I have trying to cancel my flight tickets from make my trip but not able to do that as their system asking me to do lot of form filling. After filling all the forms they are not reverting.

I had booked an International flight on 30th March 2017 from Mumbai - Washington IAD via Make my Trip. The fare of Rs. 72194 was debited from my accout immiediately and received payment status as succesful and ticket confirmed. With great distress I am writing to you about my experience regarding the flight I took from Sharjah to Kochi on April 4th 1:20 am (PNR:HSLNTH). When I booked the ticket, MakemyTrip officially mentioned that I could take a total of 7+30=37kgs with me. I have the e- ticket with me stating the same.
