payment deducted but no confirm ticket provided

This is to notify that I had tried to make an online transfer using my SBI Netbanking on 17 Feb 2018 at around 5.26 pm. The flight ticket was not booked but the payment was deducted from my account. I have repeatedly complained to MakeMyTrip as well.
SBI is stating that transaction is successful and MakeMyTrip is saying they have not received the money.
In my account statement, it clearly shows that the transfer has been made...

When i call ed customer care they sent me the gift voucher which contains both gift voucher number and voucher pin.

I asked them to cancel the voucher and give new one as 10000 for a medium class people is lot.

Other person can use it n i'm informing it well in advance...

Human errors happen we expect...

change in flight schedule not intimated regarding

We were terribly upset to receive a message about informing the change in the reaching time of indgo flight 6e976 at delhi on 6th march 2018 from 7.50am to 7.35am while we were not informed about the major change in the departure time of the same flight from 6.30 am to 4.55 am which would have totally collapsed our tour program.

They said I need to book another ticket with right timings within an hour and they will refund the entire amount for the wrong booking done. I did the same but no refund has been done yet. Flight - indian airlines delayed the flight and we had to book another flight (Indigo) in the airport to reach on time for our appointment. refund not given from 2 months

2 months back my international flight was rescheduled and there was a delay of more than 20 hours which was not acceptable. Mmt representative told me that it will be full refunded in case i am not willing to accept the changes. I asked them to cancel and refund my amount.

Since 2 months, they have not refunded my rs 58, 000 and keep on saying that the issue has been escalated to airline and management. There is no end to this....

Before she could go, maldives is stuck by political unrest situation, hence i requested them to apply for refund and cancel my package.

I have booked my flight via mmt on 01/07/2017 and travelled on 23/09/2017 and till date the refund is not processed. I have registered so many complaints against the incident but till date it is not resolved and now i am not receiving any response. Kindly refund the full amount as soon as possible....

fraudulent activities with customers

I booked a trip from make my trip for shimla, manali, dharamsala & dalhousie for 9 nights and 10 days. They charged me rs. 69, 417.00 for this trip without hotel in manali. They charged rs. 3500.00 per day for a cab for 10 days that means rs. 35, 000 for a cab for whole trip. not giving refund

I booked a hotel via makemytrip.com with flight, later on I cancelled the hotel only because that hotel was not not upto the mark.
I asked them to change the hotel, they said we can not change the hotel and they give me the suggestion that cancel this hotel we will refund you the whole amount within 7 to 10 working days and book one new hotel.
So i did that but on 30th of January, but now its almost 25th day today and i didn't...

incorrect passenger name despite selecting the right passenger
