I write this e-mail with utmost disappointment & pain.
Make My Trip has let-down the faith & trust I carried for their organization.
I would like to write a brief summary of my concern which hasn’t been resolved yet;
o I booked 4 flight tickets on (13th July 2018) for my family from Bangalore to Pune & Pune to Bangalore (Travel date 18th - 20th July 2018 – INR 20, 884/-) for a family emergency.
o Later at the end moment, we found out that our booking had an error after calling MMT. Unsure if it was a system error or human; which had incorrect flight timings.
o I did call MMT on 18th July early morning requesting for help. As a last resort, I was told to rebook & cancel the previous booking.
o Trusting & having immense faith in MMT, I rebooked 4 tickets on MMT again for 18th - 20th July for Bangalore to Pune(Along with return tickets) which costed me more i.e. INR 29, 080/- additional against the first booking i.e. INR 20, 884/-
o I raised a cancellation request for my first booking, (Travel date 18th - 20th July 2018 – INR 20, 884/-) for which I was promised a refund of INR 12, 532/- & I have not received the same.
o PFA screenshot regarding refund.
o For 18th July it was a ‘no show’ for (Bangalore to Pune), however, I had canceled the booking in prior on 18th July for a trip on 20th July (Pune to Bangalore ).
o MMT is giving me a hard time saying I have selected an ’ incorrect option’ during cancellation process & I am not entitled to refund.
o I have been waiting too long to hear from the delight team, they did not call me in the first place & when I tried to reach the Delight team on several attempts I was disconnected & I did not get a callback either.
o I have been ill-treated by MMT customer care & given a run around several times.
I see that MMT doesn't care a damn about their customers.
All MMT does is wait for their customer to do the slightest mistake & then wait & loot them over for your profits.
MMT doesn't even respect the fact that it was a family emergency.
MMT doesn't see the fact, in spite of a system/human error for the first time during the trip to Pune, I still used your portal again & rebooked the tickets.
MMT doesn't see the loyalty of their customer & how many times one has used their portal to buy flight tickets/hotels.
In spite of so many e-mails to the company heads, MMT doesn't have a simple courtesy to call back & resolve this issue amicably, but MMT conveniently decides to close the case on their own will.

The phone number on the booking voucher is for another hotel.
What makes me feel bad and astonished is how can makemytrip do i tie up without even verifying the hotel.
