Mmt booking id: nn[protected]

On 5 july 2016 at 12 pm request was given for upgrading from class w to class k for flight from bkk to bom for 18 july. this was required to utilise a jet voucher o[censored]pgrade to premium class and this voucher needs my economy ticket to be of k class.

Mmt committed to close this in maximum 6 hours by issuing new e ticket.
Payment was immediately done for rs 6427.

Till now 11pm hours on 5 july the e ticket is still not issued and i will not be getting premier upgrade on jet airways since the seats are no more there.

Hence the purpose o[censored]pgrading to k class is no more valid and hence i asked for cancellation of change request since the request is not completed on time.

However they have refused to refund even though they have not completed the change request on time, since completing the change late is of no use.

    I have been waiting to book my ticket again but the amount of my ticket has not yet been received since it has been 5 days..so i request u to refund my amount of Rs. 3914/- as soon as possible...If their was any problem for the ticket than your site should not show that tickets are available & and your contact no. is not a tool free as well nor can we complain it through that no.

      I have done a flight booking with SBI card offer of 1200 cash but till now 4/7/2016 not received any cash back.

      i booked the tickets on 29 April 2016..

      i tried calling them more than 4 times and every time the representative raised a request saying that in 48 hrs my request will be resolved not one of them turned up .Mailing them again and again also did not helped.

        I booked five air tickets through make my trip for delhi-bali-bangkok-delhi.
        The booking was made on phone by the travel executive maninder singh. he suggested that we should not book all five tickets together to avail more cash back. same was done and we were told that we will get a cash back of rs. 8000 if we use our icici debit/credit card. we could have booked through any other portal or even through the airlines directly but he assured us that we will not get this benefit elsewhere and so we did as we were told. he spent lot of time in convincing me that i was getting a best rate with a lump some of cash back benefit. but not once did he inform us that make my trip wallet is just a tool to fool innocent travelers like me. not once did he say that i will not be able to use my wallet money at one go. it was all simply to dupe me.

        I got the cash back of rs. 8000 in my wallet with a message that i am supposed to use the money by august mid or else it will expire. not once did the executive inform us that we cannot use the entire amount of the cash back for our next booking at one go. he was only trying to sell hard and make a fool of me.

        Yesterday when i was making more bookings and wanted to use the cash back i got a message that i can use only five percent from the wallet at one go. and only rs. 330 were deducted at one two-way booking. whereas i had thought that now since i already have a cash back, i will not have to shell out more money for my next booking. this is sheer cheating and i have been nicely duped by their executive. make my trip wants me to travel everyday to be able to somehow use my wallet money or it goes back to their pocket. i'm supposed to make end number of bookings in one month so as to recover my rs..8000/- even if the rates offered are high at their website than any other providers. this is utter nonsense. they are simply making a fool of the customers by announcing such schemes.

        I requested makemytrip to put the cash back, back into my bank account as it is impossible to use only five per cent in the given duration, but they refused to do so.

        I am wruting this complaint so that more innocent people like me do not get cheated and duped by makemytrip's executives and their meaningless schemes.

          This is to seek seek solution for my booking confirmation that got disrupted due to server breakdown on 30th june 2016. when i tried booking the flight ticket on 30th june 2016 through hdfc netbanking,
          The amount got deducted from my account i. e., rs.13801, but i did not receive any confirmation from your side.instead, i got a message saying server error. on 3rd july, i got an email that rs. 8858 has been credited to my account,
          But it was not reflected in the account. wat about the remaining amount of rs.4943?. this was due to your server error and my ticket was treated as cancelled, though i did not cancel the ticket from my side.
          I need complete refund of rs.13801. kindly request you to refund my money back. please revert as soon as possible.

          Further, in reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our concerned department and found that on 30-Jun-16 an amount of Inr 13801/- was charged from customer’s account but the booking did not get confirm. And initially a refund of Inr 8858/- was processed from our end. Balance refund of Inr[protected] = Inr 4943/- was pending from our end. Please be advised that more refund of Inr 2926/- has been processed from our end today with refund reference number# [protected] and same should reflect in your account as per your bank processing cycle. The remaining amount of Inr 2017/- will get processed within 2-3 working days.

            I had booked Hotel Coorg International online using MMT for 2 nights from 28th May 2016 to 30th May 2016. The booking was done 5 weeks in advance.
            When we checked into the hotel, the hotel manager checked my papers and told me that they had not received any confirmation from MMT. I called up MMT multiple times but they did not provide any help. It was already very late in the evening and the hotel manager asked me whether I would be liked to be put up in an alternate hotel having almost same facilities.
            We did not have any other alternative, and asked them to provide the same. They put me up in a hotel which was in no comparison to this hotel.
            I am complaining here because of the harassment we faced because of this.

              I have booked the air ticket through make my trip on 26.6.2016 at 7.47 am and i received the booking id no. Nf[protected] and an amount of rs.13852/- is debited from my account. Immediately after 5 minutes ie., at 7.52 am i have received travel insurance certificate from "apollo munich domestic travel insurance". Subsequently they have sent a mail on the same day at 8.31 am informing about the cancellation of my ticket and another mail at 12.48 pm regarding refund of ticket fare. Due to my busy schedule i have not noticed the above mails and in the after noon only i have noticed the mails. Immediately i contacted make my trip through toll free no. And asked the reasons for cancellation and requested them to book the ticket. But the customer care executive informed that the higher officer will call you within 60 minutes and they have not called me. In the mean time the ticket fare is going up and i booked the another ticket on the same day in the after noon for rs.19404/-
              and i have incurred a loss of rs.5500/-.
              In other sectors like indian railways once the amount deducted, the confirmation ticket will be generated. But in this case they have deducted fare in my account and issued
              booking id and air travel certificate and then cancelled the ticket. I request you to consider the issue and adivse the make my trip to pay rs.5500 for the loss.

                I have to call makemytrip several times to get a refund processed, still i have not received the complete amount. the issue is been on going from last month.

                Half of the time the person who picked up had no idea about what am i talking about, i must say couple of them were helpful to get half of my refund processed.

                Airline did process the refund in a min to mmt however mmt has taken over a months time to refund my own money.

                Very frustrating experience with them.

                I have always used mmt for any airline booking but now i think i should not because get anything done from them i need to call them several times for same thing.

                  As we have checked and found that refund of INR 7, 248/- has been done on 27th Dec15 with RRN number#ARN--S51682322.

                  Please note that we tried connecting you twice, but the call was not answered.

                  So we request you to check with your bank's ATM CELL DEPARTMENT as the payment was done by debit card, so refund goes in ATM CELL DEPARTMENT which will not reflect in your statement.

                  Still if you did not received the refund then we request you to share your bank statement from the date of transaction to till and write a mail to your bank's manager by looping us in the mail, so that amount can be traced.

                    Refer and earn programme of make my trip is a cheap fraudulent activity of make my trip to install more app of theirs' through this refer and earn. I earned Rs.3200/- through refer and earn and when I used it book my flight ticket, it showed that it has 0 amount but my wallet has the amount mentioned above. If you do not intend to provide this offer, why to do such cheap stunts? Many suffered like me. I will not recommend make my trip to any of my friends, family and colleagues.

                      Regarding south package finalized, i have completed my trip and sharing the experience:


                      Regarding cab driver timing : it was mentioned in itenary provided by mmt that cab would be available from 6 am to 10 pm but driver informed that their timings are 9 am to 6 pm. Why there is disconnect between itenary provided to customer and agreement between mmt and vision holidays coimbatore for arranging cab facility to customer. This has created dissatisfaction and there is no transparency regarding what has been informed for happen and actually what has happened? It is clear case of cheating.

                      Regarding resolution of customer queries during package trip : mmt has not provided dedicated number to us and i have been trying from day 1 regarding cab facility dissatisfaction to mmt and i have discussed my problem to 5-6 persons but no body has reverted to me for continuous 3 days. Person who is on trip and found such problems and even then takes 3 days for no resolution from mmt - think how this created dissatifaction when we have paid all money and we are now helpless.

                      Regarding cab driver : cab driver has not guided us properly and even then there has been difference between the itenary list available with them and itenary list provided to us. Why there is no transparency as we have paid inr 55000 to mmt for all the itenary but many spots has not been covered because of the following:

                      1. Cab driver has not same itenary spots to be covered as was provided to us - no transparency and cheating.
                      2. Cab driver has not guided us how much time to be spent at each place and we are under impression that all spots would be covered and due to this we are not able to cover below places :
                      * namdroling nyingmath monestery at mysore
                      * avalance valley at ooty
                      * mukerti national park at ooty
                      * bear shola falls at kodaikanal
                      * kodaikanal solar observatory at kodaikanal
                      * water bird sanctuary at rameshwaram
                      * sea world acquarium at rameshwaram
                      * thirumalai nayakar mahal at madurai
                      * koodal azhagar temple at madurai
                      * thirupparamkunram murugan temple at madurai


                      Cab driver has not behaved properly and some times they indirectly showed money minded nature and which ultimately created hot talks with driver and interestingly mmt has not provided dedicated number for giving at once resolution.

                      We are not bound to provide lunch / dinner to cab driver and when at two times we have paid for lunch & tea for driver as per our wish, driver behaved properly but at iiird time, we have not paid for driver lunch, then driver becomes rude & this affects the atmosphere.

                      Due to this i have got changed cab driver from mr maniverman to mr sai on 15th june.

                      Regarding hotels arrangement by mmt : hotels arranged at mysore, ooty, kodaikanal was very poor as there was foul smell, carpets / bed sheets / towels provided was very dirty, spiiders coming in ooty and infact i had got changed the hotel in ooty from la flora amberley resort to hotel lake view on 14th june due to very bad experience after continuous phone chat with mmt for 89 minutes & 27 seconds from 10.16 pm to 11.46 pm on[protected] think person going outside, how he felt when he is struggling for getting resolution in mid-night. I had to spent in mysore due to mmt has not provided any resolution for continuous 3 days.In kodaikanal, i have not been provided other hotel in-spite of discussion.


                      Why this is happening to customer who has paid all money in advance and now left at mercy of god?

                      If mmt deals in tourism package services, then it has to provide good service other wise this may affect its image very badly in the customer minds in-spite of taking all money in advance.

                      Mmt has not called us taking initiative that how customer feels during package - whether any problems is facing - infact mmt should call customer in advance and ask whether any problem is facing and should provide dedicated number for immediate resolution.

                      That's all.

                          31st may i was booking for an international flight on offline booking mode same money was transfeered but the executive told that amount has not been transferred but later on amount was deducted from my account and no pnr issued same issue raised and since then they have not refunded my amount of 13200 inspite of complaing for several times.The internatonal booking complain reference id is[protected].half the staff hired is crap which cant trace the amount the id the other half traces that no pnr has been issued on this money and they are not refunding the amount and keeps telling that it will be done in next 72 hrs

                          Further, in reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our concerned department and found that twice an amount of Inr 13200/- was charged from our end for two different booking id’s. First booking (IN1605B2S793469 ) was not confirmed as no tickets were issued on the same but the second booking (IN1605B2S794520) was confirmed and tickets were issued for all three passengers. Please be advised that we have initiated full refund of Inr 13200/- from our end yesterday i.e. on 29-Jun-16 with refund reference number# IXE6997463 towards the original form of payment. The same should reflect in your account as per your bank processing cycle.

                              Hi,

                              I have made a booking from makemytrip for air india flight from pune to raipur on 27th may and back from raipur to pune on 6th june. Booking id: nf[protected], pnr y2bjb, ticket no.:[protected], 20, 21 (3 members of my family including myself, sourish sen (My husband), ananya sen (My daughter)

                              I cancelled that 27th may flight from pune to raipur as i was not able to travel on that date and made a direct booking with air india on 1st june with pnr zb46z.

                              The cancellation for 27th may i have made it through makemytrip for which i received the cancellation request confirmation mail as well from makemytrip saying that my refund amount rs. 3684 would be processed in upto 5 working days.

                              Till today 27th june, i have not got any refund back from makemytrip and now they say that they had enquired with air india and i have boarded the flight on 27th may. How can this be possible when i have travelled on 1st june on air india flight.

                              For your information - my return flight on 6th june got cancelled for which air india provided me an alternative option from raipur to delhi and delhi to pune on 6th june. My pnr and ticket no. Was same for both 27th may and 6th june flight so may be thats while checking the pnr with air india proper information is not coming for 27th may cancellation. I suspect either makemytrip has not forwarded my cancellation request to air india or air india is not showing correct details for my 27th may flight (Because i never boarded that flight.

                              I wanted my refund amount of rs. 3684 as soon as possible.

                                I was cancelled booking of 1 passenger out of 3 on 06/06/2016 and refund amount of rs. 500/- credited to my wallet account. I am trying to withdraw the said amount from my wallet but unable to transfer to my bank account. I have tried so many times and also i have contacted to customer care 10-15 times about the same. But nobody giving proper help.

                                Can you tell me why the refund amount not transferring to my bank account? This is not a bonus amount. It is a booking cancellation amount.

                                I request you to look into to the matter & arrange to transfer the refund amount from my wallet account.

                                  Hotel manickam grand at chennai unsealed water bottle, fraud hotel, bad rooms, mmt showing different pictures, they providing different stinking room, very bad construction. Please refund my money which i paid for this pathetic hotel, and mmt also please click recent pictures of this hotel, you showing us good room bt it's not at all. Old construction.

                                    Dear Sir, We, me and my wife are regular traveler and use to travel in India and abroad through package tours or by alone. At the same time are are loyal customer of MMT and associated with MMT from 7 years. Recently we have booked a package from a famous travel agency Make My Trip to Leh and Ladakh. We have booked this packed on the month of 24th May 2016 and paid full amount on 11 Jun 2016. On 18 Jun 2016 I come to know that my wife has conceived and doctor advised us not to travel specially in hilly region. I called immediately on 18th Jun and informed about the issue and asked for change of travel location or refund. Initially they have not replied but after continuous follow up they have replied but they are not ready to refund anything. They told they do not have any policy of refund in case of any Pregnancy Emergencies. But the fact is till now they have not provided us any air ticket confirmation or any hotel confirmation. As per them they can provide only 2 days prior to travel. So my questions are:
                                    1. Even-though i have informed about the refund on 18th Jun 2016 why MMT is not considering 15 days prior cancellation.
                                    2. AS this is genuine emergency case, i have paid full amount 11 Jun, where as i come to know about pregnancy on 18th Jun why MMT is not considering the case of refund.
                                    3. I requested for alternate locations also, as Ladakh is hilly region and high chances of miscarriage of pregnancy. But no one of MMT is ready to listen.
                                    4. I am a loyal customer and future also want to associate with MMT but still they are overhearing customer voice.

                                      I had cancelled this booking on 8th of June'2016 and have not heard back from Make My Trip till date. Three times I've called them to ask the status and every time what I hear is that it will take 36 hours / 72 Hours and the like. They have not given me a concrete information till date.

                                      Turn around time to refund the money is of 6 days of which 3 days are taken by MMT and 3 by the Bank to refund but its been much more than that in this case and still no information on status of refund.

                                      If that's the kind and level of service that's being provided than a disclaimer should also be added to the website that POOR SERVICE GUARANTEED.

                                      I am not sure on where to follow and whom to escalate this matter because MMT doesn't seems to be bothered about the issue and the dissatisfied customers. There should be an authority placed to look into such issues so that matters like these can be highlighted and Company like MMT can have a control on what's happening inside. Such was not expected. I should definitely socialize the issue and should refrain all my known and acquainted ones from using this Website for any of the service looking at the experience.

                                        Ref. Booking id in1606b3s848717, please find below the chain of events:
                                        1. Package to leh booked through mmt executive sushank sharma and advance payment made. Post payment of advance, we found that the package had a total lesser than what was shared as the room was on triple sharing basis. We ran from pillar to post to resolve this small issue. Sushank sharma appointed his deputies and seniors to pacify us and then after much deliberation it was changed to two rooms, one on single sharing and other on double sharing with revised total.
                                        2. Full payment was made by us as soon as we got the revised payment link. Please note all this time we were promised a decent hotel by the name of ladakh himalayan retreat.
                                        4. Three days before the departure date, we get no information on our tickets and zero communication from mmt team.
                                        5. Two days before departure i. E. Yesterday, i call up and then again after much deliberation, we received our travel details but this time the hotel was changed to a lousy b&b/inn by the name of wisdom retreat.
                                        I have personally talked to sushank sharma today and have given an ultimatum to him that either we should be refunded the full amount paid to mmt and nothing more because the fault is of mmt which hired ridiculously stupid and lousy fellows like mr sharma and led to this situation or
                                        We will be very happy to atleast get the hotel stay in which it was earlier promised.

                                        Please treat this as a very humble request else i will be forced to approach the law to bring justice to our case. Let me know the solution asap.

                                        Also, i tried twice to lodge a complaint at mmt website but i got a sorry as usual from mmt then also. I now sincerely believe mmt should replace their brand tagline as just sorry for the inconvenience.

                                        Also, everything is recorded in emails so no worries about that.
