Sir on 4 August, I was booking a flight from Bangluru to bagdogra for 22th September from make my trip. My amount 12788 Rupees deducted from my account but my booking failed and the fair has not been refunded.Please resolve this issue and Refund my money as soon as possible.

      On 05/08/2022 I received notification from bank that amount of RS.10000 and RS.20000 has been debited from my account although I have not given my OTP to anyone.
      I have filed complaint to Punjab national bank and also filed FIR in police Station in Kadi. Details of my account is stated below.

        Using MakeMyTrip I booked a hotel flora suite mumbai, and I paid full in advance. However during checkin they denied checkin giving me reason that we don't allow local I'ds. However hotel is situated in Mumbai fort and my I'd have a address of kalyan. And no where they have mentioned definition of local or any places . Even though kalyan comes under different district they denied checkin using the lame excuse that kalyan comes under local I'd. No such lists of cities were given during my booking. And local I'd have hundreds of meaning they can say we don't allow local Indian people . If the mistake is from their end they should provide a refund.

          I Have booked a Train ticket using Makemytrip India website on 1-Aug-2022. I Tried to make payment through ICICI Cardless EMI Option and the money got debited but the booking has failed (Booking ID : NR[protected]) The website said I will get the amout refunded in 2-3 days, The amount not credited back till now.

            This is regarding the refund issued by FerryScanner.

            Refund of 192.68 Euros were issued on 2/7.
            But, it's not added yet. I been following up since 1 month. They won't resolve the issue and they keep asking for same info.

                I had booked a fully refundable ticket from New York to India which I had to cancel last minute because I got covid. Since this is a fully refundable ticket, I should get my full money back. I have submitted my covid certificate to makemytrip as well.
                The refund has been stuck for over 2 months and everytime I call, the makemytrip representative says that the airline has to approve it. I even called the airline directly one day and they said that makemytrip has not raised a request yet. I am soo tired of calling makemytrip everyday. I’m desperate for this to be solved.

                  I had made a booking from mumbai to nagpur.
                  When i reached the airport i was informed that the ticket you have been showing is not valid as the pnr number printed on the ticket is not valid.
                  The pnr number is generally of 6 digits but the pnr on our ticket was of 5 digits which was issued by make my trip.
                  After talking with make my trip they promised us the refund within 45 days.
                  And now 3 months later they are asking us to bring a conformation letter from the airline or else they wont entertain us.

                    Very bad service of make my trip not xpected this from them.

                    I am make my trip customer since so many years and they are not solving my issue.

                    I have booked hotel by make my trip in bangkok on 25 july and when i reached hotel. Hotel is off and it is under construction and i have already paid them money for hotel. And i have contacted so many time to customer care but they are not responding solve my issue as soon as possible

                        Dear Sir I have booked my ticket on 28th July from Ahmadabad to Delhi but the booking was unsuccessful and money deducted from my account the payment mode was google pay.                           My PNR booking reference is FS5TMK. I booked a flight from Ahmedabad to Visakhapatnam for the date 30th July 2022 and I had paid for zero cancellation charges along with the tickets. However, we canceled the booking on 27th July afternoon, and Rs. 3, 333 was charged for cancellation.
                          Kindly explain why this charge has been levied despite the zero cancellation fee that was paid. Please look into the matter and revert back as soon as possible.

                            I have made 3 transfers from MakeMyTrip wallet to my original payment options (phone pay) out of 3 only 2 gets credited to my account. 1 is not credited to my account but debited from MakeMyTrip wallet. That is amount 1030 .

                              This is in reference to the tickets booked from bangalore to Rajkot on 26th Jul, for the upcoming travel dates.
                              After the successful payment, an error popped on the screen with a msg stating : Booking Failed.

                              Till date the refund hasnt happened, and everytime i reach the customer care, every executive that i spoke is extremely rude, they disconnect the call or i wait for 30- 40 mins on the call and get diconnected also a false promises are made saying a call back will be made in 15 mins, that never happens.

                              MMT is just money minting organisation which runs by stealing money from customers.

                              Ideally refund of the amount should not take more than 3 days.. and the refund to happen before the customer could chase for his / her own hard earned money however in this case I had to chase for it to get back my own money apart from bearing the rude behaviour of the staff from MMT.

                                  Sir/madam,
                                  I am Shriniwas Patil. I had booked a room at sudhir murthal dhaba, Sonipat on 18 July, 2022 for 2 days(31st July and 1 August). [Order I'd- NH[protected] and PNR no.- [protected]]. Check in was on 31st July 2022 at 12 pm. I have gone there at murthal dhaba on 31st July at 2 pm but they refused to give me room which i had booked. They said that we have higher price than what i paid on make my trip website. And you have to pay extra RS 2000 if I want to stay there. They talked rudely with me. And said that do whatever I want, complaint against us we will not provide you the room. And i have to leave.

                                  As i haven't stayed there I want my money RS 1675 refund.
                                  It was your company's and the hotel's misinformation that lead to my inconvenience. I am highly disappointed due to this unprofessional behaviour.

                                  I request to do the necessary action and refund my money as soon as possible. Or else i have to take action against your company and complaint against you at the consumer complaints as i have necessary proofs.

                                  Attaching my booking confirmation and receipt in this mail. And my photos for proof that i have visited the hotel today.

                                    Dear Team

                                    This is in regards to my Refund Status Regarding my cancelled Train(Humsafar Exp #12504). vide Booking ID- NR[protected],
                                    PNR[protected] (AGTL-GHY).

                                    This Train was cancelled from IRCTC end yet this is still showing in "Completed Trip" Section as a result i am unable to get any refund update in app as well as customer service number.

                                    Yesterday I received a message from IRCTC that the refund is complete.

                                    Please update me regarding the Refund status of the same.

                                        I had also raised a complaint on the forum given by you in the MMT section but i did not get any response from doing that, so I had an issue with the room after i saw that which was really dirty which the receptionist did not even let us see before we check-in and also the receptionist asked to pay extra 300/day as long as the stay calling it as service charge. This complaint is against OYO flagship 29293 athithi comforts
