Two of my train ticket bookings were failed. They are:
1. MAS CBE SHATABDI #12243 Booking ID: NR[protected], Rs982
2.MAS CBE SHATABDI #12243 Booking ID: NR[protected], Rs 1034
The refund was expected by28th July 2022. I am yet to receive the amount.

    Dear Sir I have booked my ticket on 28th July from Ahmadabad to Delhi but the booking was unsuccessful and money deducted from my account the payment mode was google pay. On 29 July i have send my refund request at 09:49 am . It has been 72 hours and not refund has been credited to my account. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

      My PNR booking reference is FS5TMK. I booked a flight from Ahmedabad to Visakhapatnam for the date 30th July 2022 and I had paid for zero cancellation charges along with the tickets. However, we canceled the booking on 27th July afternoon, and Rs. 3, 333 was charged for cancellation.
      Kindly explain why this charge has been levied despite the zero cancellation fee that was paid. Please look into the matter and revert back as soon as possible.

        I have made 3 transfers from MakeMyTrip wallet to my original payment options (phone pay) out of 3 only 2 gets credited to my account. 1 is not credited to my account but debited from MakeMyTrip wallet. That is amount 1030 .

          This is in reference to the tickets booked from bangalore to Rajkot on 26th Jul, for the upcoming travel dates.
          After the successful payment, an error popped on the screen with a msg stating : Booking Failed.

          Till date the refund hasnt happened, and everytime i reach the customer care, every executive that i spoke is extremely rude, they disconnect the call or i wait for 30- 40 mins on the call and get diconnected also a false promises are made saying a call back will be made in 15 mins, that never happens.

          MMT is just money minting organisation which runs by stealing money from customers.

          Ideally refund of the amount should not take more than 3 days.. and the refund to happen before the customer could chase for his / her own hard earned money however in this case I had to chase for it to get back my own money apart from bearing the rude behaviour of the staff from MMT.

          Out of coutesy, m writing the word " Kindly " refund the amount ASAP and a call back from the concerned dept

              Sir/madam,
              I am Shriniwas Patil. I had booked a room at sudhir murthal dhaba, Sonipat on 18 July, 2022 for 2 days(31st July and 1 August). [Order I'd- NH[protected] and PNR no.- [protected]]. Check in was on 31st July 2022 at 12 pm. I have gone there at murthal dhaba on 31st July at 2 pm but they refused to give me room which i had booked. They said that we have higher price than what i paid on make my trip website. And you have to pay extra RS 2000 if I want to stay there. They talked rudely with me. And said that do whatever I want, complaint against us we will not provide you the room. And i have to leave.

              As i haven't stayed there I want my money RS 1675 refund.
              It was your company's and the hotel's misinformation that lead to my inconvenience. I am highly disappointed due to this unprofessional behaviour.

              I request to do the necessary action and refund my money as soon as possible. Or else i have to take action against your company and complaint against you at the consumer complaints as i have necessary proofs.

              Attaching my booking confirmation and receipt in this mail. And my photos for proof that i have visited the hotel today.

                Dear Team

                This is in regards to my Refund Status Regarding my cancelled Train(Humsafar Exp #12504). vide Booking ID- NR[protected],
                PNR[protected] (AGTL-GHY).

                This Train was cancelled from IRCTC end yet this is still showing in "Completed Trip" Section as a result i am unable to get any refund update in app as well as customer service number.

                Yesterday I received a message from IRCTC that the refund is complete.

                Please update me regarding the Refund status of the same.

                    I had also raised a complaint on the forum given by you in the MMT section but i did not get any response from doing that, so I had an issue with the room after i saw that which was really dirty which the receptionist did not even let us see before we check-in and also the receptionist asked to pay extra 300/day as long as the stay calling it as service charge. This complaint is against OYO flagship 29293 athithi comforts

                      I had purchased flipkart gift vouchers worth Rs[protected] *2) from MakeMyTrip application on 1st August 2022, but I didn't recieve the vouchers instantly, so i tried contacting there support but was not successful, latter i contacted wohoo but they told me to contact MakeMyTrip instead. On contacting MakeMyTrip support after 1 hr, i was told vouchers have been sent to my mail id and i won't get them on my registered mobile number which to my surprise was nowhere mentioned in there terms and conditions and even while ordering i was shown both the options to recieve the vouchers email and mobile number. I immediately checked my email id and couldn't find them so i checked there application again and saw they had changed my mail id by a letter instead.

                      n instead of m and they had no option to correct it or send vouchers on nw registered mobile number also. This is simply cheating and totally unacceptable from MakeMyTrip and never expected this from such a premium Ecom site as MakeMyTrip, i humbly request to please send me my vouchers on my registered mobile number as it is a big amount for me and i feel deeply cheated. I am attaching screenshots of my booking too .

                        I have cancelled my ticket with airline and they refunded my money back in make my trip wallet.Now I am in need of that money and trying to transfer that money back to my bank account and it's not happening since last 2 months.i am tired now...there is no responsible guys.

                          I had to cancel my ticket with the airline (GoFirst) as the airline was not operating due to operational reasons. I have a email correspondence with DGCA officials in cc that the money was refunded back to the agent which is MMT in this case. MMT, though has not refunded back the money to my source of payment and keeps on extending the dates. Request ID raised is[protected].

                            This is with regards to booking done on MMT. There was an offer on HSBC credit card for 6 months interest free EMI. While booking the date was incorrectly selected and I immediately reached out to the MMT executive over phone who guided to pre-pone the trip by paying the differential amount. As per the process explained I had to cancel and take money temporarily in MMT wallet and subsequently booked a new one with the money in MMT wallet and differential from HSBC card. Now, since the payment hands changed from HSBC card to MMT wallet, I am denied the interest free EMI. Now when I am tired to complaining I made full payment to bank and asked to stop EMI - This also they are not accepting. The want to charge interest on my payment and I am made to suffer the loss. Please resolve (NH[protected]).

                              I buy a ticket from make my trip on 22nd march 2022.
                              flight Ai 1991 (air India) NEW DELHI TO JEDDAH at 08;00 am from (Indira Gandhi international airport) but the day of departure the flight was cancel.
                              But the point is I still not get pay my refund from make my trip how many time
                              I try to contact with support team many time but the can not make a satisfactory respond the always try to say you can check your make my trip profile.
                              whenever I try to check my trip the only showed me your document was verified but there is no improvement. the only do one thing always changing the update dates.

                              Still the cannot response once I got email from representatives at 1/8/2022her name is komal jha she try to called me on Indian Phone number but my phone is off because I m not in India and I replied her that after that they send me same email again not a satisfactory response and still I’m waiting.
                              Please do something about that quickly as much as possible .
                              Also I’ll mail a number that is activated to call me but that side no calls

                                I booked a flight from Chennai to Hyderabad from MMT and the flight was cancelled by the airline. In the MMT app, it is given that the refund money has been credited to the MMT wallet. But my wallet balance is still 0. It has been more than 2 weeks since the cancellation and I had contacted their customer support, but no proper response from them. This is a fraud against customers' hard-earned money. Need my refund back and should take the necessary action.

                                    I did a hotel booking and canceled it within the time period of free cancelation. I was supposed tk get 2648 as refund via phone pe. Bit till date I didn't get anything.

                                    Customer care gives standard template answers after submitting all proof with them.

                                    Not got refunds yet.

                                      We booked a family holiday at the last trip on MMT- July 16-19 Golden Triangle, while visiting India. We looked up hotels that was part of the package, the photos looked decent. Our first day, we checked in to Hotel Delhi 37. It was an unsafe place, v dirty, hardly any customers staying and v filthy environment. We somehow made it through the night and called MMT to complain and rebook us a better hotel for the last day of the trip, which was at the same hotel. After a lot of back and forth on the phone, they agreed to refund Rs 3800. I asked them to book us a hotel in Delhi, and they said that they couldn't. While on holiday and stressing on this and trying to get hold of MMT to ensure cancellation and provide us with 10-12, 000 for a last minute hotel reservation, we ended up arriving back in Delhi and going door to door for room to stay. Finally we got one, but had to pay Rs. 12, 000 for 2 rooms as they had only the executive rooms available. I have asked MMT to refund the money and they stopped responding. I would like them to pay us refund for the first and last night night of the Delhi hotel and compensate for putting us through hell for the first stay and causing a lot of stress during our vacation. I will be happy with a refund of Rs. 12, 000. We paid 1.76L for the vacation and this is a very little amount to pay back.
