Worst customer care support and very poor service

Makemytrip with their attractive adds fooling people of their good service. But actually this is ugly and fake. For an international booking change they made wait us 15-20 mins on hold. Issue is usually not resolves in one call. At least 10 times call need to done and wait for at least 30 mins for an international call too. Worlds worst service.. We are calling many times no proper response. No proper talk from staff. They don't have proper...

Poor, service cheating

I had booked my holidays with make my trip and they charged me for five star hotel and promised me such services.
During trip i found that hotels/rooms/arrangements are not as promised and when i complained mrs. Payal of make my trip executive she was not known t hotel and it's service, still she booked my booking with such hotel.

Didn't get refund

On 31may, 2017 I tried to book train ticket and duing the process the fee was deducted but the booking failed. The refund process was initiated but till now no progress has been made. Cancellation is not done till one month of request

Unfortunately i was booked a package without flight ticket. So i wish to cancel that and send email to makemytrip. Every email failed to sent (Email not delivered).in makemytrip.com website is useless coz there is no information available about my package, tickets, transaction detail etc... Changes in e-ticket

The flight was cancelled in feburary and we requested a cancellation by then but still haven't received the refund. All we hear is that the the airlines have not refunded the amount but we booked through makemytrip and except that they gaurantee the refund appropriately.

Every time I call customer care, the agents give some random one month period for refund. And I have been constantly asking them to give me an estimated date...

Flight booked for another timing
