Dear sir/mam
I had booked a flight from amsterdam to mumbai departing on the 15th of march 2020 through the makemytrip website. The flight was an indigo airline flight operated by turkish airlines. Due to coronavirus, turkish airlines have canceled all the flights departing from europe. As i was traveling through turkish airlines my flight has also been canceled.
However, when i contacted the make my trip customer center, they refused to accept that the flight has been canceled and hence they were not willing to modify my flight. I also confirmed with indigo airlines and turkish airlines, and they also confirmed that the flight is canceled. I tried to reason with makemytrip customer care and also showed turkish airline flight status but still, they did not agree with me. I have attached the screenshot of the flight status as visible on the turkish airline website.
I requested makemytrip to cancel and make arrangements of a different flight but still they didn't. I had to travel from another flight and it costed me a lot of money extra but that's okay as it was required. I contacted indigo directly, and they told me that the flight was cancelled automatically and the refund was initiated from their side to makemytrip (Screenshot attached)
However, it has been more than 1 month (45 days) since we have told them and the money for our cancelled flight has still not been returned. We have tried dialing the costumer service multiple times but till no avail. We have also emailed them all the details and there has been no response.
We can understand due to the situation but please help us to get refund as soon as possible as now it has been over 45 days.

I am attaching all the necessary documents. As you can see the flight status shows completed on the makemytrip website and when i email them or try to contact them there is no response or their typical response. I have emailed them and called them atleast 20 times.
MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
