I am not able to use my trip money. It shows credit limit. I have used it in the past. While making the booking payment it doesn't show up. I am not making any booking through make my trip unless this is resolved. Tried reaching customer care, they disconnected the call saying they can't help with trip money.

          dear sir Namaskar,

          i have gone through your email and it reveals that you are taking lightly the high troubles which we have faced during our visit to gangtok trip and back. Kindly see this trip taking step 1 to last step and call all concerned persons who have arranged and then take decision not taking lightly so my humble request to kindly see/go through the following and then to take decision:

          With kind regards I would like to bring in your light that giving a compensation of mere 2000 rs doesn't fix the trouble and inconvenience caused to us for those 7 days. I hope you realise that it was our trust in Make My Trip's plan that broke.
          Firstly, the driver we had for first day was not at all professional with us. First, he made us do a phone recharge of 300 for his number [protected] which he never returned. He intentionally or whatsoever made us miss the important spots as he didn't inform us about the timings. Also the vehicle was in bad condition and it was puncture which wasted our 3 hours at Baba Harbhajan Temple and we missed important spot, i e., Tongmo lake. The Changu or Tsongmo lake was supposed to be visited before Nathula Pass. See, we were new to the city and all we had was the guidance your people provided us. If that also is wrong then how are we supposed to trust you with our next one.

          Secondly, the hotels at Lachen and Lachung were below average.

          - Food Quality at Lachen : As I have already mentioned in my email earlier, the hotel provided in Lachen was okayish( with a budget of 1.5 lakhs, this was not what we expected) but the food was not good. They provided us packed Bread and Jam with expiry date biscuits for breakfast because of which we faced food poisoning on our trip. We got in touch with our fellow tourists from other hotels and they had decent quality of food which was very fulfilling.

          - Hotel and Food in Lachung : I can't even imagine that we paid for such bad service and experience at Lachung. First of all, if you guys know that you are providing us a hotel which is 3 kms outside the city with no food and amenities available upto 5 kms, it is your responsibility to arrange atleast basic facilities for food when we are reaching at lunch hours at 2 pm. The hotel refused to provide us food saying they do not have it prepared as we didn't inform them earlier. Seriously? You guys didn't think of it or what that as humans we would need good food atleast to survive. We were down with food poisoning because of so called bread jam and expired biscuits and all we were provided with was nothing at the hotel. It was so hard for us to arrange food that day. Now, that we were waiting for a decent dinner, we were provided with Gujarati cuisine which was again pathetic. What is the point of booking beforehand if we had to arrange our food and spend thousand on that again after giving you lakhs. The hotel was so below average that we were the only family/people staying there.

          - No sightseeing in Gangtok : As per the plan we were to reach Gangtok on day 6 at 1 pm and start our half day sightseeing after that. There was no information from anyone to us until 2:30 pm post which we ourselves took initiative to call your people out there to send someone for us. I don't know if you guys coordinate before sending people like us to trip or not or you all this that we are fools paying you lakhs just to stay in cheap hotels. I have already mentioned the ahole story about this in my previous email so won't repeat. First of all, not all sightseeing places were covered in the itenary ( only 5 places were, three being the same monasteries which eventually were closed when we visited them). Despite of telling the trip coordinator (Ritwika Mustuddi) multiple times to include more important and good places in the list, she didn't bother to do that and instead kept saying us to just ask the driver to include and he will on the spot ( mind you I have a recording for this statement ). I have learnt a lesson to not trust money makers like you anymore in my life because she didn't even bother to pick up our phone once during the whole trip. I would like you all to take a strict action against Ritwika Mustuddi, the so called trip coordinator who planned our trip and didn't pick the call even once during the whole trip. We had to pay extra 3000 for sightseeing to a different person so we could atleast see some of Gangtok before leaving. Had your coordinator informed us beforehand that there is no one he could arrange for making us visit the places which your people eventually planned for in the so called itenary, we would have may be paid extra so we could see them ateast. The driver arrived at around 4:45 pm to make us visit the places which close by 5 pm and were 30 to 55 mins far from our point of contact. I have attached the photos of closed and locked monasteries and exhibitions. Please have a look.

          - Reached airport late due to lack of information : Your coordinators, being local residents of the city, must be aware of the blockage happening in and around the city.According to your plan we were to leave for the airport at 10 am on day 7 for our flight at 4:30 pm. Still we took initiative and requested the driver to arrive by 8 am at max and we left for airport at 8 am. There was such a huge blockage that we just reached airport on time at 3:30 pm. We couldn't even have our planned lunch and so missed it. Your coordinators also didn't pay for the snacks we had at airport which they promised they would as we missed our lunch that day. We had to stay hungry during the flight which we catched by luck I would say.

          P.S. - I would like to tell you that the facilities provided at Montis Soyang Hotel at Gangtok were really good and we have no complaints regarding that. I would give 4 stars for the service, ambience, rooms, food quality and everything else to that. That was the only blessing in disguise for us I would say.

          So if you all think that giving a coupon of mere 2000 rs that too valid only when we book our next trip with you would work then with very polite words I would like to tell you that we are not interested atleast now to book any of our future trips with you after facing such a bad experience on our very first.

          Please mind to give us a compensation of 80% to 100% for such a bad experience and horrible trip we had from 9th to 15th June 2022 else we are left with no other option but to go to consumer court with all the proofs we have.

            I'm having tough time with makemytrip, with my recent bookings, MMT had asked for extra money for re-booking of flight due to AirLine cancelation for package trip [MMT Trip Booking No: NL[protected]].

            Problems/Complaints:
            - MMT asked for extra money what AirLine was charging for re-booking (new flight) and I paid even though its package trip I've taken from MMT (Flights were included).
            - I paid almost ~9K (INR) extra on top of package price. Then again that flight got cancelled.
            - Then again we had to book another flight through MMT, And MMT asked me to stay one more day extra at my own expense. Yes I extended by booking hotel myself. And we got next day flight at cheaper price (Almost 8K Less than the previous flight).
            - So, now I'm asking refund of that ~8K, But MMT is denying and simply they are saying its adjusted without any further explanation [Serve Ticket No.[protected]]

              Bus booking are made online without any support to customers. No bus number provided and it is highly embarrassing to go ahead with the booking details. No customer support or guidance on the website to claim refund.

                Kindly refer our telephonic discussion regarding above said booking. We advise that we have made booking of hotel showing rating of the hotel as Four Star. The hotel don’t deserve even single star.
                When we reached the hotel even the reception hall is not air conditioned. After formalities when we reached the room, the room was full of foul smell of washroom, there was leakage of water in washroom. The boy who came to our room with luggage, told that the room was opened after many days. In addition there were huge sound of construction going on in the hotel.
                We immediately came back at reception and complained about all these problems, they shown us 2-3 rooms at 5th floor having same type of problems. At that time we are watching these rooms, the light gone, there were no back up for 15 minutes. When the backup light started working, the lift didn’t work on backup and we have to come down through stairs.
                In the meantime we have advised your team member perhaps Ms Aditi in detail. She also tried to call hotel people but they didn’t respond. She has word with them through our phone. The behaviour of the reception people and their higher ups Mr Sachin and Mr Rajat was totally unacceptable. We left the hotel before half an hour of reaching.
                We are wondering how you can be showing four star rating to such a hotel, it’s just like cheating with the customer. We have a talk with you two three times Saturday for more than two hours wasting our holidays time but still waiting for our refund of money. We were told by Mr Arpit who told he is Supervisor here will resolve the issue and call on Sunday between 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm. But we didn’t receive any call or refund of money. Again we called on Monday at 6.25 Pm and discussed with Mr Pulkit. You are in the service industry and can’t befool your customers showing wrong category of the hotel. The hotel which full of labour due to construction/ renovations should itself stop booking of rooms. Your team should visit the hotel to access it again to delink the hotel from your panel.

                I have been your old customer booking through you many times hotels and flights and never made complaint to you. But now I have the worst experience. I live in Patiala and Chandigarh is not far away still we booked hotel to stay their leisurely as my daughter with her kids came from Australia. I’m very upset with the way the hotel people behaved and your response. We need full refund of money as we don’t want cancel but need to cancel due to bad condition of the hotel and reported the same immediately to you. If we don’t receive any positive response from you, we have no option but to contest through COPRA.

My query is I have got refund from spicejet in February . That is now in make my trip wallet. As I am overseas I won’t be able to access my make my trip application as my registered contact number not working anymore . I contacted Riya Das, Pallabi Chatterjee, Kankana Sarkar, Abhijit bhattacharyya, Rishu Raj, Pankaj Mahto, Nishant, Indrashish, Mohd Zaid, Jey Jerson since February. I have been asked to provide my bank details through emailed I have given to all of them. Even asked for bank statement . Provided that as well. Still not getting my refund and respond to my email.                     I am Nihar Dudhatra, a resident of Junagadh, Gujarat. I had visited Surat, Gujarat on Saturday, 06-August-2022, for bidding farewell to my friend, who is leaving for USA for higher studies.

                    Travelling for a long time and reaching Surat very late, I had booked the room in the Lords Plaza. Since, both o[censored]s were running low on time, I had asked her to visit my hotel where we can meet each other for the last time before she starts her new endevour. While booking the room, I had read all the terms and conditions, and only then I had booked a room at 2 A.M.

                    While checking in, they denied to let my friend in the hotel just because she had a local ID proof. Now, this thing was not mentioned in the terms and conditions of makemytrip.com portal.

                    After discussing this with the hotel manager ad the receptionist, they denied entry to me and rudely told me and my friend to meet outside the hotel premises. I had paid ₹4233 for the booking and received a very bad and unprofessional treatment.

                    Above all, they did not mention this in their terms and conditions. I could not use my booking and I was not even refunded my money. makemytrip.com portal does not have option for logging this type of complaint.

                    By writing this to you, I want to get appropriate help and solution to this issue,

                      PNR no SARRVB (MakeMyTrip Customer ETicket : NN[protected] for travel of Mr SS Bisht and Mrs Prabha Bisht of 16 August 2019 is still due. The pending amount of INR 51824/- which should be sent back to the source.

                      I am still waiting for the refund to be issued as this pertains to Senior citizens, who are in dire need of money.

                        I booked a zoom car for Aug 6 to Aug 7th but I was not able to pick up the car since it was not there in the mentioned location but now it shows the trip is enroute and I am not aware of what is happening. I want to know the status of it . There was no contact of the people

                          Booked on 17th July 2022
                          Cancelled on 5th Aug 2022
                          Initially on the 5th Aug 2022 - MMT displayed 0 refund.
                          however on the 6th of August they responded that a refund of INR 652 has been initiated.
                          on the 5th of Aug 22, I have received a mail from the Airlines that they have initiated a refund of INR 1992
                          when called in the contact center on the 7th Aug 22 they bluntly refused the refund amount saying they have adjusted the remainder of the refund against MMT fees.

                          this is atrocious behavior and stealing hard earned money from a traveler.
                          requesting you to help me get a proper explanation and the rest of my refund which is due to me.

                          Also when asked to speak to a supervisor at MMT was bluntly refused saying it will take 30 mins or more, i agreed to wait yet was disconnected from the call.

First of all, if you guys know that you are providing us a hotel which is 3 kms outside the city with no food and amenities available upto 5 kms, it is your responsibility to arrange atleast basic facilities for food when we are reaching at lunch hours at 2 pm. The hotel refused to provide us food saying they do not have it prepared as we didn't inform them earlier. Seriously? You guys didn't think of it or what that as humans we would need good food atleast to survive. We were down with food poisoning because of so called bread jam and expired biscuits and all we were provided with was nothing at the hotel. It was so hard for us to arrange food that day. Now, that we were waiting for a decent dinner, we were provided with Gujarati cuisine which was again pathetic. What is the point of booking beforehand if we had to arrange our food and spend thousand on that again after giving you lakhs. The hotel was so below average that we were the only family/people staying there.

                            - No sightseeing in Gangtok : As per the plan we were to reach Gangtok on day 6 at 1 pm and start our half day sightseeing after that. There was no information from anyone to us until 2:30 pm post which we ourselves took initiative to call your people out there to send someone for us. I don't know if you guys coordinate before sending people like us to trip or not or you all this that we are fools paying you lakhs just to stay in cheap hotels. I have already mentioned the ahole story about this in my previous email so won't repeat. First of all, not all sightseeing places were covered in the itenary ( only 5 places were, three being the same monasteries which eventually were closed when we visited them). Despite of telling the trip coordinator (Ritwika Mustuddi) multiple times to include more important and good places in the list, she didn't bother to do that and instead kept saying us to just ask the driver to include and he will on the spot ( mind you I have a recording for this statement ). I have learnt a lesson to not trust money makers like you anymore in my life because she didn't even bother to pick up our phone once during the whole trip. I would like you all to take a strict action against Ritwika Mustuddi, the so called trip coordinator who planned our trip and didn't pick the call even once during the whole trip. We had to pay extra 3000 for sightseeing to a different person so we could atleast see some of Gangtok before leaving. Had your coordinator informed us beforehand that there is no one he could arrange for making us visit the places which your people eventually planned for in the so called itenary, we would have may be paid extra so we could see them ateast. The driver arrived at around 4:45 pm to make us visit the places which close by 5 pm and were 30 to 55 mins far from our point of contact. I have attached the photos of closed and locked monasteries and exhibitions. Please have a look.

                            - Reached airport late due to lack of information : Your coordinators, being local residents of the city, must be aware of the blockage happening in and around the city.According to your plan we were to leave for the airport at 10 am on day 7 for our flight at 4:30 pm. Still we took initiative and requested the driver to arrive by 8 am at max and we left for airport at 8 am. There was such a huge blockage that we just reached airport on time at 3:30 pm. We couldn't even have our planned lunch and so missed it. Your coordinators also didn't pay for the snacks we had at airport which they promised they would as we missed our lunch that day. We had to stay hungry during the flight which we catched by luck I would say.

                            P.S. - I would like to tell you that the facilities provided at Montis Soyang Hotel at Gangtok were really good and we have no complaints regarding that. I would give 4 stars for the service, ambience, rooms, food quality and everything else to that. That was the only blessing in disguise for us I would say.

                            So if you all think that giving a coupon of mere 2000 rs that too valid only when we book our next trip with you would work then with very polite words I would like to tell you that we are not interested atleast now to book any of our future trips with you after facing such a bad experience on our very first.

                            Please mind to give us a compensation of 80% to 100% for such a bad experience and horrible trip we had from 9th to 15th June 2022 else we are left with no other option but to go to consumer court with all the proofs we have."

                            kindly help me to refund back my full money from makemytrip they harassed and waste our valuable time.

                              Sir on 4 August, I was booking a flight from Bangluru to bagdogra for 22th September from make my trip. My amount 12788 Rupees deducted from my account but my booking failed and the fair has not been refunded.Please resolve this issue and Refund my money as soon as possible.

                                    Using MakeMyTrip I booked a hotel flora suite mumbai, and I paid full in advance. However during checkin they denied checkin giving me reason that we don't allow local I'ds. However hotel is situated in Mumbai fort and my I'd have a address of kalyan. And no where they have mentioned definition of local or any places . Even though kalyan comes under different district they denied checkin using the lame excuse that kalyan comes under local I'd. No such lists of cities were given during my booking. And local I'd have hundreds of meaning they can say we don't allow local Indian people . If the mistake is from their end they should provide a refund.

                                      I Have booked a Train ticket using Makemytrip India website on 1-Aug-2022. I Tried to make payment through ICICI Cardless EMI Option and the money got debited but the booking has failed (Booking ID : NR[protected]) The website said I will get the amout refunded in 2-3 days, The amount not credited back till now.
