Booked holiday package - SIMLA manali package.

28th april suppose to check in hotel mejastic- manali

The room was not up to 10.00 pm

When they offered room, it was very pathathatic condition, so i moved out and stayed other hotel @my cost.

When I contacted they put me on hold one to two hour and not resolved.

please I request you all never book thru this companybr...

I have booked a ticket from ahmedabad to goa & return via make my trip on 17 april 2016. As per the schedule i have booked 4 tickets for 21 may 2016 from ahmedabad to goa. On the return journey i.E. Goa to ahmedabad, instead of booking for 25 may 2016, by mistake i have booked for 25 june 2016. At the time of booking, the ticket shows refundable.

As per cancellation policy of make my trip, the cancellation charges are 2250...

I have requested for a travel ticket to jakarta from chennai starting on 19May2016 and returning on 24May2016and have got it booked it through MMT (using online chat with user Ajeet Singh).

The return flight at jakarta on 24May 2016 is at evening 20.30 reaching KUL at 23.30 the connecting flight date should be next date i.e. 25 May 2016 morning 06.30, however i find it on 24May2016 06.30

I hve booked a ticket through makemytrip and later i have cancelled the ticket. I have not got my refund till today. On repeated requests also they have not refunded the amount that i'm supposed to get. (Around rs.1000 as told by their represntative)

Let me share the worst experience which i had with makemytrip.
I had booked 2 packages for thailand through makemytrip the booking id for the same was in1601b8s218873 and in1601b8s218933. I received all the service confirmation vouchers, hotel booking vouchers and air tickets. The bookings were made by mr. Iftekhar alam.

Not at all reliable . Where the hell do i go whom do i complain feel helpless. The agent which i was given whose name is Anisha Thakur is not even responding even after calling her ten times . Worst experience ever never book a holiday from here . They just dont care.

I have instructed them to book a tickets for 27th April and took all confirmations and it was there mistake in noting the dates and they booked it for 25th april.. I have asked them to provide me with the phone records so that it is confirmed whos at fault..but unfortunately there is no response from them.

Hi all, I booked international tickets many times.what I always see is they will increase price immediately while submitting the ticket.in that I thought like ticket costs are increased.again they will keep on increasing when do next submit.the ticket cost is 50000.the same ticket, they increased to 72000. I booked same ticketT 72000.after sometime they bring down again 50000. Usuallyeople in hurry will book tickets like me.i was cheated...

I have booked a ticket from justickets.In for 24th april morning show in hyderabad sushma theater but it was by default selected as 25th date though current date was 24th of april.

So unfortunately i booked for 25th of april which i am supposed to book for 24th of april.

Please cancel the ticket and do the needful of refunding amount.

This is to report an absolutely pathetic experience i have had with makemytrip india. In fact, this is the very first time i am using mmt for booking a flight ticket - i usually use cleartrip, or our booking agency - saving a few hundred rupees has eventually costed me a lot of time, money, and peace of mind.

Sir I had book a flight from New delhi to Mumbai dated 11/05/2016 for Air India which was stated to leave at 7 am and reach at 9 am as i was expected to attend a very important meeting at 10 am.

We booked 3 deluxe rooms (24-3-16 to 27-3-16) in fabhotel anjuna beachfront through makemytrip.com on 3-2-16 for 6 guests.
