Hi, myself sashikumar s from gurugram. This complaint is against makemytrip, who have made a fake booking of oyo property and extracted rs.11767 from me. I have planned a trip to manali with my family and selected makemytrip for booking 2 rooms for 3 nights against the property oyo 26956 jubilant cottage at manali. Booking was done and received the booking id - nh[protected]. The operator confirmation number was mentioned as [protected] and the phone number shared was [protected] which was oyo customer care number.
I started from gurugram on saturday morning (1st june 2019) and reached the property by 1am on 2nd june 2019. To my utter surprise, the property owner mr. Tarun expressed that he has not received any booking on my name and also confirmed that he does'nt deal with makemy trip. His list contains airbnb, agoda and booking.com. Baring these platforms, he dont deal with any other agencies and has not received any booking in my name.
I contacted oyo, which has mercilessly responded that they are aware of any details of my booking, since the booking was done by mmt. To add to the despondency, mmt did not even bother to answer my queries on cottage confirmation and disconnected the call inbetween. Afterwards my attempts to talk to mmt were in vain.
With family members on a chill night, i was forced to take an other property for a very high amount. Mmt has behaved unprofessionally and cheated me by doing a fake booking for extracting money.

        Hi, i booked my flight tickets to madrid and return via make my trip a month back. Yesterday, i wanted to confirm my baggage policy and logged in to airlines system however, to my suprise i was not able to log in to the airlines with my pnr, on further enquires with the airlines - they informed me that make my trip created fake pnr, because of which tickets are not reflecting under my name.
        This is fraud - i need my tickets please...
        I have already talked to make my trip assistants twice and all they can do and say we will resolve it.
        It is already one month, i think it was enough time for them to resolve it, in case this was done by mistake.
        I need them to action on this “now”

        I am not sure, what you are working on ?? Since you did not even ask my Booking ID. I have been trying to reach make my trip customer care since two days, but nothing from your side. I am afraid you don’t understand the gravity of situation, or may be you don’t want to understand.
        This is serious. And If I don’t get a reply by today, I am going to take some serious action against you.

          Hi,

          I am writing this letter to make an official complaint against make my trip (Mmt) company. I had booked a cab from mmt from amritsar to khajjair scheduled to depart from amritsar on 1st june at 9:30 am. I received the driver and cab details on 1st june at around 8:00am after which i contacted the driver and he asked me to pay additional amount of 1200 for my destination (Khajjair). I was very much upset with the behaviour of the driver and so i complained to mmt about this conversation and asked them to resolve asap as i had to check out from the hotel as well. Two hours passed by and in between i followed up couple of times with mmt (Most of the time i was kept on hold by mmt customer service executive) however in the end all they could manage is to cancel my cab booking and offer me my initial refund plus rs.1000 additional compensation. I was very much shocked by the service provided by mmt as instead of re-arranging a cab for me, they were offering me money.

          The difficulties faced by me and my wife bcoz of this pathetic service of mmt,

          1. At around 10am i had to check out from my hotel and i had no cab to leave.

          2. Due to which i had to myself arrange a cab in urgency and had to pay more than double the price (Rs 6500) as compared to my mmt booking price[protected] roughly).

          3. My entire holiday plan got disturbed for the said day.

          4. I was supposed to see couple of places in amritsar in the morning, again that plan also got hampered.

          So all in all, me and my wife had a very pathetic day in terms of all aspect, financially, mentally, emotionally and physically.

          I, therefore request you to take a very strict action against mmt and asked them to compensate me for the fair difference of cab booking (Roughly rs.3300). Also, provide additional compensation for the activities and places i missed, disruption in my planned trip, and all the other troubles we faced.

            Everyone should know this it is very worst service from make my trip for cab booking.
            I had book a cab for saputara for 28th may morning 6am, the mmt has sent me the drivers phone number and car no. Prior to the journey date at night 11.30 pm.
            The next day when i was suppose to travel early in the morning i tried calling up the driver but to my surprise the cab was cancelled. I got no information for the cancellation of the cab.
            The reason i was told was that there vendor has cancelled the trip.
            I got no support or alternative service from mmt.
            I was unable to travell because of such pathetic service.
            It was my parents aniversay and the day got ruined.
            All the hotels booking were wasted.
            I dint got any other alternative way to travell so all my trip got spoiled.
            Never ever book a cab from mmt.
            Worst experience from such trusted companys!!

            ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH NOW THE ISSUE WAS POSTED ON 28TH OF MAY AND NOW ITS 1ST OF JULY ALMOST MORE THAN A MONTH I HAD JUST GOT ONW CALL EVEN THAT WAS A FALSE PROMISE FROM ONE OF THE EXECUTIVES OF MMT.
            EVEN AFTER CALLING THEM AGAIN FOR MORE THAN 10 TIMES THERE ISNT ANY CONDOLENCE FROM MMT.THIS IS THE SEVICE THEY OFFER . EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THIS TAHT THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE A PERSON NEEDS TO SUUFER FROM EVEN WHEN THEY AGREE THAT ITS THERE FAULT FROM THERE VENDOR.
            DINT THOUGHT IT WOULD BE SO RUDE.
            DEFINITELY A VERY BAD IMAGE PUT UP BY MMT EXECUTIVES.
            NOT AT ALL SATISFIED.

              Dear all

              I is unbelieved that make my trip not provide my no to bus services and not provided my no to bus operator.

              It is shameful how u r providing services and now my bus is leaved without calling me.

              We are searching the bus since half and hour.

              They are provided mobile no after departure of bus it is ridiculous.

              And need refund the charges as earliest.

                With great regret we are compelled to write this mail that inspite of informing you multiple times since the beginning of our trip regarding the dismal condition of the vehicle (tempo traveler) which was provided to us, on which we were to travel extensively close to around 42 hrs in the scorching heat with our family members involving tiny kids, there was no sincere efforts made from your end to rectify the same inspite of sending you pictures and video clips in whats app. Instead for your convenience you had preferred to rely on the lies of the vendor providing the vehicle. Its horribly disappointing that you being the head of operations your rationale dictated that a vendor would be honest enough to accept their short comings . So rather than changing the vehicle which we rightfully deserved u didn’t hesitate to ask for more money (Rs 9000) in order to change the vehicle. We consider ourselves a trifle lucky inspite of our added inconvenience that our vehicle was intercepted on our approach to the Delhi airport by the traffic police personnel and we were categorically told the vehicle would be impounded on grounds of expiry of fitness certificate and we would have to hire a different vehicle to reach the airport. It was only because we were a group of doctors travelling along with kids that they were kind enough to let us go after persuading them for around 30 mins in scorching heat, after paying a fine of Rs 2000/- from our pocket. I am sending you the documents of the vehicle. So we had to suffer miserably throughout our tour inspite of making the full payment much before the start of our trip. We are not certain whether this is the plight that customers of make my trip face and we have also realized the price that we had to pay for laying our faith in your company. Now the onus is on you on behalf of make my trip to adequately compensate us within 3 days failing which we would approach the PMO to ensure that our woes are taken care of.

                  This is priyabrata I booked a hotel through mmt from SEP 2-5 for.langkawi city.the problem is that some information given by make my trip is wrong and confusing. While searching the hotel address in cenang area it's filter out but after booking it's showing 14km away from cenang area while there are same Zen rooms available for confusion. The property in Google showing near under water world which is wrong it's away from its location.in Google the hotel showing permanently closed.how come make my trip people didn't notice such irregularities.for your information I have attached screenshot of all.you can check and for these small thing I don't want to bother again and again .r customer service not replying through chat and via helpline that is really unfortunate.mmt where am a very good track record and am a good customer of mmt.these people are neglecting like anything.in the main page of booking it's written booking refundable and in inside it's non refundable which is very tricky by mmt .I could not understand your intention behind.while booking late night I might have overlooked such things .from Ysterday night to today the customer service centre saying one thing that we are trying to contact hotel and they are not reachable.how come a travel agency such big one don't have any contact with them. 12hours gone by and that hotel people unable to available for conversation. Totally they are making us fool .just wasted our time and money .as am not a new customer I can book new hotel and mmt can cancel it with refund, this simple solution but these guys just wasted my time from yesterday.i have all evidence to suit file against these kind of bluff. They don't know am a defence officer and what could I do .no doubt mmt going to loose a valuable customer today and their respects.tody I will delet their app .and I wish you people take my issue of booking or cancel with full refund .I am looking forward for good support.

                    We booked the above air tickets through makemytrip.com, and selected the following seats for the journey: 2e & f.
                    However, we were provided initially through mail and also in the check in counter the following seat nos. 27 d & e.
                    The counter person gave the reason that the booked seats were not reflecting in his system, although we showed the e-ticket provided by the "makemytrip".
                    After a lot of requests, the counter paerson at hyd, provided us the following seats: 3a & b.
                    We request you to get us refund the full amount for seat selection, as we were not provided the seats we booked for.

                    makemytrip is not entertaining the complaint, instead asking me to chat with a machine. Who doesn't follow anything I write. Also in the mail service section of makemytrip.com, its been written that they are not monitoring the mail.
                    Its a matter of only Rs.453, which they collected for seat selection and the difficulty we had at HYD airport.

                    I had attempted to book 2 bus tickets from belgaum to goa on 22/05/2019. Belgaum to goa bus, KTC, 4.00 pm for 25/05/2019. The booking was not successful however the transaction of Rs.370 took place.

                    I kindly request a refund of the said amount at the earliest.

                      I have applied for a thailand visa against booking i'd: nv[protected] & nv[protected] on dated 09/05/2019 and 12/05/2019 paying full payment of rs.2881.00 & rs.1499.00 15 days has been no update from make my trip. Trying to call several times, done email several time, but no respond. Even call centre people does not pick up the phone. Such a cheatable service from mmt in visa section.

                      Waiting till today and since my travel date is approaching i have got an visa from alternative source. Worst service. Being a long term customer got very poor and money taking business by mmt

                        The main thing when we were in kruger national park then we were informed that the mmt employee forget to book our internal tickets that is johnnesberg to george. And asked us that if we won’t pay rs. 18000 urgently then we are at our own. When we booked the package they told us that all our all the tickets are been done and everything is included. Still we had to face so many problems in the trip. This was one of our worst trips i should say just because of mmt employees. We would like to claim the rs18000 back as we paid it because at that time we don’t had any option expect paying them. Help us with the link or procedures to file a complain regarding the same and refund claim for transfer for hotel to airport and ticket.

                        Hello, I accidentally created an account on make my trip, through my google account. I would like to delete it but I cant find option to do it. Why there is even not an option for that? Please tell me, how can I solve that problem.

                          I was booked a ticket from faizabad to delhi on 21st may through make my trip application. On the evening of journey date i recieve a massage from bus operator that you refund is proced then i call to bus operator & he is saying that your booking is cancelled & you recive your money with in 7 days but make my trip app is showing that you completed your journey & it does not refund my money to me. Plz help me to refund my money. Plz take strong action against company.

                            Make my trip has given me a mmt travel finance of 200000inr through capital float.. It was appearing in my mobile app and wenevr i tried bookingbthe option showed me in final booking page.. And from today its not appearing in my booking page and i tried more than 50timea to contact make my trip customer care and when they hear why its not appearing there.

                              I was allotted travel finance credit. While booking mmt mobile app doesnt showed such option and tickets are booked. I wanted to set up standing instruction before booking. I was intimated that this arrangement is with capital float and option for setting si was not given by either mmt or capital float. I have tried more than 5 times to mmt and capital float for the issue. But my issue is not resolved yet. Which could eventually affect my cibil.

                              This is about makemytrip best price grantee scheme .The terms and conditions for the best price grantee scheme is quite hidden in 3 layers, again they kept the link inside in an image so that no one guess that is a link .They did this to fool the people.

                                I have booked Delhi to Phuket ticket from MMT for three persons. One person surname came twice. I complained immediately in customer care but did not resolved for a week. I called again and again in the process. Finally after one week MMT said to cancel and rebook. I have to pay around Rs15000 extra in this process. I want refund from the company and compensation for mental harassment.

                                  Dear sir, this complain is not for any refund. I would lie to bring to your notice that i had taken package online and ref no. Crm id :[protected] and your representative name is mr. Sumitkumar.
                                  Here i wish to high light that mr. Sumit kumar has proved us very bad inova without taxi passing car which has occurred the accident in dharamshala. We are lucky that we are alive because driver has suffer paralysis attack during the running car. Even though i took the driver in hospital and gave all medical treatment which was possible from my side and gave statement to police department for better medical treatment in favor of driver during this procedure i have called no. Of times to your representative and transporter but unfortunately no one has support me and only asking for medical expenses which was shocking for me because i have very good experience of mmt in my leh ladakh trip but i was surprise this time and feeling bad for your service. My two days are west during this trip but from your side no one is interested for saving the life of driver which i think shameful for mmt. I personally request you to refer my trip and take my all complains from your representative mr. Sumit kumar which is essential for your prestige and your good will because you should know what practices are going in your group.

                                  Once again i personally request you to please arrange your representative for collecting more information because my english is not good so i cant describe all matters in proper way.                                     What a nightmare. I booked a reservation at lorent manor annex from make my trip.
                                    Below are details
                                    Pnr: [protected] booking id: nh[protected]
                                    Room #105 was not even broomed, it was dirty, water jet in toilet was not working, gyser was not working, tap and shower were broken. Toilet paper was all wet.
                                    On my complaint mmt said it will be resolved but was not, complained again 2nd time they refunded 1249 rs and said room would be changed. Room was not changed and no one bothered to even call.
                                    Mr tarun [protected], who was in charge also assured room change but as usual when we are duped no one comes to the rescue.
                                    One more thing when i ordered food from the lorent manor, the serving spoon still had food on it probably used from before. I complained at reception and the guy said take it to the kitchen, i was pissed but when i went to kitchen and told them, the guy wiped the spoon in front of me and was ready to give it to me, disgusting!!!
                                    And top of the cherry these guys charged me approx 8300 for this.

                                      Am a regular customer of make my trip. I had booked air return tickets from ahmedabad to delhi on 13 may 2019 for 2 june 2019 returning on 6th june 2019 for 6 people. On 14 may 2019 i again booked a single ticket for the same return flights of the same date i.e of 2nd june 2019 returning back on 6th june 2019. But i got the tickets for 2nd july 2019 returning on 6th july 2019 for both the cases. Since 24 may 2019 i have been calling the customer care service of mmt and everytime they tell me to wait for 24 hrs to solve the problem. As an excuse they tell me that the booking logs are still not created. I dont know what this companies get by doing such fraud and gaining mear 25000/- from us. Such beggers i say. Hell with this company never in my life i would book a 25/- ticket from such goons and also will be forwarding this complain to each and every complain service station. My booking id are

                                        I tried to book rail tickets with my account, and the money got deducted, with no booking.
                                        Again i tried to book the ticket, this time also same thing happened.
                                        Isn't it shameful!
                                        Mmt charged me 2 times for something that i havent got.
                                        The bitter part of the story is they are denying for any such transaction.
                                        Even though i have transaction ids of well recognised and also from their partner phonepe.
