I have changed my travel date from 11 Aug 2018 to 10 Aug 2018 with Indigo ticket id NF[protected] (ranchi to bangalore). Though my payment has been done for rescheduled indigo ticket but haven't got any confirmation email or messages. Also I've tried many times to contact costumer care but nothing had helped a bit, most of the nos. are not working. Kindly help me getting any confirmation about my booking or refund my rescheduled ticket...

I booked two tickets from kochi to chennai and from chennai to kochi on 11th and 12th of september. Because of certain issue i can't able to go with this. So i need cancel the particular ticket. I booked a holiday package with mmt. While booking the agent assured me of best services, good hotels, flights, discounts for my honeymoon. After paying the first installment, the agent changed her behaviour and booked rooms with 2 single beds for my honeymoon, which is miserable. I was supposed to get a refund of 1486/- from airlines as I was denied boarding the flight on May 12th. Only 931/- was transferred and remaining was put to my wallet without my notice and after 3 months they expired. When I raised a concern an agent called me and was very rude on call. I asked him why was the amount put to wallet instead of transferring to account. He said it works that way and we cannot do anything and disconnected the call...

This is the inform you that I have booked a ticket from HYD-BOM and BOM-HYD with travel date as 05.07.2018 with Booking Ref No-NF[protected]. The amount paid was Rs. 12, 120/-

I had booked a flight and availed no cost emi offer and forgone the discount of Rs.5000. However, my bank has charged me interest. When contacted the customer care, they tell that i have opted for EMI option and not for no cost EMI.
Initially they told me that the offer is not applicable to ICICI bank. Then i shared the screen shot which I took to prove my point. However, now again they say that i opted for no cost emi and that too...

I got a communication from Jet Airways that my flight from Bangalore to Kolkata (9W-661) on 17th Oct, 2018 is cancelled. For refund or alternate flight booking my travel agency i.e. MMT is supposed to help me out. But when I call the customer care number, it says that my flight is still confirmed. Not able to connect to any customer care executive as the IVR does not have any such option....

Ive book 4 tickets for hyderabad to chennai and chennai to hyderabad for aug 16 and aug 19 but after completing my booking on makemytrip app, it shows that i have booked for September 16 and 19 which is totally wrong. I tried to cancel tickets but MMT is refunding only 1500 in total of 16500rs ticket. This is totally fraud. And there is way to talk to makemytrip customer care about it....
