I did domestic booking with makemytrip with my family. As per govt rules they should provide the lta claim certificate. But they are just running their own rules (Not following govt rules) to provide the lta amount.

I have had booked a ticket for amd-bom and bom-amd for 25th of oct from makemytrip. The airline was goair. On reaching airport, i got to know my ticket has been cancelled by goair as it has not received the payment from makemytrip. Makemytrip had confirmed my booking and pnr was also allotted. On calling makemytrip, they apologized and they assured me full refund for the same ticket. I could not travel by goair then.
