 2020 from Mumbai to Bagdogra
                      2.Goair under PNR D4RYRS (G8-154/323) on 10th may 2020 from bagdogra to Mumbai

                      The above flights were cancelled by airline, and hence were shifted to october dates as follows,

                      3.Indigo under PNR YJDZ6Z (6E205) on 8th october 2020 from Mumbai to Bagdogra
                      4.Goair under PNR D4RYRS (G8-154/323) on 18th october 2020 from bagdogra to Mumbai
                      The above shifted flights to october 8th and 18th 2020 were also cancelled by airline.
                      B.The refund amounts as informed to me by airlines and makemytrip representatives as the credit shell allocation is of no use to us, since, we are advised not to travel by our doctor in the coming months anywhere, are as follows,

                      a.Credit shell balance amount against flight cancellation at srl no 1) is Rs 1820.
                      b.Credit shell balance amount against flight cancellation at srl no 2) is Rs 594.
                      c.The refund amount against flight cancellation at srl no 3) is Rs 9498.
                      d.The refund amount against flight cancellation at srl no 4) is Rs 13180.
                      Thus total refund due is Rs 25092.
                      I had submitted my refund request for above through Makemytrip portal on 29th sept but without any proper response.
                      I had further talked to Makemytrip representatives named Iqra, Shivani, and Imtiyaz regarding the refund I needed with all the above details(Can be verified with your call records).All of them promised to take up the matter with respective airlines for the refund and asked me to wait for 10-12 days.I have no concrete information on the refund from Makemytrip till date.

                      I have even contacted the airlines for the refund status at their end.Goair have informed that they have already refunded Rs 13774 to Makemytrip on 4th sept 2020.However makemytrip have not paid this amount to me till date, hence the same be immidiately paid to me.Indigo airline has told me that the refund can be initiated but they do not have request received from Makemytrip.
                      I feel sorry for the entire affairs, the way being mishandled at makemytrip.
                      May I once again request you to urgently take up the above refund matter, so that the entire refund amount is received by me asap.

                          Having failed to get in touch with makemytrip by mel or over phone, I am trying to reach them through this portal. We are holding international tickets bearing makemytrip ref no. NN[protected] which could not be used due to COVID. We would now like to reschedule our flt for travel in Dec 2020 & hence it is important to reach Makemytrip.

                            Dear Sir

                            I have tried four times to book my flight tickets on 10th and 11th October'20 but unfortunately my amount been debited from my Bajaj card but booking not processed. Since then tried every way of contacting like toll free number, mail, self help through application and even visited CG road, Ahmedabad branch (which is closed now) but unable to get information.

                            Please assist and guide for refund.

                            I have made payment of 1233.83/- on 14th October approx 4PM. My payment was successfully done but booking was not done and I am not able to track that transaction on your portal and application. I have a transaction ID which  I used for this transaction. BIL/ONL/[protected]/MAKEMYTRIP/NU710301. Please have look into this matter so that I can take my money back.

                              We did a booking for a flight from Bangalore to Raipur with Booking Id : NF[protected] and PNR No: PLZMGG. We have rescheduled the flight from 6th August to 12th August and due to price difference we are supposed to get refund of around 6000 + Rupees.

                              We have already talked to airline people and they said that refund is already given to MMT. We have raised 3 requests tickets in MMT from past 2 months which are not addressed so far.

                                    I just booked ticket 30 minutes ago through make my trip. Since then I am trying to reach customer care to inform error done in booking and change ticket date.

                                        I just had a very bad experience with Makemytrip. I had booked my flight ticket on 18th September 2020 from Dubai to Ahmedabad. I had paid for the ticket via Credit Card.

                                        After booking a ticket, I had requested to get the bill/Invoice from Makemytrip.com but it seems like only the robot is working in Makemytrip.

                                        I was just requesting the bill / Invoice for my payment and they were replying like just get in touch with Spicejet to get the bill. I said that I paid the money to Makemytrip then why I should get the bill/invoice from Spicejet, then they were only replying like this is our company procedure.
                                        It is like you buy a Britania biscuit from any small store or supermarket, you pay the money at the counter and when you ask for a bill for your payment, the supermarket executive saying to contact Britania Company to get the bill. Are you crazy ?

                                        When I have started taking continuous follow up then they said that you can only get the bill after your flight as per company policy. When I told them this is not an accounting standard, they did not have an answer.
                                        As per Makemytrip logic, if you buy Head & Shoulder Shampoo from Supermarket then you will get the bill only after you use the entire shampoo. Are you kidding me ?

                                        Then they were saying that all the company is following this procedure .When I said only Makemytrip is following this as I had proof for another booking on Goibibo and Yatra then they did not have an answer.

                                        As per Makemytrip logic, If you are taking any IBPS/IPS exam class or any other Exam Class and paying for these classes then you will get the bill of payment after giving the exam only. Not before that.

                                        I was about to become mental of this logic.

                                        There is no way to reach to customer care executive. The only robot is replying to any query. It took 2 hours to get in touch with the customer care executive. Customer Care executive does not know anything about the problem and replies the same answer given by the company SOP.
                                        They were annoying me when I started calling again and again as there were not having an answer and did not want to give a solution to the customer. Giving a wrong commitment like my manager will call in one hour, we will send the mail, etc. But they were not replying on time.
                                        It is our right to get the bill/Invoice when we pay the amount to any company . When someone is denying to give you the bill/Invoice, there is something wrong with that person or company. Might be there are not doing legal business or not paying tax.

                                        This my personal experience. I can show the proof also of Makemytrip irresponsible reply.

                                        Just visit the Makemytrip to compare the price. Do not book from their app or website as they are not doing legal business.
