Customer care email id and refund

There is no proper customer care email id mentioned anywhere. The customer care nos are engaged continuously and not able to speak to anyone for refund of my cancellations of flight due to covid

Please provide customer care email id in the website of makemytrip.

Your bot is jst useless....

Hi

I have my two refunds of airlines ticket pending at your end.

One is of jet airways travel of 2019 - which you have completely forgotten and not have updated me as of yet.

Second one, is the recent cancellation of my go air travel which was cancelled with go air and go air has also sent me a credit note. The credit note receiver is makemytrip - however i have not got any refund to my account from your end

    Make my trip is a fraud company

    I have booked flights in make my trip app and due to covid lockdown i did not travel as the flight operator did not operate the flight and the money i have paid is lost. I unable to get in touch with make my trip as they dont have any customer care persons attending the call neither they are repsponding.

    I need my money back so that i can book a flight for no reason they are holding my money and it doesn't even show as credits...

    I have cancelled the flight due to current covid-19 situation to greece worth of 86200 and it was supposed to be 84500 which i was promised to get. However, now they only have sent 65700 stating airliance deduced its charge which i wasn't informed about.
    The worst part is now they don't have a forum where consumer can even talk, no phone number is working and email address is given.

    I believe i will have file an fir against it but i thought of nothing this down here before it do that

    Its been notified and he promised to send me an escalation number, but he didn't do it, he was the worst guy I ever spoke to as a CSR. Its not take me anywhere

      I booked a flight to bali (Dps) initially on april, since the covid-19 was at rise i thought of reshuffling it to october and paid extra 14, 480 for rescheduling. But then the entire international operations got shut down and all travels were pulled off. Now, i had booked my package with flynote (Travel coordinator) and they are confirming that the tour package is cancelled as bali may not be opened with in a year.

      Now, i cant travel to bali as my trip package is cancelled. I want make my trip to atleast add the booking money to my make my trip wallet if they are not refunding. I payed 78, 000 for the trip. Please help me with this regard.

        I had done a booking through makemytrip for a round trip travel from bangalore to bagdogra. The booking id is nf[protected].

        Bangalore to bagdogra 05:45 hrs, 08 mar flight no sg-714
        Bagdogra to bangalore 17:15 hrs, 14 mar flight no sg-8196/sg-143
        (Via new delhi)

        Due to coronavirus pandemic, travel restrictions were imposed by bhutan government and i had cancelled both legs of the journey by directly calling spicejet 7th march 2020.

        I havent received the refund amount yet from makemytrip. I have called the customer help line multiple number of times and every time the associate is assuring that refund will be done in 2-3 working days.

        I received a call from person claiming to be from Makemytrip customer support team and informed that refund has been initiated on 15th June and it may take 3-4 working days to credit to my account. But until today, I havent received it.
        Really frustrated on getting such false assurances from Makemytrip. Their self support links shared also are of no use as it just keeps showing some incorrect information with incorrect refund amount. Never have come across such fraudsters as MakeMytrip.

          I published a hotel review on make my trip by mistake and now this review can’t be deleted. Even after calling customer care they said it isn’t possible from my or their end. This is totally unacceptable from a renowned business site like make my trip. Kindly help me and take the required action.
          I need it to get it resolved immediately on urgent basis.

          This is in regards for review deletion request of booking id - nh[protected] and nh[protected], hotel name sea green south hotel for check-in date 21 jan 2020 & 24 jan 2020.

            Hi,

            I made a booking on air asia flight for 5th-june-20 and return on 12th-jun-20 but the flight got cancelled by airline due to covid-19.
            The total amount paid was inr 56795 but mmt refunded me inr 53668 and deducted the convenience fees of inr 3117 towards the service which i have not availed and it was mmt airline partner who has cancelled the flight not me.

              I was booked 3 hotels in delhi for the month of dec ' 20 but due corona virus i was cancelled those hotel booking but mmt foecelly refund those cancellation in mmt wallet associated with my email id abnsh. [protected]@gmail.com and not allow to transfer those amount in my account.in the situation of this pandemic everyone has cashcrunch and makemytrip intenally not transfer my money to my bank account.

                This complain is regarding the refund amount that is not yet credited by the company for flight cancellation, Also none of the executive from the company has contacted for the same when i tried to reach out to them.

                @Makemytrip this kind of response was never expected from this company.

                I have claimed for refund on cancellation of flight on 3-Jun-2020...Today when i checked my makemytrip site, I saw that the trip was marked as completed.This is worst. Not refunding customers money is one of the worst thing this company has been doing now with me.

                For more details please find the attachment and please help me out in getting my refund

                  The complaint is on the amount to be refunded towards cancellation of air ticket (Booking id-in1b[protected] name of passenger : mariam johnson)

                  The company is not making full refund & this has caused much worry and financial difficulty to me.

                  An ticket was cancelled. As per the document on the makemytrip app, the total amount of rs 114360 is processed as refund

                  But i have received only an amount of rs.64360 as detailed below.
                  1. Remittance to central bank of india account no. — 9809 - rs. 50000
                  2. Remittance to state bank of india account no. — 24597- rs 14360

                  The balance of rs 50000 is still pending and requested them to deposit the amount (& tax gained from the amount) in my state bank of india account no. — 24597 without any further delay.

                  This is a long pending issue, where the agent is not keen on refunding. They also do not respond by mail. Other mode of contacting them were not useful.

                    Hi, i made a booking through makemytrip for thailand. We booked the flight vietjet from krabi to bangkok on 10-april-2020. The airline refunded the full amount and processed the same. They sent me a confirmation email.in addition to the booking through make my trip, i directly purchased some checked-in baggage from the airline for which i already received the full refund for baggage from airline. Make my trip is denying the refund and asking me to keep it in their wallet even when airline processed my full refund. Kindly look into this and ask mmt to process this refund to me as they took no effort to co-ordinate with airlines. I personally exchanged 100+ emails with airline and also called them on their customer care numbers in thailand and vietnam. All efforts done by me to get this refund for which mmt wants the benefit. Kindly do the needful to get the refund processed to me from mmt.

                      Pls refer booking id - nf[protected].
                      I had used coupon code mmthdfcdc and had to get a cash back of inr 1034. It has been more than 6 months and after continuous followup also make my trip is not processing the cash back, nor giving the transaction reference id, and now not responding to any calls, messages. Customer care is not responding to any query also. This is a lost money.

                        I had booked Dubai Trip for 7 persons through Make my Trip India(MMT) from[protected] to[protected] having booking ID NL[protected] . Total Cost of package tour, excluding airfare is Rs.3, 03, 135/-. As a 1st part payment we had paid Rs.1, 57, 000/- to MMT on 24.02.2020.Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, our Visas, which were processed and approved, were cancelled. As Visas were cancelled we were not able to travel to Dubai in spite of our wish to continue the tour.
                        MMT vide email dated 25.03.20 informed us regarding cancellation of our booking and deducted Rs.54, 739/- as cancellation charges unilaterally. Further they have offered us Future Travel Voucher of Rs.1, 02, 261/- with a validity of 1 year.
                        As there was no fault of ours, we have vide our email dated 26.03.2020 requested MMT to justify deductions of Rs.54, 739/- and also to give break up of the amount which includes Visa fees. Our contention is as we have not cancelled our trip, and Visas are cancelled due to Pandemic, why we should be penalized with deductions.
                        Further as we do not want to travel to abroad for atleast next two years or more, we are not ready to obtain any future travel voucher, we requested MMT to refund entire amount of Rs.1, 57, 000/- to our account vide our email dated 26.03.2020.
                        Inspite our non willingness to accept any gift voucher, MMT unilaterally sent us gift voucher through their email dated 14.04.2020 for Rs.1, 02, 261/-.We do not accept this offer as we do not wish to travel abroad atleast for next two years and cancellation charges are not justified in this pandemic situation.
                        We strongly condemn act of MMT and once again demand our entire amount of Rs.1, 57, 000/- to be refunded in our account along with interest.

                          Good Evening,

                          I was intend to go on a holiday trip to Thailand on April 21, 2020 with booking no.[protected]. Sir, because of this COVID 19 outbreak my booking was cancelled but no refund has been processed yet. Sir, it's been 2 months since the cancellation and I haven't received any refund. I have contacted mmt so many times but there is no response. I have also emailed their regional heads and backened team but no action has been taken by them. I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund my amount in the original mode of payment as soon as possible as it is very difficult for me to wait now.

                            Mmt deducted inr2094, which i consider as forgery. I would request you to refund me the rest amount of inr2094. As mmt has got back an amount more than i paid, i want them to refund my paid amount to my pay point.

                              I am writing this complaint with regard to the great inconvenience i am facing from your make my tip customer service team.

                              I booked a return family air ticket from Ahmedabad to Bangkok through make my trip (Flight operator Air Asia) and government has now suspended all the international flight operations till further notice.

                              With deep regrets, i would like to inform you that my family is badly chasing your team since last few weeks to arrange a Refund /Credit Voucher against the government decision of flights suspension due to the ongoing Covid situation.Our travel duration was 22nd May - 31st May and we have applied for a refund /credit voucher to make my trip. Despite of the frequent emails and almost daily phone calls with MMT team, we are yet to hear a responsible answer from MMT end. Hitting more at our sentiments, this morning we had been informed by MMT customer care executive that Air Asia had officially denied for any credit against this booking, this is really unacceptable to any customer.

                              Given the circumstances, we are left with no option other than approaching to look into this. Failing to an acceptable solution, we are irritated enough to go dirty on social media about this incident and last but not least option thought is to approach competent authority of law.

                              I had been a loyal customer of makemytrip and mostly avoided using foreign service providers, however this incident had changed my perception.

                                On 17 feb 2020, vide mmt booking id nn[protected], i had booked etihad – mumbai – abu dhabi - dusseldorf – zurich – abu dhabi – mumbai flights in the name of shraddha dcunha, my wife. I had paid an amount of rs ₹ 46511, vide my credit card.

                                Owing to covid-19, the trip was cancelled. I also cancelled the abovesaid flights through mmt on 14 march 2020.

                                Good day!!!

                                I am writing this mail of behalf of mrs. Harjit bhat, we have cancelled british airways (Pnr - t6m2z9) ticket on 19th march due british airways flight was cancelled and mmt representative have confirmed the cancellation and raised full refund on same. When we check the status on refund in mmt app or calling though call center and they confirm refund is already processed and refund amount will hit respective account in three working was since the date was proposed on mmt app was 04th april. Its more than three months now, still we haven’t received the payment yet.

                                Myself (Gowrishankar) following up on daily basis through call center to check on refund status, auto message pronounces, refund is still under process.

                                Only false information gives mmt team and there is no proper response.

                                This is how, mmt executives will harass your loyal mmt members.

                                Please treat this mail on high priority basis and revert with refund confirmation.

                                I have attached e-ticket, invoice and refund confirmation message.

                                  I have booked my ticket with make my trip booking id nf[protected] for which the flight has been cancelled by the airline.

                                  The company refuses to accept the cancellation and does not have any email id for complaints addressal system.

                                  Request for the complete refund at the earliest.
