Amount debited twice from my account

I have booked a ticket through makemytrip on 31/12/2016. While paying for the ticket, the amount was debited twice from my account. I lodged a complaint with makemytrip on 7/1/2017 (Reference ID:[[protected]]). I have been receiving mails from makemytrip for the last 15 days that the complaint will be resolved soon. But the refund is still not credited to my account.

Please process the refund as soon as possible....

I booked a roundtrip Delhi - Goa - Delhi by Air Asia through makemytrip travel agent.
Full service charges were paid to Make my trip for the booking.
The tickets were cancelled due to personal reasons. When Make my trip was contacted through helpline they advised me to cancel through Airline (Air Asia ) to avoid their service fees.
As per IATA rules Rs 2000/- was to be deducted. However Make My Trip has deducted Rs 4956...

Double Payment

I have booked two tickets from make my trip, but every time first transaction got failed and then I tried to book it in the second attempt, which is successful.

Not refunding of money

On 7th January I was booking a flight and when the transaction was under process I cancelled the booking of ticket due to some reasons. However the ticket was not booked but the money was deducted, after consulting with the concerned authorities I was told that my money would be refunded between 72 hours i.e 3 days but now it has been 5 days and even after reminding the authorities continuously my problem is not resolved....
