Hotel treebo sun view international, karol bagh, new delhi, denied check-in saying that local residents are not allowed even when we are a married couple. After inquiring for an hour they said that the tariff amount will be refunded by makemytrip from where we made the booking. But when we contacted mmt for refund, they simply refused to refund the amount saying that it is clearly mentioned in the hotel's policy that local residents are not allowed. But this isn't really the case. Attaching a screenshot of hotel policy's page. According to their statement it says "our hotels reserve the right of admission to ensure safety and comfort of guests. This may include cases such as local residents, unmarried and unrelated couples among others."
A complaint has already been raised with mmt, they agreed to refund half of the amount. When i have not stayed in the hotel, why should even half of the amount be deducted. Asking the same, no response has been given from their side for a week now. Attaching the screenshots of the complaint raised by me and also the responses received from mmt.

I have booked a cab on 10 March from Amritsar to Chamba from the site of Make my trip. I have paid the whole amount from my credit card. Neither i got the Booking ID on my mail nor i got the message. The amount paid is 4200 rs approximately. These people are not responding to the calls. I need my money back
