NO E ticket Received

There was Emergency so I booked the ticket from Bangalore to trivium from clear trip.com. i got the confirmation after 1 hour (refer attachment) but didnot got E ticket from their side. I called so many times to customer care and they told i will get Pnr number within Half an hour. At last moment means at departure time they said ticket didn't processed you can take your ticket from the counter and we will revert your money to your account....

Money fraud

I tried an online booking from makemytrip.com and the booking wasnt processed but still my money was debited from the account. And its been 24 days they give assurance of 72 hrs everyday but do not process on anything. Its a mental harrassment as online booking company like makemytrip have no local authorities to solve issues and they are not reliable. makemytrip.comis a fraud company confiscating consumer money for no reason....

NOT GETTING BACK REFUND AMOUNT

I had tried to make a booking from MakeMyTrip on 18th July and the booking got failed for some reason.
They say they made a refund of amount Rs 5304 on 26th July and since than I have called up more than 10 times to check and they kept saying the refund will be in 21 days. It has being more than 21 days now and the refund is not made yet. Earlier they said it takes 5 days to get the amount reflected. And than started saying as 21 days.br...

payment successful but no booking of ticket

refund of domestic holiday package

It was a horrible experience of Nanital trip which we have booked through makemy trip (Booking ID-IN1106B11244) from 30th Jun to 3rd Jul. We have been told about the resort that it is 3* after reaching we could not belive, is this a 3* resort, it was pathetic, that lodge has only 4 rooms. We have booked deluxe room, whereas it seems to be a simple PG room. Everything was unhygenic from fooding to cleanliness. We have spend Rs.40K for 3 nights...
