I booked 3 air tickets for 30th april 2020, But airline cancel flight because lockdown, recently I received an email from make my trip that your refund rupees 560 against actual fair 7500 initiatived where I didn't place any request. I already confirm fro. Go air that in future I can use credit note. I wrote to make my trip so many times but no response, no one available to speak on phone. I need my full refund or credit note.

    I have booked flight through makemytrip and flight got canceled. I contacted with airlines, they have initiated refund from there end and informed that it will be refunded to makemytrip.

    Can you please help me refund that amount into my account at earliest.

    I tried connecting through call and myra for same but call not reachable and Myra is always showing error message. There is no way I can contact Make my trip. Calls are not going through, online chat is not working, no email id to connect with, one email is there which give automatic repsonse.

      I had two flight bookings with PNR - LQBRQR & FKWRMD, these flights got cancelled due to the Pandemic on 1st of April and 9th of April.
      I called Indigo the airline partner who initiated transfer of Rs. 12150/- on 6th of Nov for PNR - LQBRQR & another transfer was initiated for Rs. 12111/- on 09th Nov for PNR- FKWRMD.
      In my MMT wallet the amount of Rs. 12150/- reflected as My Cash, on 11th Nov and I initiated transfer of the amount to my account on 12th, i have still not received it in my account.
      Today i got a whatsapp from MMT that another amount has been refunded as My cash in my MMT account.

      Why is it taking so long for MMT to refund my Money to me? MMT has to refund my money, it can't keep it for their business, there is no use harassing people, since people will go that extra mile but definitely take possession of ther hard earned money.

        I was issued a refund against my booking in July for my hotel booking. However I never really got the amount in my card. After following up multiple times with them there has been no resolution.
        Their email ID is not working.
        Chat-bot is unable to resolve any issues.
        Their call operators keep you on hold for 15 minutes and then cut the call. This has happened twice.

          My Oneway Flight from AMD to LKO (NF[protected]) is cancelled due to lockdown imposed by honourable Indian Government. All travel partner has refunded full amount including their convenience fees. Why make trip has charged Rs 280 convenience fees? In such situations, when Airline cancels booking then full amount should be refunded to customer. Make my trip want to earn in such conditions that is not acceptable at all. I am raising this issue on consumer forum also. Please call me on [protected]/[protected] for resolution.

            Make MyTrip Trip ID # NL[protected]

            I opted for the Europe Travel package with MakeMy trip in November 2019 with travel date in April 2020 and paid 1, 36, 886 INR for the booking.
            Because of Pandemic, the travel was cancelled by the government across the globe and eventually by trip too was cancelled.

            So I opted to get the trip cancelled completely, instead of date change due the uncertainty because of Pandemic.
            Though it was not my fault but still MakeMytrip forced the penalty of INR 45, 000 as Airline is charging them for the same and informed that the remaining INR 91, 886 will be refunded to me within 45 working days on the email dated 24th June 2020.

            Its been already more than 5 months when I was committed for the refund to be processed, still it is pending and now they have even stopped responding to the emails and my phone calls.

            I certainly understand this is a tough time specially for the travel company like them, but it is a tough time for me as a consumer and individual too. Please do not penalize so much that I lost complete faith in an company like MakeMy trip for my future travels too.

            Please address this issue and get the refund processed on priority and without penalty as I'm was not at fault.

                I had book tickets from mumbai to Chicago and covid 19 occured and flights got canceled.. I had a talk with airlines and they initiated refund.. Make my trips app says the refund shld reflect from 11 November to 13 November. Today is 19th November and still refund is not reflected in my account. The customer service is also not in contact.. I have requested through web forms too and call too neither way Im contacted need help

                  Against Makemytrip booking ID - NN[protected], I booked air ticket for Delhi - Perth - Delhi of Thai Airways on 22nd Feb. 2020. Thai Airways issued PNR no. SQ84WC. The same ticket was cancelled due to COVID 19 on 19th March 2020. But ticket amount not refunded till date.

                  In the last update, through "My Trip", It informed that my refund application (5529303 for 217-[protected] of dated 3rd May 2020) is still pending for approval at Thai Airways' s end and asked me to follow up directly in Thai Airways.

                  I don't agree with their direction to follow up directly with airline as I have paid the money to Makemytrip and Makemytrip should be responsible to get me the refund with delay. There is already delay of more than 8 months and still I don't know when I will get the refund.

                  Please let me know, when I will get my money back.

                      I had transferred my wallet balance of Rs.8268/- in my original payment source, but till date it has not been credited to my Bank account.

                      Multiple followup's have been done but no one is replaying. there is no contact number to whom i can speak. Hence writing here.

                        Hi every one,
                        My case was to Delete my MMT account because i can see my account was using by others .Even i changed the password of my login but also my account is getting logged in by my old password. So
                        i tried calling MMT customer care but the Automated voice said, Due to covid please use the MMT web site for your query and bookings. There i went to chat support but also same repeated worthless bot gave the same repeated answer send a mail to Privacy2, even i did . The support are very quick in action that they responded 2 days after and said it will take 5 days to delete my account. This is how MMT react to keep the account secure .Then i waited for 5 days and after my several followups they responded that we have deleted . I tried login to my account and my account is successfully logging in . Then again account is not deleted with screen shot attached. Again after 2 days they responded your account is deleted . Again i tried logging in and it was successfull. Again i responded that account is still not deleted. But till now i dint get any single response from the team even after my several followups . what a cstomer support . MMT shoud understad the inportance of personal data of a customer. MMT please make sure you adhere Security and privacy police . Im frustrated really. I will neve ever come back to MMT again.

                          I tried to rebook tickets from Bengaluru to Kolkata on Oct 21, 2020 by changing the date to 25th Oct, 2020. I was charged with 575/-. Payment was successful, money got deducted but booking didn't happen. I've attached a message which I got it from makemytrip India saying that they will refund me 575/- within 3-12 days, but its been 27 days they didn't refund my money. After second attempt of payment I booked my ticket.

                          Please I request you to kindly resolved my issue as soon as possible and refund 575/- amount.

                              I have booked my Thailand trip flights by MMT on December 19 for traveling on dated 24 march 2020. My DELHI to Bangkok flight was belongs to NOk Scoot airlines, which cancelled its flight on 28 Feb and committed for full refund, even MMT also committed for refund (after deduction of convenience fee and taxes) of rupees 17797 and send me mail for refund is in process but I didn't receive my refund even after 1 month later amount start reflecting me in my trip section as a voucher and amount was 16797 ( even less than what they have committed after deduction)that I can use for my future trips whenever I will do booking through MMT. After 2 months they deleted that voucher and start showing that amount refunded and issue is resolved, which is a false claim. I haven't received my money back yet. MMT want to grab my money. I want my money back for which I am trying to contact MMT for last 3 months but I am unable to reach them as they are contact through MYRA (Computer chat) only which says that my issue is already resolved.
                              I want my refund amount from MMT.

                                I booked my travel thru MMT in 2019 for Jet Airways Delhi London.
                                PNR QJEZYH
                                The flight got cancelled because of Jet bankruptcy and we were forced to book ticket on other Airline. Now after more than a year we have not received the refund and no update that when we will get our refund.

                                      My refund was promised to be reflected on my bank acc by 8th nov. airline has already refunded to MMT on 29th of Oct. Still I did not received the amount from MMT. Since long I am trying to talk to a customer care executive but no proper contact details is provide. No one from mmt is talking to me. This is not at all a good way of serving a customer. Someone from mmt has to talk to me about my concern ASAP.
