I have booked 3 tickets from makemytrip with pnr no cbzrpd and booking no nf[protected] of two adult and one children but there is no mention children in the ticket and my son have been put as infant and unfortunately i have been robbed rs 9195 (Pos [protected] and txn 292556) and rs 9662 (Pos [protected] and txn 052357) with two pnr no m8j7mm and z2p6hr for instant booking of my son aged 4 year old. Even there is no mention of children in the cancellation and date change in the ticket i received from makemytrip which has been attached. This is purely fraud link by the makemytrip staff and spice jet counter staff to rob persons in the name of ticket booking. Please rectify this mistake so that so that i can get refund my loss of 19000 and further loss of money from innocent people.

We are sorry to read about the issue, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Further, in reference to your complaint, while validating your case we have found that our concerned team has worked upon your case and post checking the details at their end, have advised you that, user himself has opted for two adults and one Infant and accordingly, amount was charged for Infant only. The error would have happened if, we would have booked Infant ticket and charged for Child ticket.
We also have technical booking logs which suggest that, user has selected two adults and one Infant while making the booking.

Please revert to the team on e-mail regarding your concern in case you want us to cancel Infant’s ticket for both bookings accordingly team will process refund of Infants amount charged.

By mistake taken infant ticket but at the same time taken separate ticket for same for child, as per spice jet they told you will get refund of 1260 of infant booking

We have charged al fares as per airline’s policy only. Request you to please check with airline for the amount charged by us since we have not charged any incorrect fare against your booking.       I booked the bus ticket for my journey to kanpur. They didn't informed for the cancellation while i called multiple times to the driver and the mmt customer care number for the confirmation.       I have done a car booking for shani signapur from mumbai. I have also done the full payment through make my trip.. Car service provider called at 4:45 and informed at the very last moment that the car cannot be arranged and was very abusive. Tried calling customer care to register complaint for the refund, but found that the representative was more supportive towards car service provider. The system says, car is registered with the trusted service provider, and i have ended up booking another trip, paying additional amount to make my trip. Very bad service. Kindly help for the refund. Else, will never ever prefer make my trip.

        I booked my bangalore to delhi roundtrip ticket through mmt and as per dgca, excess udf needs to be refunded. From past 2 months i am following up with air vistara as well as mmt and these cheaters give me an excuse every time. They have pathetic customer service. Their toll free numbers useless if you've completed your trip.
        From past 3 weeks i am being told that refund has been processed and will reach me but today when i called vistara, they informed me that mmt has still not coordinated with them for my refund.
        These people are simply harassing their customers and i will make sure that strong action is taken against them.

          From dhio research and engineering pvt ltd we booked a bus ticket for mr. Sathyanarayan rao, mob # [protected]from hyderabad to kakinada in dhananjaya bus on 12 october 2017. The bus departure time from afzul gunj was 9.00pm. But @4.42 pm on 12th oct 2017 i recieved a call from [protected] and he requested me to come @11.00pm to afzul gunj to board the bus. I asked him "when it will reach kakinada?" he said "at 9.00am onwords"
          Then i told him that i have meeting @[protected]@8.15am. Imeediately he disconnected the phone. Then i tried on the same number but no one recieved. Then @4.47 pm some one called me from [protected] and told me that they will cancell the ticket and full amount will be refunded. Then i agreed to cancel from dhananjaya travels end.
          Then i got a ticket cancelled message wit refunding amount rs. 0
          Immediately i visited dhannjaya travels afzul gung and called on [protected] for the clarification. Mr. Ibrahim owner of dhananjaya travels recieved the call and assured me that rs. 655.00 will be refunded in seven days. I have that conversation record for the proof. Please let me know the status of refund.

          Till today no response from both make my trip & dhananjaya travels. No refund from dhananjaya travels. Shall i move to consumer forum??

            I had booked a trip to lucknow for 3 days from 29th sept. - 2nd oct 2017. I was unsure about the place (Lucknow) and asked for suggestion from the concerned tour planner of make my trip kolkata. I heard that lucknow tour wont take more than 2 days, so i asked if a 3days lucknow trip would be okay or if i should plan for something else / some other place. It was she (The planner) who said that it would be a perfect package - 29th sept - 2nd oct 2017 lucknow.

            Getting assurance from makemytrip i booked my air tickets and later found out that 1st oct is muharram. I had visited the makemytrip office and enquired about the same. I was worried about the situation at lucknow for it being a muslim dominated city. But i was informed that there can be some rallies but we can roam around in some other areas and there wont be any problem.

            On arrival at lucknow i came to know that the city will be almost closed down on 1st oct due to muharram and its not wise to go out on that day.

            1st day we visited bara imambara, chhota imambara, rumi darwaza. We came to know that due to navratri, dussera, durga visarjan, muharram places will be closed, roads will be blocked from 30th sept. So we tried to visit residency as well on 29th. But that was closed.

            2nd day residency was the only thing that we could visit. Roads were blocked. Places were closed. Police were all over the place. The driver didint want to take us anywhere. Neither he knows any place in lucknow. His excuse always was either traffic or ‘places will be closed so there's no point going’. So we ended up moving here and there in the car doing nothing at all. There was a textile exhibition going on. We went there and within minutes the driver called us back from there as well saying that the para military has arrived and the roads are getting blocked so we need to get out of that place.

            3rd day was a total stand still. Muharram it was. The driver was supposed to come in the morning. But he came at 5pm. There was curfew, police, military, people with tazia and processions all over the city. And the entire city was closed down with places closed. We still requested the driver to take us somewhere and went out at 5 pm.. Roamed around a bit and got hold of an open chikan shop. While returning the driver showed us a boundary wall which he said was la martinere school. We couldnot see anything else other than a wall. I don't know if there was anything worth seeing / visiting. The driver informed us that no one can go inside the school and we are supposed to see the boundary only. Later we came to know that its a heritage building and we could go inside and look around the place. We missed that as well. Thanks to our driver.

            So basically our entire vacation was a waste. Time, money everything. When i seek help from a tour planner it is she who should tell us if the time is correct or not, what will the scenario be in the city that we are travelling, what are the good/ bad things and plan the holiday accordingly. We are not supposed to know all these. This has been a ridiculous service from makemytrip. Its only 1 day that was actually utilized. Rest of the days either we were sititng back at the hotel or roaming round the city in the car for there were no places where we could go as they were either closed or we couldnt reach there due to road blockage. We didnt even find a roadside stall for tea on 1st oct. Why on earth would we pay such an amount to stay back at hotel?

            The driver who has been recommended from makemytrip is a laid back person who doesnt want to go anywhere. Wherever we asked him to go, he is unwilling to go. Either its the excuse of traffic that we gives or he says the places will be closed. Many of the places mentioned in the itinerary was unknown to him and hence he didnt take us anywhere. Since we had no where to go, we had asked the driver to take him to lalbagh where there was a durga puja going on. Everyday, every moment he said i shall definitely take you there later’ and that 'later' did not come.

            Practically makemytrip has wasted our time and money by planning a tour during this time during when the city goes in a stand still mode. Each and every person in lucknow have asked us not to go out on muharram due to safety issues. How come the planners had no idea? What sort of service is this?

            Now who would pay for the wasted time and money. Places that were committed were not covered. The car was not there on time. The driver was unwilling and not aware of places. The city, road, places to visit, market were closed. We were sitting back at hotel. Why should we pay for the inconvenience caused by the tour planner. We are not responsible for what happened there. They should refund us for the services they didnt provide us. We spent so much money not to sit back at the hotel. Despite asking repeatedly about the city situation during muharram, concerned people from makemytrip have encouraged us to go for this trip and assured us that this is a perfect plan and we wont be facing any problem what so ever.

            Now makemytrip is offering us a voucher of rs 2000/ which is only valid for 1 year. What am i supposed to do with that? Am i a beggar that they are trying to compensate my loss by issuing a rs 2000/ gift voucher.

            I want to make people aware about such services so that people think twice before opting for makemytrip. I want an adjustment / refund for the inconvenience caused and the services that were not provided to me.

                I along with 2 of my family members had a booking with makemytrip. We completed our journey from jorhat to new delhi on 8/10/17. Makemytrip has not yet refunded the excess udf collected. I have sent multiple reminders to them. They are coming up with lame excuses like - "we do not know the excess amount collected.". When i shared that you have collected rs.590 as udf per person, still there is no response. Our booking id is nf[protected].
                I hope that now our issue will be resolved. Thanks

                  Booking id in1709b8s4466623: booking done on 7th sept 2017 for karabi phuket and thialand. As soon as i made payment.. The agent stopped replying to my emails.. And after several complains for a month also the status is same. I haven't received a confirmation email for the same.. No details no answers to my query. Such a poor support from mmt. I cant see booking on my mmt app also. I have all the payment acknowledgement and smss. Customer care numbers doesnt provide after booking support, they tell you to go to app and app divert you for the same to customer care number. So ideally mmt make sure that customer cant reach them once they have drawn money from them. I feel its a fraud.

                    In1709b8s4466623 is my booking id number. After i paid the amount for which i have recipt and confirmation sms. I am not getting any confirmation for the tour. For 1 month i am chasing with mmt. No one responding well. After a complain i get call that we will get back to you and done. Amount i paid to mmt is approx 129000. And this is total fraud.

                    I have been searching for a domestic flight in nepal and i ran into this (very cheap) flight from KTM to Pokhara. i tried for 4 hours to book this flight with no success (technical problem). i have called the support center and i was told this flight cant be booked. this is false information created to attract traffic to their website!

I just had my wifes pregnancy so I booked before 2hrs of flight departure. I have cancelled the ticket by giving change in travel plan. But now they are refusing to bare the loss which i have made to them

                      I had booked a car trip on 29th sept. "makemytrip booking id: nc[protected]". How ever it was never honored by make my trip and i had to pay almost double the amount to another travel agency (Rs. 5217/-)

                      When i registered a complaint (S[protected] and[protected]. It was closed with out giving the resolution to the problem. After multiple calls they agreed to pay the difference amount. However as of 23rd oct 2017 they ended up paying only rs 966/- (Screenshot attached)

                        I was booking a ticket on makemytrip.com on 23rd oct 2017 from ahmedabad to goa for 25th oct. Money was deducted from my account but ticket could not be booked. I waited for 2 hours and then i booked another ticket. I did not get refund of 1st ticket for which money was already deducted. There is no customer care number which can handle such complaint.                             I, Dr.DEBASREE BISWAS, had booked two way ticket to London from Kolkata and return, on 20th February 2017, for AirIndia flight, PNR NO-YVY2D, (flight dates departure: 22nd June 2017, Flight dates return: 28th June 2017) from MakeMyTrip, ( Booking ID : NN[protected] for Debasree Biswas, Pranati Biswas and Gitashree Majumdar. I had cancelled the same tickets, due to visa refusal, on 9th June, well ahead of the flight departure date for us all three passengers. MakemyTrip showed the cancellation request (Reference Number - INR[protected] yet they did not refund the ticket amount. MakeMyTrip didnot send me any emails regarding this. I lodged complaint with MakeMyTrip on 21st June, (Reference ID[protected]Reference ID[protected] following which they sent me mail on 22nd June asking for the visa refusal document. I promptly submitted the document. Yet MakeMyTrip didnot give me the refund still. Three days later Makemytrip again contacted me to ask for my passport copy, stating that AirIndia requires it for verification. I contacted the AirIndia East zonal office(Commercial) in Kolkata, who assured me they donot require passport copy for refund, only visa refusal letter is needed. AirIndia also assured me they will refund back the whole ticket amount in visa refusal case. Even after my submission of all stated required documents, Makemytrip again contacted me and asked me to get my visa refusal letter stamped from the embassy, stating that AirIndia has asked for it. This was again denied by AirIndia, stating they only require the letter, they donot require any stamps. But Makemytrip have not yet made the refund to me, instead stated that AirIndia will take 45-90 days to process my request from current date. But AirIndia said they process all such request immediately.
                            Despite, I have waited for 90 days, as per MakeMyTrip request. After which i sent MakeMyTrip a reminder mail asking for my refund, on 09/10/2017 . But MakeMyTrip has not replied to my mail yet, neither has the refund been processed yet. It is now well over 100 days from the request.
                            MakeMyTrip is unjustfully and unlawfully, with-holding my refund amount. They are unnecessarily harassing me for my just demands.
                            Please look into the matter for quick dispensation.

As got information from Indigo, my ticket already cancelled and advised to you ie Make my trip but till today I couldn't get refund for that cancelled ticket.
                            Kindly confirm whether you have transferred in my account or not.

                              I booked flight ticket on 08/10/2017 from pune to hyderabad and due to internet down as per mmt people, amount got deducted from my account and i dont see the ticket booked.

                              A guy called from mmt and informed me that money will be back to my account in 3 days. Its 24th october now and till date nothing to my account. I sent 20-30 emails on this and they reply with "we are looking the issue, waiting for any update from our account department, we are working with gateway people".

                              I still don't understand why it takes more than 2 weeks to get a simple issue resolve. How many people they are cheating like this.

                                I had booked my ticket to new-delhi in air-vistara in the month of april, 2017 for the journey on 17-08=2017 and return on[protected] through makemytrip.com. Subsequent to my booking, the dgca reduced the udf charges and asked the airlines to refund the excess amount charged. I contacted the ott and received the reply that i can claim the amount after completing the journey. I claimed the excess udf charges on[protected]. Till date, i have not received the same. On repeated enquiry with them, the reply is it is under process without any further follow-up action from their side.

                                  I want to share a bad experience with your customer support team involved in domestic holiday package booked with make my trip, 3 months in advance

                                  My complaint
                                  Customer care executive on domestic packages are not responsible, they do not call back. Your customer support team lacks ownership towards customers and their concerns. It took three days to get my confirmed itinerary where i made booking 3 months in advance. After landing at hotel in madurai, hotel denied of any reservation. I had wait outside along with my mother outside the hotel. It took 100 minutes to resolve the issue.

                                  Details
                                  Booking (Id - nl[protected], phone no. [protected], name: shiva shankar gudipati) to madurai, kanyakumari, rameshwaram was made on 10 may 2017 with 50 percent amount and complete payment was made on sept 17. Until 10th october, no confirmed itinerary was automatically send by the agent.

                                  My booking id was never registered in the system against my phone number. I have raised it with customer care, they have not responded with resolution nor have send me the itinerary on 7th october.

                                  On 8th october, i called up customer support team manager. Four executives have called out to mentioned my booking id, and put me on hold and never returned to respond back to my call and it ended up 180 minutes wait to get to the customer care manager varsha tomar. She inturn has not made the booking with the hotel although a confirmation was send to me by email that there was a delay from their side in sending the prompt itinerary.

                                  On the day of landing at hotel nook in madurai, hotel denied access to the hotel as there was no confirmation send by make my trip. I had to call the customer care and had to wait for 100 minutes over phone. 4 customer care support team spoke to me asking for booking id and on insisting, i got connected to and hira lal customer care executive manager who then finalized the booking.

                                  Will you ever book orders if you were in my place? Can you pay for my time, inconvenience caused, phone bills inspite of booking on 17rh may 2017 for 18th oct 2017 domestic travel??

                                    On 2nd of june this year i had booked a flight from kolkata to london through makemytrip, which i had to eventually cancel on the 21st of june due to visa rejection. The company website said that refund process would be initiated and that i would be updated within the next three working days, which the company failed to do apart from an email which said that my cancellation request had been initiated. After sending repeated emails and phone calls in the consequent days i was first told to wait for seven days, and then for a period ranging from 45-90 days. This i duely waited but makemytrip had still failed to update me or even start my refund process. After this period i went through yet another series of phone calls and emails and was told to wait for yet another period of 45-90 days.
                                    Now this seems to me utterly harassing and illogical considering the company's initial claim that refund would be started in three days and then taking it forward to ninety days. It is now more than four months since this entire episode has been started and still the company fails to refund my money.
                                    This is a matter concerning an amount of rupees 65, 000 and a huge disgrace to a company that boasts of grand repute,

                                    I had booked a flight from Kolkata to London through MakeMyTrip of the Booking ID - NN[protected] on Friday, 02 June 17, which I had to eventually cancel on the 21st of June due to visa rejection, upon which I was assigned the Reference Number - INR[protected]. The company sent me an email saying that “cancellation was initiated” and that refund process would be initiated and that I would be updated within the next three working days, which the company failed to do. I was asked to send in my visa rejection documents which I sent in immediately. After sending repeated emails and phone calls in the consequent days I was first told to wait for seven days, and then for a period ranging from 45-90 days.                                     After yet another round of phone calls, I was asked to send in my visa rejection documents yet again on the 22nd of November, which I again, cordially sent in.

                                    Now this seems to me utterly harassing and illogical considering the company's initial claim that refund would be started in three days and then taking it forward to ninety days. It is now more than six months since this entire episode has been started and still the company fails to refund or at the least notify me regarding my refund process

                                      Recently i took some of your services (You can find out from my account one a cab from lucknow to kanpur and other a hotel at ujjain recently on 21st oct
                                      1. The cab was booked through you by designated name from a guest house indira nagar lucknow to designated target at kanpur. Address by address after calculating the distance you guys charged me the amount. Even after that for my satisfaction i called to cus support to make sure that driver may not create scene and start discuss fare etc to me after reaching the destination. And i was assured that nothing like that will happen. But as the driver was not well known to the area as he was from delhi and returning back he took roads out of the routes to fill his tank etc and increased mileage and asking me more money to pay.
                                      2. Now recent hotel booking as we reached the hotel the shutter was down and hotel was locked. I have never seen in my life a hotel listed on travel website booked and locked. Unfortunately my listed iphone stopped due to change of state or any reason. With a lot of difficulties i was able to contact customer service but could not take my reply because that other phone also died. After a lot of struggle we were able to check in after a long time. Both times our journey ruined instead of enjoying.
