not provide gst invoice

Hi,
I have made a booking in the lalit ashok
Bangalore, through booking id nh[protected], i have already provided gst no. While booking the hotel.
I informed make my trip through mail on 3rd december that i want gst invoice, but after series if follow ups, so many mails communication still after 27 days they have no provided gst invoice. Every time they say "please wait for 48 hrs, but still after 27 days no invoice...

Hi, I am Dr Sajesh.I had booked a room for 3 nights in Baron zotel Bangkok for 10 Dec2017 via Makemytrip app and paid the amount online. Upon reaching the hotel at 5am morning 10Dec, Hotel staffs informed me that hotel did not receive any payment from MMT and my check in was cancelled. make my trip not ready to refund the excess udf charges

I had booked tickets from pune to delhi on 29th september 2017 and return on 5th oct 2017. The tickets were booked with excess udf charges which i was supposed to get back within 45 days as per airline notification. I am continuously following the mmt guys from last 3 months and every time i get a same copy paste auto generated mail with no proper update. It now seems that mmt is not interested in processing the refund.

booking fake hotel with a same name hotel in goa

For verification when i checked in google the hotel seems to be a decent one located near the church in panaji. So i booked the hotel.

wrong refund amount on zero cancellation charges and discount

My complaint id with mmt is[protected]. I have booked a flight from mumbai to kolkata along with cancellation insurance.

1. There was no terms where maximum 2500 refund was written, which their team is saying has recently been changed to full waiver after my booking date. So, instead of refunding me full, they would like me to refund only 2500 and not 2950.

2. Their team is not at all understanding basic maths...

makemytrip not issuing valid gst invoice

We need to file the gstr 3b and for that we have asked make my trip team to send the gst invoice. Makemytrip team haven't issued the gst invoice against the amount we have paid. Though they charged gst from us.

Guys don't do a booking via makemytrip, would suggest to book flight tickets through respected airline only,...

flight delayed

Dear sir,
I was travelling to bali from cochin through kualalumpur on 14/12/2016 (Flight details are as given below), but my flight was delayed beyond 14hrs due to this me and my family faces many problem and financial burden (As we reach late and cancelation of hotel booking).

fraudulently charged extra payment

I made a hotel booking on makemytrip and total amount of rs.6132 was shown to be paid inclusive of everything.
But after the payment rs. 6880 were deducted from my account.
Even after raising the complaint nothing is happening. They do not respond on customer care. Only ask to send in an email. They also marked the complaint resolved on their own without providing any resolution to me. I again opened the complaint but no response...

A notification came in my tez app regarding this payment, but by mistake instead of accepting that particular request i initiated a payment from my side to the vpa of make my trip then i entered the amount manually which was 3354 and paid the amount.
