I was booked ticket through mmt. (Makemytrip). Later i cancelled my ticket.
I spoke to customer executive person, he explained total deduction is rs.2000 for airline + 648 for mmt. Today i got refundable amount with deducted amount of rs.4448 which is more than 100%. Again i spoke to customer executive. She told rs.1200 for mmp (For deduction). What is the use of this portal. If i booked directly through airline portal, i could detected only 2000. But my bad luck i used mmt to book ticket. This is very very very very very very very very very very worst service.

Im very very upset for this # portal.

      On 12 oct i was trying to book a flight from pune to jaipur and while the time of booking the flight which i was trying to book was not able to book and error message got displayed. I tried something about 10 times, the same error message was displayed and then i tried to book a flight whose fare was 10000 that i was able to book and i was asked to fill my details and whole process... When i contact customer care to adviser name rita mujumdar she told me to book directly from airlines.. Instead of helping me out she told just send me the screenshots on the mail that too was a feedback mail. I told then it would take 72 hours as per their policy then she told me that you have to wait. Now my point is who will be responsible if flight fair gets increased? Moreover will they let me book a ticket on same amount for i have to board a flight tomorrow...

        Subject - booking id nh[protected], wrong recommendation.

        We booked for a room using makemytrip website with above mentioned booking id. I specified in the website while making the booking that there are 2 adults age 30 and 37 and also there is a child of 6 years old.

        Despite provided above information makemytrip website recommended us a twin bedroom in four points sheraton hotel, agra with no bed for my child to sleep on.
        When we reached hotel, front office staff refused to give us a bed as they say we booked for twin room only and for child's bed we need to pay 1200 rupees.

        This has caused lots of stress during our holiday to agra and we are very unhappy about this experience and in the end i had to fork out 800 rupees to pay hotel for spare bed to be provided in a twin room.

        If we specify that there are 2 adults and 1 child (6yrs) then why make my trip is recommending us wrong room and causing us stress on our most awaited holiday.

        With this complaint i expect to receive a refund of the spare bed that i paid for my child and an apology from makemytrip.

          I have planned a trip to thailand in february'18 and booked a room at patong mansion hotel for phuket days with booking id : nh[protected].

          I have booked superior room. It was showing free breakfast among all the amenities while clicking the link for 'see all amenities' (Screenshot attached).
          To make sure, i called up makemytrip support contact number and inquired about the room. As soon as he confirmed me regarding the breakfast, i have booked the room as he mentioned that if there breakfast is mentioned in the web-site, breakfast will be provided for sure. If there is any confusion regarding the conversation, call record verification can also be done from your end.

          Once booking was made, confirmation receipt came via email but breakfast was not mentioned there. I have informed makemytrip about the issue via email for their assistance, they have acknowledged the mail promptly through a system generated mail. All these happened on 07-oct-2017.

          On 09-oct-2017, i have received a mail from mmt saying that they have checked their log. No such record has been found. Therefore, provision of breakfast will not be there in the patong mansion hotel stay.

          I had good faith on makemytrip for better service. Only because of this, i have booked flight ticket and bangkok hotel (Including breakfast) from them for the same trip and was ready to book the hotel of krabi also. But the way they are providing service after this incident, is really unexpected.

            I had booked a hotel from mmt for 29th sep - 3rd oct. Sreelekha from mmt had promised that the hotel accomodates 3 adults and 1 child of 12 years old. After going to the hotel, they didnt allow us as mmt had booked a very small room. I had to pay a cash of 3540 /- to the hotel.

            Post returning, sreelekha took my hdfc account and promised that this amount will be refunded in 5 working days time.

            Today i check the amont of 2800/- is refunded to my american express card and they are saying 750 is in the mmt wallet. After this horrible experience with mmt, why would i use the mmt wallet again? I paid cash and i need my cash back in my account

            Audacity of the nijin from mmt that he cant return the amojnt was shocking.

              Hi i have booked a holiday package with booking i'd - nl[protected] and it was committed to me that a cashback of 10% of the total amount paid using sbi credit card will be credited to my account after my trip gets over.
              But its been two months after my trip is completed but have not received the cashback and my representative from mmt is also not responding to my emails. Even the customer care is not resolving this issue and they have no update on where is it sucked. When mmt is not capable of processing the cash back why u r bringing these fake offers. At the time of booking mmt ppl talk so nicely and reply to all the mails and calls but after no one cares. I want to get it resolved asap.

                Hi! I tried booking a flight ticket from bagdogra to bangalore on 11/10/2017 between 12 am to 12:30 am which didn't happen or failed. I didn't get any error or transaction failed number but a amount of rs. 7319.00 was deducted from ny account. I need this back as soon as possible because i am in an emergency. Please refund this as soon as possible.

                  Because of make my trip's poor date visibility i have lost rs. 8600/-
                  Couple of weeks back i have enquired about flights for the date 10.11.207. Since i haven't decided anything yet, i have closed the app. Today, on 10.10.2017 i was in a hurry to book flight ticket and opened the make my trip mobile application from hyderabad to bengaluru. The date i e as in day 10 was displayed in higher font than the month and the app has my previous search details erroneously i booked flight tickets for the date 10.11.2017 instead of 10.10.2017. When i realised the mistake done by then the payment was made and money got debited from my account. While i try repair the mistake the make my trip support desk says that refund is impossible. Since, i am in hurry i have rescheduled my travel to 10.10.2017 by paying rs. 11000 change extra. I seriously don't understand why there is a no win... Win scenario... It's the mobile application that 1. It captured my previous enquiry details, 2. The complete date is not in same font (Only the date is in bigger font to the month). 3. And collected rs. 8600 change as air fare penalty. How is it justified. I seriously need refund of rs. 8600/- or else i will go to the higher levels.

                    On 26th september 2017, i've made a hotel booking for rs2794 with a reference no: 178618. Money has been deducted but booking was not confirmed. Upon asking customer care they confirmed the payment and said booking is under pending, so a refund request has been initiated and money will be credited back in 7 working days. It's been more than 10 days and i haven't even gotten a confirmation or anything.
                    I have complained regarding twice in the app (Which is great only way to initiate refund) but haven't heard back. There is no direct point of contact for these issues in customer care and upon contacting a member of the company through number found on internet i was rudely hang up on my face.

                      I am a frequent flyer and i book only through make my trip. I rarely go for offers but this is the first time i entered a coupon code and got 1200/- cashback into my wallet. When i tried to book my next flight with that amount, its says only 45-50/- will added through wallet.

                      Its really disgusting, better not to give offers and waste our time.

                      Also, last week when i tried to book a flight cost was around 9000.. With 1000 off, but yesterday same flight at 7000 and no offer. It's all the same. Then why offers are being put to cheat people.

                      I request you to put either genuine offers or no offers at all.

                      I booked a flight with serious issues. The customer executive took the passenger details verbally on phone and the ticket got issued with wrong order of name and same had to be cancelled and rebooked with me paying extra 12, 000 rupees

                        Ticket cancelled at air india counter in madurai airpport due to delay.
                        Actually the ticket has been cancelled in air india official counter itself at madurai airport at 10.45 a. M on that day and i have seen myself the ticket pnr get cancelled citing the reason - flight get delayed and been told the ticket amount fully refunded to my account.
                        I have the cancelled ticket with air india attestation
                        Since i booked through makemytrip site it should come through your account.
                        It was a emergency situation, so i contacted the airindia counter. And cancelled the ticket.
                        I emailed to your service desk.
                        They replied - we regret to inform you that as per the airlines, you have failed to board the flight, in this case only saturated taxes will be refunded by the airlines. Hence, we request you to provide us the clear stamped document with the applicable refund amount mentioned by them, so that we can escalate the case to the concern team.

                        It is not the case of - (Not boarding the flight.) it is a case of cancelled ticket. You please contact airindia office and reply.
                        I contacted airindia airlines office they said the ticket get cancelled as per their records.
                        How come you cite that i have failed to board the flight.
                        You resolve the issue and refund the amount of cancelled ticket to me

                              I thank make my trip for organising our tour to eastern europe from 10th to 17th 2017 in a nice way. I congratulate them for their efforts in making the tour a success. I must also thank mr ronnie palia our tour manager who is well versed with these areas and knows every nook and corner. He is a knowledgeable person who knows how to handle the diverse group. Thanks mr ronnie. However, i would like to bring to your notice some serious points...
                              1.in budapest, prague and vienna we had full day for sight seeing but all visits were limited up to lunch time and there after we were left in the city for shopping. We were not given sufficient time at castles, museums important places. Instead of leaving us for shopping we could have provided more time for seeing these places, if anyone was interested in shopping they would have gone. We felt deprived of good time at these important places.
                              2. The night cruise at prague was total waste of time and money.
                              3. Most of the places we paid entry fees and i don't understand why separate entry fees was collected from tour manager for cruise at prague and seegrotte. Entry fees for cruise at prague was €10/- where as €33/- was collected. Similarly at seegrotte caves, hinterbruhl, entry fees was €11/- whereas €33/- were collected, ie from each person €45/- extra euros were collected. This becomes clear exploitation of the trusted tourists. This is clear cut illegal way of making money. The world leaders like makemytrip shouldn't have taken such a cheap way of making money. Me and my wife together have paid €90/- extra. I had already requested in my feed back mail dated 29/09/17 but there’s no response. I request you to refund me this amount else i will be forced to take legal action.

                              I would like to bring one more point for your information, my visa changes ₹12600/- were not collected and when it was requested to pay, i in a gentleman way paid the said amount. If i wanted, i would have kept payment pending until this excess money was not refunded.

                              I hope these grievances will be corrected for the next groups.
                              Further i request you to refund €90/- which was collected illegally in excess of the official entry fees.

                                Dear team, my booking id nf[protected]. As per airports economic regulatory authority (Aera) has decided to refund the excess udf (User development fee). I have received the amount from indigo but from air india still its pending. Hence requesting you to refund it asap. I have already spoken to air india they will refund once makemytrip will put the refund request. Kindly do it on urgent basis.
                                Also requesting you to provide direct no. Through which i can speak to your executive directly as to contact you is a very complicated process.

Regarding refund of Air India UDF refund, we have already placed a request to them since there are multiple bookings for other passengers as well.                                   We booked this package on online site www.makemytrip.com paying the advance amount on 26/8/2017

                                  Few days of booking we found that the prices charged by them is witout ticket and extremely high in market in the meantime mmt rep contacted us and asked us to book ticket and visa we requested them to provide us the clarification on cost or refund our advance amount but totally ignoring our request they just stick on to get more money from us under these conditions and doubt we requested them many times for refund but they shown us their cancellation policy and only asked to take visa and ticket and pay them more money and in these circumstances now they cancelled the package and refusing to refund us the money.

                                  After going various complaint against this company on internet by various user who booked online package they got trouble from make my trip as its their regular practice to get firstly advance amount for this package as with their offers anyone can be victim like us and later they know they are not going to refund and tried to get more money so customer cannt do any thing like happened to us

                                  There are several victims and consumer complaints against mmt like this so i request to please resolve our issue and our refund must be released immediately if this letter reached to mmt they must understand the value of customer and their concerns and they cant keep our money without giving us any service and for that they have taken money from us and we have right to ask our refund any time.

                                      On cancelling my booking nh[protected] in which i made payment of rs 7807 from my sbi account, i was refunded only rs 6648. On bad experience during hotel stay against my booking nh[protected], i was confirmed i will get a refund of rs 1860. But i got only rs 1200 in my sbi account. I can even attach my bank account statement in my mail. But makemytrip has not provided any email id for handling complaints.
                                      Even though i mentioned in my phones that i dont want refund in wallet, it seems they are planning to send remaining amount in wallet. I dont want my money in wallet as it expires very soon and i am not a frequent traveller. I want my refund

                                      Further, in reference to your concern, while validating the issue we have found that, against booking id - NH[protected] full refund of Inr 7808/- has been processed from our end also, a bonus amount of Inr 1000/- credited into your wallet account. Refund details are as below:

                                      Inr 800 processed in wallet account since paid through wallet account originally.
                                      Inr 7008 processed in bank account.

                                      And for other booking id - NH[protected]. Refund of Inr 1860/- has been processed from our end with below details:

                                      Inr 660 has been processed in wallet account since paid through wallet account originally.
                                      Inr 1200 processed in bank account.
