Dear sir/mam,

I win two tickets in make my trip knok knok contest which held on 7 th april 2019 for istanbul when i call to make my trip executive they said that they will arrange call back for the same and last 10 days i am calling for same issue and getting same reply. They are not interested to give tickets if they are not interested to give then why they run such type of contest and cheat innocent public requested you to kindly look in this matter on urgent basis

    When i booked a holiday to udaipur through mmt (Booking id-nl[protected] i thought this trip will end well but after that all hell broke loose. My whole trip had problems of plenty and was marred by irresponsible mmt representatives who refused to help me timely and sometimes spoke in nonchalant tones. I am thinking of filing a case through a legal firm but first wanted to raise the issue here. I represent a legal firm so i know my rights.
    Here is the list of various issue that i faced during the trip:
    1. I received a mail regarding the cancellation of my jet airways flight scheduled on 4/14/2019. I understand that jet airway flight cancellation wasn't in mmt's hands but since i had booked the holiday package it was expected of mmt to follow up with me and provide me an alternative flight options. At last when i had to call them, they referred it to another department and so forth and then one day a call came to me, i asked them for other options, and they promised to call me within 24 hours. They called me after 5 working days and quoted a higher price than what i could see on mmt app. Disappointed, i booked the flight myself and requested for refund. There was no respect for a customer's time.
    2. There was an activity included in the package 'high tea at fateh palace' that was cancelled and informed to me only 24 hours before the trip. Weren't they supposed to inform me well ahead of the tour so that i could plan my trip accordingly? Doesn't mmt have any responsibility and accountability? Disappointed, i had to accept a cancellation and requested for refund.
    3. It is a procedure (Also maintained in the mails from mmt) that the driver details have to be shared 24 hours before the trip starts. I got no communication/sms at all. Concerned, i called the helpline from delhi airport, they promised me to call back but no one called back. At udaipur airport i again called out of concern, the vendor was taken into conference and he was quite rude to me. It spoiled my mood before even the trip began.
    4. When i got no notification for a refund on 'high tea' activity i had to again call mmt helpline, the guy at the receiving end (Dipanshu was his name) showed his inability to understand and asked me to wait for just 10 mins to confirm things. I waited for around 40 minutes, but when no call came to me, i again called helpline and this guy dipanshu said they will initiate a refund. He also incorrectly told me that the some percentage of the refunded amount will go to mmt wallet. I tried to make him understand that since the jet airways flight cancellation refund has already been applied to my mmt wallet, the refund amount of the 'high tea' activity should not be going to my mmt wallet. This guy was adamant and after much persuasion agreed to my request. What seemed logical to me was illogical to this rep.

    All my trip mmt showed a complete lack of accountability, responsibility and ethical treatment of customers. When i should have been enjoying my trip, i was busy calling mmt helpline repeatedly and to no avail. This lack o[censored]nprofessional behavior is really in bad taste and shouldn't be tolerated.
    If i do not get a proper compensation and a justification of the entire turn of events, be rest assured i am going to drag mmt to the court!

    Also, i forgot to add that because of the delay on MMT's part while following up on flight bookings, i had to spend an extra amount of money to book te AIR india flight. If they had responded timely, i could have booked the flight at a lower price. They promised to call back within 24 hours and called after 5 days.

    And again, with their latest comment by MMT here, it has been proved that MMT has the worst Representatives. Where did I ask for jet airways refund? This proves that they don't even read carefully the concerns. This reply by them is an apt example of how inefficient they are.
    I am in the process of fill ng a case against them because they don't seem to learn from their mistakes

      I had requested to initiate partial refund for jet airways on booking reference (Pnr) - iohssq, booking id: nn[protected]
      Please refund only the jet airways flight and keep air india tickets intact as it is a separate ticket. They sentan email asking me to contact on 1800 number wich says they are only helping pax in the next seven days. They respond on twitter or facebook by repeating the same message and saying thankyou etc.

      A refund takes 5 minutes and they are saying they need 7 days!!! Why???

      I smell deceit and inclination to cheat!!!

      Who can get in touch with to get my money back???

      I made a booking for my father and mother to travel jet airways from mumbai to london on 01 may 2019 (Booking id - nn[protected]
      . Jet has now cancelled all flight sand shut down temporarily.

      I have been trying to reach jet airways but there is no way i can reach them to make changes. Any telephone number i can call to get changes done.

      I think the regulators should look into this.

      To the anonymous author,

      1. Nobody has a duty to reply to purely unidentified, anonymous and indefinite complaints.
      The above public complaint does not show
      - author Ids
      - etickets and PNR,
      - amount, currency
      - the text of the complaint
      - reason of the refund, and rules related to quality of the complaint and the time of the refund.

      Such correspondence will lead to the lost of the chance on the refund / compensation.

      2. In order to get the compensation the pasenger can apply for it by yourself, if he knows the rules. If the passenger does not, and still want the compensation, the pasenger can hire a legal professional for the remuniration, starting from Rs6000, not less, for such types of claims related to 1 passngers in order to fill the law suit in the nearest court.

      3. The legal professional can explain, what you are entitled to, based on the documents,
      which are in the posession, and which are submitted by the pasenger,
      and can submit the claim to the district court.

      It is in the interest of the passenger to apply for the refund / the compensation as soon as possible, but not later than in 15 days folwing the notification on the flight cancllation
      and not later than in 360 days in all circumsatnmes.

        We have paid gst for all the trips booked through makemytrip, but now while filing the returns, we notice that the bill is not visible on gst site. We tried all the possible makemytirp contact nos. For clarification, but either the nos. Are wrong or they are only for booking or they are not answering our query. They just keep on transferring the line.

          I booked hotels in munnar on 17th and 18th of april. I cancelled it on 11th of april and my refund amount didnt get reflected to the account which i used to pay for the hotel. These cheating makemytrip credited it on their wallet. Now i called them and complained and raised a refund. The next morning i checked my cash wallet in mmt the money is not there and it didnt credited to original account which i used for paying. Now they are telling the money is with makemytrip wallet their account and will depsoited to my account in 3-7 working days. I already waited 7 days nothing happened. These makemytrip basatards habe no right to hold customers money to their account.. Im gonna lodge compalint in high court and u farus have to pay conpensation for the mental torture u gave to me.

            I made a booking through make my trip website on a jet airways flight. My pnr number is qwhnat. I had booked under zero cancellation policy. On 21 march 2029 i cancelled my round trip delhi mumbai delhi. I was promised that i will receive my refund within 7 working days. But now i am told that i will receive my payment only after the airline refunds them the amount. What is the use of zero cancellation policy if mmt is not responsible for my refund.

            Your public complaint does not show:-

            1. Full eticket for PNR qwhnat ;

            2. Relevant communication and a promise related to the 21 March 2019 cancellation.

            3. The possible fraudlent reply, if it was got by you.

            The valid PNR qwhnat does not exist anywhere.

            You can not ask the question regarding marketing of the other entity "What is the use of zero cancellation policy?".

            On 17 April 2019 Jet airways air carrier suspended the flight operations.

            If you need the compensation / refund, it is in your interets to hire a legal professional for charge as soon as posisble
            in order to initiate a legal, may be a lengthy, procedure for the compensation.
            Such legal effective assistance can cost from Rs 8000, not less.

            There are no diffrent legal ways for getting the refund for such situation passenger.

              I recently booked a flight from ahmedabad to lusaka, zambia then decided to cancel it 2 days after because something else came up, now i've requested for my refund and nothing has been done about it.                 These bookings were done for jet airways & there has been news that jet airways has suspended their international operations. We are in a fix and totally stranded as we have already planned everything & done our hotel & other bookings.                   This is a follow up email regarding processing of our visa application pending before bobby nagar. We have forwarded our documents to mmt on a trust basis further we have sent many emails for confirmation on receipt of documents. However there is no response from visa department. We have booked tickets for singapore for25 th april if anu non compliance happens than mmt shall be solely responsilble for that. Please get our visa’s done at the earlies

                      With reference to audio clip that we sent you, your executive confirmed that there was no baggage allowance information mentioned on our E-ticket. He asked us to email our e ticket and payment slip for extra baggage and you will reimburse the amount because it was your mistake that baggage allowance was not mentioned on our E-ticket.
                      I have been taking follow up every alternate day. Every time i talk to different representative and i have to explain them whole scenario each and every time i am given same reply that we are forwarding your complain our executive will get back to you within 24 hrs and days go by but i receive no one calls from your office. If this is how you are going to treat your customer then this whole thing should be made public.
                      Kindly revert within 24 hrs with positive response.

                        I had done my flight booking on the mobile using makemytrip app. On the dash board it was advertised that upto rs1000 discount shall be available if payment is made using hdfc credit card. I made payment through hdfc credit card but have not received any discount. On enquiry i was told that i had not applied the discount code. On the mobile app there was no mention of applying any code upfront. Only requirement mentioned was to make payment through hdfc credit card which i did.                         Mentioned for making complaint, which doesn't open any thing.
                        I am eligible for discount of rs.500.00 on my booking which should be refunded in my credit card account.

                        This exactly is the issue. Coupon code is visible upfront in the desktop version. So is not the case in the mobile app version. How can one apply the coupon unless it is visible upfront. I had done the booking using mobile.

                            MakeMyTrip issued us wrong tickets for international travel after taking full payment. On returning back, airlines not found child name in their system. On complaining about long they issued stand by invalid boarding pass without seat no. and Manipulated PNR. On communication with MakeMyTrip, they have agreed of their BIG MISTAKE but not refunding the amount.

                            We have to purchase all new fresh tickets worth Rs.185000 for next day flight as MakeMyTrip is giving us tickets after 10 days and we do not have visas to stay back for 10 long days at the airport.

                              I had booked a holiday package through mmt nl[protected] to singapore from mumbai on 05.05.2019. I had been assigned a relationship officer ms. Deny davis. On 11.04.2019 i received a message from make my trip that my jet airways flight has been cancelled from mumbai to singapore and i need to claim the complete refund through mmt. On enquiring about the same through my relationship officer, till date i have not received a single response by when i will be provided either alternate flight options nor have i received the refund amount or any process to retrieve the refund amount.
                              An initial amount of inr 77000 has been taken from me and i am stuck with mmt now, neither i am able to cancel and get refund nor any alternate flight options is being given to me.
                              I have written several mails on customer helpline, called up the help line numbers but even after 04 days of cancellation of my flight make my trip has not updated anything.
                              This is my final try to get a response from makemytrip after which i shall need to approach the consumer court to get the updates.

                              Whenever I try booking tickets on MMT the final price isn’t immediately known . Only at the last minute . Why ?
                              And they keep increasing the price after every enquiry for the same flight . Why ?

                                Dear sir i hv book my bus ticket of saini travels from ahmedpur to amravati on 14/04/2019 and the dept. Time is 10:30 bt until 12:15am bus has not come and there is no contact from saini travels operator n because of my imp work i book cab n going to amravati with fair 8000 rs.
                                Because of poor service i hv mentally harrased. Refund my ticket booking amount and cab fair amount otherwise i file a compliant in court. I m mentally so distrubed. I can't understand what to do i hv contact to costumer care for 4 times but they won't help me. I hv all detail which u want. Thank u

                                  We have booked a cab by make my trip from rishikesh to delhi on 13/04/19 for 14th april 2019 at scheduled 11 am. We have got otp and driver details at 2 hours before and requested him of he can come early and pick up us. But inspite coming early he came one hour and fifteen minutes late.
                                  Driver was not able the use the gps and he was very new. We started at 12.15pm and reached at 10pm to dwarka new delhi which was almost five hours late.
                                  Make my trip services are pathetic, drivers are not professional.

                                      This letter is with reference to the cancellation of the jet airways flight that was bound to fly from cochin to delhi on march 22nd 2019. The ticket was booked via your portal on february 8th. The flight was cancelled and rebooked twice. The jet airways office booked us into air india flight for the same day and the day before our journey, upon enquiry in the airport, we came to know about the cancellation of the flight.
                                      The jet airways officials requested me to do the online cancellation of the ticket first and then to write to your service wing about the full refund of the ticket charges. As per their advice i cancelled the ticket on 22nd march morning and i have been refunded an amount of rs.624/-. Since the issue of our not flying is solely due to the cancellation of their flight. The authorities had given me a sealed written receipt for full refund. I am hereby attaching the scanned copy of the receipt along with the mail.
                                      I thereby request you to kindly refund the full amount of the flight tickets.

                                      Anticipating a quick and positive action for my grievance.
