This is to keep you posted that the bus was cancelled from the starting point by the bus operator (Upsrtc) as stated for some technical issue bus was cancelled for today or some more day. I just request you to please refund the money back.

I have sent mail and the voice complain also bus mmt give me a response bus was not canceled and i'm giving you the gps location. Picture at the place i was there bus was not running[protected].

• the passenger who is unable to carry print out of e-ticket, may obtain duplicate e-ticket print out by producing pnr/ticket number details on mobile in the form of sms with valid photo identification proof to the upsrtc staff available at reservation/enquiry/booking window. This is an additional facility provided by the upsrtc to its passengers, but upsrtc is not bound to provide this facility compulsorily.
• the passengers who are availing concessional facility fails to produce the above mentioned documents will be treated as invalid and the passenger will be treated as "traveling without ticket". Photocopy of document is not allowed.
• the passengers who are availing concessional facility fails to produce the above mentioned documents will be treated as invalid and the passenger will be treated as "traveling without ticket". Photocopy of document is not allowed.
• upsrtc reserves the rights to change/cancel the bus service mentioned in the e-ticket. Due to cancellation of bus services, the passenger will not be compensating by upsrtc in any condition.

    Today i booked 4 rooms for mahabaleshwar india on 24/7/2017 through make my trip app and the full amount (8454/-) has been deducted from my account. But i don't get any confirmation id or anything else. They leave only a message a technical error thats it. After that i tried to contact with customer service, i call them atleast 30-40times but all the time rejected. All the time the call was disconnected. I attached my payment message that i got after deduction of money.

      I booked a round trip ticket through make my trip nf[protected] and i had to cancel my journey due to delay in onward flight through go air and hence had to cancel my return journey ticket as well. Make my trip did not take any responsibility to get me the return ticket charges in full. When contacted they are giving irresponsible answers. I then applied for refund directly contacting airlines and had to lose around rs.4000/- due to this. That refund also comes through make my trip. For claiming that refund, i have to contact them and cancel seperately. I have to contact them twice to get this refund and on this also they are deducting rs.300 per person per ticket. This is absolute looting of customer money. Severe action has to be taken against these agents. I have to undergo lot of emotional stress due to this and my family is totally disturbed. I need to be compensated for all these apart from paying me full refund of my ticket charges

        I have booked my ticket in air costa with booking id nf[protected] from hyderabad to jaipur. The flight was scheduled on 03/04/2017. The flight was cancelled. I have received the message from air costa that my booking has been cancelled and refund has been done but i have not received my refund till now. Despite my repeated callings to make my trip, they are telling that it will take some time. Now its been 5 months and i have not been refunded till now. Moreover, my friend who has booked the ticket in the same flight on the same day through makemytrip received his money through points in his makemytrip account. Another friend on mine, who has booked ticket though paytm also got his refund. Such behavior on the part of makemytrip is causing me harassment. I have also dropped a mail informing and gave them my friends booking id but they are not really concerned towards the problem of a common man and there only intention is to make profit by causing harassment to their customer. I most humbly request you to take against them so that i can get my money back as soon as possible.

          I did bus booking on make my trip a day prior for family holiday. When i went to bus pick up point and waited for bus half an hour with family the bus operators told that there is no booking on my name when i had valid e ticket with pnr number. When i called make my trip customer care the representative told me to wait 24 hours to solve the complaint. When i asked to connect to senior he made me hold for one hour and said it seems i have lot of time. They cheated me with money and harass me mentally with my family.

          Now I have received response from make my trip that I have travelled with the bus company as per bus operator when I had to travel separately on my own.

          This is great great cheating from make my trip. This site should be stopped immediately.

            Then i had co-ordinate to make my trip customer care department last 1 months, they said-"payment return to you within 3 days but till the time payment had not been received.

              I had booked a flight from bangalore to jaipur from makemytrip.com by aircosta airlines for 29th march 2017 by air costa lb 666. The flight was cancelled by them on their own. They have not yet processed my refund. When i am following up with makemytrip.com they are always saying that they have initiated a legal case against air costa and when they receive the refund from air costa they would pay back. But since i made the booking through makemytrip it does not matter whether they have initiated a legal case or not, they are supposed to refund me back the amount since they are charging convenience fees and acting as an agent.

              We are sorry to read about the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

              Further, in reference to your concern, please be advised that the current issue is not isolated to you but to many others who booked to fly on Air Costa through not only MakeMyTrip but other agencies including airline’s own website.

              When you make a booking, the fare amount is transferred to the airline. When a flight is cancelled or when a passenger decides to cancel, the due amount is received back from the airline which we refund back to the Customer.

              At this juncture, the airline has still not refunded the due amount back to us and the entire industry is chasing Air Costa. I hope you will at least appreciate that we don’t run the airline. The situation of Air Costa is well known to all o[censored]s. What I can assure you is that MakeMyTrip is not holding your money and never will. The moment we get this back from the airline we will start the refund process. I also assure you once again that the issue is faced by all flyers regardless of where and who they booked their ticket from.

              We are constantly asking the airline. We will begin refund the moment airline directs us to do so.

                Hi, i had done my booking from make my trip for air tickets from bangalore to cochin on 19/7/2017. Make my trip booking id: nf[protected]. I dont understand why makemytrip changed rs500 as convenience fee. I could have book the same ticket from airasia web site without any convenience fee. This is kind of cheating customers. Please dont tell that this is the cost you need to pay to payment gateways for each transactions. For such tranactions indian railway wesite charge only 11 rs.

                  My confirm ticket from mumbai to goa which i book on 7/7/2017 for date 24/08/2017is cancelled by operator on 12/07/2017 for reasons break down of bus. But can you tell me that the bus which is schedule on 24/08/2017, then how the operator came to know that the bus is break down before 24/08/2017.                     Sir, i booked a ticket on 16.7.2017 for jaipur to pune flight date 10.08.2017 with five passengers pnr no fjj8mb., when i booked ticket total amount comes rs18905 and which is also confirmed from indigo airline mail received invoice for the same amount of rs 18905. But from my card amount deduct is rs 21400 which is higher of rs 2495.
                    This is cheating for extra deduction of amount, pls refund the extra amount

                        I have booked a trip with them and they did not book the trip according to my requirement of transportation.
                        When questioned they asked me to buy my own tickets so that they can refund the same. I did that and the refund is not given till now and it was 20 days from the point I shared the invoice.When I called them their response was really bad...
                        I have emails that they have sent and I can share them with you If needed.

                          Makemytrip India — Refund for the flight cancelled

                          DEL-KIN up and down on May 2nd 2017 i have cancelled on 28th march 2107
                          Its been more than two months, i haven't received the refund yet.
                          I have called makemytrip customer care many time they always ask me to wait, i have wrote emails also many times and there also they say to wait for 3 days and all and nothing happened. they reply with same email i have attached in docs

                          I am still waiting for the refund!
                          Dont know what to do whom to go and speak...

                            We had booked two rooms in your resort at Kumbakgarh thru Make My Trip Booking Id. No.NH[protected] for 25-5-17.
                            We had been given 2 rooms Nos.3301 and 3302 on 25-5-17.
                            Our holiday and vacation mood was completely destroyed and we faced one problem after another till our checkout.
                            1.)There were white insects in the drinking water jug put in room no 3302.
                            2)water clogging was in the bathroom of room 3301.
                            3)water leakage was below wash basin in room no 3302.
                            4)friz was not working properly in room 3302.
                            5)A C was not cooling fully.
                            6)used plates etc were lying in the lobby for 2 days in spite of requesting to cleaning staff.
                            7)Staff in general and at reception and cafeteria in particular was unresponsive, inefficient and careless to the requests of guests.
                            We have lodged our complaint with Make my Trip on June 1, 2017 but till today we have not received any response from them.
                            We are contemplating legal action and involving media including posting reviews on your and their websites to make the public aware of your bad services and unresponsive behavior.

                              I am from delhi and booked a mumbai return flight for my spouse & myself sometimes back, however to my utter shock i found yesterday that the booking was made in reverse. Instead of del-mum-del it was showing mum-del-mum

                              I am sure the bug is there in the application where in certain condition, such event got fired and wrong booking was made. I have been using the makemytrip sites for many years and have done several bookings in the past. This is simply not digestible to assume that i made a mistake of booking my travel in reverse order. I have had to cancel the booking and re-book the tickets but all this ate away my 10000 as cancellation cost. It is simply unfair to deduct such huge amount first of all when there's no rush in booking and booking day is far off. However another main issue is to check the bug of this kind which got activated in certain condition with certain device. I have a feeling i am paying for the mistake of yours. Kindly have it properly reviewed and refund my money in total as this kind of deduction is unfair.

                                I had cancelled my hotel booking in agartala on 23rd june, 2017 (Makemytrip booking id nh[protected] with an amount of rs 21248. I had recieved a mail that this amount will reflect in my bank account within 4th july, 2017 but no such thing happened. I registered a complaint and when the customer care called they asked me to look up with my bank when it is written that when complaint is registered they will follow up with the bank.

                                Please look into the case asap!

                                    Its been more than three months, i haven't received the refund yet.
                                    I have called makemytrip customer care many time they always ask me to wait, i have wrote emails also many times and there also they say to wait for 7 days and all and nothing happened.
                                    I had booked my tickets in april for air costa (Blr to amd on 18 may) and air costa the company stopped it services and the company was shut, and flight was cancelled.
                                    I am still waiting for the refund!
                                    Dont know what to do whom to go and speak.

                                      This is regarding my booking id mhs88304 at mysore. I would like to share that this is the most horrible experience i have faced. The owner did not answer my calls when i was trying to ask for directions. I had to search for almost 1 hour and after asking multiple people on road, i was able to reach the destination. When i reached, i faced the most rude, ill mannered person i havemet in my entire life. After ringing the doorbell many times, this pathetic person finally opened the door, handed over the keys and left for upstairs. Did not even greet. The room is pure filth, dirt everywhere, mismanaged. This is what we may for as a makemy trip customer. I am now taking to social media to share my experience with every one in india to ensure no one books this homestay and especially thru makemytrip.

                                      I have already shared all images.

                                      I need full refund of this booking. I can assure you that i will leave no stone unturned to get my money back which i am entitled to in this case.

                                      I am now raising a dispute through my bank as a first step. Next step will be going on social media. Next step will be consumer court proceedings.

                                        We are a dubai based company booked 9 air tickets through make my trip, travelling from dubai to colombo for attending for a conference. We have checked with the airlines authority to reconfirm the ticket and they informed us you ticket has not booked by make my trip. We have scheduled our entire trip and hotels based on the flight ticket and make my trip call official is not giving any clear answer about our trip. Since morning we have been calling them for more than 30 times and make my trip official are not responding or giving any valid answer. Its a clear cut of cheating from make my trip. Kindly let me know how to proceed.
