Would like a full refund for my flight which could not be operated due to COVID-19. I have already mailed you before but did not receive any refund yet. I would like you to fasten the process as I need the money as soon as possible. Below are my flight details and I have also attached my flight ticket.

As per the latest DGCA guidelines I am entitled for a full refund. I want it as soon as possible as it has already been more than 8MONTHS and ITS MY MONEY, I am asking for it. Please dont push me to take legal action as an amount of 15103 is alot for me. Please look into the matter.

I WANT THR ENTIRE AMOUNT AS ADVISED BY VISTARA THAT THEY HAVE TRANSFERED THE AMOUNT WAY BACK TO Make my trip BUT MMT IS TELLING THAT VISTARA HAS NOT YET TRANSFERED AND THAT IT WILL TAKE TIME. 8MONTHS IS NOT ENOUGH FOR YOU PEOPLE TO GIVE ME THE FULL REFUND?
I had a similar problem with GOAIR, AIR INDIA, INDIGO and they have already given me the full refund. Its not my fault. Vistara had cancelled my flight, you will find the proof attached with this mail. I want a full refund.I had a word with the customer support earlier at that time it was told I am eligible for a full refund and at that time the dates where mentioned from 19th March. This is really not acceptable. Do whatever is necessary and send me the refund.This is 100th time I am sending a mail to MMT and Vistara as well. I have booked tickets so many but never faced this problem. I spoke to MMT customer care like 100 times and they failed to give me proper information. I am tired of this blame game between Vistara and make my trip. Please atleast stick to your own words. I need the refund any how. Please do the needful and send me the refund for the below mentioned air ticke

    Makemytrip hasn't processed refund from almost 1.5 months even after airlines has provided refund. I have been following with Makemytrip every alternative day and timelines provided by them was never honored. I should have made atleast 20 -25 calls everytime improper response. Certain times it has become so bad that customer support executives act as goons on call.

    Please help me to get my refund back as it is pending from months now.

      Hi,

      My flight was on 3rd April 2020 from Back Dubai to Delhi, but due to Covid issue we cancelled the booking.

      We booked flights from (MakeMyTrip) MMT.
      On 20 October Airline( Air India Express) credited my complete refund to MMT.
      Regarding this we didn’t received any intimation.

      MMT despite of returning our money back stated on portal that this money has been credited as a Credit Voucher which can be used only against Air India Express future bookings within one year.

      Now, when I try to book, it states that AIR INDIA EXPRESS is not issuing inventory for bookings.

      My simple concerns is as below:
      1. Why MMT is not refunding my money back in Cash when airlines have completely refunded them in Cash.
      2. Why they are restricting us from using credit voucher when AIR INDIA EXPRESS has not put any such conditions.
      3. Why they are not leaving any way through which we cam connect with them.

      They have designed their system in a way that customers remain helpless, you cannot email them regarding this coz they state AI express is not allowing new booking.
      You cannot contact their customer care coz for such request their Customer care department are not entertaining customers.

      Very bad experience, I will never book through MMT.

      I need my money back and request you to take strict actions against such companies who even after getting refund of our money playing such bad tricks to hold funds with them.

        I Booked tickets for a round trip between Bangalore and Mumbai for self and family before pandemic lockdown in the MakeMyTrip portal. Onward journey date was 17 May 2020 and return journey date was on 23 May 2020. Due to lockdown all flights were cancelled and the refund was supposed to be in credit shell as per the Govt. of India and can be used before 31 March 2021.
        Booking amount was 21715 rupees for both onward [ GoAir ] and return [SpiceJet], but now GoAir tickets are cancelled without my consent and showing No refund due in the portal. and availability of credit voucher of only 10872 was showing in the booking details.
        No Customer support, when tried calling to customer care, Bangalore offices are vacated/ closed when visited. I tried to reach Airlines, they confirmed that the cancelled tickets are still available and can only be rebooked via MakeMyTrip portal.
        MakeMyTrip Customer care Interactive voice response [IVR] says, support is not available for cancelled tickets, for rebooking of existing tickets, IVR says Agent will call back regarding same, but no response received since 10days from anyone and needed the tickets to be booked at the earliest.
        There is no way to contact any MakeMyTrip agent to rebook my tickets and the amount is still blocked, i am expecting the amount to be in the credit shall so that i can rebook the tickets as per the airline guidelines.

        Kindly help me in resolving the issue.

          Address: Opp oswal bhawan,jawahar chowk, Appapura.

          We had booked tickets to Japan from Delhi to attend the Tokyo Olympics. Due to the pandemic the trip was cancelled and so was the flight. After speaking to an executive we cancelled our flight and received a message stating that the full amount of Rs 94956 would be refunded. However the amount refunded was only approx Rs. 1276/-. The booking was done from the make my trip ID of my husband Dr Deepak Kothari. In spite of repeated calls to MMT and Japan airlines we have not received any convincing answer. I am attaching the ticket and the email of full refund promised by MMT.

          The make my trip company last week messaged that they will refund the full amount. However at the end of this week also i have not received any refund. There are still fooling around. Where is the money? Please expedite the case. Thank you again.

          Received a message from make my trip that they are only offering a refund of 2296 rs against the total amount of 94956Rs.

          this is absolute cheating and wastage of time of both the parties.

          Request you to kindly escalate this matter and help us with the refund.

            Today I tried to book following flight ticket using make my trip android app

            Date of journey 08.11.2020

            Origin: mumbai

            Destination: Indore

            Departure time: 10.10

            Arrival time: 11.30

            Flight Air India AI707

            Name of the passenger. Mohammed Shameer Bashiyar

            Mode if payment : Google pay

            Amount: Rs. 4200

            After filling all the neccesary fields make my trip app directed me to google pay app to make the payment. And as per instruction i paid above mentioned amount.

            But when i got back to Make my trip above there was no booking shown.

            The amount has been already deducted from my bank account

            Please do the needful immediately

              Sir, This is regarding booking id in makemytrip NF[protected] . It comprises of two flights Chennai to coimbatore and Coimbatore to chennai. The flight form coimbatore to chennai was cancelled due to covid and kept in credit shell by Indigo. But later due to government regulations they refunded the amount to Makemytrip on July 16th. I am unable to claim refund from Makemytrip as they have given no option there in their website. I am unable to reach any customer care. They are so irresponsible. I am hitting a roadblock I need my refund asap.

                  All relevant details mentioned in the below e-mail chain which has gone unnoticed for 5 months now ... No way to reach a human at the contact centre, no response to e-mails ... Only way is a useless Chat-Bot which isnt enabled with any AI to address the query or fetch relevant answers to the complaint ... Despite MMT supervisor confirming on e-mail that refund will be processed in 21 days, nothing has been settled till date.

                  Team - Months have passed but I haven’t see the refund neither in my MMT wallet nor Spice Jet credit shell ... I have to plan a domestic flight in next week or so and would need immediate resolution ... PLZ RESOLVE ON PRIORITY.

                  Refer to below e-mail confirmation from MMT supervisor Deepak Bhatia assuring processing of refund at the earliest. Call me if you need any specific details but want credit of INR 9258 ASAP.

                    Hi Team,

                    I had booked a flight on 29th February 2020 from Hyderabad to Berlin, with PNR: H6DBL and E-Ticket No.: 098-[protected], to travel on 10th April 2020.

                    However, due to Covid19 situation, International Travel got restricted and my Visa also expired. So, I'm not in a position to travel now. Also I don't know when my Visa can be renewed, as you might know Germany still has travel restrictions for Indian travellers.

                    I have requested the airline AirIndia to initiate the refund but they said I need to connect with MakeMyTrip for this because I have booked the ticket from them. When I am trying to connect with MakeMyTrip they are not responding. I have tried several times with all kind of mode but no luck. I was trying to connect with them since last 3-4 months.

                    Please do the needful ASAP as it's been a long time I tried to connect to MakeMyTrip customer care and wasn't getting any response. It'll be really helpful if you look into my situation on priority.

                    The total amount for refund is Rs. 30999.

                    Please let me know if you need any further information.

                      I Had Booked International Fligh From Bangalore -- Dubai -- Amsterdam.
                      Due To Lockdown, My Flight Was Cancelled.

                      My Booking Amout Was ₹ 58640
                      After 4 Months I Got A Refund Of 38042.
                      I Checked With Emirates And They Said They Have Refunded Entire Amount. No Cancellation Is Being Charged.

                      I Am Unable To Get In Touch With Any MMT Executive For Last 5 Months.

                        Hello m complaning about flight refund amount till date i didn't get my refund back, bank executives told me that it's getting delay by only yr side, neither yours executive are working...nor you resolved problem by online services.

                          I had booked a flight through MMT for the 15th of April, 2020 from Mumbai to Chandigarh. The booking ID is NF[protected]. After several requests and waiting for such a long time. MMT finally refunded the money but not to the source the payment was made through but in their wallet. I feel cheated as the money should have been refunded to me and not added in the wallet as i am bound to use it even if i don't want to use it. And in these times it is not safe to travel. I would like you to ask MMT to refund the money from the source of payment and not force the consumer to use it by returning it in the wallet.

                            Hence, request to credit the same to my account.

                              Dear Sir/ Madam,

                              I had book 2 seats from Vadodara to Pune for 1st Nov.
                              First thing Bus got delayed 1 hrs

                              Second thing The bus operator (Falcon Travel bus Number:GJ03BW9918 has not completed the trip.

                              He has dropped to all passangers on Gujarat Maharashtra Border (Mid way and mid night) instead of Pune and even not did any alternative arrangements to reach desired destination.

                              Even though I tried to contact to the owner of bus operator and there team but no one received calls.

                              After so many try I have tried to contact to customer care but no one responded there also.

                              So after failure of all options

                              I have did own arrangements and paid again to reach Pune.

                              So I request to you please refund my payment Rs. 2130. My booking ID is NU[protected]

                                Makemytrip has not refunded the money for canceled trip even after 5 months even though they received the refund from Go Air airlines 5 months back.
                                I spoke to airline representative and they even gave me the transaction number for the refund. Makemy trip not only never gave me the money but also does not have any platform to raise this complaint. They only have a automated chatbot which is useless. Customer care number also does not work or does not get picked up a human.
                                Pathetic customer service. This is the last time I am using makemytrip.

                                  I have a cancellation of flight booking with ID no NF[protected]. The cancellation amount was credit in my wallet. I have transferred this amount in my Bank account on dated 23/10/20. Now this amount is not credit in my Bank account but debit from my wallet account. Plz take up this matter and provide solutions as soon as possible..

                                    I have booked the flights on 8th March 2020 for journey on 16th April 2020 with Make My trip for flying with Indigo airline from Chennai to Nagpur and Nagpur to Chennai having PNR No.AFLV9C (Booking ID - NF[protected]) & IHJL4M (Booking ID - NF[protected]) respectively but due to lockdown all flights got cancelled and the government issue guidelines to airlines to refund money without any deduction.
                                    I got information from Indigo airlines that they have already refunded to Make My trip long before.

                                    So if airlines have already paid back the money to MMT (Make My Trip ) why Make My trip is holding the money as a credit shell. Airlines paid by to MMT in July month but MMT is not giving any response
                                    It is MMT duty to credit the amount in my bank account on an immediate basis. but currently MMT is not responding.
                                    Trying to call at support/customer care but it is on voice assistant only and there is no Email id existence
                                    No personnel is available to speak to resolve this issue.

                                    No assistance on phone and mail .

                                    I am continuous follow up with MMT but they are not responding .

                                      I have transferred the refunded amount for my cancelled flight (PNR: LW59GX) to the original payment mode, but it is still not reflecting in my credit card statement.
                                      I have spoken with the bank, they have informed that no amount received from make my trip as yet.

                                      Please check and update with the status at the earliest.

                                        Hello Team,

                                        I tried a book a flight on Makemytrip today i.e; 30th October 2020 from Bengaluru to Rajahmundry, but my amount got debited and I did not receive any booking details nor showing in the pending requests. I tried reaching out on customer care number, but it is a pathetic service as call doesn't get connected to anybody even after hours of wait.

                                        Details of the Booking done are below:
                                        Bank Name: State Bank of India
                                        amount debited: 6910
                                        Mode Of transaction: Net Banking
                                        Booking Date: October 30th, 2020

                                        Could you please look into this very urgently as i need to get confirmation on the refund and I need to make a new booking asap. Request your very prompt response on this matter.
