Sir/madam,
I am kamakshya nath panda mob no.- [protected] using makemy trip app in my motorola mobile phone. I tried to book flight ticket from mumbai to delhi on 26 sept 2017 at 4:05:11 hours, but ticket is not generated and an amount of 4099/- got deducted from my canara bank account.
Customer service executives are also not responding my calls and
Till now money is not refunded, so please refund my money as soon as possible.

    24th of september when i am just checking the same flight charge in makemytrip, suddenly they debited my money and booked the same flight ticket, but i didnt proceed to payment even not put the opt also (Though being mmt customer my bank details i keep save there.) details-
    Jet airways- 9w-2474
    Airline pnr - fiujio
    Amount charged-8416/-

    I immediately informed mmt to cancel my flight tickets and give me refund, coz if i cancel i will get very less amount. After several follow up i have not received any positive response yet.
    I want mmt to cancel that ticket from their end and give me full refund. I will escalate this issue unlil i get justice.

    On 7th October it was last updated that they are looking into this and the case has been forwarded to Jet airline on priority basis.
    After that I have sent so many messages to Facebook account of MMT, but no getting any response.
    I wrote a review to get my answer, that too was hidden from their time line ! Just see that I can't write review on their site now!

    I want to ask why Makemytrip doing like this ??
    Why they are not resolving my complaint and close this case ?

    On 24th September I booked jet airways flight ticket for9th Jan from Yatra.com, details-
    Jet airways- 9W-2474
    Airline PNR- XVTPOB
    Amount charged-8266/-

    At the same time when I am just checking the same flight charge in Makemytrip, suddenly they debited my money and booked the same flight ticket, but I didnt proceed to payment even not put the opt also(though being MMT customer my bank details I keep save there.) As per bank this is happened due to technical error of MMT payment gateway. details-
    Booking ID: NF[protected]
    Jet airways- 9W-2474
    Airline PNR- FIUJIO
    Amount charged-8416/-

    I immediately informed both MMT and jet airways to cancel my flight tickets and give me full refund, coz if I cancel I will get very less amount. After several follow up I have not received any positive response yet. They told I only get very less amount after deduction of cancellation charges and penalties.

    I want airlines and Makemytrip to cancel that ticket from their end and give me full refund. Why I will accept this type of injustice with is not my fault? I will escalate this issue until I get justice.

    1. MMT informed me that airline confirmed them If I have same flight same time booking with same details then they will initiate full refund.
    I have same flight booking with same details as I mentioned earlier. They informed me if airline initiate full refund then MMT process full refund immediately.

    2. MMT wrongly debited my money Rs.8416 and booked the same flight ticket which already I have been purchased. That is my fault ?

    3. Being a MMT customer I keep save my all details along with my bank details in MMT, as per bank MMT is authorised with them, that's the reason they debited the money without otp. That is my fault ??

    4. When I already purchased the same flight ticket then why shall I book the same flight ticket again and let go my 8416 rs wasted ? Why I will not get full refund ? Why should I pay cancellation charge and penalties?

      Railway booking is done through irctc. But i donot get any mail on my registered mail id "[protected]@yahoo.in". So how can i know about my bookings. Niether i get the mail regarding my booking of flights. Now i have to cancel some of my booked tickets, but when i have no details how i will cancel them. So pls arrange to send all my bookings either rail or flight to my above mail id and also let me know how to cancel them.

          I have booked ticked on make my trip on dated 24.09.2017. During the transaction complete and money transfer a message display sorry transaction is incomplete. The money will be reimburse.           on dated 24.09.17 i have booked ticket .during transaction time it is failed but money debited from my account.So i again book another ticket.And successfully ticket booked. while i checked for my ticket on same day two tickets are booked with same name person which is a system related error and it is not possible on same day same person will go with two ticket.

            Hi,

            I booked a hotel through makemytrip last week. My booking id: nh2p[protected]. I called the hotel guys to know more about the amenities provided by the hotel. Apparently it was a very average hotel. When i asked them, they informed me that the cost of the room you booked is 1350 (Including taxes). I was shocked to see that the same hotel mmt has projected the price to be 4100 rs in the invoice and has given me some discount. Even after discount, i am charged 2310 rs for the room, which is way more than the original hotel cost. Really frustrated with makemytrip!!!

            I tried mailing mmt and they came up with generic answers like there is a price fluctuation, long weekend charges, etc. But my point is if hotel is not charging extra for long weekend then why makemytrip is charging me. I tried calling makemytrip but there is a automated machine and no representative is available to talk to understand my concerns.

              Yesterday 24th sep i was searching flight tickets for 9th jan'18 on both site makemytrip and yatra.com
              I booked my tickets from yatra.com but suddenly due to some technical error my money was debited from makemytrip also. But i didnt want to booked the tickets from makemytip even i didn't put the otp. Immediately i called makemutrip.com and yatra.com they said they cant do anything if now i cancel my tickets i only get 530/- out of 8416/-, if jet airways cancel my ticket then only i can get my full refund. Then i called up jet airways to cancel my ticket from their end and give me my full refund. I want justice for same flight same tickets i charged twice. Hence im requesting to jet airways to cancel either yatra (8266/-) or makemytrip ticket (8416/-) and give my full refund please. Its a question of your reputation also.
              I know if airlines cancel one of my booking either makemytrip or yatra.com then i can get full refund and the justice. Hence i would be expecting a positive response from ur organisation.

              I booked my ticket in MMTWED promocode that upto 1250 INR Cashback with axis bank credit card in 21 days but not yet received any Cashback.

                - even though i have booked for 5 nights and 6 days package, booking confirmation shows 3 days 4 nights – this is wrong
                - booking confirmation email shows, start date 9th december to 12th december – this is wrong (It should say 9th december to 14th december)
                - i have contacted customer care many times to get this corrected, what i hear is, assurance every time is that – i will get a call from customer care center by end of the day with correct information (I should have received a call by eod:22nd friday day, this end of the day did not came till today). I have not received a single call from make my trip till now!!!

                  You have submitted a wrong amount of money to the hotel which is 1700 but the actual value is 1200. I would like you to resend the actual value of the hotel to the hotel to make it easier for us to coordinate. I booked it from bangalore which showed me 600 per night at maria rosa resort but the email that had been sent to the hotel was charging 850 per night which is a very big issue right now so please do the needful and make sure that you send the correct email to the hotel as you have charged me extra fee.

                    I had booked two hotels through your valueable portal for stay at varansi and allahabad vide

                    Id no nh[protected]Pnr [protected]) and
                    Id no. Nh [protected] (Pnr [protected]) respectively.

                    In confirmation to the above bookings i was informed by you vide your email having id to pay 18% gst extra to the hotel at the counter.
                    While confirming from the hotel as well as from the sales tax department of the hotel i was informed by them that the gst charged for the hotel industry is @12% to the base fare.
                    Your intimation to pay rs 441.00 to polomax is an deflated fifor the gures and does becomes cause querrel with the hotel mnagement.

                    Therefore, my request is to correct the rate of gst to 12% and avoid creating confusion and over charges to the guest.

                    Such matters do fall under litigation as you are passing wrong information to the guest.

                    At polomax allahabad after lot of fighting and calling upon sales tax, i have been ultimately charged for rs 146.96+146.96 as gst over the base fare of rs 2449.30 which is bonafide proof with me, you and the hotel.

                    If this is so i am unable to understand your calculation of rs 441.00
                    This is exactly 18% on the base fare of rs 2449.30

                    Please remove this anamoly on the subject, and let me know whether my perception is right or wrong.
                    This would be high value for long relation.
                    I could heard from the hotels thereare large numbers of guest who are frustrated on this anamoly.
                    In the larger interest of the guest, matter needs to be refferred to the haryana and up sales tax deptt for their understanding and clarification, to avoid overcharging.

                    Hope, this will draw your attention and i would be informed of the factual position in the subject.

                    Endorsement is being sent to hotel polomax and hhi varansi also.

                      Dear sir,

                      I had a flight ticket booking cancellation with makemytrip for my indigo cok to dxb ticket on 31/05/2017. Over the phone indigo airlines told me that they have cancelled the ticket and for the refund contact makemytrip. I sent a mail on 06/06/2017 to makemytrip asking for the refund. Makemytrip communication reference id is[protected]. After some mail communication they informed on 13/06/2017 that there is no money to refund after all the charges. And on 14/06/2017 they informed that there is a refund of inr 4, 918/-.

                      The issue now is the account which i used for ticket booking closed on 11/07/2017. The information regarding the closure of my account informed to makemytrip with the closure certificate along with new account details to process the refund. Until now they didn't refund the money and now they are acting like they didn't have any responsibility as they have refunded the money to old account.

                      Please help me to get the refund. Looking for your kind support. Following are the details of flight ticket:-

                        As per government rule, person travelling between 7th july - 18th july will get udf refund due to charges slashes. Me and my husband travelled del-pnq on 9th july by vistara flight 720[ udf refund 1100/- approx ] and jet airways: 9w 331 [bombay to new delhi] on 16th july, 2017 [udf refund 950/- approx].
                        As per airlines, they will not refund it to us but the agent through which we booked ticket will do.
                        I called mmt customer care their response is not good and infact wierd.
                        I have emailed them from 7th aug but didn't get any response till now and even they are just sending email in every 10 days we are looking into this issue.
                        I followed them on twitter but still they are not replying when will i get refund infact they told me i'll get refund half amount. I dont why as we are two person and as per govt rule udf refund is for each person.
                        And they stopped replying me on twitter.

                        I don't expect such pathetic service, reply and response from mmt.

                          It has been more than 2 months that i have not received udf refund for my travel from delhi.
                          I get an automated mail in every 5 days from mmt saying that they are co-ordinating with airlines (Jet airways, in my case) and want some more time for refund.

                          I am not able to understand one thing, i booked another jet airways flight from goibibio for which i got my udf refund within 10 days then why mmt is taking that much time for udf refund?
                          If mmt has already received udf refund than why aren’t they giving it back to passenger?

                            We came to know that udf & aat charges if paid already for the travel dates after 8th of july are refundable by respective airlines if tickets are booked prior to 7th of july, 2017

                            I have been waiting from long time and wrote many emails and tweet still no response regarding my udf refund.

                            Airline mentioned that they refunded amount to makemytrip. However, you are saying that you haven't received amount.

                              I am already booked 27/09/2017 turtle beach resort... But some many prblem not free this date... I want to modify that booking date to 30/09/2017... But i was try to modify the date make my trip app. Its not working... I am already call to customer care num.. But not connected... Cancellation policy 30% amount will be charged... Am not cancellation my booking... So modify option cannot be working... Many times customercare authorized person tried to contact.. But not supported... Plz help me... This is cheating

                                I am eligible for udf refund for booking flight tickets from make my trip but there is no concrete response from them yet. They reply to all my emails. However; they only ask for more time to credit the eligible refund.

                                  I have booked 2 triple deluxe rooms in a hotel by the name sonar bangla at darjeeling for 28/09/2017 to 30/09/2017 which is for 2 nights from make my trip website. I had paid rs 12, 671.36 for this booking through net banking option. As of the current situation in darjeeling due to gorkhaland agitations darjeeling is not open for tourists this season hence i wanted to cancel the booking well before 10 days of our stay. As per the cancellation policy i was supposed to get 100% refund if the cancellation was made before 10 days. When i was trying to call make my trip there is no option of speaking to someone in their phone ivr options and it was guiding me to do modifications from their website only. When i tried to cancel the booking through their website on 17/09/2017 the refund it was showing was only rs 3017.36. As the amount was not the same as i have paid and i was loosing more than 75% of the amount i have emailed the issue to their customer care team bearing reference numbers[protected],[protected] &[protected]. For the emails i have sent i got response from one ms mamta sharma who responded on 17/09/2017 at 4:02 pm stating that my complaint has been received and got escalated to the concerned team. There was no response on 18/09/2017 as per the cancellation policy i tried to cancel yet again through their website, this time the refund was rs zero and that too before 12 pm on that day instead i was supposed to get 100% refund if the booking was cancelled before 12 pm on 18/09/2017 which will be 10 days before my stay at the hotel. Again on 19/09/2017 i got email from make my trip seeking an apology as follows :

                                  Please accept our apologies for not replying to your e-mail within 24 hours. We assure you that at makemytrip, we are continuously working to improve our customer experience and provide a faster resolution.

                                  We have received your request & for this we will call you back in morning to solve that issue.

                                  Today it is 22/09/2017 and i am still awaiting any kind of email response or phone from make my trip team.

                                  Now i am really frustrated as a reputed company like make my trip is treating their customers like this then how can they expect me to use their website and even recommend it to somebody.

                                  Hope i get some help through this website.

                                    I booked two way ticket kol-dmr on the 24th sep, and return dmr-
                                    Kol on 4th oct. On the 25th of july 2017 paid in full through sbi debit card. The booking makemytrip id is[protected]. Amt 16884. I got the ticket for kol - dmr but the return ticket is still not abailable. Want to know the problem. My booking mobile no is [protected].                                       I am registered on makemytrip.com for booking flight tickets/booking holtels etc. I recently booked my flight on 14th sepetember to for me, my wife and my son. After booking when i checked the invoice to my surprise the ticket was booked on the name of my wife not on my name, the account is on my name the makemytrip.com page clearly mentions it. The bookihng was even done from my bank account. During booking no where it was mentioned that the booking will be invoiced on the name of passenger selected first or any such thing. The makemytrip account is on my name. I want makemytrip.com to rectify the invoice.

                                        Compliant is regarding booking id nh2p[protected].

                                        First i want to ask "makemytrip india" what is the below number is for? In eamil and advertisements you say 24/7 support but the real fact is there is no support for the booking already done. Only you can raise a query using mobile app or from website which will also do not work.

                                        So coming to my issue. I book a hotel and mmt gave a discount vocher. After reaching hotel they want me to pay full amount since mmt will not repay them and will not respond properly.

                                        Initially i said no mmt will respond immediately. And they ask me to call and confirm. When i started calling ivr say they do not answer any questions or support for bookings that are already done. And only one option is working that is to promote their new scheme and a representative will come inline to explain you about the scheme.

                                        When i explain my issue to them they say there are not the right persons and also they cannot able to transfer the call. They ask me to choose a different option which i already tried and it say the same that there is no online support for bookings that are already done.

                                        So customer need to wait on road at night 11pm thinking what to do since the application is not working and there is no online support. Really a very very worst service by mmt.

                                        Goibibo service is good. They respond immediately. First time i went with mmt is it will a trash company. All advertisements are just to attract people and fool them.

                                        Really want ask a lot of questions but helpless since no option to reach them
