Complaint:
Booked airline tickets from makemytrip website using my mother's hdfc card [invoice screenshot attached for reference]. The hdfc offer at the time made us eligible for inr 10, 000/- cashback after 21 days from booking date. However, it is 53rd day from transaction/book date, today (September 17th, 2018).
Q1) why such delay for cashback?
Q2) who compensates for that?
In addition, tried multiple times to reach all mmt customer care numbers [even other numbers than those on screenshot attached], none of which were available and disconnected the calls saying, "all lines are busy!". [did not pay inr 1, 52, 000/- for this harassment.]
Q3) why take inr 2097/- as "convenience fee", when you aren't providing any "convenience"? [screenshot attached]
Q4) who compensates for that?
Expected resolution:
Not only do i want the cashback as per the offer from them (Or hdfc) but also some compensation, since they've wasted my time, energy and spirits. Request you to take urgent action on this, please.
