Ref NL[protected] Holiday package Bangalore to OOTY
This package with mmt was scheduled in March 2020, but due to covid. mmt had cancelled the travel package. On September 2021, we recieved an email from mmt to fill survey if we are interested in applying for refund with certain deductions. We have requested for refund, but there is no communication post that.
last 4 months we have tried calling the customer care on multiple occasions, but the customer care for MMT is inefficient and rude, they have blocked us on wassp, disconnected calls in the middle of conversations, multiple times committed to arrange call bck, stopped answering calls, absolute no help or guidance to get the issue fixed.
This is completely unacceptable to harass the customer and make them run for their own money. Covid has not only impacted MMT, it has impacted each and everyone one o[censored]s. It is not okay to cheat customers like this.
Please address this issue urgently to avoid further escalation, and reaching out to the correct make my trip authority through various other social platforms to resolve this issue.
