My booking reference is booking id: nl[protected].
I travelled with my family to delhi-bangalore-delhi sector as part of holiday package to koorg. They have given me invoice for the total cost with no break up.

Now i have been requesting make my trip to give me cost of my tickets. But make my trip is not giving the same. However, other travel agents give the break up. I need the cost of travel of air india (Delhi-bengalore) and indigo (Bangalore-delhi) very urgently.

In reference to your concern regarding package booking Invoice, please be advised that, since the booking is made for complete package and not for individual flight or hotel booking, the invoice available on automation is consolidated one with total package cost. The breakup invoice for different services included in booking is not available on automation. So, we regret to deny for the same. It is unfortunate to note that your recent experience with us has not been up to your satisfaction.

    I have booked a hotel in darjeeling and my booking id is NH[protected] and it was the worst room ever I have seen . I have paid for deluxe room but I had get the worst room. I am with my family and there was no service and hotel was giving no response it is very bad that your mmt is giving bad room I had ever seen . I want my refund back otherwise I want to talk to higher authority And I will sue in consumer forum I am with my family and U are such giving these services . My mobile no is [protected] do it as fast as possible and take action.

      Refund my amount as you have cheated my bus and seat provided and fair you have charged to me while I booked through online the bus you were showing golden Amritsar express but I got ordinary bus and last seats and others paid 300 rs in that bus. And you charged 2142 rs for 03 passengers. Refund my money in my Bank account other wise I will charge on against you in court as I have sufficient proofs

        My failure on booking of three tickets from dimpur to allahabad and the money was deducted from my account but the ticket couldnt be confirmed with thati should get my money back but still i havent received my refund yet.           I booked via makemytrip.com for a stay in impiana klcc, malaysia between 17th and 24th june. I've come to know that my friends who made a similar booking for the same dates have paid almost rs.10000 through goibibo.com. When i escalated the same to makemytrip.com, i'm told that since i brought the issue after 72 hours of booking, their best price guarantee refund is not applicable to me.

            error with makemytrip online booking site

            Last evening a booked a flight from pune to ahmedabad - make my trip booking id : n[protected].
            I selected the date as 10th june and went to search for flights.. The screen showed me flight options, i went ahead and booked the flight. Once booking was completed i saw that the date of the ticket was 11th june.

            I called the makemytrip customer care : 1st time they said that since you are not allowed to book a tickets...

            Dear all,
            I have spent time to write this review with an intention to help travelers in choosing the right package and company. Last month, i travelled to kashmir by booking charismatic kashmir with gulmarg (Group) package.
            1. My first day was at california group of house boat and my stay was extremely uncomfortable. There was no electricity for 24 hours in this houseboat and there was no back up either. Due to lack of ventilation in the room, it was very suffocating. The manager of the houseboat was not hospitable at all. The food offered by him was tasteless and bad. For every chapatti or omelet or second serving, the minimum waiting time was 30 minutes. If anyone is planning to travel to kashmir through this package, strictly avoid this houseboat.
            2. My second day was at alpine ridge – a hotel with decent rooms and average food. Thank god, there was a buffet with limited options. At least the basics were in place.
            3. My third and fourth days were at himalaya house – pahalgam — the usp of this guest house is its location. I am calling it a guest house because the rooms were below average and food service was exceptionally poor. All meals are started an hour late. So if intimated dinner time is 8 pm, it will start at 9 pm. The food was very bad in terms of taste, variety and presentation. And for a second serving, the minimum waiting time was 30 minutes which is the most irritating part. I skipped 2 dinner meals because of this bad service.
            4. My last 2 days stay was at pride inn in srinagar, another guesthouse that makemytrip sold to us as a hotel but definitely the best guesthouse of the trip. It offered a decent room, limited menu buffet. The buffet service was below average and we could see almost all guests shouting and screaming at the staff during breakfast and dinner because of this.
            On day 6, while most of the group members had come back in time for lunch, the scheduled lunch service was not provided to the group members and we had to pay for our lunch at a local restaurant.
            Our travel to various destinations was in a shared vehicle that was comfortable. Srinagar was very hot but still ac of the vehicle was not switched on making the travel in srinagar very uncomfortable.
            Makemytrip has charged a decent amount per person for the above package but the services offered were very disappointing. We voiced our concerns to the makemytrip representative vikas but i never got a call from the company to get a feedback.

              My brother anuj jain with family flew from delhi to madrid via istanbul on 1st of june and his return was today 10 th june from barcelona to istanbul at 6:00 am flight from barcelona to istanbul but on reaching airport he was informed the flight is rescheduled and his flight is on 11:20 he has wasted todays, day tour as he has visa of turkey so need to catch the flight tomorrow and spend money on stay of hotel, food, next day city tour and make my trip has denied to give any compensation and arrogantly says that. 0n 24 th may they have send a mail for resceduling but in that they have clearly stated that the flight will be flying on 10th june at 6 am only but will reach 5 minutes late at istanbul. But now they say if we had send you the mail for rescheduling you should have talked to us.

                Promised one thing and given one thing spoke to the supervisor(Ujjwal) on the day of departure before 3 hours ago and he confirmed that the refund amount could be of 2000 rs but given a refund of Rs1100... contacted again to resolve the issue but the another supervisor(Gourav) not able to transfer the CALL TO team lead and the team lead is not ready to take the phone call...Bull ### company ### with people money i hope these kind of travel agencies should not entertained...Customer is waste o[censored]se and even their team leads...they only check with their service fees...

                  I have booked 3 star hotel paradise mansion in mussoorie from makemytrip from 1june 18-5june 18. I arrived there on 1 june they offered me room outside main hotel saying non availability of room due to high demand. I found spiders in that room i called makemytrip early morning at 7a. M as i killed a spider at 4 a. M after which we are not able to sleep. Hotel does not offer any room inside main hotel saying non-availability of room so i checked out on 2june at 10 a. M. Now i want refund as i didn’t stay there due to pathetic room condition and not supported by hotel.

                    I had booked my flight on Indigo Airlines, through makemytrip.com on 28th May 2018. I had paid Rs. 11521. I received my booking ID but did not receive the eticket. I was not allowed inside the Airprt by security, hence I missed my flight and then I had to buy another ticket for 22.15 flight . I have tried to contact makemytrip customer support several times but they are not available/helpful . I have my return ticket booked on Indigo on 14th June at 15.30 hours Kolkata to Bengaluru. I have not received my eticket to that flight either. I want makemytrip to confirm my eticket on the 14th June and refund my full fare for the flight on the 28th May. Their customer support and complaint handling is shambolic. Thank you

                      I made a booking for the flight from Mumbai to Delhi and back from Delhi to Mumbai (NF[protected]). I did apply the FLYNOW coupon code and it did show me that the same applied to my booking. But MMT says the is not applied because of that they can't process my cashback of Rs. 1200/-. I called up MMT toll-free number and in starting they have asked me to wait for 90 days from the date of booking and now they are stating that I have not used that code for my booking whereas it was successfully applied. Because I have MMT Cash in my wallet which I was unable to use the same at the time of booking because for cashback I should be eligible for minimum 5000 transaction apart from convenience charges. When I insisted on the reason they did send me the log which ONLY developer or technical person can understand. I tried to go through that and I found that it is showing error 2-4 times during booking and age as 25 Yrs while my age is 31 yrs. My point is if they can play around with AGE they can surely play around with any data. As well as the data is in the word File too which can be manipulated by anyone. I would request MMT to relook into this issue and refund the same to my respective account.

                        This is really very ridiculous on mmt part.
                        Yesterday i recieve an email saying that the remaining amount for my booking is rs 26021, please find the email attached.
                        I paid the amount and the interface said nothing remaining for this booking... Snapshot attached.
                        Again i am forced to pay extra amount.

                        I want to escalate this matter and would like to file this.

                          I tried to book ticket from DEL to PAT on 1/6/2018 at 5:15pm. Rs.6801/- debited from my account but ticket was not booked. The message of transaction cancelled try again came.It happened twice and total Rs. 13602/- was debited. From bank I got message BILL [protected] MAKEMYTRIPPVTLTDWAP and BILL [protected] MAKEMYTRIPPVTLTDWAP.
                          What about refund ?

                            I have booked a cab through Make My Trip app, but they haven't responded to my emails/phone calls despite my repeated requests to them since last one week. They don't seem to bother about their customers. Pathetic experience with Make My Trip. That's why I decided to submit a complaint through Indian Consumer Complaints.                               I did booked on 24 may 18 tiruchirapalli to singapore e ticket reservation by using makemytrip app and airindia express airlines they can't allow to check in, they said your balance money haven, t paid so you make payment before check in that time i don, t have money by hand i gave my singapore mastercard also they no accepted i called makemytrip customer care they also don, t care so i can't travel that flight, then i booking again that night another flight, oops we were extremely disappointed... Won't entertain even one rupee cash back return.

                              It's really big disappointment if we cancel our ticket.

                              It will go under sadqah. Makemytrip is big company. Airindia is even big company of airlines they won't give single rupee it's really baseless. Makemytrip this fraud big companies big fraud. Please control this cheat looting public money on the name of company rules and policies. Take some action by indian government.

                              In reference to your complaint, while validating your case we have found that, at the time of ticket issuance airline did not confirm or asked about a particular tax which has been increased by the airline and at the time of check-in they asked customer to pay the same. Unfortunately, the amount could not be paid at the counter and passenger did not board the flight. Our concern team has tried to help the customer by speaking with airline and also done the conference call with them however, airline suggest to pay at the counter and send them an e-mail. Since the situation was beyond our control we could not help the customer. Request you to please raise it with the airline. Thank you for writing to us.

                                I had booked my ticket on Air Pegasus's airline from through www.makemytrip.com, The flight was between Bangalore to Kochi on Sat 20th AUG 2016 and after few days i got to know they cancelled the flight

                                Its been 1year 10 month am didn't get my refund for cancellation of flight Air Pegasus's airline booking No. NF[protected], when ever am contacted MMT they are telling they didn't get refund from Air Pegasus's airline.
                                I called MakeMyTrip 100 times but no one responds. I even posted them a compaint through their website but no response what so ever.

                                Further, in reference to your complaint, please be advised that, we are working with Air Pegasus's airline regarding refund towards your booking. As of now MMT has not got the refund from Air Pegasus's and we are following up with the airline. In some cases Air Pegasus call centre agents have communicated that they have refunded the money to MMT however, it is not true. We shall update you once we hear from the Airline team and process refund as soon as we get it from Air Pegasus.

                                  Hi,

                                  My make my trip booking id is nn[protected].

                                  Cancellation & refund of rs.26500 for your kwi-maa, maa-kwi flight is delayed.

                                  I am following it up for the past one month sitting her in kuwait for refund to book another ticket but i'm not yet getting proper response or refund.

                                  Whenever i call the customer care i'm getting harassed and they are simply asking me for the booking id many times and then after 5 minutes o[censored]seless conversation my call is transferred to international section and they are delaying 10minutes of my international call time. Then saying some unsatisfactory replies like we are working on it... (But how long for 1 month you people will work for 1 refund is it in india???).. So lousy response then after 20 minutes of conversation they take a 72 hrs time, send a useless email, and further after 3 day i again call them for the past 30 days…. This is pathetic way of working in make my trip india.

                                  Can anyone help me take legal action against them?

                                    This is regarding my booking id: nh[protected] for ibis hinjewadi from 4th june - 6th june checkout.
                                    I made a booking for 1 adult and complimentary breakfast within this package which was showing very clearly to me onscreen as well.
                                    Now, after booking i am seeing room only...
                                    Current price of room with breakfast in mmt shows the same for what i paid for... This is really hilarious..
                                    I had used my managers amex card for booking and dont want to cancel the same. This is highly annoying as i have paid for the services which i intended to opt but felt cheated for the same.

                                      At the last moment cab was cancelled by make my trip service provider making it difficult to reach the destination. I had to pay 3 times more to get other cab to reach air port. Or else i would have missed my flight to us. Even after so many fallow ups no one is still interested in listening to the problem faced by me and my family. Because of the above me and family was stressed for complete wk.
