Booked indigo flight from lucknow to bangalore pnr znpksn through makemytrip
Airline contacted me giving me option to go fo full refund on 20th march 2020. I opted for it and indigo sent me confirmation email that refund is provided to makemytrip, being the agent of amount 9648.
But till date i haven't received the refund amount.
MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Dear officer

    We could not reach tokyo narita from new delhi india as due to covid-19 our ai flight from mumbai to delhi ai-687 (Pnr hs2z9) was cancelled.
    The issuing office (Makemytrip. Cpm) will open for call centre only at ist 13:30 on may 31, 2020

    Hence this intimation:

    Please cancel our above referred booking/ticket completely and either refund the amount to our credit card or else keep our credit balance with you to be utilized against future air ticket purchase.

      My flight on the 20th of march got cancelled so i called indigo for my ticket refund. They said the money is already back with the agent, in this case make my trip. But they never refunded me the money and the website is not working properly

        My flight was cancelled by airline due to lockdown. Makemytrip has not refunded my cash in my account till now. Kindly look into the matter and refund my cash amount. Flight was on 10 april guwahati to delhi air asia.

          I have cancelled my indigo airline ticket booked through makemytrip.com, the airline company gave me refund but the travel agent denied the refund and not releasing it.

            My friend booked our tickets for six o[censored]s for. Going to japan. On 30 march 2020 and returned on 13 april 2020 by singapore airlines.
            Though flights r cancelled by airlines and they have process our refund claim we have not received refund from make my trip yet

              I had booked a flight in mmt on dec 5th 2019, for travel to international destinations, but due to travel not safe, i got the email from airasia airlines that my flight have been cancelled, and refund is in process, the airline have already send me conformation mail that amount has been refund on 23rd april 2020, but mmt is not refunding the money, just giving false tats for the process to get completed, i can share all the email which have been exchange between me and mmt, but i think it is a scam now to not refund the money in the name of pandemic. Total amount is over 10k. And the booking id with the mmt is booking id - nn[protected] from the past 4 months they are making false promise to refund the money.

                I wanted to book a flight ticket from amritsar, panjab to dibrugarh assam on 26/052020 through make my trip app.in my first attempt the booking showed cancelled but the amount ofrs. 9286 was deducted. After that in my second attempt the ticket was booked and the amount of 9886 was again deducted, which is fine. But company has not refund the amount of9268 for the cancelled booking yet. I need those money as soon as possible. The transactions details of those two deduction is enclosed herewith. You can see that i have only one flight booking on5/06/2020 from amritsar to dibrugarh but the amount is deducted for two times. Please do necessary action and solve my problem...

                  A ticket booked with mmt reference nn[protected] from singapore to bangalore for 11.03.2020 in airindia express flight ix485. The airlines cancelled the flight problem for operational reasons and refund was sent by them through invoice to mmt for ultimate credit to my credit card account. Reference rccegh for rs.9855.67 dated 03.03.2020. The airline again confirmed through an email that the amount has been transferred to mmt and i should get it from them. But the mmt is holding my money and playing all kind of drama by blocking their contact avenues. The complaint through their web site says you have completed the journey. My efforts to explaining them that the flight itself was cancelled and the airline has sent refund to you is simply ignored number of times and simply give reply that the journey is completed. They are acting like fools when the flight itself is cancelled how can pone complete the journey. And the drama is still going on,

                    This is in regards to the international flight booking I made via MMT ( Booking Ref- NN[protected] the flight got cancelled and as per the communication the entire refund amount was expected to be credited with 60-90 days (after considering delay). I have been waiting for more than 3 months now and there is no revert from your side. When I called Airline the representative mentioned that I need to contact the broker from where I booked the flight as they don't have much details on communication. Since the flight was booked from MMT platform which makes their duty to process the refund. This has been really a painful experience so far and by not reverting its not helping either.

                        I booked a flight on 21 feb for lucknow to ahmedabad on 13 april. so a message came from indigo nearly 20 march with options 1. because of delay in flights you can cancel your flight with full refund.
                        so i cancelled it 24 march. now many requests had been made to makemytrip because their contact are not working. but a day one customer care attended the issue.
                        the case is indigo had already refunded 2999 rupees into the account of makemytrip. now they are deducting 800 rupees at their step
                        details are as follows

                        500 rupees as paypal redemption
                        and 300 as makemytrip convenience fee

                        earlier my pnr was kefvpy and now they have changed at their ease as bm4l7k

                        but when i am not travelling and indigo has refunded 2999 rupees why are they deducting money at their step?

                        if they will not refund me and not be getting help from consumer complaints forum. i will be registering an fir against this fraud company for cyber crime.

                        I had paid 3003 rupees. I also talked with customer care of makemytrip and assured me that "2999 will be refunded and there is coming a technical problem in website so please dont worry. you will get full refund of 2999 into my credit card.

                          I recently published a hotel review on make my trip by mistake and now this review can’t be deleted. Even after calling customer care they said it isn’t possible from my or their end. This is totally unacceptable from a renowned business site like make my trip. Kindly help me and take the required action.
                          I need it to get it resolved immediately on urgent basis.

                            I am syed riyaz from india. Through make my trip website logined on may 24th night 11:45 booked flight ticket in indigo airways (Hyderabad to trivandrum). Amount deducted from my kotak mahindra bank upi 4, 192 rupees but there's no flight ticket, confirmation mail. I was mailed make my trip customer care there's no response. I called customer care numbers 2 no's not working, one number working but there's no customer care executive to explain issue. Purely cheating.

                              I was booking flight from mmt on 26th may around 1am, once i have done payment using upi, amount got deducted from my account and landed to some error page.

                              Now info not have any booking id to manage on make my trip website or app

                              Now my money is blocked with mmt. Please help.

                                I had a booking for 11 apr flight but got cancelled due to lockdown. Airline and makemytrip said that the amount will be converted to credit shell.

                                Now i want to use but no option is coming for use of the credit shell.

                                      Hi,

                                      Due to covid-19 pandemic i have requested for cancellation of the booking nh[protected] for which hotel novotel nusa dua bali has confirmed that no cancellation charges will be applied on 27th apr.

                                      But mmt response was that hotel is not giving refund, so i checked with the hotel again and they confirmed that they had contacted the make my trip agent and informed that reservation has been cancelled without any cancellation penalty. I am attaching the mail from the property where there communicated with the mmt about the same on 6th may.

                                      Even after 1 month the amount is not refunded and it feels like they are cheating and donot want to refund the amount.
