I tried many times to contact your customer services( and your United Airlines partner) since 25th March, 2020 for my round trip international flight from San Francisco to Delhi on 2nd of April, 2020 which was automatically cancelled due to lockdown situation. But your MMT site the status shown as 'Completed' which anyhow is not possible at all as it was a lockdown situation.
70 days and counting !
No refunds yet, no chat support service, no customer support email id and no telephone number to reach out to your customer service representative.
WAITING FOR MY REFUND !

The purpose of taking the programme was to get the benefit of free cancellation. But i am being denied the same due to corona crisis. I have a travel from delhi to bhuwaneshwar on 4th june 2020. I Booked the ticket to London ticket is attached and the same is cancelled by airline and refund of Rs 73000 is raised and same is not recived till date and amount of booking is 103000.in this case make my trip earn the cancellation charges and booking charges and airline co also earn the cancellation charges so ultimately all the cost bear by the customer.

But till now no amount is received after bearing all losses.

I had made vacation plans to travel india and booked vacation trip to goa from ahmedabad using makemytrip they charged me rs 50k for 4 passengers.
Due to covid all flights were cancelled and hotels were closed so there was no possibility of travel. Airline site clearly states two option either rebook or refund can be issued however when contacting makemytrip and repeatedly requesting them they are not ready issue refund. Totally unfair business practice is pandemic situation instead of comforting customers they want to harass customers and take away money from them.

I am rajkumar rajeshorchandra singh, have booked flight from bangalore to imphal for my cousin and his friend on 25.05.2020 with booking id nf[protected]. There are two flight in this booking, one is from bangalore to kolkata in spicejets and the other is indigo flight from kolkata to imphal on[protected] and the pnr nos. Are b4vk9l (Spicejet) and slw1ht (Indigo). On 26th may, 2020 at around 6.13 pm, i got an e-mail and sms from spicejet that the flight has been cancelled due to non-operational. At that time, i called the makemytrip toll free number several times for more than two days, no one has pick up the call. And so i chat to there custumer support option on there website and informing that the flight was cancelled by the airline (Spicejet) so, i want all my money to be refund as fast as possible.. I called the customer care of spicejet to confirm the same and they confirmed me that the flight is cancelled. I dont know what to do during this pandemic lockdown situation. And one of my friend told me that there will be no cancellation charges during this pandemic lockdown for flight booking after hearing that i feel relaxed. Yesterday i, e, 1st june, 2020 at around 5.12 pm makemytrip agent name smita tripathi call me on my number that the number is +[protected] and told me that for the indigo flight, there is cancellation charges of rs. 7290/-, and the refund amount is rs. 4730/-. And for the spicejet, refund amount is under processed. I told the agent that if the flight is cancelled by airline from bangalore to kolkata, how can i be there in kolkata for the flight of kolkata to imphal. I called them, chat them several times about the flight, no one has response from their side before the flight has flyed. After the flight time has already passed now you call me to say that the cancellation charges is rs. 7290/- and the covenience fee also cannot be refunded. I told her that i cannot agree so help me to talk to your senior. She told me she would called me after consulting her senior and hanged up the called by herself. And then she email me that a credit of 4730.00 from indigo airlines has been generated to your bank account. Which would reflect in 15 to 20 days.

So, i am requesting you to help me for refunding the same amount which i have been paid for the booking as fast as possible during this pandemic situation.

Both of the flights were cancelled cause of COVID restrictions.
I got the credit note from Indigo for the same which I will attach. Post speaking with Indigo they processed full refund for my booking.
Now there is no sign of credit shell or refund for my booking and its been two months now. I cant reach out to the customer care for the same nor there is any resolution provided by chat support for my required option.

Its been frustrating enough and i demand my refund status.

I had booked a round trip from bangalore to goa on 12.03.2020 which starts on
22.03.2020 from bangalore to goa by indigo an returns on 25.03.2020 by air asia. But to flight cancellation by airlines the trip got cancelled. However the onward refund has been initiated and credit to account, but the return journeys refund was still pending till date. I had contacted many times to customer care but there is no positive response and they says that they have taken up the matter with airlines and refund should will be initiated shortly and asking me to contact airlines for more details. When i contacted air asia airlines they are saying that you had booked through make my trip please contact them. To my concern they are mentioning the trip was completed in my account at make my trip. I don't understand that how my trip was completed when when the flight was cancelled. I also requested them to update the same in online but they ignored. But still msgs shows as
"flight has already departed, online cancellation is not allowed"

I have done a booking with mmt. Now i want to get updates about my booking but they are not receiving call.
And i also tried to chat with us feature but no response from their end.
Pathetic service from mmt.

Kindly cancel and reimburse the money for the e-ticket for booking id : nn[protected].

I had to cancel my flights from bengaluru to toronto and newark to bengaluru
Booking id in1b[protected] end of march 2020. The airline, emirates, refunded their money to you. You have still not sent it to me. It reflects in my wallet. But i need my money. As the airline has sent the money why are you not returning it to me immediately. When i cancelled the tickets in march i was assured the money would be returned to me as soon as you received it from the airline in the same mode i had paid. I had paid by credit card and debit card.
Please send the money immediately.

I had booked a ticket for DELHI tu GAUHATI for the journey dated 15th Of April 2020 ( During Lockdown Scenario) bearing booking Number: NF[protected] along with the PNR: L8D9RX. The booking was made for myself: Shivam Kumar amount of Rs 6101. The airline was AIR ASIA I5-776.

After booking I had cancelled the journey which they had claimed to refund the amount after 3 weeks for the problems of lockdown. Till now after 1 and half months I haven't received my refund yet and also they have suspended their call center supports and services. They don't respond for any fault they have caused. They have totally SCAMMED ME.

Also they have pinned a notification, in case of any problem you are requested to submit a request. Also after logging in and going inside the panel. The link doesn't works yet. FULL SCAMM FULL SCAM. No notifications were recieved on the time of cancelling and no notifications till now have been sent.

OFFTOPIC: Let me ask you one thing. Honestly, HUH! was the lockdown only meant for Make My Trip only, and we are not the ones suffering the lockdown. Is the company and its airlines the extraordinary stuffs that are allowed to scam people. LOL. BIG LOL NOOB

Booked indigo flight from lucknow to bangalore pnr znpksn through makemytrip
Airline contacted me giving me option to go fo full refund on 20th march 2020. I opted for it and indigo sent me confirmation email that refund is provided to makemytrip, being the agent of amount 9648.
But till date i haven't received the refund amount.

We could not reach tokyo narita from new delhi india as due to covid-19 our ai flight from mumbai to delhi ai-687 (Pnr hs2z9) was cancelled.
The issuing office (Makemytrip. Cpm) will open for call centre only at ist 13:30 on may 31, 2020

Hence this intimation:

Please cancel our above referred booking/ticket completely and either refund the amount to our credit card or else keep our credit balance with you to be utilized against future air ticket purchase.

My flight on the 20th of march got cancelled so i called indigo for my ticket refund. They said the money is already back with the agent, in this case make my trip. But they never refunded me the money and the website is not working properly

I have cancelled my indigo airline ticket booked through makemytrip.com, the airline company gave me refund but the travel agent denied the refund and not releasing it.

My friend booked our tickets for six o[censored]s for. Going to japan. On 30 march 2020 and returned on 13 april 2020 by singapore airlines.
Though flights r cancelled by airlines and they have process our refund claim we have not received refund from make my trip yet

I had booked a flight in mmt on dec 5th 2019, for travel to international destinations, but due to travel not safe, i got the email from airasia airlines that my flight have been cancelled, and refund is in process, the airline have already send me conformation mail that amount has been refund on 23rd april 2020, but mmt is not refunding the money, just giving false tats for the process to get completed, i can share all the email which have been exchange between me and mmt, but i think it is a scam now to not refund the money in the name of pandemic. Total amount is over 10k. And the booking id with the mmt is booking id - nn[protected] from the past 4 months they are making false promise to refund the money.

I wanted to book a flight ticket from amritsar, panjab to dibrugarh assam on 26/052020 through make my trip app.in my first attempt the booking showed cancelled but the amount ofrs. 9286 was deducted. After that in my second attempt the ticket was booked and the amount of 9886 was again deducted, which is fine. But company has not refund the amount of9268 for the cancelled booking yet. I need those money as soon as possible. The transactions details of those two deduction is enclosed herewith. You can see that i have only one flight booking on5/06/2020 from amritsar to dibrugarh but the amount is deducted for two times. Please do necessary action and solve my problem...

A ticket booked with mmt reference nn[protected] from singapore to bangalore for 11.03.2020 in airindia express flight ix485. The airlines cancelled the flight problem for operational reasons and refund was sent by them through invoice to mmt for ultimate credit to my credit card account. Reference rccegh for rs.9855.67 dated 03.03.2020. The airline again confirmed through an email that the amount has been transferred to mmt and i should get it from them. But the mmt is holding my money and playing all kind of drama by blocking their contact avenues. The complaint through their web site says you have completed the journey. My efforts to explaining them that the flight itself was cancelled and the airline has sent refund to you is simply ignored number of times and simply give reply that the journey is completed. They are acting like fools when the flight itself is cancelled how can pone complete the journey. And the drama is still going on,
