I have booked tickets for delhi to norway and applied for insurance. Payment had been deducted for the same.. I received only tickets and invoice. No insurance document have been received separately.
I have checked with customer care it seems that insurance have not been applied for the same before. Even after 20 days of booking a ticket no one is checking the documents are circulated or not. Not even a single reverification regarding the documents have been done.
I took invoice for the visa application... Due to insurance document visa application got rejected. Either refund for visa appointment or arrange for my next appointment.

I booked 6 seats from Belgaum to Bangalore for 29 th May through SRS travels. Booking was done on 21 st may. I made payment through SVC bank and amount of Rs 5730 got debited from my account with Acknowledgement No. is P[protected].

But I have not received confirmation from make my trip.

Pl. confirm quickly.

    I have mmt travel finance of rs.200000 through capital float.. It is appearing in my mobile app and whenever i am going on the final payment page their is no option to use this credit facility. I tried more than 10 times to contact make my trip customer care and when they hear why its not appearing there. And issue is not getting resolved. When i called capital float customer care they says everything is fine from our side you need to speak to mmt customer care.

    I don't know but problem is not getting resolved and feeling i am dumped by this offer.

    I have mmt travel finance worth Rs.200000. And i have booked tickets before also through this process but from last 1 week whenever i reach to the final stage of payment the mmt travel finance option is missing and this is happening from last 10days and i have tried a lot of times but no changes... When i contact the capital float they are saying everything is fine from there side. Kindly resolve this problem. Where i have balance too.Thank you

      I booked a flight from bhopal to bengaluru on 17/05/19 for rs. 6578, well the amount was deducted from my account but the ticket booking failed and so i was expecting a refund, but i never got it... I also contacted mmt support through chat and they said that you will get your refund in next 2-3 days, well it has been more than that, and i haven't.

      Please help me..

        Dear sir/ maam,

        We had booked holiday packages from kolkata branch office for our family with 9 people.
        We always considered mmt as a company with client satisfaction as main moto. But it turned out to be myth.

        We were given trip that included 11 days & 10 night. Our biggest mistake was that relying on mmt we didn’t count the day’s. I never thought that package will have date cheating.in reality we are getting 9 & 1/2 days & 10 nights.

        On putting up this matter to faiza who was taking care of our trip & mastermind behind this misleading she straight way denied. We have been asking for proper itinerary from faiza since long time but she was pushing the matter & was only concerned with payments. Each time she sent itinerary with mistake’s. We always received ‘vague ‘ itinerary. On receiving day wise itinerary which was still vague we found that it was just 9&1/2 days. We wouldn’t have counted date but delay in sending proper streamlined itinerary from faiza side made me suspicious. Only to realise that that we were misguided with days.

        I was informed that our flight will be early morning but not the fact that because of this we will loose a day. Mr anit sarkar was extremely rude & insensitive to our problems. Would appreciate mr. Sudhanshu to try to solve the issues but the fact remains that the matter is unsolved. May be certain things are not in his hand. But at least he had courtesy in replying & trying.

        Worst part is to hide the mistakes of a “salesperson”, here a valuable client has been turned to “scrape goat “ by mr anit sarkar.

        Profit motive is always important to run a company but nevertheless equal importance is trust & clients satisfaction.

        A client who is paying 16 lakh for a trip will not argue for meager few amount. Clients are considered as assets in service sector but here we have been not only framed wrong but cheated too.

        I understand that flights are booked, time is less but still there are other options to compensate the mistakes committed by salesperson. Instead of provide concrete solutions we were cheated.

        A client bring’s more clients by reference but here u are cutting the roots only. We genuinely expect concrete clients friendly & satisfying reply.

        Tried to bring to notice that such misleading are being done by salesperson to earn commissions. If mmt is least bothered about clients they will definitely take adequate action. Hopefully this issue isn’t treated as garbage because complete payment from our side is done. So obviously we are handicapped & ball lies in ur court. Still i expect justice from mmt.

        Hopefully you will do needful as soon as possible.

          I had booked 2 round trip air tickets from mumbai to geneva by jet airways through make my trip. (Mmt booking id nn[protected] since jet airways flights got cancelled i asked for refund on 18/4/2019.) jet airways told us that the refund procedure has to be initiated by mmt only. Since 19/4/2019 we have made numerous calls to mmt and also followed up through twitter but every time the cool reply given by mmt was that the refund was under process. Yesterday i recieved an e mail from mmt saying that since the claim was not submitted before 20/5/2019 which was the last date given by jet airways for accepting all claims for refunds of cancelled flights i was not entitled for any refund. Why should customers suffer for the inefficient, lethargic functioning of mmt as they have failed to submit my claim before the last date. Mmt does not give email id or cell no of their higher officials but the customer care toll free no officials have a standard reply of sorry for inconvenience. Whom should we approach for justice? Mmt is cheat, liar and swindler of our hard earned money. They must have got refund from jet airways but they are using our money

          Spoke to MMT on 23/5/2019 when they said sorry we could not submit your claim for refund within the time frame given by Jet Airways. I have emails and recorded details of phone calls made since 19/4/2019. Why should I suffer for MMT's mistake?

            I had booked return tickets of Jet Airways, New Delhi-Lyon with MMT, Booking ID: NN[protected] . Since that day MMT has created false helplines that are just pre recorded messages and several facebook messages which have served no purpose. The worst is that they are harassing the customer by closing all communication channels and have deactivated our cancellation links and refund links.
            As per Jet Airways, we can approach them only if we made a direct booking and as per sales contract MMT is liable to send refund or at least replace our tickets.
            The ticket as well as the only mails received in april are attached.

              I have a booking vide nh[protected] with a hotel booking in puri starting 28 may wherein the hotel reception is insisting i cancel my booking as because of natural calamity they cant accomodate guests still. I have made calls on 22nd may followed by email on 23rd may for a full refund but there is no response from mmt team at all. Really poor customer service.

                Refer to booking id, during booking i had mentioned both the child age 8 yrs, and make my trips charged me amt and i have paid full amt, during check in hotel, hotel asked me one extra bad for one child 800 rs per day
                this is very bad experience with me and i will go to legal for that,
                you just think, if my child is an age of 8 yrs why i give wrong details to you where i know that in hotel, can be known that child is not 5 yrs,
                i want to tell you that i have given correct details according i have paid full amt, after that this kind of cheating you have done with me, i will circulate your bad experience to all social media bcz all the people can know how you are cheating the customer, i need full clarification for that and pay charges to hotel by yours,
                Room also has shown for 4 ppls ( 2 adult + 2 child ) can accommodate, where as we check in we have been given other room, pics are attached, urgently clearly on that

                  I had booked a room for my old parents at akanksha inn, rajahmundry for 2 nights using makemytrip. I had paid the entire amount and got a confirmation voucher from makemytrip. When my parents reached the hotel, they were told that there was no reservation in their name and that the hotel did not even have a tie-up with makemytrip. When we called mmt, they did not even have an explanation for this. They said that they would refund my money, as though they were doing us a favour.

                  The hotel asked us to file a complaint against mmt as this was a clear case of fraud. It looks like mmt is cheating people by taking money from them even when they do not have a reservation. My parents somehow managed to make an alternate arrangement for their stay, but what if this happened for a flight booking. I can't imagine going to the airport and finding out that the ticket i purchased is invalid. I would never recommend anyone to use mmt for their hotel/flight bookings

                    Respected sir,
                    I, shailesh s. Zaveri, booking id for singapore - nv[protected] and booking id for malaysia - nv[protected], had initiated a visa application process for singapore and malaysia as a group of 9 people including me have planned a trip for singapore and malaysia.
                    The required documents all of the 9 people for singapore visa process had been submitted by me via courier on 7th of may, 2019 and the people at make my trip office had received it by 8th of may. Inspite of that, till date we've received only 4 out of 9 visas of singapore while for the remaining 5, we've contacted the mmt support team and they aren't able to give us a proper status of remaining 5 visas. On asking the singapore counsellate, mumbai today, they say that the application of visas for remaining 5 applicants bearing a certain passport numbers hasn't been received. Seems their application along with their passport has been stuck somewhere. And still all 9 o[censored]s have got to apply for malaysia visa which is possible only after we get back our passports as this requires a scan copy of passports to be submitted to malaysian counsellate. Our trip is supposed to begin at 29th may with only 8 days in hand and we're stuck in between with neither singapore visa nor malaysian visa in our hands. As we've only 8 days remaining, i request you to take this matter very seriously and deal with it urgently. Also i ask you for a favour. The favour is that i request you to scan the front copy containing photo and the back copy containing address of the remaining 5 applicants whose singapore visa isn't yet made and please send those scanned copies to me as soon as possible (Probably today) so that i can further initiate the process of malaysian visa. I had told the malaysian agent to collect the scanned copies of passports from your office itself as the passports are stuck there but they aren't doing so. Everyday i call them 3-4 times and it takes my 2 hours on the call. I've done all the flight and hotel bookings for this trip and now non arrival of visa in time would cause a huge deal of loss to us. I am quite disappointed by the service of make my trip.
                    I kindly urge you to deal with this matter and give me a positive response within tonight or tomorrow morning. The agents handling singapore visa process from mmt is rohit kumar singh and for malaysian visa is manjulata.
                    I request you to kindly deal with my pending visas and make them available to me within 2-3 days and please send me the scanned copy of those 5 passports which are stuck byc today evening.

                    Hi I booked a flight from Mumbai to Munich on MMT site on friday at INR73k and then today ir monday, I see the fare of the same flight same sector as INR 68k. I have made 2 booking on friday so effectively I paid more for the same flight same sector same dates.
                    I feel very cheated. Please help me out here.

                      I am paying 1 lac inr for 3 day holiday package to munnar from bengaluru.
                      When i later double checked separately booking the hotel/food/air tickets it wasn't matching and looked i was heavily charged.

                      I asked my travel partner (Mmt) vibha to explain but she wasn't able to provide any information and just did not bother even to call as courtesy.

                      I am really disappointed that my query hasn't been responded.
                      As a customer i need to know where my money has been spent, at least some reasonable response i should expect.

                      I understand i made huge mistake booking this deal through mmt but i wasn't expecting such non-cooperation unprofessional attitude from mmt.

                      Really disappointed!

                      Let me explain how i calculated package cost when i checked individually on makemytrip site couple of days back (Unfortunately little later after booking)-

                      For 2 adults + 2 children (11y, 4 y)

                      1) return flight (Bangalore - cochin - bangalore) - 35k
                      2) hotel with 2 meals (Breakfast + lunch/dinner) - 30k (Amber dale luxury hotel - superior mountain view)
                      3) taxi per day for 3 days - 3 x 4k = 12k

                      This comes out to be total 77k, i am not sure where my extra - around 22k money has been used while booking by makemytrip.
                      I have been loyal customer to makemytrip but first time booked holiday package though i learnt my lessons.
                      Please check your end if anything can be done, should have i negotiated before booking?
                      But i completely trusted makemytrip as my children wanted few days off with me.

                      Any explanation from your side would be great help, otherwise can you still give me makemytrip vouchers so that i may use in future.

                      I know this is only a genuine request, beyond that i trust judgement and decision at makemytrip side.

                        On 4th May 2019, I had booked hotel at Surat for two nights (5th & 6th) on "Make My Trip"
                        after paying full applicable charges online. The details shown at Makemytrip website
                        reflected ample parking space - photo attached. Upon reaching the hotel on 5th
                        with my vehicle, I discovered that the hotel has a dispute with building
                        owner as a result you are not allowed to park your car even for offloading luggage.

                        I immediately called Makemytrip helpline for alternate arrangement or cancellation, who
                        promised to call back. Three more calls in next two hours in broad sunlight asking
                        for directive were in vein. Now I can not make my own hotel arrangement.
                        I was forced to make my own parking arrangement. Upon returning home,
                        I have sent ample mails to Makemytrip for resolution to which there is no response.
                        I expect full refund of paid amount with compensation as other amenities were also substandard.

                          I had booked room on 13 May, 2019, in Deluxe Double category for the above mentioned booking id for hotel in kuala lumpur as we are family, when it was booked it showed the same category but when i downloaded the voucher sent by mail it showed Deluxe twin, kindly go through this issue as i have complained 4-5 times but there is no response from mmt, attached screenshot for your reference.

                            I was in desire to travel from Patna to kota.so I chooses to book tickets from makemytrip app. But due to technical problem it failed twice and my money deducted twice.i was told that I would be refunded till 20 may.but yet I am not refunded kindly refund my money back.i am so hopeless now.its a cheat.i also tried talking to helper Myra and Kunal on mamemy trip app. Kindly refund my 1960 money back.i would be grateful to you

                              This is with regards to our refund for Booking ID: NN[protected]. There was an emergency medical issue for which one of the passengers could not travel. Tickets were for Feb'19. When we reached out to MMT, you put your foot down and told us to sort out same with the airlines. We did so and airlines confirmed that after deduction, the refund has been processed to MMT since they were the intermediaries.This was in March. We kept following up with MMT cust support. After almost a month we got a mail that there were further deduction by MMT and refund will be issued on 2nd Apr within 12 hrs. For every hr of delay, MMT wil pay INR 100. Pls refer to the mail snapshot that I have attached. Not from 2nd Apr to 19th May'19 - refund still not proecessed.Every time I call up cust care, they keep me on hold for 10-15 mins and then I have to narrate the whole story and prev communication details only to be told that they are working on it and it'll take 24-48 hrs. How many 48 hrs have passed in between is something the reps clearly bypass.
                              Now its my money and if airlines has given it to MMT, on what basis are they holding on to my money for so long?This clearly shows your intention of cheating customers when it comes to monetary transactions. How come you boast so much in television and other media of good service, refunds etc.

                              On a home page i show a option of mmt travel finance but suddenly its not appear and i also call at capital float customer they suggest me to call make my trip customer care and generate the lead of that after that they proceed furthur. Please help me to enroll in mmt travel finance again.
                              I was trying to book hotel city palace, mumbai on june 24th through netbanking. once i confirmed the payment the error occured but my money was deducted without confirming the booking. please suggest me to get back refund or else confirm my cooking. thank you in advance.

                                We have received bill from make my trip (Tax invoice for your booking - [protected].) for hotel booking at vadodara on 15th may 2019 to 16th may 2019.
                                The bill does not mention my gst no inspite of mentioning it at the time of booking hotel baroda residency at vadodara.
                                Already complained to customer care of mmt on 17.05.2019
                                I have sent mail to the hotel many times but they have been sending the same bill without mentioning our gst no and not rectifying the bill.

                                  I've booked flight ticket from makemytrip on 10-april-2019 from delhi to amritsar and after few days i got to know that jet airways are not operating due to their financial crises and they are staring refunding amount. I called makemytrip customer care[protected] on 18th of april, they told jet airways are not operating and we are proceeding your refund and you will get refund soon. Refund request was initiated on 18-april-2019, refund amount is 8794 + 4347 = 13141 rupees. After few days on 26th of april 2019 they refunded 7977 rupees of one ticket. It is being 18 of may today and still they are saying that refund will be process in 7 days and 7 days has not been completed since last two weeks. They making fool again and again and not refunding the amount. I've attached my tickets below.

                                  Why MMT commit if don’t stick at their words. I have email and recording proof which is clearly said and mention that amount will be credited in 7 working days.

                                  I’ve called Jet Airways and they told we have not received any refund request for your second ticket which passenger name is ‘Chirag Kwatra’ so if we receive request we definitely refund back in 12 working days.

                                    Through makemytrip web site, i booked an air ticket for travelling to bhubaneswar from new delhi on 16th may 2019.
                                    My booking id is nf[protected].

                                    I am surprised to notice that makemytrip has charged me inr 6358/= which is way above the airfare mentioned in the indigo airlines website for the flight no 6e - 2214 leaving delhi at 2:35 hours to bhubaneswar.

                                    I called the customer care executive of makemytrip, however, couldn't get a satisfactory explanation. I am wondering how come makemytrip can charge airfare arbitrarily to the customers.

                                    In reference to your complained, We fetch fares from Airline at regular intervals and store it in our servers and show them on the listing page. When a user moves from Listing page to Review page we again check fares from airlines and if there is a fare change, show it as a fare change message to the user. Or intent is always to show fresh and correct fares to the users but sometime when the demand is high, price fluctuation is more than desired. Normally it happens to just 15% to the users.

                                      I cancelled jet airways flight booked through makemytrip vide booking ref # nf[protected]. Cancellation was done on april 18th, 2019. I didn't receive refund even after a month. I called their customer care just now (May 18, 2019). Farheen haq (Their customer care executive) told me that they have received the money from airline. Initially she said that as per company policy, they will refund money in mmt wallet in 7 days and than they will initiate transfer to my credit card account in another 7 days for which i need to call them again. When i asked her where is the company policy on their website about this, she said there is no policy. They are fooling around with customer. If we forget to call them they will not initiate refund on their own. Why they want to keep my money for 2 weeks when they already received money from airline. Since they are using my money, i want 200% interest for using my money for 2 weeks. Else i will file consumer court case within this week in case i don't get any response to this complaint. I have evidence for this conversation with her which will prove them guilty and fooling the customers to misuse our money.

                                      I have been a victim of same nature where i cancelled mine trip wih spice jet ( more than two hours delay ) and they fully refunded as per their doc however makemytrip has illegally holding my money without contacting me . I happen to notice my bank acc and realised refunded has not been processed & then contacted them now they want to hold on to my money for another 15 days

                                        Round 10 a.m. we the passengers were come to know that the bus driver had dashed a man on road. He then come with the people in his town and they started shouting and threatened not to leave the bus like this. Then the bus driver left the bus with fear and passengers were stranded upto 2hrs. People even entered the bus through window to find the driver and abused people and left. Then everyone left that place with the thing in mind that the destination Akola is at nearly 20 Kms away and started calling their relatives with the sun on head and then I tried calling the operators of the makemytrip, discussed the issue and asked them but they didn't answered anyone and kept phone ringing. We are really left with no help and very dissatisfied with the whole thing. I urge you to regret with the thing and return the amount of the tickets of every passenger directly into the source where they paid from and hope the ### never again happen in future!
