Please refer my complaint dated may 24 2016 to your belapur office to mr. Zaid patankar
I had booked your tour in february for my travel from may 14th to may 21st. From your belapur office representative mr. Zaid patankar.
1) on 14th i had travelled to chandigarh and assembled at pinjore gardens
For my pick up at 2.00 pm. But your guide came only at 4.30 pm alongwith
The bus from delhi and the bus left only at 5.30 pm. All the other
Tourist got a pick up from delhi airport or chandigarh airport and a few of
Them too were on customised tour just like me, but i had to make my own
Arrangement from chandigarh airport to pinjore gardens which cost me around
Rs.900.00. I paid a total cost of rs.46, 000/- for my tour but the other
Tourist in the group paid not more than 38, 000.00. You are therefore
Requested to refund me the amount of rs.900.00 i paid for my travel from
Chandigarh airport to pinjore garden.
2) hotel himdev at shimla was not at all upto the mark. It seems it is a
Grade 1 hotel. It was not clean, the carpet was smelling. The food was so
Bad, that all o[censored]s had a stomach upset. Believe me all o[censored]s. How do you
Expect us to enjoy our holiday with a stomach upset. The next day of our
Tay my family had to eat biscuits and fruits only.
3) the hotel at manali was excellent - food as well as stay - too good.
4) at manali we visited the rohtang pass.In your itineary it was
Clearly mentioned that the dress and boots were paid by you and had to be
Returned. But your guide mr. Shadab, refused to pay for it saying that he
Was not told by make my trip.In fact in everybody"s itineary it was
Mentioned that the dress and boots will be paid by you. I paid a total of
Rs.300/- each for the dress and rs.50/- for the boot, which means i paid
Rs.1.050.00 for 3 passengers. Mr. Shahdab told us all to take a refund from
Make my trip. You are therefore requested to refund me the amount of
Rs.1, 050.00 paid by me.
5) your itineary mentioned one water bottle per person per day, but the
First day no water was provided. Next day after asking mr. Sahadab several
Times he provided water bottle. As a result many a times, we had to buy our
Own water.
6) for my site seeing in delhi, one day earlier the car provider called me
Up in the evening and said that he will only drop me to delhi, and i have
To arrange my own siteseeing. You can imagine my fear and annoyance when i
Am in a new place and i have just half a day for site seeing, and telling
Me at the last minute to may my own arrangement. Is this expected from a
Reputed travel agency like yours. I then had to make number of calls to
Your office. Even the name and place of the hotel where i was supposed to
Tay in delhi was not provided to me and the car provider kept asking me
Where i am supposed to be dropped. I had asked your office to atleast send
Me a mail as to where i was supposed to stay, but i didnt receive any mail
From your end.
7) the hotel at delhi - hotel hill palace was again a 2 star hotel. The
Room was so small that when a 3rd bed was put there was no place to walk.
The bed covers seem used. The a/c was not functioning properly. The food
Provided was only veg.
I am very much dis-satisfied with the tour provided by you. I have always
Been travelling by ramakrishna tours and travels and have never faced any
Problem. Everything was so clearly mentioned and was very satisfied with
Their services. Since i heard from my colleagues in the office that make
My trip is very good, i wanted to give it a try, but sorry to say this is
The worst experience i have faced. I will never advise any of my friends
To travel through make my trip. You will receive the same feedback from
The other travellers in our group.
I have made numerous calls to zaid, but there is no positive reply from him, he keeps saying that he has not received reply from your office.
The least i expect from you is to refund atleast what i have paid extra.
