Hi,

I made 3 holiday booking for mauritius from my registered makemytrip account email id i. E. Biswanath. [protected]@gmail.com. Booking ids are nl[protected], nl[protected], nl[protected].
Till today these bookings are not showing in my makemytrip account. I tried to reach them in multiple way but everytime they tell me that i shall receive a call in 24 hour but that never happens.

The sales person who sold me this product is also not helping. He is telling once it is sold, it's not in my hand. I request strict intervention to this problem. I want the booking details to be displayed in my makemytrip profile immediately.

This is such a pathetic customer service by makemytrip.

What is the update?
Hi, I just created a new makemytrip account with my mobile#[protected] but wasn't able to update my email ID: mohapatra.[protected]@gmail.com. I realised this was because I already have an account with that email ID Log in mohapatra.[protected]@gmail.com.

Please delete the new account I just created with my mobile# as Log in.

    Pathetic service... Booked bus using makemytrip and the coarier shared the details for onboarding.
    Waited for bus around 3 hours.. Called them many times.. Initially they said bus is coming and coming but after 2 hours they stopped receiving my call.

      April 3 2019. My money was debited from my bank account without ticket confirmation. I am still waiting for my refund. It already taken more than 20 days. So please refund my money back
      Amount 755. I have alreadly contacted customer care more than 10 times. They said that the money was refunded to the bank account. But i confirmed with my bank officer they said that the money was not processed from make my trip

        I have booked my ticket from delhi to vadodara on 13 april 2019 and on that day only after 1 hour i cancel it also and whenever i m contacting in make my trip sometime they are not contacting amd whenever they are contacting they are showing thst i have hot my refund but the truth is i didn't get there it is written that 10 days but till now no response please see towards it worst app for bookimg i m going to complain in consumer that's for sure

          I have booked 5 tickets on 16-apr-2019 for destination "mussorie" from "delhi-isbt (Anand vihar)" with traveling date of 18-apr-2019 via make my trip (Mmt) while traveling from isbt to its destination the vehicle was caught by police and where in the driver and the conductor absconded from the scene leaving all the passenger left behind with no other arrangement or alternatives. While trying to reach out make my trip for the refund, leading no response from the team. Hence request support to get my amount refunded.

          It is been 7 days of struggle already, not sure how my struggle will be paid off.

          Resolution: 1. MMT team reached us via email and confirmed on the transaction 2. The transaction of refund from MMT was done 10-May but took 4 days to reflect in my account due to weekends. Overall 18 days it took to resolve the concern from the date of concerned raised.

            I booked a ticket for 2 persons to travel from tirupati, ap to mumbai, mh on 23rd april on makemytrip. The booking had two flights (Connecting), spice jet (Sg 1048) - tirupati to hyderabad (18:35 hrs) and air india (Ai 51) - hyderabad to mumbai (22:00 hrs). Spice jet was supposed to reach hyderabad @ 19:45 hours but we were informed at tirupati airport that the will start late by 1 hour due to operational issues. We thought that since the gap between the two flights is 2.15 hrs, we should be fine even with this delay but flight could only start around 20:00 hrs and landed hyderabad domestic terminal @ 21:15 hrs. It took another 15 minutes for us to come out of airport (Including bus travel (Flight to arrivals). After coming out we came to know that air india flight which we were supposed to board was international flight (Till this point we didn't had any hint that this is international flight) and operates from international terminal and the boarding gates were already closed by that time (21:30 hrs) since this is international flight. I immediately rushed to international terminal with hopes to make it to the flight as we were still having 30 minutes left. But air india staff there informed us that nothing can be done now as we are too late and they can not take any responsibility for connecting flights of other carriers. We immediately approached mmt desk. There response was poorest. The guy told that we are just mediators and we can not take any responsibility for what has happened. He told that we need to book fresh flight in order to travel from hyderabad to mumbai.
            With help of air india staff we came out of international terminal and went to spice jet counter on domestic terminal for reporting this issue. They also showed their helplessness and said that they do not take any responsibility for connecting flights of other carriers. We were so irritated with this because none of the parties - mmt, air india, spice jet are showing any responsibility and not helping at all. The connecting flight option was something which was available at mmt site and i did not book 2 independent flights myself and hence they must take responsibility on this. I booked fresh ticketed with air india for their morning 05:30 hrs flight paying additional inr 7980. Me and my wife had to spend entire night miserably at the airport and travelled in the morning to reach mumbai only at 07:00 hrs on 24th morning.
            The point here is mmt being the booking agents took no initiative to help us reach hyderabad early, no calls, no sms, no information and at the end also didn't help us when we missed the flight. And after that they say we are just mediators. This is not at all acceptable. I want refund of inr 7980 (Flight tickets) + compensation for one painfull night spent at the airport.

            If you do not, you can hire a lawyer, whom you will requre to produce the documents, for fee

              I had booked a visa application for my mother for malaysia on 9th april 2019. The travel dates are scheduled on 3rd may 2019. They have proudly claimed 99.99 percent success in visa services and visa will be done in 3 to 6 working days after applying, each and every day they ask for additional documents which were provided without delay to them. And finally it said that the visa has been sent to the embassy. Today is the 26th april and their tracking services says the visa is delayed. Repeated emails to the personnel in mmt have given no response and their customer care number has a waiting period of 20 minutes and even after they receive the call, they are not helpful and very vague in their replies. My request is at least give a reasonable assurance to your customer or at least follow up on why there is undue delay from the embassy side. If the visa does not arrive on time, the stand to lose 25000 inr as the flight tickets are non refundable. My booking id is nv[protected]. Kindly help me in this matter

                  I have made booking on 16th april night for 4 persons that cost 8420 from gorakhpur to central chennai for july 05 on rapti sagar express which is failed. But my refund has not been done. Today is the 9th day from the booking date. I am still looking for my refund. And one thing more is what the gmail form they have sent i want to open supportz. Makemytrip.com but it is useless because it is not opening. Such a system is there. Let see when they will refund.

                    Hi,
                    This is in regards to the air india flight cancelled from mumbai to hyderabad on march 14. I had been following up with make my trip customer service for the past 1 month and spoke to 4 different reps. However, in spite of reassuring them to get the credit back within 7 to 10 days and no follow up required from my end still i had been running around you guys.
                    Please let me know the resolution and further escalation process.

                          The reference of booking id is nl[protected].

                          We had submitted 8 passports for the singapore visa application, through your site, make my trip on dt:[protected] through dtdc courier.
                          We received only 7 passports today by courier. We did not receive vangapalli laxman rao's passport.
                          After noticing that the passport was missing i called mr amos (M): [protected] around 1:30 and date :[protected] and he was not attending our call so we called ms. Sumeda and informed about it.

                          People from visa team are not responding to calls and it's been pathetic experience with the visa concerned authorities after many calls to your team we got a call from mr. Amos around 4;40pm and he took in conference call with mr. Edward lobo and he told us sorry we are searching... And simply asking us to apply for the new passport and saying that they have done only a little mistake.

                          I am surprised to hear reply that he accepted the misplacement and they felt sorry for misplacing but considered it to be a small mistake.

                          Since the date of travel is tomorrow 24th april you should help us in arranging our passport because this is a family trip and we cannot even leave a single person alone.
                          My sincere request is to please make sure to get our passport immediately and ensure our trip goes smoothly. Make my trip has to take full responsibility for this and has to take all steps in order to trace the passport. All the actions have to be taken as soon as possible since we need to travel tomorrow night.in case the passport is not returned, then the whole package charges for 8 people to singapore has to be refunded by you all. Other expenses incurred also should be refunded. If we don’t get our passport as expected we will have to take further action legally for negligence made by you and spoiling our vacation which we planned along with our children. I am sorry to say this but you guys are playing with the customers emotions.

                          Monika, mousin and amos from visa team where contacted continuously but did not attend the calls but later when contacted from other number they responded.

                          We paid total amount of rs. 9, 60, 000/- (Nine lakhs sixty thousand only) as our trip package costs as per the terms and conditions of make my trip.

                            There are 2 passengers flying from blr to edmonton on return trip. However klm flight operated by jet airways has has got cancelled for the sector of amsterdam to blr. One seat for pnr - pttkyi has been rerouted via yyz-cdg-blr however the second pnr has still not been confirmed - px3lj9. They are mother and daughter flying together and it has taken forever for the team to come back with solution.

                            It is quite frustrating for us to keep waiting for the staff to revert and it is almost a week with no resolution.
                            Please help!! Else i insist on going to social media to inform of the poor service make my strip has provided to us.

                                Make my trip has offer me a MMT travel finance of INR-200000.00 through capital float. I have uploaded the required document and also fixed the appointment to collect the documents, but 2 days already passed nobody come for collecting the document. on my mobile it was showing "Set Up Repayment" after set up payment method they deduct Rs-5.00 from my account and they didn't refund yet.
                                Please refund the amount and cancel MMT finance for me, Now i know that MMT wants to collect money from citizens to run the company.
                                Refund asap.

                                  Hello,

                                  This is regarding refund for the return flight tickets cancelled due to flight cancellation by jet airways. I have booked 3 flights tickets from chennai to paris for my mother in law, sister in law and her husband.

                                  All of them traveled from chennai to paris on 30-mar-2019 without any problem.

                                  Plan was that, my sister in law and her husband to travel back from paris to chennai on 13-apr-2019, and my mother in law to return back by 17-may-2019

                                  On 11 apr-2019, we got intimations from jet-airways that both return flights are cancelled, and we'll be eligible for full refund because flight was cancelled by airlines itself. And, we were asked to be in touch with makemytrip for the refund.

                                  When i contacted makemytrip, they mentioned following
                                  Booking id nn[protected] :
                                  Total fare: inr 80125, refund amount: inr 38087, % of refund: 48% of total fare
                                  Booking id: nn[protected]
                                  Total fare: inr 48955, refund amount: inr 6825, % of refund: 14% of total fare

                                  As per my understanding, for the booking id nn[protected], refund amount is not justifiable. When i contacted makemytrip manager mr. Arindam chanda, he and his team is not giving me clear justification why refund amount is very less when compared to the nn[protected].

                                  Below comments provided by him is not justifiable :
                                  "for a round-trip pricing that is done for a single pnr, onward journey always has a higher value than the return journey price. Pricing and fare is always dynamic in nature."

                                  I hereby ask makemytrip to check this topic on priority and do the needful for the full refund of return flight tickets.

                                  Note: as both jetairways and makemytrip did not arrange for alternative flight booking for the return flight, we booked ourself tickets in other airlines for the much higher money.

                                  You misunderstood the complaing procedure.
                                  If you want money in full or higher anmount of the refund, than already had been effected in your account, for the cancelled flight
                                  you can not ask the same act from the same responder (travel agent).

                                  It is usless to ask the review the decision more than 1 time always
                                  before the same authority also.

                                  Booked a flight from Pune to delhi, Booking ID - NF[protected]. I applied coupon MMTPAY for my first paypal transaction for this account, i didnt receive the cashback yet.
                                  Hi, I have booked my international flight tickets departure from BOM -MCT which shows luggage checkin weight as N.A .
                                  What does it actually mean ?.Why luggage is not included in this flight.

                                    Hi,

                                    I made a booking for a trip which is planned on[protected].
                                    Which was costing rs.56000. Where as they called and said jet flights cancelled need to make extra payment and we were okay and made the same. Then we made extra rs.13600. Again they called and said after a week that this flight also cancelled. Need additional amount to be paid we said.. Sorry we cannot make.. Try for alternative then they said no alternative. Then we asked for a refund of amount we will make arrangement for travel and go a head.. We were okay that price increasing still we wanted the refund to book a train.. Now they said they will do refund of amount to out bajaj finace card which we asked on credit card for which they say nooo. And we said no this much inconvenience is not acceptable. We cannot enjoy a holiday with this much of price losses and we request full refund..

                                    Nobody must examine and nobody has aduty to reply to
                                    such complaint on merits, because nobody sees any relevant document:
                                    PNR, booking in fill or ticket in full
                                    invoice, receipt in full,
                                    extract of the bank statement

                                    in higlly visble format.

                                    There ate time limits for the submission of such type of the claims.

                                      I want to draw attention to my dear siblings towards my post and appeal to all of you full support.

                                      I booked flights tickets from amritsar to jaipur for my family and i was paid ₹ 16830 which information is as below.
                                      Booking id - nf[protected]
                                      Base fare: inr 2793 * 5
                                      Tax: inr 140 * 5
                                      Total: inr 14, 665
                                      Convenience fee: inr 1395
                                      Donation amount: inr 5
                                      Insurance amount: inr 1245
                                      Meal: inr 720
                                      Total amount: inr 18, 030
                                      Cash back availed: inr 1200
                                      Actual amount paid: inr 16, 830

                                      Due to some trasdery i have to cancelled my tickets and i cancelleed 50 hours ago from flight take off time. But i didnt get any refund from company side and they are charging ₹ 3000 per ticket. I paid 2793 and they are charged 300 rs extra from me.

                                      Guys you all know that, this is not right way to deal with a valuable customer so i humble request you to all please help me to take my valuable money back.

                                        I am very worried as jet airways has written me a mail (Attached) stating that all services of jet airways have been grounded.
                                        I have purchased this ticket throughmakemytrip website and i expect that makemytrip will resolve my issue as they are my contact point and not jet airways.
                                        Let me know the amount of full refund so that i can purchase other tickets immediately as the ticket prices have gone up.
                                        I have realized in this process that makmytrip is not bothered about customer safety who have put the money in makemytrip brand to buy international flight tickets. I myself being a member of makemytrip for long time, is not happy with your way of surrendering and shrugging off the responsibility of safeguarding customer interest when the airline company grounds all flights.
                                        Myself being away from india, expect minimum help from your company. Even the toll free number provided in germany does not work. This is really insane.
