I booked the hotel ibis style mangga dua jakarta and i got confirmed email and hotel voucher that my booking has been confirmed. After one day i got email from your staff mr. Rajan yogee that makemytrip couldn't conformed my booking and they want to give me the another alternative hotel. But i don;t want that hotel. I want the same hotel and don't want to change it.

Received confirmation for a room(Booking id- nh[protected] but denied stay at the hotel because make my trip did not inform the hotel about our stay and the hotel was full.We had to roam about for 2 hours looking for a decent hotel. Make my trip couldn't find us another hotel although they kept us waiting for an hour promising that they find us a hotel very soon and requested us to cancel our booking(Cancellation number- in1603r0s188606)....

I have sent them several emails regarding this issue but nothing happened. After contacting customer care executives i am getting the same alibi that it was a technical issue please drop us an email but nobody helped me. Please help me to file a case against makemytrip...

I have booked flight in jet airways thru make my trip on 27.3.16 night at 8.35. 9w-650 flight cancelled and i have not received the refund. Booking id- nf[protected] pnr- xtotfq. E ticket no. 589 [protected]. Jet airways has already refunded the amount to makemy trip. These people as usual and as always do not return the money. I advice them to return the money and avoid complications....

Air ticket for 4th March, 16 was cancelled by me.
The number used for booking was [protected].
GoAir had refunded money to MMT in 2-3 days around 23rd Feb, 16.
But make my trip has not given me that refund.
Even after many calls and emails they are such frauds, that they are not replying at all.
Need strong action against these cheaters.

I have done a hotel booking on your Makemy trip website on 29th March. Hotel name is Best Western Patong Beach.

On the website, it is clearly mentioned that the booking is refundable till 21st April but when I am tryingto cancel the booking, the refund amount is showing as Zero.

we have book a tour package form Make my trip- Malad franchise for 6 days ( 3 person).we were travelling by Air ways.travelling from Delhi to Bagdora airport on 16th January, 2016 Due to some uncertainty ( bad weather) flight got diverted to guwahati airport..flight companies assured we will refund your ticket amount.

After 1 month we called airlines company, they said we already transferred the remitted amount...

Such a bad deal from Make my Trip. First day of my trip in Delhi they said its a 3star hotel but instead of a 3star hotel it was a dirty lodge with dirty smelly toilets and room. No good service and no water to drink. Such a rip off. Even the call center advisors were not helpful and disconnected my call. I was left stranded in an unknown place. I am sharing the transactions which I have recently done with MMT.

My husband is an international traveller and uses MMT extensively for air ticket and hotel booking. Recently, while he was in Brussels on 15th of March, he tried booking Air ticket using his MMT from Brussles to Oslo around 11:00 PM Central European Time.
