I booked a hotel named "le pearl", goa, on 28th june, 2018. Booking details are as below:
Check in - 28 july, 2018
Check out - 02 august, 2018
Booking confirmation id - nh21232b4221274
Booking under name o[censored]mang chokhawala (+3 guests)
Now, as we reached at the hotel today, they stated that they have no bookings under my name and that they have shut down. They refused about having any confirmation from makemytrip about any kind of confirmation as per above details.
If they had shut down, it is the responsibility to bring such matter in my concern in prior, in order we can have our refunds back as we had paid already for the same.
We have suffered a loss of booking amount at this hotel and also travelling fares via flights and the whole trip has been ruined because of such carelessness of makemytrip.
I'm writing this complaint in order i can get my refund back as well as travelling fares that has been wasted because you did not inform us. I am providing you my email id for further communication in such matter, and hope to get favourable reply from your side immediately.
