Dear All,

This is to notify the entire make my trip operations team and respective management team, that the entire operation team is not managing the requests efficiently and leading to complete dissatisfaction in terms of its service and value.

I'm doing business with MMT since more than 8 years and my concern is in reference to charges i have made which was eligible for cask back and its already passed 30...

The boarding time is 9 pm, and im waiting at the pickup point since 8.30, when i called on a given number by make my trip it was wrong it has 11 numbers..this type of disgusting service i never had in my life.. And when i again called on a given helplines it was also not responding. I dont know why such things happend with me such a disgusting service i get.. And after an hour i got the call from driver that location was different we were...

I was trying to book a ticket (Round trip) from dubai - trivandrum on 9th march 2017 through makemy trip with ticket cost aed1, 195.00 equivalent to rs 22, 000.00 unfortunately the booking failed. When i contacted makemy trip customer care i was informed that the booking amount is in makemy trip vallet and will be refunded with in 3 days. Make my trip had an offer that on Wednesday if tickets are booked by AXIS CARD on applying coupon code MMTWED, Rd. 1200 Cashback will be given in the card. I applied the same coupon. Even it showed that the coupon was applied successfully but did not receive the Cashback. False offer mentioned which caused losses and I ended up paying too much fare....

If you make the mistake of buying air tickets through MakeMyTrip India you should know that you won't have any rights if you need to change or cancel your tickets. They will treat you as a number, not as a person. They will try to exploit your desperation.They will send you to complain to the airline and the airline will send you back to them! I am surprised by the immaturity in terms of reply i received from MMT cservice regarding my issue. They do not even look into the issue properly and respond with standard terms and conditions of the coupon which are so ambiguos and generic. Here is the issue.

I made a booking for the flight from Mumbai to Patna (NF[protected]. I did apply the FLYMON coupon code and it did show me that the same applied on my booking. But MMT says the is not applied because of that they can't process my cashback of Rs. 1500/-. I called up MMT toll free number and per them I have not used that code for my booking whereas I have my friend who was present during booking and we saw that the coupon applied successfully....

I am seriously disappointed with makemytrip.

I had booked holiday package on 14 feb 2017. I was given the flight timing on the day of booking and I found timing OK for me and booked the package. I had added my 18 months daughter in the package as a infant by making additional payment of 4900 rs or something.

I booked a flight which was otherwise more expensive if I would not have received cashback of Rs. 1200. I received the cashback but was not able to use more than Rs. 50 for a bus trip which costed Rs. 1600. The balance wallet money of Rs. 1150 was lost from my account.

I booked my ticket by following all the details mentioned under this scheme.
I used citi bank credit card and also timing was between 6pm and 10 pm. There was showing this offer code option on home page and went ahead to book by clicking on it itself. But still costumer care is replying that I have not applied this code.

I had booked my ticket from Langkawi to chennai via Kuala Lumpur (booking id NN[protected].
