Dear sir,
We came to know that udf & aat charges if paid already for the travel dates after 8th of july are refundable by respective airlines if tickets are booked prior to 7th of july, 2017. Here i feel pleasure to inform you that i have booked following air tickets through your portal on 20th of june, 2017 for which i have paid entire payment i/c udf & aat thru my credit card and now as per the recently amended director general of civil aviation (Dgca) guidelines, udf and aat for travel from / to igi airport (Delhi) is hereby revised and no longer applicable respectively after travel date 8th of july, 2017. May i request you to arrange my refund towards aforementioned charges from respective airlines as per details of tickets given below and transfer to my credit card account.
1... One way air ticket for 2 passengers named arun & babita rastogi travelling from delhi to bombay for dtd. 12/08/2017 by jet airways flight, 9w-358 having pnr no. Oozbxg (589-[protected] & 24)
2... One way air ticket for 2 passengers named arun & babita rastogi travelling from bombay to delhi for dtd. 16/08/2017 by jet airways flight, 9w-355 having pnr no. Hmunme (589-[protected] & 20)

As of now we have not received the same and no time line has been provided by the airline. Once we will receive the same from airline. We will start processing refunds to customers.

Can you please explain which relevant/concerned department you are talking about?
And how incompetent is this department which is not able to clear the payment.
