Dear Sir,
This is in reference to my recent booking for Raipur.I had booked 2 flight tickets from Mumbai to Raipur for 2 senior citizens.Total amount was Rs.1784.So the page was directed to Payment Mode.And as per instructions I paid the amount.The amount was even deducted from my debit card.Then it showed that the tickets have been confirmed.Later I got the message that due to some error and the booking has been cancelled.Later i got the message the refund request has been forwarded and the refund would be processed in 3 days.And still i havent got my back.You have made us very disappointed.
Refund amount of INR 1784.57 for MakeMyTrip Booking ID NR[protected] has been processed.

Further, in reference to your complaint, we have validated your case at our end and found that the train booking was failed on 23-Apr-17 due to some technical glitch at our end and full refund of Inr 1784.57/- has been processed from our end on next day i.e. on 24-Apr-17. If in case the same is still not reflecting in your account, we request you to please contact your bank’s ATM CELL and file a dispute with them. We thank you for contacting us.

    My name is nadeem kuskiwala
    I have booked a air ticket of ahemedabad to sydney on 19th july 2017. My mmt booking id-nn[protected]. And after i cancelled it. Your refund policy says that will get refund within 6 days however there is not even single update that i can see. Everyday i send my issue to your customer care service but did not get any satisfied answer and can not connect to your tele-representative. My reference id[protected]. I paid this cost by my debit card.

      Dear sir

      I booked ticket through this web site for hyd mumbai for 16th of june. And i tried twice on their help line to cancel the ticket on 15th... At 1.00 pm

      Standard reply pl wait our customer executive are busy as we are experience ing high call volume. I wait 15 min.

      Finally at 11:00 pm i get to executive prashanth who says i am late by 2.00 hours i should have cancelled ticket 24 hours before flight time n you are cancelling 20 hours before?? Now they deduct 2000 rs what nonsense is this.

      This company you can never connect for 20 minute waiting...

      Interestingly prashanth could not transfer my call to his superior for 45 minutes.

      This company is fraudently making money. I need justice

        On 13 june 2016 i had made online booking from makemytrip website for 19th june 2017 in the name package rejuvenate south 5 days package for mysore coorg ooty with flights sightseeing and meals and the payment was also made through sbi credit card for the amount of rs 106000 approx. But to utter surprise when the details of booking was sent to my email the date of travel was shown as 19 june 2017 but the flight and hotel bookings showed 13july 2017 to 19th july 2017 which was never booked for.

        Further when the makemytrip team was approached through emails immediately thereafter to they felt sorry and requested to work out within 24 hrs for booking etc (Emails and recording are retained) thereafter on 14 june 2017 ms smata rawat upon repeated mails again requested for 24 hours for working out the bookings. However now after having given sufficient time to respond to my requests no action has been taken neither any communication has been sent to me regarding bookings or complete refund procedure and now the calls are held up for more than 50 mins which shows there attitude.

        It is now called upon you to refund the amount since now not much time is left for further waiting with the bookings since no confirmation of flights and hotels have been made for 19 june departure nor refund procedure has been communicate

          This is with reference to my recent trip to jim corbett and nainital through makemytrip. My booking id is in1704b3s3737982. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

          I am extremely disappointed with makemytrip for very poor arrangement and completely destroying my trip. The transportation arrangement was third class. Even your vendor were not support properly. The driver has stopped the car and refused to go further since he was not paid by your vendor. Every vendor was blaming makemytrip and we suffered and could not enjoyed the trip at all. We have spent 74000/- for only two destinations for the quality of the services but we have not received the same and very very disappointed with makemytrip.

          You had promised to change the driver but the new driver never came in time. I followed up every hour with you and your vendor dev bhoomi travels. You were being nice and listening but you were unable control your vendors and they were totally confusing and every time they were saying new driver is coming……but no one came…….

          We are from a middle class family and we book through make my trip understanding and assuming that you provide quality of service but you have completely destroyed our tour.

          I want 100% refund of my trip otherwise i am filing a case in consumer court. The refused to even start the car after we check out from the hotel.

          We have made 100% payment before the tour and the driver was saving that there is a confusion and he was not paid at all.

          This was the worst tour and makemytrip has to pay back all the money and apologies for the third class behavior and spoiling the entire trip.

          Please refund the money at the earliest possible. If i do not receive a satisfactory reply of this email, my lawyer (S majumdar and co.) would sent legal notice and file the consumer court case and you would receive legal notice soon.

            I had booked a flight from ahmedabad to bengaluru via. Makemytrip website/mobile app. The booking id is nf[protected] and the flight was booked on feb 8, 2017. I was informed on feb 28, 2017, that all flights of air costa have been grounded and i should cancel the tickets and book other flights. I booked another flight as per mmts suggestion.

            I have been waiting for the refund for the above booking for more than 3 months now and every time i follow up with either mmt or air costa i get to hear that i will have to wait for 15-20 days.

            I would like to have my refund at the earliest and ideally and ethically, i should also get interest from them for blocking my money.

            Attached are the screenshots of the invoice and the conversations with them.

            Further, in reference to your concern, please be advised that the current issue is not isolated to you but to many others who booked to fly on Air Costa through not only MakeMyTrip but other agencies including airline’s own website.

            When you make a booking, the fare amount is transferred to the airline. When a flight is cancelled or when a passenger decides to cancel, the due amount is received back from the airline which we refund back to the Customer.

            At this juncture, the airline has still not refunded the due amount back to us and the entire industry is chasing Air Costa. I hope you will at least appreciate that we don’t run the airline. The situation of Air Costa is well known to all o[censored]s. What I can assure you is that MakeMyTrip is not holding your money and never will. The moment we get this back from the airline we will start the refund process. I also assure you once again that the issue is faced by all flyers regardless of where and who they booked their ticket from.

            We are constantly asking the airline. We will begin refund the moment airline directs us to do so.

            Request your patience under these force majeure conditions.

              Hi team,

              I booked a ticket from (Ixm-hyd) on 21-jun-17 but after made the payment i was shocked by seeing the date as 13-sep-17. Immediately i called to the customer care but they said raised a concern with the respective team they will get back to you.

              I checked twice before proceeding with the payment but not sure how the date got changed to september. Kindly check and refund the amount.

                I made a booking on make my trip's website for a hotel stay for two girls in hongkong and the place is called the australian hotel. The reviews on the website are so manipulated and the pictures are also the same. There are three hotels listed on the website with different names and the same pictures. Apparently this place is a "brothel". It has been confirmed that it is the red light area of hongkong, there are reviews on various other websites posted by the women who have lived there, they have mentioned that people approached them asking how much they would charge for a night, there were people who chased them all the time and to top it all men forcefully enter the room. And after highlighting all these issues make my trip's customer delight managers mention that the place is safe, did they mean the place is safe to get raped. We are not prostitues and are surely not interested in seeing such a place. Make my trip associates have abused me left and right when we asked them for help. We did not force them for a refund but we requested for them to book us at a hotel of choice which obviously would br safe.in return nitish singh sends me an email mentioning they can't do anything and incase if anything goes wrong with we two women the indian counsulate would come and take care of the issue, what sort of baseless answers are these. Incase if there is a problem in the middle of the night does this mean that the indian ambassador will come at our beck and call. Make my trip is the most horrible company to book travel options, not because they didnot help but they clearly promote places that have illegal activities and prostitution. I will surely take this to a level of supreme court

                  My name is satabdi and i am a regular user of makemytrip website when it comes to booking air tickets. Unfortunately this time i am having an awful experience with the booking id nf[protected].

                  On 04/06/2017, i booked tickets for 8 of my family members from bhubaneswar to kolkata for the date 03/11/2017. The money has been deducted from my account but i got confirmed e-tickets of 19/11/2017 in my email.

                  I checked my mobile cache and it confirmed that i booked for 03/11/2017 not 19/11/2017. I have informed this issue to your toll free number and following up with them, but looks like i am stuck at same place.

                  Sunday (04/06) they said, "due to technical issues they cannot see logs.. Wait for 24 hours till the log is generated. Meanwhile they will forward the issue to concern team."
                  Monday (05/06) — the registered mobile number got a call informing that tickets are not confirmed and they will call back once it is confirmed.
                  Again we got confused and once again called your toll free number. — they said, "complain has been forwarded to concerned department.. Will get a call in next 24 hours.
                  Tuesday (06/06) — since then no calls, no updates... So again we called at your toll free.. Same answer given"wait for another 24 hours as the concern team is looking in to the matter"..

                  Now this is getting irritating. It is more than 48 hours and there is no progress on the issue at all. Requesting you to share updates via email or call [protected]. I called your toll free using [protected]. Please look into this immediately since if flight fare is getting higher, that will cost more for us.

                  I feel like stuck at same point without any clue of what's going. I have mailed at makemytrip service desk several time but have not received any valid solution from them.
                  Urgently looking for your help.

                    Sir, on 23.06.17 i cancelled a air ticket (Ref no. (Nf[protected]) scheduled on 01.06.17 from bhubaneswar to delhi. But i haven't received any refund till date. Now makemytrip company is saying that airlines co. Has not refund the amount yet and only giving false assurance on my repeated calls. 18 days have already been lapsed. Please look into the matter.

                      The hotel neelam raj in nainital was sold at rs 3200 and with discount we paid rs 5700 for 3 nights. The hotel was so dirty that we could not stay there and checked out. Now make my trip is not ready to give refund. Thr hotel neela. Raj is available for rs 1100 and not 3200 as projected on their site. They dont have a email for customer complains even.

                          Makemytrip with their attractive adds fooling people of their good service. But actually this is ugly and fake. For an international booking change they made wait us 15-20 mins on hold. Issue is usually not resolves in one call. At least 10 times call need to done and wait for at least 30 mins for an international call too. Worlds worst service.. We are calling many times no proper response. No proper talk from staff. They don't have proper information with you about the booking. Different staff has different information. We have an international flight. Flight is cancelled by the airline but makemytrip has no information on it yet. They are 1st time hearing from customers. They take too much time for a simple query also. By this you would have got an idea how would be their management with improper system, response is too poor. Other online agents are fast than you and giving good service in cheap rates. We have done mistake by booking in makemytrip. Never ever book by makemytrip. Don't mistake by their fancy adds.

                          Funniest part is their website. Many bugs. Click anywhere in website it will take you to new window. You will end up with 100 windows if you still use it :-d. The 24 *7 customer support click doesn't work it always opens same page. They claim to be india's best travel agent. I advice to improve your website then let customers decide if its best.

                          I am Sudhir Sheth.I am complaining since First week of June.yet no response or solution or any dialogue.

                            We booked a trip for kerala worth of 80k. We were promised that it would 3 star hotels and tree house on the second day. It was not at all tree house. When asked for tea there we were informed that milk is not available. Ordered for omlette we're provided without bread and said not available. Even basic things like food was not served properly and not tree house. On the third day we stayed at hotel at elephant route. We had asked for 3 or 4 star hotels l. But it wasn't like that. Because room was not ready.ac and heater were not working. Toilet papers were not placed. On double bad two single mattresses were placed. Initially we were forced to choose food from their buffet menu not from the menu provided by the restaurant. It was not mentioned anywhere or informed while booking. We contacted many times for ac and heater. They were still not working. No action was taken by hotel authority or mmt. Mmt call hold time was around 30-45 minutes. After spending 80k do i deserve these kind of services from hotel or mmt. I want refund for these two days. We still have three more days. I'll contact if i don't find services satisfied. Because i paid them good amount of money. I want refund for these two days. Just refund nothing else!. For sightseeing, we were not informed that water is not available in periyar lake so you'd not be able to enjoy boating. We we're completely cheated for this tripm

                            Another update. We're in allepy and we we're promised that we will receive private houseboat with AC and now we are in shared houseboat. Complete misinformation and cheating. We are told that ac will start in the evening

                            Make my Trip is not contacting us . When we called once we were asked to inform Everytime we receive worst service. So my question is why have we booked trip through them? Are we here to enjoy or contact them Everytime and stay on hold just to inform. I want to take legal actions against them if proper actions are not taken. They have not reverted about the transcript I asked.. I asked transcript to show it to my lawyer to take further actions

                              I had booked my holidays with make my trip and they charged me for five star hotel and promised me such services.
                              During trip i found that hotels/rooms/arrangements are not as promised and when i complained mrs. Payal of make my trip executive she was not known t hotel and it's service, still she booked my booking with such hotel.
                              Inspite of paying for 4-5 star hotel they didn't provide me.ac room. They give me thali dinner where menu was decided by hotel staff itself and make my trip executive was not supportive in this.
                              After complaint she behaved like she was also surprised and asked me to dine with available options and all.

                              It's cheating and they just care about you until you don't pay them. They wll do hotel booking without knowing it's service and all.

                                This is the refund no. Its been more thaan a week. You all careless people gave me a date of expected refund to be 5th june. And please look at the date today. The refund amount has not been transfered into my account till now. And you never pick up your customer care calls. Very good. What am i supposed to do now? I am thinking of going to the consumer court and police both.

                                  This booking has been cancelled without informing me.

                                  There was ongoing issue regarding the confirmation of this booking since last tuesday.

                                  I was assured that the matter will be resolved and i will get a call back from the concerned department.

                                  I got no call for 48 hours so i called again on your helpline.

                                  While the call was on hold my booking was cancelled without even informing me.

                                  I checked with the hotel regarding the confirmation on monday morning to which they told that booking was confirmed on there end.

                                  This is really unprofessional from the executive side who was handling my case.

                                  The executives names were mr tushar and mr nishant.

                                  Kindly look into matter and rebook my hotel.

                                      After trying to contact the customer service team since yesterday and sending numerous mails with no reply here I am writing this complaint.

                                      Booked 2 bus tickets for 5th June 2017 which costed me inr2010 and booked a return for inr2400 for the 11th of June. A total of 2410.

                                      Cancelled these booking today at around 12 pm where in I was charges 25 %(INR550) of the 5th booking and 10 %(INR250) for the 11th which I was ok with .

                                      Got a mail confirmation showing the amount cancelled and it mentioned that I would receive the amount minus any discounts I availed .

                                      I got a total discount of 250 rupees on the two different bookings using code:BUSMOB so even if I minus that it's like in total 1000 bucks less.
                                      And now I Receive a message that refund of only 804 and 1160 is processed.
                                      where is my remaining money? why does no one answers the customer care number or mails sent.
                                      I am supposed to receive INR 3410 and make my trip just gives me half .

                                        On 31may, 2017 I tried to book train ticket and duing the process the fee was deducted but the booking failed. The refund process was initiated but till now no progress has been made. I have filed a complaint but they havent replied even after 24 hrs of filing complaint. I tried calling the customer care support but nobody has bothered to pick up a call. I have wrote mails to Deep Kalra and others too but no progress has been made. No reply nothing.
