Dear Sir, I, Phursang Sherpa(PNR No RJN3UE) and Tika Lamu sherpa(PNR no RJN3UE) had booked the flight from bangalore to bagdora airport dated flight spicejet (SG-327) on 14th jan 2022 and later cancelled the ticket after which
I received the cash in my make my trip wallet from which I withdrew back to my previous payment mode but til date no refund amount is credited to my bank. For your reference, the below mentioned is my booking ID.

    I had booked two tickets in October, 2021 through MMT, India.
    One for myself and one for my mother.
    PNR Numbers are ELXLKA and MVRUSB
    I was supposed to fly back from Chicago to Delhi on 8th February, 2022 and my mother was scheduled to fly on 27th April.
    Because of her age and health issues I got her ticket preponed to 8th Feb in on 17th December, 2021 for which I paid Rs 19817 incl the shifting charges and change in fare charges.

    Because of her health issues, we are not in a position to fly on 8th Feb, 2022 aswell and we decided to change the date to somewhere in April, 2022.
    I was surprised when I learned that I need to pay roughly Rs 33000 if I get the date changed in my case.
    In case of my mother, MMT need to get approval from the Airlines as the ticket date has changed once.
    And more to my shock that I am entitled to Zero credit in case I request for cancellation of my tickets.

    TO ETIHAD TEAM,

    Here I would like to update you that both the charges are not in the line of the commitments and conditions that were updated by your learned team

    I was told earlier that I ll have to pay app Rs 8000 plus change in fare charges in case I change the dates and I ll be entitled to 30% of the total cost paid in case I cancel my tickets 24 hours before the departure.
    Today, the commercials as quoted by your team are altogether different from your commitments and what I had paid last month.

    I leave the decision to your wisdom and experience and expect you to show some mercy on the condition of my mother who is 81 years old and is not in a condition to fly on 8th Feb, 2022.

      I booked my flight from Mumbai to Ranchi with indigo on 3rd jan 2022 and cancelled my flight ticket make my trip sent message that the amount is refunded and processed on 5th of jan and refunded amount is returned to make my trip wallet but there is no amount showing in my wallet its 0rs .Where my amount has gone? please help me to get my refunded amount.

        We raised a refund request on 14 Dec 2020. From MakeMyTrip, there is no response. They are ignoring my emails. We called many times. Still no response from them.

        They are cheating!

          I am writing to inform you about my dissatisfaction of five day tour

          30 nov 21, we started our tour . As I was quite impressed by the description of MMT tour voucher. I wished to had a delightful honeymoon.

          However my honeymoon was shattered and spoiled by number of problems and consequently your management did live up with claim.

          Due to chaos made we were shifted down to a awful hotel. Where in we booked for star rating hotels. Neither till now we got refund of our activities Scuba Diving Ross Island and Candle night dinner. As promising MMT voucher was you guys couldn't even stand 20percent on it.

          I have been contacting my tour guide since month she hardly replies.

          Hope so you look into matter and revert back as soon as possible

            A ticket was booked vide PNR MGVLQL, Invoice No M06AI22I08691152 and booking ID NF7CRFRH24UW36537105 dt 07.01.2022 from Bangalore to Durgapur, Journey Date 22.01.22 .with No Cancellation charges Rs 922.88 Flight was cancelled as such ticket is also cancelled. After follow up with Indigo it came to know that the amount is transferred to agency ( here Make My Trip ) on 12.01.2022. But still the amount is not credited in my Bank Accounts .
            Here i have to say also that the booking history is not showing in my MMT app there fore i am unable to use the facility of MMT App .

              I booked a flight from bengluru to Ahmedabad and my flight date was 17th Jan 2022, but I was tested COVID + on 16th morning and I updated the COVID + certificate to the MakeMyTrip website for full refund. It stated that those who are impacted with COVID+ will be fully refundable, but I recieved only 533 out of 3671 the ticket. I have submitted proper COVID+ certificate with QR code on it.kindly resolve this issue and fully refund my money back. Thank you

                Dear MAKE MY TRIP

                Im Pankaj Naik, I booked my flight from Goa to dubai and dubai to goa on 6th jan 2022 on my booking ID NN7KGI8COTISGAVY0421 but due to medical reasons i had to cancel the flights.Refund was initiated on 17th Jan 2022 but still not reflecting in my account.
                I request make my trip to look into this matter as soon as possible and resolve my issue.

                  I have made a booking for Mumbai to Lucknow for 5th Feb 22 by Air India and I want to prepone it and as per the MMT website Air India allows change of date without levy of any fee. However there is no option to avail this option/ offer.

                  I tried to reach to customer care on their tele numbers but there is no option to talk to MMT executive.

                    My booking id is NF2M2E5YJK3JUIZ52276 and my flight was with Indigo from Hyderabad to Gorakhpur on January 16, 2022. As per travel guidelines, I got the RTPCR test on my wife with 72 hours of departure who was one the passengers supposed to travel with me. The RTPCR report was positive and I had to cancel the full ticket as she had been staying with me and I also could not travel. I got refund of just Rs 4806 whereas I had paid Rs. 13034. I spent several hours to try and talk to makemytrip support executive but the the call on +[protected] / +[protected]India Number) does not take to support executive and it tells to use the makemytrip website or application. So, I had sent covid test report to Indigo airlines customer care and after few follow ups they approved waiver of cancellation charges and grant full refund with additional Rs 7000 to virtual id of makemytrip. Now, I am helpless and unable to ask makemytrip about my refund. There is no way I can speak to them or provide valid covid test report so that they provide me refund amount. If my issue is not solved here, I will surely go to consumer forum and ask the refund along with compensation for the humiliation and harrasement caused to me by makemytrip. I get refund or not but this was the last time a ever booked a ticket with makemytrip. I am deeply saddened to know that makemytrip such a big name and I can not speak to a customer representative to hear my issue.

                      I booked a flight from delhi to sharjah for 20 dec 2021 on 20 nov 2021. With booking idNN7X6RR9AAR7F9S45764 . PNR NO BIYDMS in indigo. Than i changed the date via mobile app on 21 dec and i was suppose to get refund of 2797 which I have not received. Than i cancelled the flight on 8 jan and i was suppose to get refund of 10, 274 which also I have not received. It is showing on app that amount has been credited but it has not been credited to me. I am attaching my bank statement. Kindly help me get the refund.

                        This is priyabrata pattnaik made a flight booking with you in Indigo Flight, but as per airlines some technical reason this flight was cancelled and then already refunded my full amount to 3rd party application. Already they sent mail regarding this. So please refund my amount as soon as possible to my MMT Wallet, so that I can make my future travel plan.

                        I had booked a flight from (Indigo) Bhubaneswar to Delhi, I have received mails and messages from Indigo Airlines stating the flight has been cancelled due to operational reasons. I had a check on their website regarding the PNR status and hence found I can avail their full refund program by which I had the option to opt for their PLAN B flight cancellation. I have already sent many emails but no response from MAKE MY TRIP. There is no customer care line directing the customer care executive to post a complaint.

                            I have been a loyal customer but the problem is that MMT is not providing a platform for me to redress mechanism.
                            I have been trying to contact MMT regarding my refund status. I cancell d a rescheduled flight which indigo gave me full refund and I received a mail too. MMT has deducted the money and now I have no platform to raise that complaint. I tried their customer care which is all automated replies, I tried their email IDs which have no support, I tried there social media and local branch offices where I got no reply.

                              My flight from Varanasi to Kolkata was first delayed and eventually cancelled by the airline carrier Gofirst which made me cancel the connecting flight from Kolkata to Guwahati as well. The airline called and confirmed that the full amount will be refunded as it was a cancellation from their end. But makemytrip then added all sorts of cancellation charges on top of this and processed a very low amount. On top of that, I am unable to reach their customer support to register a complaint as well. This is completely fraudulent behaviour. Please help.

                                I booked a flight on November 10 2021. Flight got cancelled for which i got refund in my mmt wallet. I wanted to transfer my money from wallet to account. Its been more than 4 months i have not got my refund in my account. Neither i can see it in my wallet. I raised a complain but make my trip staff told me rrm number is generated and you will recive with in 1 week. Its been 4 months i have been waiting. Your customer care number do not allow us to connect with you, No replies on mail. Now if this does not works i want a proper compensation also after my refund when i file a complaint against you guys in Court.

                                    He booked us the tickets from Bangalore to Manchester
                                    Through Vistara airlines
                                    Bangalore to Delhi to Franfurt to Manchester
                                    So in Frankfurt transit visa was required- But Abhishek said it is not required. He confirmed twice and thrice that Transit Visa is not required. And booked the wrong tickets. So In Delhi we were not allowed to travel from Delhi to Frankfurt and to Manchester.
                                    I spent 271890 for our tickets.
                                    But we were not allowed to travel because of his mistake.
                                    We asked him whether transit visa is required he said not required.
                                    Then on January 1st 2022 we could not travel and therefore we called Make My Trip From Delhi Airport and tried to ask them help us on this issue and tried to ask them to rebook the tickets for us.
                                    But the customer care staff from make my trip said she cannot help me out on that issue and she has to inform that issue to her supervisor and she said she will arrange for a call after 48 hours. But i never received any call.

                                    As i was travelling to the United Kingdom on a student visa i had filled passenger locator form, I took Covid Test and Booked my room which all should be in 48 hours duration if not it will be expired.
                                    So because of Make my trip staff's mistake we were not able to reach on January 1st as per the plan.

                                    I need a complete refund of 271890 rupees .
                                    I spent again 472500 while rebooking the tickets so i need the remaining amount of 186000 as well. Because its make my trip duty to reschedule the tickets for the same price but they didnot pick up my call and they didnt help me in rebooking the tickets for the same prices. So they should pay me 472500 in total as a refund.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I had booked a Return Journey Flight for my parents from CCU-BLR with the following details.

                                      PNR Number From Station To Station Date of Travel Number of Passengers Cancellation Date
                                      GFH4VE CCU BLR Saturday, 15 January, 2022 3 (Three) Monday, 10 January, 2022
                                      GFH4VE BLR CCU Sunday, 23 January, 2022 3 (Three) Monday, 10 January 2022

                                      The airline has canceled the operation of the flight and thus my flight ticket has also got canceled and they have refunded the amount to the agent's (Make My Trip) bank account as I have received confirmation from them. Attached is an Email Confirmation from airlines.

                                      Now Make My Trip has also processed the refund of the Transaction but still the amount is neither credited to my Make My Trip Wallet nor to the Source Bank Account that I have used while making the booking.

                                      It has already been more than a week but yet I have not received any resolution from Make my trip customer care nor Make my trip is accepting my calls.

                                      Please help me to get the refund as soon as possible.

                                        I did a booking on 07th Jan ‘21 from Bangalore to Ujjain. At first they deducted the amount Rs.2020 but showed as ‘cancelled ticket’ and when we contacted them, they replied as they would refund the whole amount within 5-7 working days. It’s been more 10 days but still they haven’t refunded the amount yet. And No IVR calls then connect for a talk with their representatives. Kindly take an action to refund my brother’s amount as soon as possible.

                                        As of now nothing has been done from the company’s end. One response came in this site as you can see, apart from that nobody has called or messaged/mailed. Kindly push this matter with little more force if possible from your part as it’s not even my money. My brother has lost this Rs.2020 without any reason. Thanking you in advance. Regards.

                                        No..the complaint hasn’t been resolved yet. Please take the matter into further consideration. My brother hasn’t still got any calls or messages regarding his deducted amount Rs.2020. Help us get that amount from this fraud company.
