I purchased a ticket on Make my Trip and the first time the payment failed (thats what the website said), so I paid again I note that my bank statement shows that the same amount has been debited twice. MakeMyTrip said the money would be refunded, but despite several emails and complaints - I have not got any support.

I recently booked international travel tickets through MMT and the invoices provided to me show one head as ‘other charges and feees’without any information for customers as to it’s details -seems there are some hidden charges which the company is not disclosing to customers.
If there are charges there should be the clear breakup of it with intimation to the customers that such charges would have to be incurred by them.However...

I met with an accident on 06/07/2018 which is prior to my travel date (09/07/2018) . I wouldn't be able to travel on specified date since my doctor has suggested me to take complete rest for atleast 2 weeks. I am a frequent traveller and I prefer Makemytrip rather than any other travel booking app....

Booking ID:NF[protected]-I had made booking for airline ticket for Delhi-Kolkatta-Delhi costing Rs.10433 and am fraudently charged Rs.20464 by makemytrip.com which is a statutory offence of cheating and fraud u/s section 420 & 415 of Indian Penal Code.

I have made the complaint to makemytrip and have not received any response from them so far....

I have booked my hotel in mussorie on 29th june 2018 with booking id nh[protected] from make my trip app. I paid rs.3100 in advance also.

The pics shown by make my trip of room was far better.

But when we reached hotel, condition of room was not good. I was with my family and i didnt checked in hotel.

I lodged many times complaint in customer care to refund my money but i am not getting any response....

I have been trying to delete my account, but i am not able to do so. I have sent an email to [protected]@go-mmt.com, it shows email id does not exists. I don't want this id any more. They are harassing me with their promotional activities. I want to delete my account as soon as possible, i have tried calling & emailing but no response, such a poor response....

Makemytrip has failed to cancel my ticket with airline on time and passenger is denied boarding because of this technical delay. Mmt staff has accepted the delay but still my money is not refunded.

A month back i tried to book 2 tickets for delhi which costed me around Rs 9500. But after the transaction was, it said booking wasn't confirm. You can check the attached screenshot of it. But till now when i didn't get my refund back i mailed mmt again and the reply which kept coming was refund won't be done as the tickets were booked. which is definitely not true.
Pls refund this large...

I have booked there european dreams package for 6 lakhs and they promised us 11 days and 10 nights but they gave us a flight which landed in paris around 5 and we reached our hotel around 7 and they said we said 11 days so reached here around 7 this is included.
