Request you to kindly refund the amount back as the flight was cancelled on that day.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and delay in response. Further, in reference to your complaint while validating the issue we have found that, the airline has provided us full refund however, the cancellation was not reported to MakeMyTrip. Now, we have initiated full refund of Inr 4290/- from our end with a refund reference number#[protected]. The same should reflect in your account within few days depending upon your bank processing cycle.
