As soon as amount got debited for my round about flight from chennai to mumbai, it returned to home page of make my trip app but booking confirmation was not shown.
Customer care numbers are of no use, they read mobile number and say no booking found and end the call, no option of speaking to any executive.

I was booking chennai to mumbai flight for 18th oct evening and return flight for 23rd oct morning

The amount got refunded today morning. I went to the app and again made the booking. And again exact same thing has happened today.
Amount debited but no information of flight booking.

    I have booked ticket from lucknow to kolkata and return through indigo flight on 12th july with makemytrip id nf[protected] i have received pnr for both my flights but no invoice and tickets booked from your side. It is necessary for me as it isreimbursable.
    Sad situation is ihave tried all your helpline no but no option to talk to someone to make a request
    Also on your website in option to print ticket it is saying nf[protected] is not in their records
    Kindly send an email to me with tickets and invoice of these flights

          I am umesh v godbole bengaluru karnataka. On 20/072017 i tried to book online bus reservation from bangalore to soraba/sagara through makemytrip and i paid rs.600 towards the same using my corporation bank debit card. After the payment process was done suddenly the online bookig site of makemytrip logged off automatically without generating the ticket. But to my surprise the amount of rs.600 is debited to my sb account. Now i have to request you to look into the matter and immediately credit back the amount to my bank account..

          I booked my flight tickets (Hyderabad to Patna) on 06/08/2017 for Rs 12605.00 with a booking reference no. NF[protected]P2. This particular amount is debited twice. I have not received any notification till now through mail or SMS. I kindly request you to look into this and do the needfull.

            We came to know that udf & aat charges if paid already for the travel dates after 8th of july are refundable by respective airlines if tickets are booked prior to 7th of july, 2017. Here i feel pleasure to inform you that i have booked following air tickets through your portal on 20th of june, 2017 for which i have paid entire payment i/c udf & aat thru my credit card and now as per the recently amended director general of civil aviation (Dgca) guidelines, udf and aat for travel from / to igi airport (Delhi) is hereby revised and no longer applicable respectively after travel date 8th of july, 2017. May i request you to arrange my refund towards aforementioned charges from respective airlines as per details of tickets given below and transfer to my credit card account.

              I was browsing the site for booking the tickets and when the mouse wentover got clicked and i immediately called within 5 seconds. The customer service representative told me to wait on hold and i knew something was fishy. After 10 minutes, she comes back and says it has been booked. We can only do partial refund. Then i called threatened with lawsuit.. They said they will apply convenience fees. (500 rupees)

              I said - within a minute i called and they told me they cannot do anything. I am filing a case against them in usa and also in india.

              Buyer beware. This company is known for deploying tactics. Do not fall for it

                This is regarding my bookings with make my trip where i have successfully applied a code for cash back on 4 booking id and the same has been confirmed by the relevant department over phone call.in this regard even after various followup on phone call the matter has not been resolved and the cash back has not been provided. Even more now the other team members of mmt are saying that the code was not applied though it was earlier confirmed as successfully applied.

                  This is regarding my hotel booking for shenbaga, pondicherry from 28 to 2nd october. I got a mail from makemytrip.com saying that there is a good deal for the hotels i was looking for and at 12:45am yesterday (31st july), without browsing through any other website, i trusted makemytrip’s deal and booked the hotel. The payment has gone through amounting to rupees 7890 (Transaction details attached).
                  But i did not get a confirmation mail nor did i get a booking id. All the rates flashing on makemytrip.com has been inclusive of the 1000 rupees in my wallet along with the ongoing flash deal.

                  The room i booked was the last room remaining and the deal only lasted till yesterday. I registered a complaint on the portal with the id[protected], but received no revert till i clicked on escalation.
                  Out of severe distress and endless waiting, i called the toll free number. I was told that the wallet amount did not get transacted hence my booking failed. When i asked the lady to rectify the technical glitch and process the payment, she conveniently said that she will refund the money and that will reflect in 5 working days.

                  As you are well aware of this industry, the price of the hotels keep rising with festive days coming by. My tickets are booked around the festive time hence when i saw a good deal from makemytrip, i immediately booked it. Now i have not only lost the room but also the deal and for a technical glitch from end, i have to pay a huge price.

                  I am traveling solo and it was very important for me to book a good hotel but now makemytrip is telling me that the refund will take 5 days so by the time i book again, i will be charged exorbitantly for my choice hotels.

                    I have registered a complaint to makemytrip for refund of rs.3810 to my bank account via complaint no, : reference id:[[protected]][protected].

                    As per makemytrip, refund was initiated on may 29, 2017 but i have confirmed from the bank that no refund has been received for the transaction number provided by the makemytrip.

                    I have written so many times back to makemytrip against this issue but they haven't provided me any solution.

                    This is highly unprofessional service from makemytrip.

                    Requesting to kindly intervene into the matter and expedite this issue.

                      Dear sir/madam

                      I am indian citizen working at the university of sheffield, sheffield,
                      U. K. I need to report an unpleasant situation caused at boarding domestic flight to my wife at t3 air india desk. And helplessness by makemytrip online customer care chat. Since i did not had indian calling number, just some how managed to get internet to chat with makemytrip customer care on 30th july 2017 around 10 am. The issue started with my wife and my child with lot of difficulty reached air india t3 desk around 9 am, but was asked to sit aside instead of listening to her.
                      The staff present at that time were not even willing to listen to her.
                      She told then that our finnair flight ay021 from helsinki arrived 4
                      Hour late, landed at 8.45 am instead of 5.25 am. And please start our
                      Boarding formalities to speed up the process. Since i had asked her to
                      Go to desk before me so that she can tell then that i will come to
                      Them with baggage as soon as i collect the for international arrival
                      Baggage belt number 8.
                      But all the staff present there was rude to her and when i arrived
                      They simply said no, instead of providing any other alternate.
                      The issue arise due to flight delay caused by our flight from
                      Manchester to delhi (Via. Helsinki) operated by finnair (30h july) and
                      Then onward journey 30th july from delhi to gorakhpur operated by air
                      India. But due 3 to 4 hours of delayed departure from the helsinki
                      (Due to technical reasons) departed at 11:45 pm (Helsinki time)
                      Instead of 08:15 pm due which it reached delhi at 8:45 am (Ist) and
                      Baggage collection took another 30 minutes, due to which i could reach
                      Air india domestic flight counter by 9:20 am hence was not allowed to
                      Continue my onward journey.
                      Due to this i had to stay in hotel and onward flight tickets to reach
                      My final destination (Both were very costly due to last minute
                      Booking). Also at delhi airport wasted 4-5 hours at air india desk and
                      Finnair dealing company desk to explain that it is a finnair fault
                      Which has caused all this problem. But finnair delhi staff did not
                      Accept that its finnair fault and said that its not thier fault,
                      Similarly air india said that its not fault either.

                      Inconvenience by our own people, which is not acceptable. Also make my trip online chat representative insisted to give call to talk and explain which is disgusting. Makemytrip should compensate for the loss and mental harassment.

                        Hi! This is with reference to my booking id : nn[protected]. Whilr making the air asia bookings, nowhere is it specified that we have to buy the checkin luggage. The make my trip says that the info is not available. The information not being available doesnot mean that the checkin luggage is not free. I mean this is a major drawback and has caused me to pay more uselessly. I could have taken any other flight without bearing this extra money. I habe to now pay 5680 per head for round trip just for the luggage which is just unfair as per the consumer act, any information which is displayed should be true. But the app. Just says "the information is not available". Beacuse of the flaw in the app i have to bear from my pocket. I escalating this since my first call was closed. The customer care executive himself told me that air asia flights dont give free check in luggage. So why is the full information not there in the app.?? Because the disclosure was not there, i suffered a loss. Make mytrip needs to do something about this.

                          I have booked return international return ticket from ahmedabad to dfw usa in the name of mrs. Manisha shah on 15/05/2017 vide booking reference no. Tlvqad form maninagar, ahmedabad. Contact person mr. Veenit chauhan.
                          Due to my some personal reason on 03/06/2017 i inform mr. Chauhan to cancelled my return ticket and accordingly he said that amount of cancelation refunded in a week in your account.
                          More than 57 days are passed but yet amount is not credited in my account, i taken so many frequent follow up by email, whatts app messages and phone call fro usa.
                          Pl inform me why should be delayed?
                          Why should i am not claim for interest & harassment charges there on?
                          Its shocking, harrowing and insensitive, i have completely lost faith from make my trip, all this has left me with a bitter experience with a renowned travel agent.

                            I had booked a room in fabhotel bhagyashree in pune 29th july 2017 to 30th july 2017. But they had denied my confirmation and said "we dont have any tie up with make my trip" & i had prepaid that amount and i had paid twice from make my trip & in hotel too. My luggage was there because previous night i. E. 28th july 2017, i had stayed in bhagyashree hotel booked from oyo rooms. So, i had to check in that hotel. So, please refund my money of inr 1484.

                              On[protected] and[protected] i have tried to book railway seat from kacheguda hyderabad to mysore, but due to some technical problem my transaction was cancelled, i have contacted 3-4 time for my refund but i have not received the refund yet. And they have given me the ref no stateing that my refund has been credited to my bank account ref no:[protected] so please do the needful and oblige

                                Booked airticket and wanted to cancel by proper procedure as instructed through
                                Http:/support. Makemytrip.com. It is very disgusting to note that the same is 24x7 out of order with the message 'temporry out of order, try later. It is a serious irresponsibilty and severe in justice to the passengers by keeping in such a mode. The most serious problem is i tried to cancel before 24 hours but keep trying for full day and my refund is reduced accordingly less than 24 hours seemed to be a purposeful cheating to the passenge by not only wasting time and energy but exploiting money by delaying by such a technique. Strict action from the top level is a must. Although other toll free numbers and phone calls are there but having the same fate with zero service mentality.

                                  I and my wife have received gift card from flipkart during the big 10 sale in may 2017 for rs 2500 each.

                                  I want to book hotel on makemytrip total amounting to rs 10000 however it was not allowing me use more than 1 gift voucher.

                                  I read terms and conditions of your voucher and it was clearly written that max 3 gift vouchers can be used (Link of the same is given below).

                                  I have taken up this with customer support of makemytrip and they replied that t&c of gift card was changed however same is still not updated in flipkart webiste. My complaint id is reference id:[[protected]].

                                  My question is:

                                  How you can change the t&c of mmt gift voucher after issuing the same to customer?

                                    I have booked one night @hotel golden grand, new delhi (18th to 19th).
                                    According to your voucher, it was mentioned that hotel taxes (Excluded and have to be paid directly at hotel): 761. After payment of the same i have not received any receipt from hotel. According to hotel mmt will provide the tax voucher for the same due this was booked by on line.

                                    Still i am waiting the voucher. My company also rejected this amount due to have no sufficient proof.

                                    Requested, please resolve this matter on urgently otherwise i will go to consumer court due to the same.

                                      I bookedairindia ticket through makemytrip for 4 june 2017 from gwalior to goa via mumbai. I booked the ticket for 22, 999 on 2 june as there was an important business meeting on 5 june in belgaum.
                                      First problem i faced was that 23000 wer deducted from my acct but ticket was not confirmed. So i again booked the ticket bt the amt deducted twice. I initiated a refund request and waited for 1 week. After that i called them many a times for days and then got the refund after a month.
                                      About the travel...
                                      I reached goa airport on 4 june by 1800 hrs. Bt my luggage didn't come. After enquiring for about 2 hrs i was told by airport staff that it is still at mumbai airport and it vl come in next flight. All my important documents for business meeting were in that so i lodged a complaint with pir no 18483 at goa airport. I waited at goa airport for my luggage till 2 am as my luggage came in next flight at 2 am. At 2 am i could not get any cab from goa airport to belgaum as i was travelling alone and it was very late. The airport staff was very inconsiderate towards this whole incident. I spent 22, 999 bugs for that ticket and still i could not attend the business meeting. I wrote email to make my trip for the feedback. But i didn't get any reply also. I have never seen such unprofessionalism by any other online site. They are jst in business of making money and they don't bother for their customers precious time money and security. Pathetic experience with make my trip and air india.

                                        I have booked the hotel in coochbehar (Stay at maharani palace
                                        Check in tue 18th jul 2017 - check out wed 19th jul 2017), booking id nh[protected], but unfortunately the concerned hotel refuses to checkin the day just before the trip as they haven't got the payment from mmt so after many calls and mail regarding this the mmt (Representative silvia jimia) has arranged the alternate hotel of their choice which was costing me rs.956 approx so i asked them why so and what about the remaining money which i have paid from my card?
                                        First the lady told its the same but when i confirmed that it is rs.956 in mmt then she just changed the statement and told me that i will be receiving the new voucher and the remaining balance will be reversed to my card with in 7 days which could not happened till now and also no voucher received.
