Very unfortunate that the team handling the case is unprofessional and only wants to hear the partner. Your team wants me to share the picture of the Graveyard??? They want me to share the picture of the rooms which were 3 on one side and other 2 on one side??? Your team wants to share the picture of how the staff at the hotel was speaking, pcitures of thier action??? MMT team wants to share the picture of Jet in the barrooms being repaired, , bloody why don't u ask your team to go and check the register if hotel had booked a complaint. The hotel wants me to share the picture of earlier room which i was given and the other room which I was given, when I was only give directly one room only and we asked them to downgrade due to Graveyard, which they didnt do... I asked the MMT to have a call to any of the 1 2 members on the tour and check with anyone if any one of this is not true. Including the food for which I paid but nothing was there wrt Indiana and Veg Food. Even I asked the team to speak to the kids if they wana and let us have the conversation alongwith Hotel, , , but they are only coming back and asking me the proof of what??? There are many more complaint its only 50% what I have mentioned here and now this will go on the social medias too

Updated by Maniesh09 NH[protected] pl. find the booking ID.Also I dont see MMT is taking in any much interest, while they have created 4 escalation, they are all within customer care team who even don;t know how to speak to a customer and handle escalation cases. Executive were only interested in buying time and asking me sir do not escalate to next desk and if I have done after waiting for no response they dont bothered. I dont know how Mr. Kalra be one of the judges for ET awards when he doesnt know of basic what is happening in his companies and neither interested to know after writing him too and the mgt.

Updated by Maniesh09 I have already submitted the details but still after almost 4 month we stand there only, this platform seems useless? and MMT is not bothered and hence would suggest not to book through them anything, ,
