Make My Trip
Today's date is 26 July 2022 (Tuesday), when I am writting this compliant I want to tell you that yesterday on 25 July 2022 (Monday) at around the time of 16:55 pm to 17:05 pm I booked a bus/travels namely "Global travels" for Wednesday (27 July 2022) which has departure time of 8:30 from Pune (I wanted to go from Pune to Nagpur for my exam). I booked the bus from your official application after the verification of my mobile number and email id. And after selection process of seat. I entered the name, age and gender. Then I proceeded to the payment option I selected Phonepe and paid the required amount totalling of Rs. 910/- after the successful payment my money also got deducted from my bank account. I also have the payment receipt in Make My Trip application. I didn't even received the ticket on my mobile number and not even on my email account. I checked the application for booking section and the booking didn't even appeared there. And after acknowledgement of this thing I looked for your customer care and in application I didn't got their support because the system said that "You don't have any active bookings right now" even after I booked the bus right 1 hour before or so.
After that I made a call to customer care the bot voice said to click 1 for booking related queries and I pressed 1 after that bot said that "There is no bookings for this number" and asked me to tell her an alternate number which I would have entered at the time of booking. I didn't even entered any alternate number for the booking. So, I entered the same number and gave the bot OTP for which it asked, for verification in the hope to get some positive response and get me connected to any official member of Make My Trip. But it again said that my mobile number didn't had any bookings and again asked for the alternate number and OTP and again said that my number didn't have any bookings.
I again looked for the bus chart of 27 July 2022 and the seat which I had selected for myself that was selectable again which should not be working that way, right. If the booking is done and payment is made.
You might tell me that it might be an glitch or malfunction of application. Yes, I thought that too and so I waited, and even after full 24 hrs and plus 4 more hours I still haven't received my ticket on my number or email id.
The application of Make My Trip also got an update today (26 July 2022) and I updated my application too thinking that it might resolve my problem but still it didn't showed the booking that I did on 25 July 2022. And my money is still with You. I again tried to call customer care today (26 July 2022) but again got same response form that bot.
Now,
Please I want you to look into the matter quickly, and refund my full money back to me or send me the ticket before the time goes out of the booking I told you above.
And please reply quickly on this mail to me this email id might have fancy name but this is the email id I got verified for my Make My Trip application, And this is my working email id and I am serious about this.
So, kindly hurry tomorrow's date is 27 July 2022.
Please contact me as soon as possible.Most possible way please refund my money back.
