Description - mmt confirmed the booking of rooms at hotel zero palace inn by sending cross hotel voucher on registered email address on 4 may 2018. Sometime in aug 2018, i received call from hotel where they mentioned that they never confirmed this booking to mmt. Give i booked it through mmt, i asked them to deal with mmt and not me, as i had a confirmation voucher from mmt. Few days after that, i received call from mmt (In aug 2018) stating that due to some technical glitch, they erroneously confirmed the booking. They agreed to refund 100% amount, which i received in my account. However, basis their confirmation in may, i organised air, road and train travel, which eventually i have to cancel, as i don't have a hotel room at zero. During my conversation with aman kumar (Supervisor of radhika gaddamwar), both are from the customer care dept of mmt, aman offered a compensation of 8, 000 inr against the loss i had and i lieu of the blunder made by mmt. He further revised and offered 10, 000 inr, which i declined and asked for a compensation equivalent to the amount i paid for the booking (Approx 40, 000 inr). On hearing me, he mentioned that he has raised this to 'customer delight' office and they would revert to me in 24 hours. It's been 7 days already (Today in 1 sept 2018) and inspite of multiple follow-ups (Calls and emails) there has not been any response from them. Besides a huge monetary loss, it's been a trauma dealing with mmt. Horrible experience! I have also tweeted about it, tagging deep kalra but no positive response. I demand a compensation of 40, 000 inr for the loss and inconvenience i went through.
