All relevant details mentioned in the below e-mail chain which has gone unnoticed for 5 months now ... No way to reach a human at the contact centre, no response to e-mails ... Only way is a useless Chat-Bot which isnt enabled with any AI to address the query or fetch relevant answers to the complaint ... Despite MMT supervisor confirming on e-mail that refund will be processed in 21 days, nothing has been settled till date.

Team - Months have passed but I haven’t see the refund neither in my MMT wallet nor Spice Jet credit shell ... I have to plan a domestic flight in next week or so and would need immediate resolution ... PLZ RESOLVE ON PRIORITY.
Refer to below e-mail confirmation from MMT supervisor Deepak Bhatia assuring processing of refund at the earliest. Call me if you need any specific details but want credit of INR 9258 ASAP.
