I had booked resort via make my trip with my company name and gst detials.

I had made payment. However makemytrip is not willing to provide gst invoice with tax breakup.

I need tax breakup invoice to claim gst credit input.

My company name is ku-bas enterprise

I have call. Records which i had with customer care. I m keeping calling custome care. Every time. They are asking for 72hr....

I had booked a trip with mmt on dated 15th sept and on the day of trip i. E. 27th nov, mmt executive called me and updated about the cancellation of flight.
From 27th nov i have been asking mmt team to refund my amount.
Couple of times they reported that refund is not possible airlines is denying, few time they notified me with multiple land cost which can be refund.
As per the last conversation with them which was...

Makemytrip was my travel agent where i made the reservation for two hotel rooms

This is to notify that I had tried to make an online transfer using my SBI Netbanking on 17 Feb 2018 at around 5.26 pm. The flight ticket was not booked but the payment was deducted from my account. I have repeatedly complained to MakeMyTrip as well.
SBI is stating that transaction is successful and MakeMyTrip is saying they have not received the money.
In my account statement, it clearly shows that the transfer has been made...

I purchased makemytrip egift card worth rs 10000 by mistake gave wrong email i'd.

When i call ed customer care they sent me the gift voucher which contains both gift voucher number and voucher pin.

I asked them to cancel the voucher and give new one as 10000 for a medium class people is lot.

Other person can use it n i'm informing it well in advance...

Human errors happen we expect...

We were terribly upset to receive a message about informing the change in the reaching time of indgo flight 6e976 at delhi on 6th march 2018 from 7.50am to 7.35am while we were not informed about the major change in the departure time of the same flight from 6.30 am to 4.55 am which would have totally collapsed our tour program.

How to rely upon your esteemed firm in our future dealings?...

I have booked a ticket on 30th january 2018 from pune to kolkata along with the coupon code mmtflyhigh from which i was eligible for cashback of rs500. But still i hadn't get any cashback. I have contacted the customers care and now they are telling me that you are not eligible for any cash back. I am attcahing the screenshot of the offer along with the promise that they made in the mail...

We are struggling a lot to get the matter resolved but we are not getting any help from make my trip marketing managers also (Ref trailing mail below)

I had mistakenly selected wrong timing for my travel from Pune to Chennai so then called makemytrip toll free number. They said I need to book another ticket with right timings within an hour and they will refund the entire amount for the wrong booking done. I did the same but no refund has been done yet. The booking ID for the same is Booking ID : NF[protected]....

Flight booking id - nf[protected] (Makemytrip). Had booked round trip in november. Flight - indian airlines delayed the flight and we had to book another flight (Indigo) in the airport to reach on time for our appointment. Indian airline has given documented proof (Have attached) to refund the full amount.
Despite of multiple calls and requests makemytrip has not yet refunded the ticket money. Even after repeated calls to the customer...

2 months back my international flight was rescheduled and there was a delay of more than 20 hours which was not acceptable. Mmt representative told me that it will be full refunded in case i am not willing to accept the changes. I asked them to cancel and refund my amount.

Since 2 months, they have not refunded my rs 58, 000 and keep on saying that the issue has been escalated to airline and management. There is no end to this....

I bought a package from www.makemytrip.com to gift to my friend who is going for her honeymoon,
Before she could go, maldives is stuck by political unrest situation, hence i requested them to apply for refund and cancel my package.
They didn't agree to give me full waiver and chose to charge me cancellation fees o[censored]sd 1600 +

I have booked my flight via mmt on 01/07/2017 and travelled on 23/09/2017 and till date the refund is not processed. I have registered so many complaints against the incident but till date it is not resolved and now i am not receiving any response. Kindly refund the full amount as soon as possible....

I booked a trip from make my trip for shimla, manali, dharamsala & dalhousie for 9 nights and 10 days. They charged me rs. 69, 417.00 for this trip without hotel in manali. They charged rs. 3500.00 per day for a cab for 10 days that means rs. 35, 000 for a cab for whole trip. But they provide me a horrible cab driver, and that man misbehaving and refuse to take me at any local site scene as per make my trip itinerary. And...

I have booked a round-trip ticket from mbangalore to lucknow on 16th dec 2017 (Booking id: nf[protected]], 2 persons, travel dates feb 28 (Onward) and march 6 (Return) under mmt assurance which gives zero cancellation charges at additional cost.

I booked a hotel via makemytrip.com with flight, later on I cancelled the hotel only because that hotel was not not upto the mark.
I asked them to change the hotel, they said we can not change the hotel and they give me the suggestion that cancel this hotel we will refund you the whole amount within 7 to 10 working days and book one new hotel.
