I booked my ticket on 6th january and money was deducted from you side twice. When i mailed about this you told its from my bank. My bank confirmed about the money to be successfully transferred to merchants bank. But till date i have not recieved a single refund from your side the money debited from my card once from makemytrip and then to travelcc mumbai with transaction no othpg[protected]

    The website is a poor excuse and faulty. Yesterday while booking a ticket from bangalore to delhi (Booking ref : nf[protected]) it kept changing the sector automatically from delhi to bangalore. After changing it to the correct sector and proceeding with the booking the site booked a ticket to the wrong sector. We called make my trip within ten minutes of this and they would only refund 1300 inr of the original cost which was 4794 inr!! After much lengthy conversation and discussion with the floor supervisor ujwal (Complaint no.[protected] we were assured that within 24 hours a resolution to our problem would be communicated to us.

    17/3 @ 10:11 pm - we received an email promising resolution within 6 hrs otherwise a 100inr/ hr of delay would be accrued in the wallet upto a maximum of 1000 inr

    17/3 @ 4:12 am - we received an email saying that the resolution is delayed with no compensation for the delay as promised.

    Since then we have been trying to call the company with no luck. A few other things:

    16/3: we received a text stating there is no cancellation fee for flights booked between bangalore - delhi with discount of 500 inr, this was not honored.

    * the site also does not honor senior citizen discounts.

    * by most airline rules there are no penalties for any cancellation within a 24 hr period, this is not backed by make my trip nor have they ensured this usual and customary policy with airlines for their customers.

    The behaviour of the site is predatory in that they chase customers to make reservations, their algorithms increase ticket price exponentially within minutes once they gauge sector of interst and they do not back it up with customer service that is rational or helpful.

    Desirable resolution:
    We request a ticket at with the airline we selected for the desired sector that is bangalore to delhi on the same date as the faulty ticket.

Further, as checked the technical booking logs we would like to inform you that, the ticket has been generated for the same which user has opted at the time of booking. There is no tech error at our end. So, the refund of Inr 1324/- has been processed post deducting applicable cancellation charges. Also, our concern team has processed a refund of Inr 1000/- in user’s wallet account on 19-Mar-18.

    We have taken cognizance of your comments and the spirit in which you have shared your feedback. It is unfortunate to note that your recent experience with us has not been up to your satisfaction.
    Your experience has assisted us in exploring possibilities for further improvement in our service levels, for which we are thankful to you.

    My booking Booking I.D NH[protected]. Ihave spend 4000 on particular hotel and didn't find that hotel is upto the mark. I have requested please refund my amount as i didn't checkin as hotel was not good as you people showed on website. but these people straightway said NO.

        I was trying to book a hotel, everything went good i paid the money through upi but my booking didn't get confirmed. I called mmt team and as per them they didn't get the money but i have the complete transaction details im which it is clearly visible that transaction was successful. I tried to explain to mmt customer team but they are not ready to listen. It is just a two minute work to check if amount has been received in mmt's account or not. Bank is saying transaction is successful and mmt team is saying we didn't get the money, looks liks my money has some extra capabilities of getting dissolved or invisible.

        Can anyone please look into the matter. Still i dont want any refund, i just want my hotel booking done.

          Booked round trip flight on 31st january (Pune - kolkata - pune) and used axis bank card for payment to avail a cashback of rs. 1299 using mmtwed code. I met all the terms and conditions to avail the cashback. The cashback was supposed to come within 21 days of booking. But it didn't come.

          I contacted makemytrip via email. They said i am eligible for cashback and the issue will be solved withing some days. Still i am waiting for the cashback.

            Ref indigo flight 6e-515/525 on 27th april 2017 booked via makemytrip. This was a trip to jaipur (Jai) from bangalore city (Blr). It was a one stop connecting flight with a halt at delhi. Due to unknown reasons, the flight landed in lucknow and not delhi. Flight was halted for almost two hours in lucknow. Then we were taken to delhi from lucknow. By then your flight connecting to jaipur from delhi had already departed. The ground staff at the delhi airport promised us to arrange our tickets in next flight but this did not happen until another four hours even though a couple of flights departed to jaipur. The reason they gave was that the flights had no vacancy. Finally after around four hours, they told that a replacement flight cannot be arranged and told us to leave and manage the travel on our own. They had told that some amount would be refunded since our travel was not fulfilled due to their problem.

            Infact the only reason for us travelling in the flight was to reach jaipur within 6 hours. It was an emergency meeting with a client which was missed as it took around 36 hours to reach jaipur. We had to face financial loss as the client left by the time we reached, apart from the metal trauma caused by the staff due to hara-kiri.

            No one even bothered to listen to our problem. Infact we needed to travel to jodhpur from jaipur for which we had already paid to a taxi service in advance. The taxi service also waited for us and left by the time we reached. We lost the advance paid for the taxi service also as they told that they waited for us but we were not available.
            Hence i request you to refund the amount as mentioned below.
            1) 31550/- tickets booked for blr to jai
            2) 5000/- bus travel from delhi to jaipur
            3) 5000/- advance paid to taxi service from jaipur to jodhpur
            Please take this as a serious case of negligency on your part and solve this matter at the earliest. Else i would be forced to file a complaint in consumer court.

            I was booking flight from surat to goa. i made the payment through ICICI net banking but my payment failed two times & the amont deducted Rs. 6066 two times i. e. Rs. 12132.
            so i have deduction email from Icici bank.
            it is requested to please refund my amount at the earliest.
            Made the payment but the is no confirmation and even when you make a call to the customer care they are asking for the confirmation ID. It’s like an end

              But m late.. So flight miss, after 1hour i have cancel my own ticket, your website not receive my complaint, my complaint pending for 2 days, 16th feb company person call me about my cancellation, he tell me i give you only 18000 rupees only.. Why i accept this money.. I want my full money.. Either i will police complaint..

They have checked with airline and they informed that, passenger had done the date change on same date at Dubai Airport and used the E-ticket in latter flight hence there will be not any refund as this ticket cannot be cancelled by the airline.
              If airline promised you any refund please provide us any mail from airline end as airline denied cancellation of this booking.

                I booked one ticket using mmt app. But i dint get any ticket not sms. Ticket didn't reflect in app also. Now when i called customer care they are giving the reason of entering wrong e mail id during booking.
                Really mmt is cheating customer. After booking i called customer care also they confirmed me that ticekt didnt book after but now customer care giving different reason.

                  I had booked two tickets i. E from bangalore to dharamstala for march 24, 2018 and return from srinagar to bangalore for april 1, 2018. The ticket charges were at rs 64818/- all inclusive. However cleartrip.com and makemytrip own site showed an amount of around rs 55718/- on the same day. I was asked to share the screen shots and mail it to price guarantee.com which is shared with them. Now after 30 days the company informs me that the price guarantee is only applicable for international tickets. Firstly its not only a question of price guarantee, its a clear case of cheating where the consumers are taken for ride due to the online booking issues. I was informed that the pricing is dynamic. But how can there be such a huge difference in price in the same day, that too the reduced prices. Will a complaint to consumer court help.

                    I Have booked a cab from Makemytrip(MMT) from bangalore to chittor for 11th March 2018. They sent me a mail regarding the booking and the invoice is shown that i have to pay 5149 for 369 kms and after that they will collect 13 per km. I paid 15% amount while booking INR 773 and remaining i paid to driver. The driver charged 18 per km after 342 kms and not after 369 km. They told me that the driver charges are included in that total amount of INR 5149 but driver took INR 200 extra. They have also provider the old vehicle say 8 years old vehicle for long travel and they didn't respond properly for the issue when we try to negotiate for the vehicle. This is very bad from the customer point of view. I want the money that is took extra from me and proper explanation from Make my trip.

                      I have booked flight from kolkata to pune for 26 th march. Applied mmtflyhigh code that gave me an instant discout of 300 or around and i was about to receive an additional cashback of 500 within 21 working days as per the t&c of the code. But after 21 working days when i tried to contact mmt customer care via mail for the same concern, they are making excuses like the coupon was valid for site only and all nonsense stuffs. Now after more than 30-35 working days they are replying on a daily basis that they will get back to me within 24 hours. But no action from their end till date. I want my cashback. Never going to book any flight from mmt ever again. What should i do now?

                        Clarification on the issue of advantage on rescheduling of my air ticket of 11th march 2018 to 1st july 2018 for delhi to patna via go air has not been resolved
                        As in e ticket rs 2525 is the rescheduling charge mentioned whereas on date change i have been charged rs 3250.

                        This is befooling and cheating on your valued customer.
                        Really it's really a matter of great diappoinment of such a sad experience with mmt.

                        I will never recommend anyone from now.

                        Pfa the screenshot of the same while going through the process of rescheduling.
                        It's a matter of surprise a printed charge on e tickets may vary while opting for the same under reschedule.

                        Further, while validating your case we have found that the travel date was 11-Mar and booking is cancelled by the customer and applicable refund of Inr 89+408 has been processed from our end on 12-Mar-18. Also, kindly be advise that the date change penalties are Inr 2525 only however, at the time of date change the new fare can be different and higher than the original fare paid so the total payable amount can be higher than the penalty advised at the time of booking. Please revert for any further clarifications. We thank you for writing to us.

                          I had made payment. However makemytrip is not willing to provide gst invoice with tax breakup.

The company had said the issue will be resolved in 3 to 4 days but it has not been after 1 month and hence I am obliged to write down here with my make my trip nooking id as NF[protected].

                            I had booked a trip with mmt on dated 15th sept and on the day of trip i. E. 27th nov, mmt executive called me and updated about the cancellation of flight.
                            From 27th nov i have been asking mmt team to refund my amount.
                            Couple of times they reported that refund is not possible airlines is denying, few time they notified me with multiple land cost which can be refund.
                            As per the last conversation with them which was happened on 5th feb, my full amount of trip was managed to get refunded.
                            From that day till now, i had emailed them about 4-5 times and infact called them up but now neither they are reverting my emails nor picking up my call.

                              Makemytrip was my travel agent where i made the reservation for two hotel rooms

                              Details:
                              I made my reservations for 2 rooms at ramada, singapore in august, 2017 for travel in october; but due to an immediate family member's death (Who was also the traveler) in september, we requested makemytrip to consider the cancellation of the reservation and refund the money. Please note, we got a full refund on all our flight reservations (Including the international flight from usa - since we live here).

                              During this funeral period, we had to distract ourselves and repeatedly talk to makemytrip, send them documents proving this, and continuously follow up.in spite of all this, they ignore our pleas and did not bother to check with ramada or even negotiate on our behalf!

                              I finally talked to ramada and worked this out myself from usa, and they decided to give me a 1-room refund (& the other i could use later). The ramada manager mentioned that i need to work with my agent to get the rest of the refund (Rs 19, 360.48).

                              So i started my case with makemytrip on jan 18, which took them until feb 24 to give me a partial refund (Rs 10, 793) - partial really? So started calling them every night considering the timezone differences for understanding the reason of not giving me back rs 8567. And till date, makemytrip does not know why or they are incapable of giving me an answer!

                              Hotel has approved my refund & they are going to pay makemytrip; from the customer rep: the refund will be made to the travel agent that you booked through, i believe it is makemytrip. It will typically take approximately 7 – 14 working days. You may wish to liaise with them subsequently on how it will be reflected in your account.

                              Thank you for your response; need a little understanding on the refund amount -
                              I paid a total of rs 38720.90, & half of that is rs 19360.48.

                              So why am i just getting back rs 10793??? This way lower than what i paid!

                                This is to notify that I had tried to make an online transfer using my SBI Netbanking on 17 Feb 2018 at around 5.26 pm. The flight ticket was not booked but the payment was deducted from my account. I have repeatedly complained to MakeMyTrip as well.
                                SBI is stating that transaction is successful and MakeMyTrip is saying they have not received the money.
                                In my account statement, it clearly shows that the transfer has been made to MakeMyTrip. It has been 15 Days and I have not got any positive reply from them.
                                the reference number for the transaction is IGACXZEML5.

                                  When i call ed customer care they sent me the gift voucher which contains both gift voucher number and voucher pin.

                                  I asked them to cancel the voucher and give new one as 10000 for a medium class people is lot.

                                  Other person can use it n i'm informing it well in advance...

                                  We were terribly upset to receive a message about informing the change in the reaching time of indgo flight 6e976 at delhi on 6th march 2018 from 7.50am to 7.35am while we were not informed about the major change in the departure time of the same flight from 6.30 am to 4.55 am which would have totally collapsed our tour program.
