I purchased a ticket on Make my Trip and the first time the payment failed (thats what the website said), so I paid again I note that my bank statement shows that the same amount has been debited twice. MakeMyTrip said the money would be refunded, but despite several emails and complaints - I have not got any support.
My bank statement - will details given below. I have an account in ICICI Bank

I should have taken a screenshot when it was promising
Otherwise i would not cancel and rebook
