I booked a ticket on 23 may of rs 15, 426 using makemytrip. The amount was deducted from my bank account but i was unable to book the ticket. They (Makemytrip) sent the entire amount to my wallet and are not processing the amount to my bank account. Although they are saying that the amount will be reflected in your bank account within 1 day. Now they are saying that it was automatic generated mail. I don't have enough money in my account...

I tried to book two way tickets from chennai to Singapore, after payment is made, i got a message that the booking is failed and i will get full refund for the amount i paid. I booked an international hotel through MMT in for which amount was approx INR 16000 for 2 nights for 3 people with breakfast.

The amount of 2682 was displayed on my screen while making the payment and I applied my make my trip wallet as a payment tmode and 217 was the share which was deducted friom my wallet. How ever I got charged for 2682, instead of 2465 which was after all the deductions and was the gross amount.

Please help me through and maintain some integrity and terms for payment...

Hello, make my trip
on 19th of may 2017 i made a booking for a flight from chennai to dimapur
which was cancelled and requested for a refund, i was given an automated message and checked the site for refund status, it was shown that the refund was successful but the numbers are not reflecting on my account.
My refund is supposed to be rs.13830, but it is still not reflecting in my account, its been 3 days now please look...

On one international flight booking, I received 2500 my wallet balance with the expiry date of 3 months from the date of booking. When I login, I can see the mywallet balance of 2500.

We booked a resort - recluse resort in coorg for long weekend in may'17. We were family of 6 with senior citizen parents, and one 3 year old kid. On reaching the place, the hotelier punit completely refused to give the rooms even after showing confirmed mmt hotel vouchers and we had spent as much as rs 30000/- for two days for two ac rooms. I book a trip from makemytrip to sikkim for 7 days 6 nights.
My trip was start from 18 may and end at 24 may 2017. Standard hotel check in time is 12:00 pm to next day 12:00 pm.

My flight start time is 3 pm means my hotel check in time at gangtok is approx between 8:00-9:00 pm my whole day is wasted.

Also they schedule my return flight at 5 pm means i have to check out from hotel approx between 1 or 2...

I have been booking with MakeMyTrip for years now. I wanted to book hotel in Goa. After browsing for some under my budget I was booking for a hotel named "RESORT RIO, GOA". I tried booking ticket through MMTApp and making payment through gift card of MMT. But it sounds strange that they are charging convenience fee on making payment through their own gift card. I can understand if it would have been credit card of some bank. But charging convenience fee on their own gift card is highly unacceptable.
Please look into it.

On 26/02/2017 i had booked two tickets from delhi to mumbai for mr. Kishorkumar sheshappa suvarna and mr. Sunil ramchandra daspute through make my trip.com. It was air india flight and i paid by rupay card. Within a second the amount was transfered to their account. Somehow i had to postpone my work and cancel the ticket. I put request for cancellation. In december when i was in mangalore, mmt charged my uncles account for 3 times (eg: amount of two tivkets was around 1450 but mmt charged 1450x3 from my uncles account). It charged 1450 in two way half half. It only returned my one amount and has denied to pay me my full amount.
