On 15 july, 2018, i had booked a ticket on goair flight g8-371 for 18-nov-2018 (From mumbai to goa)& g8-478 for 24-nov-2018 (From goa to mumbai) by make my trip. Now due to some personal reason, we cannot go and i have cancelled my all tickets but there was no refund amount on cancellation by make my trip, they only give rs.518/- and i really need money and i cannot share my personal reason with you. I can only request you please refund my money. Emergency can be possible anytime. I think you should understand what i am saying???
Even if we reserve the ticket by train then in this condition railway also refund after cut the cancellation charges before 24 hrs. So why are you not refunding my balance amount???
Please it is request you please reply as soon as possible.

    Insured for up to rs.20000 with an extra charge of rs.249
    Total paid amount - rs.9183
    Refund showed on cancellation - rs.1924
    Why am i denied the entire amount?
    Why was an extra 249 deducted from my account if you cannot provide an entire refund?!
    I am expecting a complete refund asap from your insurance cell.
    It is very urgent since i need to cancel soon. My trip is today!

      Dear sir,

      I booked a room through mmt at sterling suites marathahalli bengaluru and paid the full amount of rs 5991 in advance. Details below.
      On checking in i realised that i had been completely duped. The room and the hotel was third rate in a remote location.
      On inquiring with the reception that this was not what i had been promised and asking for the rack rate i was shocked to learn that the same room was being sold by other websites at around rs 3500 (All inc) while i had paid rs 5991. They refused to give me the hotel tariff card and said i should complain to mmt only.
      The reception told me very rudely that they are not charging this amount but make my trip are the ones overcharging.
      This is cheating and not acceptable. Please register this complaint of mine.

        I had made booking for my family trip to dubai from bangalore on mmt app on 21st oct 2018 through multiple ticket.
        Onward journey on 21/10 via spice jet and return journey via indigo on 27-10.
        I received a failed booking for both the trip with payment success for rs 90, 400/-and a clear message that booking has failed and rs 86, 844/- is being refunded in my wallet for further booking. I immediately informed about the failure through their help thread & waited for sms, mail etc for nearly 8hrs
        My resolution is pending since last 5 days and they generated a pnr for one journey from bangalore - dubai via spice jet and claiming as a partial failed booking. As per their company policy on website :- for failed booking it states that "you need not do anything", we will automatically refund full amount back to net banking account."
        In my case booking failed at 13.57 hrs of[protected]. A clear message has appeared on screen that booking failed & an amount of rs 86, 844/- have been refunded in my wallet.
        No money was refunded & no one called me, no message through sms /email came. But still i informed through your help portal thread that booking has failed and plz refund my amount. No response was given till 10.26 pm. For which i again uploaded the screen shot of failed booking and requested for refund.

          I had booked a ticket with makemytrip for journey dated 25th september from winnipeg to kolkata for rs.56863 on 24th september. As the booking was not confirmed for approx 8 hours after payment was given balance in my mmt wallet for rs599. On contacting their customer center i was advised by their representative mr. Sumit roy chaudhary not to travel to airport the next morning as the booking was partially confirmed. Mr. Chaudhary initiated a refund request and as per makemytrips promise the refund gets credited in 72 hours failing to which they compensate rs100 per additional hours. The timer is still running as of today it has been 401 hours approximately. Initially i was contacted by makemytrip on my mobile number +[protected] but after 72 hours they stopped doing it and i have contacted them many times and all i am assured is they are looking into the matter and would get back to me in 24 hours with refund request being completely processed. However till now nothing has happened and all i have is screenshot with timer running showing the resolution is delayed.

          Please help me to get my hard earned money back from makemytrip. Rs56863 is not a small amount.

          I am writing this with utter shame and disgrace that it has been more than two months now that I am still longing for the amount due which has not been paid/refunded from your end neither has it been initiated.. I have been following up since ages...extremely shameful mmt that I am still being harassed for this amount. Waiting for the refund to be processed I don't know how else or how long i need to explain my case to each and every support agent of your team and turned down each time, having being instructed to wait for even longer. Even if I dont consider my 2months wait period, your promise to refund was of 144hrs and it has been 572hrs and I am still waiting like anything for the proceedings to happen

          Makemy trip team it is strange to learn that you guys couldn't trace my booking details.

          Well the email id used for booking was [protected]@gmail.com and Booking ID

          NN[protected]. I would like to bring this to your notice that I was informed by your

          associate Mr. Sumit Roychaudhary when my tickets were not confirmed even after 8 hours of

          booking that the booking is partially confirmed from toronto to kolkata but my journey

          from winnipeg to kolkata is still not confirmed and in no case it would get confirmed so I

          should not travel to airport. After that the refund request was initiated from your end

          during this call. I was contacted twice by your team within 24 hours on my Canadian number

          +[protected] which I had provided to your associate Mr.Roychaudhary assuring that my

          request for refund is being looked into. Anyways I hope you will be able to trace your

          assoiciate Mr. Sumit Roychaudhary unlike what you informed about not being able to trace

          my booking details. However after the two calls from your back end team I tried reaching

          out to you guys multiple times over the phone and everytime I was assured that I will be

          contacted in 24 hours with a solution which till date is still pending. Makemytrip please

          have mercy on me I am an international student and Rs56863 the cost of booking which you

          guys have been hold for 24 days now is my hard earned money. Please stop playing this back

          and forth communication game to just try to cover up your part and delay the resolution.

          For your reference I have attached herewith screenshot of my account that says your

          resolution has been delayed and as of now it has already been 592 hours which is precisely 24 days.Just incase you need additional information from my end reachout to me at [protected]@gmail.com or on my canadian number +[protected] or alternate number +[protected] if the other one is not reachable. I hope this time you guys would do the necessary at your end and try to resolve this issue which involves Rs56863 that you have been holding back at your end for no good reason. Please try to understand I can't afford to loose this money. I would again reinstate the same thing I was advised by your associate Mr. Sumit Roychaudhary not to go to airport as I can't undertake this journey with a partial booking and I have done the same. I request you to please help me and process the refund without any further delay

            We got a package booked through her but now she is not willing to respind to our calls because we have various queries.
            Ahe promised few things but we did not got the same.

              Please note we discussed ticket that i was looking for and same itinerary was send to me. It was discussed that no transit visa is required and baggage allowance was also 40 kg, which meet my requirements.

              Payment link was send, and i made required payment immediately.

              After you received payments, i was expecting confirmed ticket copy, but received call saying that as per airline transit visa is required. This was different than what we had agreed and was communicated to me before making payment.

              In interest of time and make sure i get ticket in same cost, i agreed to issue ticket and self will arrange for transit visa but cost to be borne by make my trip. Ticket was issued but after this there is no reponse on transit visa reimbursement.

              I was given a promised a product but after i made payment they informed that tickets can be given but you need to arrange for transit visa. My complain is, make my trip to pay for my transit visa as they had initially promised.

                Hi,

                I booked 2 tickets from hyd to tirupati and the booking # is nf[protected]. Then immediately within 2 min i changed the travel dates. Then it charged me extra amount around 7000 as a travel change fee. This sounds totally unfair that just changing the travel dates within 2 minutes of booking charges such a huge amount as a fine. I've been trusting make my trip which made me to use this portal for my booking. This is really really absurd of charging such a big fine. I ask my friends to stop using this site and give a low rating in the media. You guys are charging unnecessarily and this is totally ridiculous. Please refund my lost amount.

                  Now our flight missed and rest one family of four could not visit dubai
                  After wards they are not responding rather asked very cleverly cancellation charges, to which first we didn't understood then written thru email that how can you do this, their sales person preeti started terrifying my kidz that we will face consequences if you written complaint on this. Really bad attitude of all staff member including mr ankit their visa expert

                    My feedback rating is *terrible*

                    *reasons-*

                    *1.* we booked standard room and we were given delux room saying that there us some work going on in standard room.
                    And in that room a. C was not working at all
                    We complain so many times and they just sent waiters to crosscheck.
                    Later in the late evening, it was told to me by a manager that it person is not available and therefore you can shift to the room next to you.
                    Our whole time got wasted in packing and unpacking and at around 9.45pm we went downstairs and asked reception to arrange a auto or cab for us for market. And he said he cannot do that because nothing is available at this time.

                    After giving us assurity that we will arrange it for you. And then with no option left, we decided to have dinner in san lawrence and it was 10.15 pm and the waiter said order fast our kitchen is closing..

                    We ordered asap and got tasteless food with no substance in it. There was no sauces, no curd, nothing.

                    And when i ask waiter he said - *all our items have been shifted to other branch of san lawrence and you cannot get anything*

                    This is the way we are been treated??

                    *2.* same night we called room service for bisleri water and we are been told that sorry our department closes at 11pm and there is no water.

                    *no water was given to us that night, and i called makemytrip and spoke to ms. Swadeep and she assured me to call me back in 5 min after she takes out some resolution, but i did not receive any call from her.*
                    (We were without water that whole night)

                    *3.* the next day, waiter came in the evening to provide us with tea and told us in an rude way that today we are closing out kitchen at 9.30 pm only, so if anything come before that.
                    My husband asked him why so?
                    He replied saying - *there is only 3 rooms that are filed today and the whole villa is empty*

                    I mean, seriously???
                    Because the whole villa is empty, they will close off the kitchen so soon? Knowing that the place is so isolated that we cannot even go out for dinner without cab or auto and no ola, uber works there.

                    *4.* same day at night electricity was cut atlease 5 times and for long span of 1 hr and other time for 30 min and 40 min and more.
                    Whole night this was occurring and our sleep was disturbed badly.

                    Next day, i called reception and asked the lady, why it was happening like that?

                    *she replied - mam, there was a problem with generator yesterday night. Its a machine, problem occurs and we cannot help it.*

                    And later after telling her that this is first in a lifetime experience she said we are sorry for that.

                    I mean seriously right??

                    All these things happened and on the top of that we cant even complaint?

                    *i urge makemytrip to take some serious action in this matter because this is utterly unacceptable and totally disturbing experience with villa san lawrence & makemytrip.*

                    We trust makemytrip, but this incident has put on me a lot of doubts in mind

                      My complaint is regarding this domestic flight booking made via Make my trip mobile app on October 6th2018, booking ID-NF[protected].
                      Actually, the previous day l had already made the flight bookings through Make my trip app, and just before l made the payment, the fares increased by around 2000 Rs. So, the next day, l just wanted to check whether this would happen again, l had no intention of making another booking. But, to my utter shock, when l clicked on the proceed with payment link after entering only my SBI debit card number, expecting to get the one time password page, l suddenly get this message saying my booking is confirmed. I was totally aghast. The total booking amount for two people was 28478 Rs.
                      I immediately called up the bank people and blocked my card because l didn't know what to do.The customer care team at SBI had asked me to complain at Make my trip since it was not the bank's fault. The customer care team at the bank have also initiated an enquiry regarding this, since this is unauthorised payment using my debit card.I have had really bad experiences with Make my trip Customer care team in the past. If l was to cancel the tickets, l would lose close to 12000 bucks.Anyway, l lodged a complaint with Make my trip immediately, ref number[protected]. This was around 10:30 am on 6/10/18. They assured me that they would arrange a call back within 24 hrs, and nobody has bothered to call up till now. Today morning they sent me a mail saying complaint resolved, no mention whatsoever of as to how they have resolved it. Neither have they cancelled the flight tickets nor have they issued any refund. I again called them up, and they have asked me to wait for another 24 hrs. But, knowing very well from my previous experiences how well their Customer care team works, l am afraid that it is not going to be an easy task to get a full refund from them.
                      Hence, l am approaching your team to help me out of this situation. I am tired of waiting for the Make my trip Customer care people to give me a call back. I have already contacted them umpteen number of times, only to be given false reassurances. All l want is a full refund of 28478 Rs. This is causing me a lot of distress. Really hoping that your team will help me out.

Kindly cancel this booking and initiate a full refund.lf you can't acknowledge the simple fact that this booking should never have happened, then no need to give all these false apologies and all. If you were to lose your hard earned money just like that because of somebody else's fault, then you will understand. Anyway, this is the last time that l am making any booking through make my trip.

                      I called them up again, and they are not at all ready to accept the blame, they are saying l had given the app permission to accept my messages, where as no such permission was given, anyway l asked them, one Ms Pooja to cancel the booking, and the refund l will get is 15128, which means l lose 13350, which is not a small amount by any means. They have not only stolen my money but also wasted my precious time. Please help me out

                      Just wanted to add that your so called "customer care team" instead of trying to resolve my complaint, have on the contrary wasted my time by making false promises and excuses every single time I called them. I hope they realize that just to talk to one of their customer care executives, we have to spend 10-15 minutes, and when they cannot answer our questions, they transfer our call to one of their supervisors, who doesn't even turn up and then our call gets cut, & again we have to start the drill of calling them again and repeating my issue for the 100th time. And after 1 week of doing this drill multiple number of times, all their supervisor ( Ms Pooja) can say is the fault is with the way l have set my app. I mean seriously!!! How lame is your entire team??? Just to tell me this, your team had been working day in & day out for the past one week. None of your team members even have a conscience. Just stop playing with people's time & trust.

                      You don't call this a refund!!! I lost 13000 bucks just because of the fault of your app. Like l said, it's not a booking l cancelled, this booking happened without my permission. So basically l have been cheated my you people. Anyway, l have learnt my lesson the hard way, l am deleted the app from my phone and never again am l going to make any booking through MMT. I will also try and dissuade all my friends and relatives to make any bookings on MMT, if they don't want to suffer my fate.

                        I have a confirmed booking for 7 pax to singapore this week. 100% payment paid as per policy, received all confirmation vouchers (Air ticket, hotel booking and land transportation). While my final confirmation was received on 26th sep on 4th oct i get a call from delhi office stating the hotel i requested for is not available. On questioning the same, he agreed to put me in a higher category room. On 8th oct i again receive a call stating no rooms available in my preferred hotel. What is surprising is all this while i have been receiving emails with hotel vouchers saying booking confirmed.in parallel, i have directly approached the hotel in singapore and received a confirmation that rooms are available this morning. I am really not sure what the goo[censored]p is but this a a mental torture. I am travelling with children (3 rooms in total) and 3 days prior to travel i have to go through all this. Till now i do not have any resolution.

                        The booking was confirmed basis the hotel availability and 100% payment also made against the same. I do not wish to change my hotel preference. Mmt should take care of the goo[censored]p and give me upgraded rooms which are still available at the hotel.

                                Have been trying to reach mmt for a change of booking and details on the same. However, all calls are being transferred to ivr which is ultimately leading to no support.

                                The calls are not getting transferred to the right executive.
                                Also, in the ivr, the method for issue resolution is not correct. It leads to nothing.

                                Would request that the calls should get diverted to their executives after maximum 1 min.

                                The company has sent us the contact no. of their representative. However, it would be better if the IVR itself could lead to the right options and resolution of Issue. The IVR should not ask the user to again use the APP or the website to resolve the issue, since the user have chosen the IVR option for a reason. It is generally, so that we can directly ask a query to the right person. Also, in IVR, all options are not available. Many a times executive is not able to answer and will ask you to reach out to a different IVR No. wherin again you have to start the same process again. Leading to nowhere. MMT should not only focus on resolving this particular case alone. They should work on resolving all similar issues right at the begining.

                                  I have cancelled a booking with makemytrip (Mmt) and they promised me refund within 12 hours. However, it has been 347 hours since and there is no processing from their end. Despite multiple follow ups, i have been only told to wait and every time im told that the same is under process. The same is pure violation of all terms and conditions as well as harassment of the consumer. Since, im helpless, mmt is harassing me and not processing my refund. I have received written approvals from mmt regarding processing of refund within 24 hours, but even the same has not been receieved. Hence, this complaint.

                                    I booked a ticket today i. E. 7th oct 18, where the passenger names were selected for myself and my wife, but while booking, it took automatically my father's name (Saved in the app as i booked a ticket for him earlier) in place of my name. I have raised an amendment request to mmt but not sure if it's going to happen.
                                    My request:
                                    Since most of the people are booking tickets through apps, there are always possibilities of mistake in terms of names as the app automatically saves the names for which we have booked tickets earlier and it is only a one click selection. Therefore, while booking a ticket, the confirmation request should appear at least twice with the important informations like name and dates and baggage wt since these cannot be easily changed and for all three of these we need to cancel ticket if any mistake happens.
                                    Moreover, i do not think that changing a name should be a big issue as we need to provide valid ids during departure.

                                    My booking i'd: nf[protected]
                                    Booking date: 7th oct 2018.
                                    Booking time : 7:30 evening

                                    Please take this concern seriously and help me in changing the name as it is not intentionally done from my side and it's a mistake of the app.

                                    I am a regular customer of mmt and i will loose out hard earned money if i have to cancel the ticket.

                                      On 16/9/18 flight ticket for indigo from rajamahendravaram to mumbai booked, due to connectivity (Net) problem amount debited twice two tickets generated for same persons same flite, same day i. I gave all details paid later it showed ur booking is confirm but with blank id and other details.. I did not get any confirmation mail nor i am not sure whether booking is really confirm..
