My 3rd may train ticket was cancelled by irctc due to lockdown and i got message by ircts on 21 april 2020, but in make my trip it is showing journey completed and they have not refund my money of rs.10836. I tried to call on customer care but nobody is lifting the call
Now i am frustrated where to call for my refund.

    I had made holiday booking with
    Makemytrip vide booking id nl[protected] and paid 75, 000 as advance. However, due to lockdown it was not possible to take the trip. I requested for refund as soon as the lockdown was instituted. However, no immediate action was taken in this regard.

    After follow up for almost 2 months and escalation to senior management. They agreed to provide partial refund of 32, 000 against refund of 58, 630 and balance amount through airline credit. When i asked about basis for 32, 000 they shamelessly mentioned that reduction in refund was on account of penalty.

    I want action against the company and management for their fraudulent policy and hostile behavior and constant harassment. I seek full refund of 75, 000.

      Mmt booking id nf[protected] pnr no zbbpz spice jet 25.05.2020 was cancelled due to itinerary change. The full cash refund of rs 10374/- has been given by spice jet to make my trip on 02.05.2020. However mmt not given me the cash refund and gave me rs 2274/- credit shell. I have proof of spice jet giving full cash refund. But make my trip is declining my claim.

        I had booked a to& fro air ticket for ccu-dfw via doha through makemytrip india for journey starting on 7th may 2020 from ccu and return to ccu on 25.5.2020 which had been cancelled by qatar airways. The airways told to inform my booking agent makemytrip india for getting an open ticket voucher against my booking reference no. Nn[protected] for which i have paid rs, 115436.00 which include the travel insurance charges too.
        But till date the travel voucher is not received from the booking agent neither the refund of insurance charges for the journey.

            I have changed the date of my flight booking id nf[protected] to dated on 18 sep 2020 due to covid-19 as per mmt guidelines.

            How come it can be cancelled without intimating me?

            Why mmt cancel this booking without intimating me?

            Further i contact to airline (Indigo) over twitter. They replied me that your traveller partner has cancelled your ticket. Please find below message of airline.

            "
            As checked, your booking has been cancelled on 7th may from the travel agency with applicable charges. Further, a refund of inr 828 has been processed from our end. You may now claim the same from your travel agency.~ sheetal

            "

            Kindly provide the detailed reason for doing same.

            I need this booking, kindly arrange this booking with same date, time & location.

                Recently i booked a flight to germany via @makemytrip and they charged me 56666 inr, but the same, flight same day, same seat is 51414rs in original airline site, so please never book via @makemytrip always use original airline site #mmt https://t.co/bOA0OE3A26
                I have raised this issue via twitter and email, they never replied... They know that they are cheating... For the same airline, same seat, same day, close to 6000 rs extra when we book via make my trip. Cheating. Attached both price details.

                  Because of reviews on makemytrip accounts they have gone public and became wirally visisble to everyone with my name on google search with my name hyndavi nelluri which became security issue for me so i want all the reviews to be deleted and account also deleted permanantly.

                    There are two flight cancelled one is spice jet and another is indigo and both flight was booked from makemy trip.
                    Spicejet pnr number is scfj3g and indigo pnrnumber is reu4my.

                    While i checked with spice jet and indigo, they claimed that they returned back money to makemytrip but there are no further communication from makemytrip.

                    I sent mail them and they did not reply anything.

                    Make my trip is showing in their system that flight was completed instead of cancelled.

                    Kindly help/

                      I have not received my refund for two ticketts till now. The train did not operate. I have enquired with irctc, they are saying the refund has been initiated from their side. I want a refund against the above two mentioned pnr numbers. The train is cancelled due to lockdown. I got a mail from irctc that ticket has been cancelled. But i have not recieved my refund.

                          I had booked my flight from banglore to rajasthan on 16th april, but couldn't travel because of lockdown.

                          Later on 27th april i cancelled my flight (Pnr: ryjz9z) directly from vistara airlines, and they assured me my full refund (I have all the call recording as proof).

                          They already made refund from their side, but i didn't got my money back till now, because make my trip didn't take any action.

                          Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

                            I was due to fly on the 1st of may along with my wife from canada to mumbai but because of the lockdown, etihad cancelled the flight on 18/4 and mmt told they will be refunding the amount within 10 days but it's now more than 19 days there is no status update from them. I have to book repatriation flight and i have no money for the same. Worst service provider. The amount due from them is 1.24 lakhs. Without receiving the money i can't book another flight. My credit card is charged and have to make payment to them. Mmt isn't answering any call or not taking any complaints by mail. Their chatbot is as useless as them. Not helpful at all. The whole matter is stressful and irritating.

                              Make my trip has not refund my amount that is Rs. 57, 000 after my tickets werer cancelled by the Airlines themselves. it been more than a year and there is no status update.

                              This case is from April 2019 and its April 2020, more than a year i have not received any update from Makemytrip.

                              I tried to follow up with them on twitter but it's in vain. I'm expecting a early resolution else i will take a legal way to have my refund back.

                              Makemytrip is losing its credibility as they consistently delay the refund.

                                When am trying to change travel date due to coronavirus one month before, make my trip is charging inr900/- even though no charges mentioned in travel date change policy. I am attaching both screen shot, one is policy, where it is clearly mentioned if i change travel date 3 days before. No charges at all by air lines and make my trip both. However when actually changing travel date, they are forcing to pay 900/- as make my trip charges. Need your help to resolve issue.

                                  My flight was supposed to be on 17th April, 2020. However, due to the ongoing condition I requested makemytrip to "keep my ticket open" on 10th April. I received a mail from them shortly after stating that they've placed a request for the same. However, the app now shows "trip completed". How is that possible?

                                    Myself naresh peddy. I have booked ethihad flight from brussels to hyderabad (11-apr-2020) and hyderabad to brussels (03- may-2020). Booking id: nn[protected].

                                    Due to covid 19, ethihad air lines cancelled the flight. I requested for the refund for the same. But till now i have not received the refund. I have done the transaction through my hdfc bank credit card. Amount is 70, 254 rs.

                                      Railway booking from mumbai to darbhanga for 21apr2020 was made (Photo enclosed). I have been regularly following up for refund but to no avail. I was assured by the person on helpline number that amount would be refunded within 72 hours but still not received. On the app it shows as "completed trip" when this is not possible as on 21apr2020 entire india was under lockdown. It appears that there is no intention to refund the amount. Kindly initiate necessary action.
