Updated by Perpetual Dsouza After trying to contact the customer service team since yesterday and sending numerous mails with no reply here I am writing this complaint.
Booked 2 bus tickets for 5th June 2017 which costed me inr2010 and booked a return for inr2400 for the 11th of June. A total of 2410.
Cancelled these booking today at around 12 pm where in I was charges 25 %(INR550) of the 5th booking and 10 %(INR250) for the 11th which I was ok with .
Got a mail confirmation showing the amount cancelled and it mentioned that I would receive the amount minus any discounts I availed .
I got a total discount of 250 rupees on the two different bookings using code:BUSMOB so even if I minus that it's like in total 1000 bucks less.
And now I Receive a message that refund of only 804 and 1160 is processed.
where is my remaining money? why does no one answers the customer care number or mails sent.
I am supposed to receive INR 3410 and make my trip just gives me half .
Really bad experience . Feel so cheated .

Further, in reference to your complaint on social forum regarding discrepancy in refund amount. Please be advised that we have validated your case at our end and found that, customer has done cancellation for her two bus bookings on 3-Jun-17 and accordingly refund has been processed from our end post deducting the applicable cancellation charges towards the original form of payment.
