Dear sir i hv book my bus ticket of saini travels from ahmedpur to amravati on 14/04/2019 and the dept. Time is 10:30 bt until 12:15am bus has not come and there is no contact from saini travels operator n because of my imp work i book cab n going to amravati with fair 8000 rs.
Because of poor service i hv mentally harrased. Refund my ticket booking amount and cab fair amount otherwise i file a compliant in court. I m mentally so distrubed....

We have booked a cab by make my trip from rishikesh to delhi on 13/04/19 for 14th april 2019 at scheduled 11 am. We have got otp and driver details at 2 hours before and requested him of he can come early and pick up us. But inspite coming early he came one hour and fifteen minutes late.
Driver was not able the use the gps and he was very new. We started at 12.15pm and reached at 10pm to dwarka new delhi which was almost five hours...

I have really frustrated from you guys about the mmt travel card i am trying to contact your customer care team for this no one is telling me anything. This is what you guys are doing with customers.

This letter is with reference to the cancellation of the jet airways flight that was bound to fly from cochin to delhi on march 22nd 2019. The ticket was booked via your portal on february 8th. The flight was cancelled and rebooked twice. Worst experience in online flight booking with makemytrip. This site is utterly unprofessional, irresponsible and is cheating the customers. I had booked a flight ticket for kolkata to hubli. It is one stop journey. First trip is from kolkata to chennai with spicejet and second trip is from chennai to hubli with indigo airlines. my money got deducted but there was no confirmation of the booking of my hotel.

I booked a hotel on mmt yesterday and paid for it via my credit card but even after the transaction happened and the got a message from my bank that the amount has been deducted, there was no confirmation message from mmt for the booking. I contacted the hotel management and they too have gotten no confirmation regarding the booking. My money has been credited twice. Please look into the matter and refund my money....

booking did not happen but amount deducted from the main account

I tried booking a round trip flight from bengaluru to lucknow yesterday. While the amount was deducted from my account, i received no confirmation/tickets/pnr for my booking.
The automated customer care services have been pretty ineffective in addressing my issue.
I tried sending an email on the [protected]@makemytrip.com but received an automated reply as well.

money deducted but ticket not booked. waiting for refund to be initiated

On 11th april 2019 booked a go air flight ticket from chennai to pune which was scheduled to depart on 13th april 2019 at 21.10 hrs. The money was deducted but the ticket was not booked. No confirmation mail & no booking id was generated.
I am trying to contact mmt customer support but no use.
This 24x7 service chat with myra is also sending only same msg that our agents are bzy once they will be free will get back to you....

auto selection for insurance coverage

While booking flights on maymytrip portal, it is seen that the option of getting insurance coverage is already selected by booking portal. It is auto clicked already and customers while booking are not given any option to confirm for insurance coverage. So consumers don't remember to deselect the checkbox of insurance coverage and fee is charged for insurance also.
