I called up makemytrip to enquire about a dubai holiday package and since then this guy named manish agarwal got after me, started calling, texted, emailing me to get the package booked ..i didnt respond for a few days at all and still he would call and call ..8-10 missed calls in a row just to convince me to book the package...

I have already called your customer service and logged a complaint on 4th june 2018. Still waiting for a refund of the overcharged amount of rs 6875/-. While speaking to your adviser while making the date change, they said that the cost of the ticket had gone up and charged me an additional rs.6875/- in addition to the date change fees. When i inquired about the cost of the ticket they adviser told me that she did not know the exact cost...

Booking id : nh[protected] for booking of hotel rooms in fraser's suites from 19/06/18 to 21/06/18. And payment made for them. However the hotel refused to provide rooms because there was no communication.
Therefore i complex to take room directly from same hotel.
It is therefore requested to refund the amount of rs 8983 immediately
It is a very bad experience with you after advance payment.

I want to reschedule my flight to a later time on the same day. Trying to connect desperately through your support number. The ivr is taking me round and round and disconnecting.

We have booked a trip to bali which is scheduled on 21st june (Booking id nl[protected]. My husband met with an accident and we have been looking to modify our dates since 17th and no one has responded to our concerns besides the fact that we have called them numerous times. Our entire money spent on this trip is at stake right now and we don't see makemytrip bothered to address this concern and help us modify the dates....

I've 1924/- rs as cancellation refund and some cashback in my mmt wallet and i want to use that for flight booking. I was looking to book for jaipur to kolkata flight but mmt wallet was not present as the payment option.

I found the terms and condition section showing that i should be able to use the wallet money for flight and hotel booking, but makemytrip is such a fraudulent company that i could not even use that for flight...

Hi, i have booked a cab for family picnic for may 5th and may 6th from vasai to alibaug through mmt cab service. I have also paid full amount of rs. 7500/- for cab service.

On may 5th the day of our picnic, after multiple times follow up, mmt informed me the cab has been cancelled, we will not be able to provide you the services. Since we have a hotel booking done, we have to arrange another cab from different cab services...

Refund my amount as you have cheated my bus and seat provided and fair you have charged to me while I booked through online the bus you were showing golden Amritsar express but I got ordinary bus and last seats and others paid 300 rs in that bus. My failure on booking of three tickets from dimpur to allahabad and the money was deducted from my account but the ticket couldnt be confirmed with thati should get my money back but still i havent received my refund yet. I booked via makemytrip.com for a stay in impiana klcc, malaysia between 17th and 24th june. I've come to know that my friends who made a similar booking for the same dates have paid almost rs.10000 through goibibo.com. When i escalated the same to makemytrip.com, i'm told that since i brought the issue after 72 hours of booking, their best price guarantee refund is not applicable to me....

Last evening a booked a flight from pune to ahmedabad - make my trip booking id : n[protected].
I selected the date as 10th june and went to search for flights.. The screen showed me flight options, i went ahead and booked the flight. Once booking was completed i saw that the date of the ticket was 11th june.

I called the makemytrip customer care : 1st time they said that since you are not allowed to book a tickets...
