    I had mistakenly selected wrong timing for my travel from Pune to Chennai so then called makemytrip toll free number. They said I need to book another ticket with right timings within an hour and they will refund the entire amount for the wrong booking done. I did the same but no refund has been done yet. The booking ID for the same is Booking ID : NF[protected].

      Flight booking id - nf[protected] (Makemytrip). Had booked round trip in november. Flight - indian airlines delayed the flight and we had to book another flight (Indigo) in the airport to reach on time for our appointment. Indian airline has given documented proof (Have attached) to refund the full amount.
      Despite of multiple calls and requests makemytrip has not yet refunded the ticket money. Even after repeated calls to the customer support there is no response on the status of my refund.

      I don't understand why they need my email id or mobile no again to be provided in a open platform. I am sure they can get all the details through the booking id /complaint id. Very poor customer support, for no reason they are just delaying to pay the refund. Despite of repeated calls to support support no action has been taken so far. How every time they close the complaint as "Resolved" without giving any update

        2 months back my international flight was rescheduled and there was a delay of more than 20 hours which was not acceptable. Mmt representative told me that it will be full refunded in case i am not willing to accept the changes. I asked them to cancel and refund my amount.

        Since 2 months, they have not refunded my rs 58, 000 and keep on saying that the issue has been escalated to airline and management. There is no end to this. There customer service don't respond properly and neither they reply to emails. My money is totally stuck and mmt is sitting on it..

        Pathetic company... Scam make my trip...

          I bought a package from www.makemytrip.com to gift to my friend who is going for her honeymoon,
          Before she could go, maldives is stuck by political unrest situation, hence i requested them to apply for refund and cancel my package.
          They didn't agree to give me full waiver and chose to charge me cancellation fees o[censored]sd 1600 +
          I have being arguing with them for 7 days but no result of any follow ups so i decided to pay the cancellation fees and get the rest of the money as i can
          I was shown a refund o[censored]sd 1000 to be given to me so without wasting any time i went ahead and cancelled by hotel bookings with cancellation fees,
          But no sooner after applying for refund mmt called me to advise now there is no refund and only inr 1 will be given to me like a beggar, as it was there system glitch which showed a refund o[censored]sd 1000. Why should i pay for the mistake? Why are they extorting my hard eaarned money?
          Firstly mmt is forcing an indian to visit a political unrest country
          Secondly even after knowing i agreed to pay cancealltion fees now they are denying me my hard earned money
          Thirdly this fraud of showing something and giving something needs to be stopped

            Booking id nn[protected] udf refund not yet processed and each time i get the reply that it is escalated to higher department. I have booked my flight via mmt on 01/07/2017 and travelled on 23/09/2017 and till date the refund is not processed. I have registered so many complaints against the incident but till date it is not resolved and now i am not receiving any response. Kindly refund the full amount as soon as possible.

              Dear sir,
              I booked a trip from make my trip for shimla, manali, dharamsala & dalhousie for 9 nights and 10 days. They charged me rs. 69, 417.00 for this trip without hotel in manali. They charged rs. 3500.00 per day for a cab for 10 days that means rs. 35, 000 for a cab for whole trip. But they provide me a horrible cab driver, and that man misbehaving and refuse to take me at any local site scene as per make my trip itinerary. And that driver completed my package before one day of my tour schedule. I complain at make my trip customer service for last 10days. For the harassment i demand only the payment they made for that cab of rs. 35, 000.00. After 10 days they now told me yes the driver agreed his fault and they are sorry but they refund me only rs. 5, 000.00 for this fraudulent activities.
              Sir, it is my painful request to you that kindly take some action for this, so that i can reward back my money and teach them a lesson that they can’t do this kind of fraudulent activities with any customers next time. The customers paid early for any trips with trust. But make my trip done such kind of fraud with the customers.
              Please do the needful and oblige at earliest.

                I have booked a round-trip ticket from mbangalore to lucknow on 16th dec 2017 (Booking id: nf[protected]], 2 persons, travel dates feb 28 (Onward) and march 6 (Return) under mmt assurance which gives zero cancellation charges at additional cost.

                Due to change in plans, i have cancelled tickets for 1 persons out of 2 (Full cancellation, both onward and return) on 16th feb. When i was cancelling, i was presented inr 8824 on mmt website as refund amount that i will get. After i proceeded with cancellation, the refund got delayed by few hours. When i checked later, i received only inr 1687 as the refund amount (Booking id: nf[protected]).

                When i contacted the customer care on 22 feb on the discrepancy, the agent mentioned that the zero cancellation is given only if all passengers have cancelled the ticket. However this is not what is presented on the website of mmt, and also the mmt did show zero cancellation (Refund inr 8824) when i tried cancelling for partial set of passengers. The agent share t&c regarding zero cancellation charges, but even that shows that i am eligible for inr 8824.

                  I booked a hotel via makemytrip.com with flight, later on I cancelled the hotel only because that hotel was not not upto the mark.
                  I asked them to change the hotel, they said we can not change the hotel and they give me the suggestion that cancel this hotel we will refund you the whole amount within 7 to 10 working days and book one new hotel.
                  So i did that but on 30th of January, but now its almost 25th day today and i didn't get any refund yet.
                  They are just giving me promises all the time...
                  I am fed up with this thing now.

                    I had booked flight tickets from New delhi to Raipur on 23rd of Jan, with booking Id - NF[protected] . I had booked it on my name instead of my Father's, so i was told that i have to book a fresh ticket within a span 1 hour . I did the same . TOTAL AMOUNT : 9436/- Amount refunded : 2426/- Inspite of calling them more than 50+ times, no solution was provided, instead they tried to mislead me saying that they had refunded all . when asked for the NEFT transaction no., they provided me with ARN no. through which they asked me to cross check with my bank, on doing so i was told they can tell nothing by ARN no., i explained them again but received no positive reply .

                      I have booked a ticket from mumbai to delhi round trip through makemytrip app. At the time of booking i changed the passenger's name from my mother's (She shoes up first in the list of passengers) to mine. Despite that, the ticket got booked in her name. And make my trip is being very unhelpful about it. Is it fair to pay the cancellation charges because of a problem with their app?

                        I had booked a hotel on makemytrip.com subsequently the same was canceled. Booking id nh[protected]. Despite my selecting that the money be refunded to my account, the same was a put into the mmt wallet. Now my own money, lying in mmt wallet since 10 jan 2018, is not getting transferred to my bank despite numerous attempts and complaint to customer care at make my trip. Customer care executive deepika tripathi promised to resolve the issue within 48 hours, but the same has still not happened.

                          This s the 3 rd time i m raising a complaint as its not solved. I was trying to book tickets from jaipur to hyd on 4/11/17 to travel on 5/11/17. I was charged a sum of 14700/ i paid it through upi from my axis bank account. After money was deducted i recieved a msg as transaction successful but there was no confirmation of tickets. Since then i have been constantly contacting u through emails as there s no direct no. To talk to u.
                          My previous complaint reference id was[protected].
                          When i lodged a complaint as per ur representatives advice on ur app.. A lady named sarika tyagi has shut down my complain with a tag of resolved over it. Sorry to say but still over 3 months my problem s not solved.
                          Ur representatives talk about issuing a non credit letter from the bank, n when i approached the bank they r not aware of any such letter that can b issued.
                          Hope u look into the matter in detail n solve my problem n refund my money.

                            I have made so many complains and made followup so many times but they have still not refunded the full money. Booking ID NF[protected]. Total refund amount is Rs.35000/- and I have received only Rs.2600/- Even after lot of followup not received the balance refund. Please look into and revert on the status of the refund. Its very unprofessional approach from make my trip.

                              On 28th jan, 2018, i have booked a ticket from dubai to delhi and my account got debited for 12027 inr but i didn't received any confirmation email from make my trip. I waited till next morning thinking may be transaction was not successful but when next morning this transaction got posted in my account then i contacted mmt for same and they requested for my bank statement twice to see the deduction and if i have received money back and i immediately given them everything also on other hand my bank confirmed that this transaction was successful and provided prn to give to mmt but this make my trip was still saying that they haven't received money yet. Now its been 15 days since i am following up for the same. First they don't bother to reply, secondly every time there will be a new person who will keep asking you same question what previous one asked but in terms of solution getting no where.

                              Now finally my bank is asking for a single document from mmt where they just need to say that they never received this money and they disowned this amount. But i am keep asking for this from last 1 week but they don't bother to provide me this.

                              Best part of the story is, after escalating my complain till level 4, when they didn't wanted to do anything, one lady called "meenu saini" sent me an email yesterday saying "mmt did not charged this amount, however the amount has been debited from your account against the shopping you have done from any particular mall".

                              After reading this, i couldn't stop laughing for few minutes. I have never seen such a stupid customer service in my life. I don't know how this lady calculated her logic that as i am living in dubai and went for a shopping in a mall and made a payment in indian currency through online payment.

                              I think i have mailed them for almost 15-20 times and they think for this small amount i am lying and wasting my time in taking to these mindless people.

                              I always heard about them that they have worst customer service but never thought that will personally experience like this with these frauds.

                                    One e-ticket for bus booking id nu[protected] from kolkata to mandarmani on dtd 10.02.18 against snemita paribahan (Ticket no. 232n7dcc & operator pnr 232n7dcc) is changed by travel operator and reschdule at 08.40 hrs instead of 07.20 hrs on dtd 10.02.18 and it is confirmed on dtd 09.02.18 at 08.00hrs.
                                    Before journey it crucial moment to change the schdule and we are facing lot of problem due to such delay at 1.30 hrs from schdule...

                                    We had booked tickets through mmt website from delhi to pune (9th feb - 11th feb). When we were checking in for the return flight, we couldnt find the booking, we called the airline and they suggested that the booking was done for 11th march. Kept following up with mmt team on call / twitter / emails but they didnt provide any resolution. We noticed the dates only after trying to check in on the tickets.

                                    A similar situation had happened earlier with me when they had resolved the issue and somehow that is not in their logs. They say that the technical log shows the booking is for 11th march but the logs will pick up the date for which the booking has been made and we are very sure that we made the booking for 11th feb and not march (Since the booking was made in january, we would have to scroll further to select march and our return was planned for 2 days after going so we obviously didn't do that). This is the second time mmt has messed up with our booking. The first time there were 2 issues, 1 the booking wasnt found with the airline (This too i got to know while trying to do the web checkin) and they had booked some other date for return (Which they later got this sorted)

                                    MMT had asked me to check if the remaining amount is credited which was promised (approx INR 20k)however I wish to inform that it was NOT yet credited into my account. MMT is misleading customers with wrong information and not keeping their promises for full refund!

                                      We had booked a cab at mmt to pick us up from pandu nagar, kanpur at 13.30 pm on 10th feb 2018. We were supposed to report to catch our flight at lucknow before 16.45 pm. Car & driver details were not received. On reminding mmt, only driver name as mr. Mehandi hassan and his mobile number were received.

                                      Cab did not reach the pickup point in time. On calling driver, he said that as per instructions from his company he was waiting near bus stand and insisted waiting there. The bus stand is far away from booked pickup point. On talking to his company official, who was quite rude, said that they received pickup point address from mmt as kanpur, up only as such cab will not be sent to booked address. On complaint to mmt and rigorous follow up the cab moved towards pandu nagar. The cab reached desired pickup address at 3.05 pm. It takes about 2 hours to reach lucknow airport. We were almost sure to miss the flight due to delay of cab, but luckily the flight was little late and we just got it otherwise we could have lost the cost of tickets approx. Rs.13, 000.00.

                                      Further surprisingly the driver started asking us to pay the toll charges as per instructions of his company. We informed him, it is supposed to be included in fare already paid by us.

                                      We wanted to use the safety belts while sitting in the back seat but it was not possible as the belt holders were covered with the seat covers. Please make note of it.

                                      In short it was a very bad experience with mmt cab service. We had a big hassle in getting cab service from mmt and were through out under tension whether we shall be able to get our flight or not. We may not use mmt cab in future nor recommend any of our friend to use it.

                                      Even the cab which we got through mmt from lucknow airport for kanpur on 7th feb at 13.30 pm was not up to the mark and very dirty.

                                      We would appreciate hearing from your end.
