I have been trying to reach mmt call centre for full refund but mmt have left no option for customers to contact them ans instead asking me to contact airline directly whose office is also closed. As per airline policy updated in their portal as well as in mmt portal, full refund is applicable when airline cancels the flight.in...

I booked a flight from delhi to kochi (Go air g8 764) which was scheduled for 20th march’2020. This was cancelled by the airlines 2 days before the departure.
I am trying to contact make my trip over and over through calls and emails but not getting any response.

Since my purpose of travel has been defeated and i don’t have any plan to travel in near future request mmt and go air to arrange for full refund (Including convenience fee) to the original source of payment on immediate basis.

As directed by govt. Of india, we all know that there is total lockdown of the country from 25.03.2020 to 14.04.2020.in this situation, it is not possible to visit any place. We have a booking in mayfair palm beach resort at gopalpur from 04.04.2020 to 06.04.2020.

I had a connecting flight from mumbai to kolkata via delhi but the flight from mumbai to kolkata has been canceled.
