I booked hotel room from make my trip app on 5 april, 2018. The booking was cancelled from make my trip side and the amount was deducted from my account. I used sbi atm card for this purchase. This happened with my two booking consecutively on same date. The two booking make my trip id's are nh[protected] and nh[protected] with amount deduction of rs. 2421 and rs. 5511 respectively from sbi bank.

I had booked spicejet (Pnr-kgmb4b): flight sg 3562 dated 23-apr-18 from hyderabad to belagavi in makemytrip.com travel agency has been cancelled.
I had applied for refund of money.
Spicejet has refunded rs.2589 to your travel agency but i have not yet recieved that money.

So I booked these 4 rooms over here in orient Taj via MakeMyTrip. I specifically mentioned the number of people we are. There has to be 3 guys in the fourth room. They took extra charges for the extra guy. But we have been provided towels and mattresses for two people only. Such a huge property but there is nothing provided to us. Neither the Air conditioners working properly neither the hotel authorities providing anything....

refund not done for more than 6 months

Flight booking id - nf[protected] (Makemytrip). Had booked round trip in november. Flight - indian airlines delayed the flight and we had to book another flight (Indigo) in the airport to reach on time for our appointment. Indian airline has given documented proof (Have attached) to refund the full amount.
Despite of multiple calls and requests makemytrip has not yet refunded the ticket money. Even after repeated calls to the customer...

refund against cancellation of ticket or change of month

I am govt retired officer (Sr citizen). You can say at newly learning stage since during service my pa used to do this all very efficientally. I booked ticket for my maid from delhi to ranchi for[protected].
While making effort for return ticket bookimg, it was entered month may instead of june. It was entered[protected] instead of[protected]. Immediately making effort for cancellation, it was showing nil refund.

I have booked nd travels bus but first that have changed my seat and asked me to sit somewhere else in prince bus after half an hour that asked to go some other bus it is 11 in night and m. Alone girl that asked me to sit some dirty bus i have booked volvo the condition of bus is very bad. M alone girl they have taken no responsibly. Seriously disappointed.
