I was book ticket online from pune to gargori of pawan travals but they cannot pick me from pickpoint wakad. They cannot pick up my phone and also didnt call me. Pick time was 11.55pm i was reach that point before time and wait upto 1.0 AM.

      Unable to cancel my flight ticket pnr no. Pnztn6 from Delhi to Bangalore for 07.01.2022.Requesting on mmt customer care for last 2 days they are neither cancelling my ticket nor refunding the amount.Mr Rohit from mmt spoke to me assured that cancellation will be done.But MMT is try to steal my money by making fool of customers.I have been harrased by customer care team.

        I booked flight from Amritsar to Guwahati on Dec 25, 2021 but it got cancelled by itself which I got a message that it was due to an operational issue and will refund the same amount within 7 days but it's been 16 days and I still din't get the refund.
        So kindly look into this issue thoroughly and reply as soon as possible.

            I cancelled a flight ticket on 30th December 2021 Delhi to Mumbai, refund was initiated and recieved.
            I opted for refund transfer to bank account but I didn't got that amount till now in my any of the account! Wallet amount is Zero refund also transferred but didn't recieved that amount. That where is the amount?
            I now came to know this company eportal is a bogus fraudster compay portal with out any customer support. I will critisize this e portal and this Corp. And it's stakeholders on every social platform.

              I had booked my tickets on make my trip in the month of October 2021 for travel from Jammu to Banglore on 8th December 2021 and my return ticket on 28th December 2021.

              I booked flight ticket on 01/04/2020 to USA and I spend rs. 103000(one lakh three tousand rupees) through my credit card . During this lockdown all the flight cacelled. Still they did not pay the money

                  Ref NL[protected] Holiday package Bangalore to OOTY

                  This package with mmt was scheduled in March 2020, but due to covid. mmt had cancelled the travel package. On September 2021, we recieved an email from mmt to fill survey if we are interested in applying for refund with certain deductions. We have requested for refund, but there is no communication post that.

                  last 4 months we have tried calling the customer care on multiple occasions, but the customer care for MMT is inefficient and rude, they have blocked us on wassp, disconnected calls in the middle of conversations, multiple times committed to arrange call bck, stopped answering calls, absolute no help or guidance to get the issue fixed.

                  This is completely unacceptable to harass the customer and make them run for their own money. Covid has not only impacted MMT, it has impacted each and everyone one o[censored]s. It is not okay to cheat customers like this.

                  Please address this issue urgently to avoid further escalation, and reaching out to the correct make my trip authority through various other social platforms to resolve this issue.

                    I am unable to change the flight date of my flight scheduled for 14th of January from Mumbai to London with details as below.

                    I am trying to change the date to 15th September, 2022 and the app is consistently showing me an error "oops something went wrong due to some technical issues"

                    I have tried it multiple times without any success. This is one issue on changing the date of booking.

                    Other issue is about information non-availabilty, I want to know if I change the date of my flight, will I be eligible for cancellation and date change later. The customer care number is just a robotic response based no. and I am unable to speak to any of their representative. The information is not available on tickets and not on any other form in the Makemytrip interface

                      I saw an offer in makemytrip app "New Year Delight Offer" where you can book domestic tickets starting from Rs. 1122. I tried booking through the app through the offer page but discount was not applied or visible. I tried contacting them many times and finally third day somebody took the call. They tried to help me but still it's not visible. It says booking charges starts from 1122 but depends on journey, then I asked about the journey which is available for 1122. They said it's not mentioned. So if they cannot give a clear a idea about the offer, they should stop sending us notifications and mail about the offers.

                        This is to inform you that I had cancel my ticket on makemytrip for Dubai to Delhi on 01st December 2021, and got confirmation by MMT that I will receive my refunded money by 03rd Dec 2021, but now it’s been more than a month still no any amount reflecting in my Credit card statement, in their portal shows that 5030 rs amount has been initiated but bank says they didn’t receive any amount and reference from MMT.

                        I tried to contact MMT through phone and email but they are not responding.

                        I sincerely urge teh authorities to look in to my complain and hoping for an action at the earliest.

                          I had booked a package for adman on mmt. This week as we all know corona has increased so rapidly many restrictions has been imposed . I don't feel safe in traveling in such situations so in advance i drop my plan .
                          But makemy trip charge cancellation for this for 10k. Which seems not fair we all facing this medical emergency. What if something happen due to corona will MakeMyTrip give assurance to this. I will put this in front consumer court so that no other people face this issue.

                            Hi MakeMyTrip team,

                            This is to inform you that the amount of inconvenience that you have caused us is immeasurable. Let me sum it up to you in points.

                            We booked our kashmir package with mmt and our pahalgam stay was pathetic. We did not get any support from the on ground people and our relationship manager did not bother to revert us back. All message were left on seen and when i raised this complaint to CC on coming back, they were ignorant to an extent which is making me question the Customer service of this organisation.
                            1. The mail trail that I sent has all the proofs of our pathetic Pahalgam stay and how the support service of mmt was of no use or shall I say good for nothing.
                            2. Madam Samiksha didnot answer our messages/calls and Mr. Akshay Manocha who is the owner of this issue ticket doesn’t even bother to write back via emails. It takes him a week and a half to revert back with two sentences. And I as a customer is asking repeatedly for a revert back. Check the mail trail.
                            3. This is a mockery actually with customers that you all are putting. The refund that we are asking for is for 2 Id’s. Booking ID’s attached above in screenshot. Earlier we were told that we will get a refund of 3500 per is by mr Santosh on phone. Then we were told by mr Akshay that refund of 4900 will be given+ some vouchers. Then mr Akshay who is very busy reverted after 10 days saying management approved only 4K. What rubbish. These approvals are pre given so either you are taking me as a fool or you guys are simply trying to play smart. Explain me how refund amount is changing with every email.
                            We spent 2.3l on this trip for 7 people- 4 were elders and this pathetic experience of Pahalgam was so embarrassing in front of them and emotionally draining. And 4k that you are giving us covers what? Please explain.
                            I want a refund for:
                            food we had outside(7people) in Pahalgam for breakfast and dinner that we actually paid in the package.
                            Refund for extra cost we have to the driver who took to and from the hotel for our meals.
                            Refund for the hassle and inconvenience due to dirty/no water in washrooms for good 2 days
                            Also for no support that was given us which irritated the hell out o[censored]s.

                            Give me a breakup of my trip for Pahalgam i.e stay cost, food cost etc etc for 7 people and deduct the stay bit because we used their beds to sleep in at night and refund the rest for pahalgam stay

                                I had my booking on 20th May, 2019
                                I made my booking through Makemytrip
                                Due to pandemic, my flight was cancelled
                                Spice jet had kept my money for in credit shell. in 2021 government announced to refund money. My money was refunded to make my trip as per my request
                                Make my trip asked for bank details to transfer money in my account
                                For a month i kept following up with the company but they never refunded me my money
                                i am neither given any customer support
                                This has caused me a loss of 7000 plus rupees and unlimited calls

                                  From the beginning onwards we faced issues. We struggled big time for web checkin as we did not have pnr numbers which we were to get by email 2 days prior as per their earlier email. The relationship manager ma. Anu was not contactable at all. Some how we managed to get it after lot of struggle. The sales person pallavi kajrolkar was at least available on call though not if any help.
                                  The email from Mmt mentioned flight time as 5.50am. However the actual flight was of 5.10am. Obviously We missed it and had to request for a transfer to a next flight with extra cost. We lost a day due to this as the flight was of evening and we reached hotel by 12 am. We tried connecting our rm Anu so she could inform the hotel to keep the dinner for us as we were to reach so late in the night. As usual she was too busy to answer.
                                  Same issue for return journey. No pnr number was emailed. We struggled again n finally got the pnr from go air customer service.
                                  We were supposed to get an email for feedback post trip. The same is still not received.
                                  Out of 3 hotels which they claimed to b 3 star the 1st one was ok as at least the food and service was good, not 3 star though. The 2nd one was good. The third one was absolutely rubbish. It was not even 1 star hotel. Pathetic food in a hotels restaurant which gave a feel like a bar. We had to get our bags down on our own as they had no staff. Half an hour for 1 starter ordered due to short staff. The dish was awful.
                                  No response from the sales person Pallavi kajrolkar about the feedback email as she asks us to connect with the RM who is barely available.

                                    Please note that I had made Air India FLight ticket booking through Make My Trip. The trip was supposed to be on 28th March 2020. However, due to COVID-19 lockdown, all the flights were freezed and we could not travel. Flight booking details are as mentioned below.

                                    Later on since I could not travel and it was not possible to reuse that ticket within one year, I called makemytrip for refund. As per their advise i approached Air India for refund process. I wrote tot hem couple of time, recently when i called Air India i understood that they had processed the reimbursement of the tickets to MMT and i need to get the refund from them.

                                    MMT has not yet processed this refund back to me. They just kept the fund received from airlines with them. Surprisingly, now when i am checking their app/website the history of this booking is not even shown there. I tried to talk to their customer service, but as usual they do not give options to customer to talk to the agent and resolve the issue. I tried using last four digit of my booking id, but system responded mentioning not valid. I need to know the status of the refund that i need to get.

                                    Please note that I raised this complaint on 03 Jan. Today is 12 Jan. No response so far. I also tried to send emails to their available email id's online. None of the email id's are working, got bounce message. As a customer, how are we supposed to reach them.
                                    Almost a month and yet to get an update!!! How can i contact these people.

                                      Two trips which I have booked with Go first airline have been cancelled from the airline end. They have initiated the refund for the full amount. But make my trip has send me message intimating me that they are reducing the convenience fee from the refund. I strongly object this inhumane act. I need the entire amount refunded to me.
