Hi, I would like to bring to your notice that I had to cancel my tickets booked to Bangalore Chandigarh on 19th Feb and return on 2 March Chandigarh because indigo rescheduled my flight and the timings were not conducive to the purpose of my visit, hence I cancelled the trip. Indigo has initiated a complete refund of my tickets, whereas make my trip has not transferred the same to me. I have email details Recieved from indigo for the same. Repeated attempts to reach your customer care have gone in vain. One of your executives even told me that he will verify with the airline and revert back, but the revert never happened.

    I have purchased a ticket PNR- Y0C3G through makemytrip (booking ID NN[protected] for London to Bhubaneswar via Bangalore for 18th March 2020. Due to corona-virus, I could not travel on that ticket and the ticket was kept as an open ticket. The ticket number is 098-[protected].

    I've contacted Air-India for the refund and they have informed me that, the ticket is fully refunded to the agency (make my trip).

    I hereby lodge my request for a full refund of the above ticket purchased to my bank account.

    Appreciate your quick response.

      I have booked ticket and subsequently cancelled due to personal reasons. however it was cancelled in indigo website directly till now not received any amount and tried to contact customer care, it was waste of time as the number is not active

      But unfortunately all customer care numbers are bogus and not active at all
      even for the official mails, no response
      it is deliberate attempt to cheat the customers
      Complaint is not resolved at all and not sure how this comment is indicated alongside

        My booking id is- NF7LI4FKLJKIMLQ85069

        I booked a flight from Ranchi to Banglore scheduled for 11th of Jan 2022, PNR: NSLQTB, but had to cancel it on the 7th of Jan 2022 because my flight got delayed I was supposed to receive a refund of Rs. 3812 for the same.

        I haven't received the refund as of the Twenty-ninth of January 2022 but the app is showing that the refund is credited.

        I request you to look into this matter and I hope to get the amount refunded as soon as possible.

          I have requested for a cancellation of 2 tickets my Wife and my Daughter (Age 2.5 yrs). Where my wife had tested covid positive on 26th Jan and further looking for safe travels for my family and other passenger we have cancelled the tickets and there was a policy that any passenger if tested covid positive then a full refund will be initiated and refunded. Which i did that to get the full refund. on 26th Jan around 11:50 pm i have cancelled the ticket and on 27th jan in evening i have received a msg stating that after discussion with consumer the complaint is getting closed( where no calls and no discussion was done with us) and further mail and my claim has been rejected by the airline and no refund will be done. (where as i have checked with Airline as per them make my trip team has not even contacted them). They have not even checked my report and documents. This is a complete case of cheating. as the travel company is not doing what they have promised as per the offer that if any passenger is tested covid positve then full amount will be refunded.
          On 27 Jan i have called the customer care he has ensured me that we take a note of the issue and we will revert back by 24-48 hrs and you pls submit the full report ( Covid testing) and Aadhar card of the passenger we will initiate the amount. Bit no call and any further progress done on that.

            Dear MakeMyTrip & ICICI Bank Team,

            I have booked flight tickets on 10/01/2022 with my ICICI credit card (ending with 2009) with coupon code 'FLYMON'. I chose 'No cost EMI' (6months tenure) for the transaction as there was an extra cashback. My credit card bill got generated but the amount is not converted into 'No cost EMI'. My bill date is 5/2/2022 so request you to resolve before that so I can get a revised bill.

            There is no customer care number for makemytrip so I am unable to reach you.

            I request you to look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

              Hi
              I haven't received a refund for my Booking id : NN[protected] in months. The refund date keeps getting pushed on the app.

              The flight was cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions and I'm pretty sure MakeMyTrip has received a refund from the airline. But, MMT keeps delaying my refund. Screenshot attached
              Please help 🙏

                Dear Team,

                I had booked air tickets from Bangalore to Port Blair for month of Feb-22. Due to covid situation, cancelled my tickets in advance on 9th Jan-22.
                As per the confirmation received should get amount of INR 20, 473 by 11th Jan, but till now I have not got any refund.

                There is no way to contact Makemytrip customer care, automated system just disconnects the call and post experience is not good. I also checked with airline Indigo to see if they can help, they confirmed refund was already initiated to Makemytrip already which was more amount than 20, 473, but makemytrip till now has not refunded anything.

                      Kindly be informed That I am absolutely and happy with MMT service.

                      I had booked two bus tickets of zingbus on 21 January 2022. The bus arrival timing was showing 10 PM in MMT app as well as the messages sent by MMT.

                      The bus left before I could make it to the bus stop as it was a 9 PM bus. On contacting zingbus, They said they cannot help us as the ticket was booked on MMT and it is an error on MMT end.

                      On contacting MMT, there was no response from your side.

                      Kindly show me the refund of full two tickets at the earliest.

                        I have booked flight tickets from Bangalore to allahabad round trip under the zero cancelation policy on December 18th...after few days on Jan 7th I have canceled the tickets for some reason but till not yet received refund and also they are paying lesser amount which is actually they have to pay under zero cancelation policy...I tried to call customer service but no use. I wrote mail also after few days got the reply that saying your query is resolved which is not yet solved...

                          This is regarding flight booking NF7U1GKG3FAMTOS18560

                          During booking fare charge breakup was as below.

                          Airline charges = INR 15618/-

                          Make my Trip service charges = INR 508.47/-

                          CGST @9% = INR 45.76/-

                          SGST @9% = INR 45.76/-

                          Total = INR 16218/-

                          Now flight is cancelled by Airline and I am getting refund of only INR 14118/-

                          Airline is paying full amount of INR 15618/- but why Make My trip is charging INR 2100/- for this?

                          Why service charges are deducted more?

                          The refund amount shall be INR 15618/-.

                            Makemytrip is simply eating away the refunded amount even after airlines are refunding the money.

                            My entire family got affected with Covid and airlines considered my request and gave some refund due to covid and the same refunded amount has been taken away by these MMT in the name of cancellation and Convenience fees.

                            when asked they are asking to read T&C, is T&C not applicable for airlines aren't they considering passenger problems? why these fellows are not considering Covid issues?

                            Next time its better to travel than cancellation and infect others as per MMT advice rather opting for cancellation.

                                I regret to state that despite calling the Customer Care yesterday, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes, while on my International Call. Veery poor Service. Please note the following:

                                1. According to Qatar Airways, any ticket booked is valid for 2 years from the Date of Booking
                                2. The booked ticket is eligible for multiple Travel Date changes without any charges/fees
                                3. I have booked to travel from DOH-BLR on 22nd January, 2022, but could not travel as the RT-PCR Test Result came as ‘Reactive’ – please bear in mind that RT-PCR Result came just one day before the Date of Departure.
                                4. I immediately contacted the Qatar Airways. They cancelled the scheduled trip and kept my Onward Journey ‘Open’, and also advised I can reschedule for travel on any day.
                                5. However, when I logged into MakeyMyTrip, I was shocked to note that my onward journey, as per your records, assumes that I missed the flight, and I was not able to reschedule this journey as this sector was not made available.
                                6. Therefore, I had to Call MakeMyTrip from Qatar and as mentioned above I was made to wait for several minutes. Your Call Centre representatives gave me the following shocking information:
                                a. I will have to pay ‘No-show’ Charges
                                b. My Onward Journey (Sector) alone cannot be re-booked, but I need to re-book the whole ticket including the Return Sector
                                c. I have to pay charges for the above.

                                I DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR PROCESS, AS IT IS AGAINST THE QATAR AIRWAYS POLICY. THEREFORE, I EXPECT YOU TO CALL ME IMMEDIATELY TO RESCHEDULE MY ONWARD JOURNEY ON 1ST February, 2022 BY FLIGHT QR-574 DEPARTING DOHA AT 14:15 HOURS AND ARRIVING BLR AT 20:50 HOURS.

                                Issue the Ticket immediately, so that I can arrange for the RT-PCR Test.

                                  I booked 2 flight one was Indigo Lucknow to Banglore for 25th jan and another from Banglore to Lucknow GoAir both flight was cancelled by the airline but none of the refund i have received and no support from the Make my trip to resolve my problem more then 11 thousand rupee is stuck and refunded.

                                    I had booked my 04 airlines ticket on 09.Mar.21 from New Delhi to Bhubhaneshwar dt 18.Jul.21 . i had spent Rs 17812.00 for booking . The flight was AI 473 vide PNR No RD9F69 .

                                    On 03, Jul.22 the tickets were under hold as confirmed by Indian Air line customer care . Than these tickets were cancelled by Make my trip and no refund was given to me .

                                    I had checked with Indian Airlines, they had given my money to make my trip . I had sent several mails/reminders to make my trip for refund of my money .
                                    No response is recd . Pl help in arranging the refund of my amount .

                                        I had a booking from Hyderabad to Dibrugarh on 12th Jan 2022. The booking id is NF7UMDM4TBIXLP1U1756. My wife was Covid effected and so I had to cancel the booking one day before the travel date. I had submitted the RTPCR certificate to the airline as well. But I didn't get a full refund.
                                        The booking amount was Rs. 11084 and the refund amount was only Rs. 3125
