Airport pahuchne ke bad hame bording pass diya gya or hame flight me bitha diya lekin tacnikal problam ke chalte flight ko cancel kar diya gya or hame cancellation receipt bhi di gyai. Jisme hame kaha gya ki apka refund 7 days me aa jaye ga lekin mera refund ab tak nahi aya h
Lekin problem ye h ki air india ne flight ko thik dikha diya h jo bording pass ke milne se hua jabki flight cancel ho gyi thi.
Mere pass cancellation receipt bhi hai jo me apko send ker raha hu or chahta hu ki meri problem ka solution nikala jae pls..

    I had taken online ticket from rajkot to dwarika, on dated-20/10/17,
    My pnr no is[protected], bus time was 4:55 am, i have wait at rajkot central bus stand from 4:30 to 6:10am, but bus didn't came, and no body have any information whether bus will come or not, than i thought for cancel my ticket, but i got massages time is over so you can't cancel, please suggest me what should i do

      I have booked a domestic flight ticket on sep 18th and i have completed my trip as well but still i dint received the in-voice for this trip. I have been following up with the mmt customer care since sep 22nd but getting the same response as wait for 24/48hrs and i have raised a complaint on mmt website and escalated to level 4 but still no luck. I don't know what is the meaning of escalation level in mmt. Are the people really work or simply passing the time. I have asked the customer care executive to transfer the call to his supervisor or manager but they said yes and kept my call hold for 20 mins. Really i am fed up with this service. I have to submit the bills to my company to claim the trip expenditure of 65000. Will mmt pay me this amount as because of these mmt useless work i am unable to claim the trip expenses. I want to raise a sever complaint about this useless service and commitment less guys.

        Malaysia part was reasonably managed. The singapore part was badly managed.
        - we were stranded (Just dropped) in bus stop in singapore. (Came in bus from malaysia - part of package)
        - no one to pick up and drop at hotel. Bus driver was arrogant and mentioned he is just supposed to drop here.
        - we were 8 o[censored]s and an infant. Few other families were stranded not knowing what to do. It was raining.
        - we managed to get hold of mmt spoc in singapore after multiple phone calls.
        - rohan - the spoc was very arrogant. He told us that "how am i supposed to when you are landing here. Wait there and i will send a bus to pick up and drop us at hotel in an hour"
        - he was our co-ordinator for next 3 days and was a very painful experience
        - never take mmt... They just give you promise but very poorly managed
        - we had to get ready everyday morning and wait if someone will come and pick us up. Had to call rohan daily for few times before things are arranged.
        - he had guts to say - "complaint if you want to"..

          I have booked a room. And pay the bill online at a time.. Msgs not receive of booking a room.. But money is deducted from account.. After this helpline no. Is not respond and also customer care no. Bed experience form this site and i will never booking on this site again.. I also try to contact to customer care but not got respond.. I also call a helpline no. But it doesn't solve my problem... Loss of my money...

            1. I had booked a complete holiday package with makemytrip company. The package as advertised by the company included (For 4 people)
            (I) return air fare
            (Ii) hotel accomodation
            (Iii) visa fees and charges
            (Iv) activities at destination.

            2. The cancellation policy clearly mentioned that in case cancellation of package is done before departure at least 50% of paid amount would not be refunded.

            3. I made advance payments to the makemytrip holiday company. However, i was informed that there was some issue with my visa (For 01 pax only. 03 visa were ok) and therefore i could not travel. I did not cancel the trip as i would end up loosing close to 100, 000 rupees due to the cancellation policy of the company.

            4. The company on its part did not offer to cancel the trip and just informed me that there was a problem with my visa. Since, there was no further disposition given to me by the company, i told the company that i would try to get my visa issue resolved myself as i did not want to lose 100000 rupees that they would charge me to cancel the trip. On the date of the trip only 03 passengers carried out the trip as planned and i could not accompany them.

            5. Thereafter i had to run from pillar to post and spend close to 10000 rupees extra for various fees and courier charges and get my visa. I got the visa only on trhe last day of the planned trip was over. Therefore i extended the trip by 03 more days so that i could travel on my own.

            6. As far as the makemytrip company is concerned it provided full service and everything that it had promised for 03 passengers only and for the fourth passanger (Me) it only provided return ticket (That too after i paid rescheduling charges.

            7. The company was unable to provide visa therefore it should have cancelled the entire trip on its own and offered a 100% refund but it continued to remain silent as it knew that if i cancelled the trip the company would earn 100000 rupees as cancellation fees.

            8. Also very important. If the company advertises that hotel, airfare and visa is included in the holiday package then any one of these services not being given by the company should be the responsibility of the company and not the consumer. (One cannot travel without air fare, or stay without hotel, therefore, similarly one cannot use airline or hotel if one does not get visa. So not getting visa by the company is akin to not getting an air ticket to travel.)

            9. My complaint is that the company refund the entire charges for 01 passenger except the return airfare charges as 01 passenger could not use any services as offered in the package. There was no fault of the consumer. The consumer did not cancel the trip as it would entail a loss of at least 100000 rupees when he was informed about the visa being denied.

              We booked a cab from mmt from 30 september to 01 october. Mmt provided the detail that it is 540 km from delhi to mussoorrie and vice versa. Cab driver arrived at the pickup point. I called the driver and he stated that he has arrived at the pickup location and was expecting my call. We left delhi at 8:00 am and were expected to reach mussoorrie by 5:00 pm but we reached at our destination at 11 in the night. Driver drove at the speed of 50-60 kmps. When one of my fellow passengers asked him to drive a bit fast he shouted at her asking her to leave the cab and reach mussoorie from some other conveyance. The next day at 4 in the evening, cab owner called and asked to reach delhi by 12:00 am anyhow or else they will drop us in the middle. We had booked cab for 1st october and returning was excepted somewhere in the morning of 2nd october. While returning driver drove at the speed of more than 100 kmph. When we reached home driver informed that the total distance travelled was 702 km which according to mmt was 540 km. I logged a complaint at mmt but nothing till now has happened. I want my full money back as i feel cheated

                Sir मैन एक कार शिमला से चंडीगढ़ जाने के लिए 15 oct समय 8.15 am के लिए बुक की थी make my trip ने बुकिंग भी confirm कर दी थी पर 14 oct रात 10 बजे make my trip पर फोन किया तो उन्होंने कहा बुकिंग कैन्सल की गई इस तरह हमे बहुत परेशानी हुई ...अगले दिन मुझे कार भी नही मिल पाई और मेरे कारोबार में नुकसान हुआ...मैं कंपनी से अपने कीमती समय और रुपए की भरपाई चाहता हूं ।

                We bought a trip with booking number NL[protected]. There seems to be a mistake regarding the hotel booking. Our flight lands on 29th of October while the hotel is checked in from 26th. I dont see any steps being taken to rectify this.

                      I would like to draw your kind attention to this matter me and my family went for vacation in jim corbett on the way we booked hotel monel's nest through mmt for two days and i booked a super deluxe room the hotel staff gives me a deluxe room because of this i wanted to cancel the booking but they had already taken two days of gst 4680 from me and denied to refund it.
                      The story is not end here.. After all this when we reached in our room.. The condition of the room was pathetic they were stinking like hell we are not able to stand there for a minute there are no locks on doors i have the pics also to show you..
                      Then i called mmt customer service to cancel my booking after that around 12 am three man from hotel came in my room and asked us to leave the hotel saying that they don't get money from mmt after all this happened to me mmt refund only one day booking amount but still rest of the amount had not refunded yet...

                        I booked my international flight ticket with makemytrip.com (Mmt) on 20th august 2017. Mmt was running an cashback offer with hsbc credit card at that time. As per the terms and condition it was written that i will receive my cashback in 21 days. Its been 54 days but i haven't received my cashback.in the past one month, i have called their customer care 3 times (Every time i am given a different excuse, i can provide the excuses if needed), filed the complaint on their site thereafter escalated the complaint to the next level (For which i get standard response "we will get back to you in 48 hours"). After wasting so much of my time and after getting frustrated, i even wrote a mail to their ceo mr. Rajesh magow on 8th october 2017 to which prithvi kumar from mmt responded. He asked me for the bank statement and assured to revert within 48 hours. I did send the bank statement for the required period on 9th october 2017. I have taken follow-up with their team post that but i haven't received any response from the mmt team. I have lost my faith in this organisation and hence i am filling this complaint with you. As a customer, i need your help in getting justice. I need my money back and also compensation for the mental harassment that i am undergoing from past 1 month.

                        I am eligible for udf refund for booking flight tickets from make my trip but there is no concrete response from them yet. They reply to all my emails. However; they only ask for more time to credit the eligible refund.

                          From dhio research and engineering pvt ltd we booked a bus ticket for mr. Sathyanarayan rao, mob # [protected]from hyderabad to kakinada in dhananjaya bus on 12 october 2017. The bus departure time from afzul gunj was 9.00pm. But @4.42 pm on 12th oct 2017 i recieved a call from [protected] and he requested me to come @11.00pm to afzul gunj to board the bus. I asked him "when it will reach kakinada?" he said "at 9.00am onwords"
                          Then i told him that i have meeting @[protected]@8.15am. Imeediately he disconnected the phone. Then i tried on the same number but no one recieved. Then @4.47 pm some one called me from [protected] and told me that they will cancell the ticket and full amount will be refunded. Then i agreed to cancel from dhananjaya travels end.
                          Then i got a ticket cancelled message wit refunding amount rs. 0
                          Immediately i visited dhannjaya travels afzul gung and called on [protected] for the clarification. Mr. Ibrahim owner of dhananjaya travels recieved the call and assured me that rs. 655.00 will be refunded in seven days. I have that conversation record for the proof. Please let me know the status of refund.

                            2 days back i booked a cab.
                            It went on final pay at 998/-
                            I felt ok with it but my about was deducted twice from my account.
                            And i did not receive any e-ticket.
                            And i'm my trip section it shows i have no booking done yet.

                            This annoys.
                            You don't even reply the mails on time. My complain is there as well.
                            I've to leave on monday n i've no confirmation.

                              I made a booking through make my trip on 22nd september for a flight delhi to adelaide. It was costing me 37500 including taxes, surcharge and convinience charge. And there was a code given which reduced this amount to 35000.
                              On the final payment page i was asked to pay this amount of 35000. When i confirmed the payment, my card was deducted with 37500.
                              How can they deduct 37500 when i am affecting to pay 35000??? I immidiately reported the issue. They assure me after verification, i would get the excessive amount back
                              After 21 days they have come up with the explanation that 35000 was the amount which included the benefit of 2500 which is credited in my wallet that i can use in tits and bits.
                              Please do not use marks my trip... Their services have seriously deteriorated. They are not even ready to accept their mistake.

                              I have booked my air tickets on 23rd June from goibibo n makemytrip. I already got my udf refund from goibibo but didn't get any refund from makemytrip.

                              How much more time are these people (makemytrip) going to take to refund my udf amount.

                                I was booked ticket through mmt. (Makemytrip). Later i cancelled my ticket.
                                I spoke to customer executive person, he explained total deduction is rs.2000 for airline + 648 for mmt. Today i got refundable amount with deducted amount of rs.4448 which is more than 100%. Again i spoke to customer executive. She told rs.1200 for mmp (For deduction). What is the use of this portal. If i booked directly through airline portal, i could detected only 2000. But my bad luck i used mmt to book ticket. This is very very very very very very very very very very worst service.

                                Im very very upset for this # portal.

                                    On 12 oct i was trying to book a flight from pune to jaipur and while the time of booking the flight which i was trying to book was not able to book and error message got displayed. I tried something about 10 times, the same error message was displayed and then i tried to book a flight whose fare was 10000 that i was able to book and i was asked to fill my details and whole process... When i contact customer care to adviser name rita mujumdar she told me to book directly from airlines.. Instead of helping me out she told just send me the screenshots on the mail that too was a feedback mail. I told then it would take 72 hours as per their policy then she told me that you have to wait. Now my point is who will be responsible if flight fair gets increased? Moreover will they let me book a ticket on same amount for i have to board a flight tomorrow...

                                      Subject - booking id nh[protected], wrong recommendation.

                                      We booked for a room using makemytrip website with above mentioned booking id. I specified in the website while making the booking that there are 2 adults age 30 and 37 and also there is a child of 6 years old.

                                      Despite provided above information makemytrip website recommended us a twin bedroom in four points sheraton hotel, agra with no bed for my child to sleep on.
                                      When we reached hotel, front office staff refused to give us a bed as they say we booked for twin room only and for child's bed we need to pay 1200 rupees.

                                      This has caused lots of stress during our holiday to agra and we are very unhappy about this experience and in the end i had to fork out 800 rupees to pay hotel for spare bed to be provided in a twin room.

                                      If we specify that there are 2 adults and 1 child (6yrs) then why make my trip is recommending us wrong room and causing us stress on our most awaited holiday.

                                      With this complaint i expect to receive a refund of the spare bed that i paid for my child and an apology from makemytrip.

                                        I have planned a trip to thailand in february'18 and booked a room at patong mansion hotel for phuket days with booking id : nh[protected].

                                        I have booked superior room. It was showing free breakfast among all the amenities while clicking the link for 'see all amenities' (Screenshot attached).
                                        To make sure, i called up makemytrip support contact number and inquired about the room. As soon as he confirmed me regarding the breakfast, i have booked the room as he mentioned that if there breakfast is mentioned in the web-site, breakfast will be provided for sure. If there is any confusion regarding the conversation, call record verification can also be done from your end.

                                        Once booking was made, confirmation receipt came via email but breakfast was not mentioned there. I have informed makemytrip about the issue via email for their assistance, they have acknowledged the mail promptly through a system generated mail. All these happened on 07-oct-2017.

                                        On 09-oct-2017, i have received a mail from mmt saying that they have checked their log. No such record has been found. Therefore, provision of breakfast will not be there in the patong mansion hotel stay.

                                        I had good faith on makemytrip for better service. Only because of this, i have booked flight ticket and bangkok hotel (Including breakfast) from them for the same trip and was ready to book the hotel of krabi also. But the way they are providing service after this incident, is really unexpected.
