udf not received

I am still waiting for my udf return for jet airways flight from delhi to chennai. I have aleady talked to jet airways and they are saying that they have already returned to mmt. I have already called you people twice but no action has been taken from your side.

Why you people are so hesitant to return it to people who have paid it? If you need money, then ask people to donate you rather than doing such sort of customer service.br...

I have booked tickets for my colleague on 24 july and since the second name was changed, airlines advised me cancellation ticket and asked me to make fresh bookings and since then i have not received the refund of the same. I have airlines twice they mentioned to get in touch with make my trip.
I have made second booking with one spelling wrong and called immediately to customers support of airline and they confirmed that changes...

Surprisingly make my trip do not have any telephone number for customer. Just few minutes after booking i realised that the flight will stay over 24 hrs in lucknow where as i wanted a direct fight from new delhi to patna. When asking for support to amend the flight the message is coming that the complaint will be attended in 72 hrs. The change of flight is showing that there will be no refunds or adjustments.

Hi i booked a honeymoon package for my brother through kiran mehra and we updated the standard room to delux room but when we reached on the hotel there is only standard room provide because kiran mehra not update room information on the hotel. I regularly complaint approx 1 month regarding this problem to miss kiran mehra and her seniors but did not listing anybody and not resolve this complaint.

No hotel confirmation received. Site says wait 3-4 hrs and then call.
No success.
So called customer care couldn't connect without makemytrip booking id which is funny as none was generated.

Actually i had booked two air tickets booked from mangalore to bombay, bombay to cochin, thereafter i came to know that is long rout, so immediately i cancelled it and booked mangalore to bangalore and bangalore to cochin. But i have refunded very small amount and it caused heavy loss of rupees 26000. U being india's no.1traveling agency must guide the passengers showing near rout, when searching for rout, but i can't cheat the poor passengers....

udf not being refunded for delhi bound flights

I had booked flights through mmt for ahmedabad to delhi and delhi to kathmandu and back (Total of 4 flights that originated/landed in delhi). Upon enquiring about the udf refund the customer care officials have told me that they shall not refund the udf fees for me and my friends who had the same fights. The stated reason was that this refund is given only to those whose final destination is delhi.

Yet i havent received refund amounting to rs..970...in my bank account... For those two bookings even when their policy said amount will be credited if i cancel 3 days prior to my stay.....
