Hi This is Mr Shivam, Mobile No. [protected], email I’d [protected]@gmail.com.I have booked a 2way return ticket with booking id NN[protected] for my wife Ms Ping Li, a Chinese native, due to COVID outbreak return flight was delayed and extended, later my wife extended it twice by connecting China Southern Airlines in China.Now they hv said her that please connect to makemytrip in india where I hv bought the ticket first.and gave her a REFUND APPLICATION FORM FOR REISSUED TICKET.that need to filled by makemytrip here .and given to them.so that refund could be made to the earliest.so kindly cooperate and help me out of this situation.kindly call me asap from the respective department or give me emaili have called them multiple times, they just say, we are connecting to respective department.but i never got connected to respective team.kindly help me to ask them to fill the form dually with an stamp on it and email me..or call me.
MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have not yet received my payment.
Do I need to approach media & regulatory bodies.
