Dear MMT,
This is shalini booked my ticket from Patna to Bangalore on[protected]Booking Id-NF[protected]).As due to non operational activity the flight (Go Air-G8-273) timings has been changed from your end.This time has not suitable for me.So i requested to please intiate refund process as soon as possible.

As i earlier approached to GO Air flight executives they said refund has intiated from his end.So kindly process refund soon from your side.

    We were booked with MMT for a flight frm Mum - Mad and Barc - Mum Dated: 13 May 2020 and 27 May 2020 Respectively. But due to the whole lockdown the flights got postponed and MMT provided us with the same amount 150681/- vouchers which was to be redeem by 30th Nov. 2020. But on 9th Nov. 2020 we got a mail stating that our tickets were cancelled and the amount was credited in our MMT account Wallet. On checking our wallet we came to know that we have been charged with cancellation charges, Convenience charges and other charges even when we did not cancel the tickets it was MMT that cancelled the tickets.
    We would like to get our Full Refund Back

      I cancelled my hotel bookings and the money got reflected in the MyCash section of the MMT Wallet. I wanted to have the back to my bank account. Requested for the same. now it shows that i have debited the amount but it haven't been reflected into my bank account.

      The support is of no use. Emails are autogenerated, calls and chats are all bots where i don't see my concern.

        I had cancelled my flight bookings made through MMT. I had received an intimation about the refund 1 month back, on 23rd October 2020, in my MMT wallet . I had opted for the refund to be transferred to my bank account. I received the message that the amount will be refunded to my bank account in 10-12 working days. But it's been a month now and I've not received the refund in my bank account yet.I tried calling the customer care numbers given on the website but they are all automated voice messages leading me no where .
        Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

          MakeMyTrip India — Refund not being processed for cancelled flight
          on Oct 22, 2020

          I had booked my flight from Pune to Dehradun, PNR number ZHVIHC The flight was cancelled due to national lockdown imposed by honourable indian Government.

          I have contacted the airlines indigo and they have given complete refund to make my trip about more than a month ago. If that is the case why has my money not been refunded to me as yet by your company.

          You have not even cared to inform me that the money has been refunded by the airlines and repeated attempts to contact you on your customer care numbers have been futile.

          Firstly they transferred money in make my trip wallet and took back to say that will transfer this money in ur bank account which has been not transferred yet. All I need my money in my bank account.

          It is surprising that even after the whole country has returned to work. makemytrip customer care executives are not taking calls under the garb of covid pandemic. All we get is the automated response system which never works.
          This is not how a tech company is supposed to work.
          Please refund my money.

            Hi,
            I booked a round trip tickets through make my trip a few days back.
            One way was confirmed and the other way was cancelled by Make my trip itself. The amount was said to be refunded in a few days.
            Although in the app the status of refund shows that the amount has reflected in the account, I have not received any refund in my account.
            Please check and give me an update

              Hi,
              Have transferred an amount of Rs 12, 638 vide NF[protected] to Bank on 9th Nov, however till today the amount is not being credited to the respective bank account. Cant even get in touch with any MMT representative.

              The booking was done using MMT for mail if 'rahul.[protected]@gmail.com'.

              Need a response from MMT team

                Refund for booking id NF[protected] has been deducted from wallet but it has not been credited in my bank account. It's been a month now. My request id[protected] is also open from 5 days. I haven't been able to get in touch with a representative either. Please look into this issue

                  Sir I have booked a CAB from AF Station Halwara to Sirsa City fon 22.11.2020 by making an advance payment of Rs 523. The journey was expected to commence on 22.11.2020 at 14:00 Hrs and it was told that the driver and CAB details will be shared at 13:30 Hrs 30 minutes prior to Journey. when no details were provided I made a call at MMT customer service toll free number to raise a concern but unable to contact any CS Rep. Even I tried to use Chat option and while chatting it was told that the booking is cancelled by me and refund is processed. I told them that I have not cancelled any booking and even at 03.20 PM I have taken a snapshot of screen where it was mentioned driver and cab details will be shared. In evening at 18:10 when I checked my MMT account I was surprised to see that it is showing my journey from Halwara to Sirsa is completed. If I cancelled the booking than how their system was showing that driver and cab details will be shared and on right bottom side there was a caption mentioning cancel booking and if I had cancelled my booking why their system is showing journey from Halwara to Sirsa is completed.They harassed a lot I tried to get it resolved a number of times via chatting and as well I have sent an email to them mentioning that I have not cancelled the trip. I am sharing snapshots for your ready reference. In 2011 I missed the funeral of my cousin brother due to pathetic service given by them. last year My sister was not picked up from Delhi Airport for 04 hrs and they reached ludhiana at mid night. This time Vilas Gawali (for whom I have booked the CAB) was seriously harassed in the process of finding a last movement CAB. I request them to give me an early resolution.

                      I booked 3 air tickets for 30th april 2020, But airline cancel flight because lockdown, recently I received an email from make my trip that your refund rupees 560 against actual fair 7500 initiatived where I didn't place any request. I already confirm fro. Go air that in future I can use credit note. I wrote to make my trip so many times but no response, no one available to speak on phone. I need my full refund or credit note.

                        I have booked flight through makemytrip and flight got canceled. I contacted with airlines, they have initiated refund from there end and informed that it will be refunded to makemytrip.

                        Can you please help me refund that amount into my account at earliest.

                        I tried connecting through call and myra for same but call not reachable and Myra is always showing error message. There is no way I can contact Make my trip. Calls are not going through, online chat is not working, no email id to connect with, one email is there which give automatic repsonse.

                          I had two flight bookings with PNR - LQBRQR & FKWRMD, these flights got cancelled due to the Pandemic on 1st of April and 9th of April.
                          I called Indigo the airline partner who initiated transfer of Rs. 12150/- on 6th of Nov for PNR - LQBRQR & another transfer was initiated for Rs. 12111/- on 09th Nov for PNR- FKWRMD.
                          In my MMT wallet the amount of Rs. 12150/- reflected as My Cash, on 11th Nov and I initiated transfer of the amount to my account on 12th, i have still not received it in my account.
                          Today i got a whatsapp from MMT that another amount has been refunded as My cash in my MMT account.

                          Why is it taking so long for MMT to refund my Money to me? MMT has to refund my money, it can't keep it for their business, there is no use harassing people, since people will go that extra mile but definitely take possession of ther hard earned money.

                            I was issued a refund against my booking in July for my hotel booking. However I never really got the amount in my card. After following up multiple times with them there has been no resolution.
                            Their email ID is not working.
                            Chat-bot is unable to resolve any issues.
                            Their call operators keep you on hold for 15 minutes and then cut the call. This has happened twice.

                              My Oneway Flight from AMD to LKO (NF[protected]) is cancelled due to lockdown imposed by honourable Indian Government. All travel partner has refunded full amount including their convenience fees. Why make trip has charged Rs 280 convenience fees? In such situations, when Airline cancels booking then full amount should be refunded to customer. Make my trip want to earn in such conditions that is not acceptable at all. I am raising this issue on consumer forum also. Please call me on [protected]/[protected] for resolution.

                                Make MyTrip Trip ID # NL[protected]

                                I opted for the Europe Travel package with MakeMy trip in November 2019 with travel date in April 2020 and paid 1, 36, 886 INR for the booking.
                                Because of Pandemic, the travel was cancelled by the government across the globe and eventually by trip too was cancelled.

                                So I opted to get the trip cancelled completely, instead of date change due the uncertainty because of Pandemic.
                                Though it was not my fault but still MakeMytrip forced the penalty of INR 45, 000 as Airline is charging them for the same and informed that the remaining INR 91, 886 will be refunded to me within 45 working days on the email dated 24th June 2020.

                                Its been already more than 5 months when I was committed for the refund to be processed, still it is pending and now they have even stopped responding to the emails and my phone calls.

                                I certainly understand this is a tough time specially for the travel company like them, but it is a tough time for me as a consumer and individual too. Please do not penalize so much that I lost complete faith in an company like MakeMy trip for my future travels too.

                                Please address this issue and get the refund processed on priority and without penalty as I'm was not at fault.

                                    I had book tickets from mumbai to Chicago and covid 19 occured and flights got canceled.. I had a talk with airlines and they initiated refund.. Make my trips app says the refund shld reflect from 11 November to 13 November. Today is 19th November and still refund is not reflected in my account. The customer service is also not in contact.. I have requested through web forms too and call too neither way Im contacted need help

                                      Against Makemytrip booking ID - NN[protected], I booked air ticket for Delhi - Perth - Delhi of Thai Airways on 22nd Feb. 2020. Thai Airways issued PNR no. SQ84WC. The same ticket was cancelled due to COVID 19 on 19th March 2020. But ticket amount not refunded till date.

                                      In the last update, through "My Trip", It informed that my refund application (5529303 for 217-[protected] of dated 3rd May 2020) is still pending for approval at Thai Airways' s end and asked me to follow up directly in Thai Airways.

                                      I don't agree with their direction to follow up directly with airline as I have paid the money to Makemytrip and Makemytrip should be responsible to get me the refund with delay. There is already delay of more than 8 months and still I don't know when I will get the refund.

                                      Please let me know, when I will get my money back.
