Need to cancel a bus ticket, booking id:nu[protected], bangalore to pune on 28/may/18. Unfortunately the ticket doesn't appear on my trip list in my account with mmt, nor does it detect on the customer call recording, ivr. Have been trying to call customer care since last 2 days but 24x7, it says "we are facing a high volume of calls, kindly wait". Inspite of waiting for an hour, the phone did not get connected to cust care. Tried calling many times, but in vain.
Have already raised a service request, but no response even after 24 hrs.
