Booking Id - NF[protected]
With regards to my Go First flight from Ahdbto Goa getting non operational airlines had refunded Rs6196 to my MMT wallet. To which MMt refunded onky Ra 5096 and deducted 1100 for a flight that had become non operational.
A guy from call center committed me full refund and assured of 1100 will be refunded back to me within 48 hours which is still not done.
Its been 15 days that i have been emailing but no one is even responding or refunding my deducted Rs 1100
Had alwys been MMT user but this time its the worst experience of my life.
I urge action against the responsible one for this and get me a call on [protected].

      Hi,

      I'd booked a return flight from Mumbai to Dubai and back for Mar'21 through MMT.
      (Booking ID: NN7RM386U940YY0C5237).

      I was informed by MMT saying that airline has cancelled my booking for one way and have done the refund. However they have done only partial refund instead of full refund as it is initiated by airline. I've done approx payment of Rs 38500 while booking, however have been refunded only Rs24000. Worst part is their(MMT) call center or website doesn't have option to raise complaint or take to a executive which is customer harrasment and non ethical.

      Looking forward for a prompt reply response and complete refund.

          I had booked a room for the weekend (22 January 2022 to 23 January 2022)and cancelled the booking on sixteenth January 2022.According to the cancellation policy, I am supposed to get a full refund of Rs.4430.I haven't received the refund as of Twenty fifth of January 2022 but the app is showing that the refund is credited.

          The money has not been credited to my account yet. I am attaching my bank statement herewith. I hope to get the amount refunded as soon as possible or else I will be going to the consumer court for my rightful compensation.

          I have dOne a booking with make my trip, 1st amount got deducted but booking was not completed, I tried again for 2nd time... Amount again' got deducted and booking was confirmed. But as per my bank statement it's showing payment deducted twice. Can I get my refund.? As soon as possible. It's been too difficult to contact your consumer care. Very disappointed

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I had booked 7 tickets from Delhi to Port Blair and back through MakeMyTrip with Booking ID-NF[protected] for a amount of INR 101089/-. Due to COVID the Airline cancelled the flights and the bookings were cancelled accordingly. After following up with the airlines, they refunded to the MMT sum of INR 97659/- whereas MMT refunded me only INR 54749/-
              Even after multiple mail and calls, I have not received any update from MMT on the Refund.
              Request you to kindly initiate and file a case of fraud against MakeMyTrip.

                I had booking thru make my trip In 2020 for travel dates in May 2020 but due to Covid n lockdown we couldn’t travel. I requested make my trip for a refund but they have given me a credit note of 24 months. It’s been 24 months n can’t see the possibility to travel . Mauritius hasn’t opened and my kids are r vaccinated. The ticket cost is 187000. Why can’t they just refund us the amt . We have financial crisis n kids are still young n need our hard earned money for their education. It’s a humble request pls give our money back .

                  I booked tickets from Bangalore to bhubaneswar and back to Bangalore got Jan 23 to travel to Puri Jagannath temple and paid rs 13746. I used make my trip and booked Air Asia flights. But due to COVID restrictions, Puri Jagannath temple got closed for the month of January. I cancelled my tickets with air Asia and they promised me half refund. I have attached the amount in sent by the airline. But make my trip is withholding this amount. Please help me get a refund.

                      I have canceled 2 flight bookings both of Indigo airlines made through MakeMyTrip.com
                      Pune to Chennai: Booking ID - NF25B7DZNZVKD2060728 (current status: refund of INR 6708 transferred to wallet on 31st Dec 2021)

                      and
                      Chennai to Pune: Booking ID - NF2RDML94ICCOH8P3930 (current status: refund of INR 4278 transferred to wallet on 31st Dec 2021)

                      No amount is seen in the wallet (INR 0).
                      I have not received any refund as yet as on 24th Jan 2022.

                      I have tried phone calls to the given helplines and no additional information was received. Emails go to "donotreply" automatic addresses.
                      Please help.

                          Booked a fully refundable flight with booking ID: NN[protected] on 13th Nov. Cancelled the flight on 8th Jan. The refund has not been processed, the makemytrip customer care is not providing any useful help, and the website keeps showing that the refund is under process.

                          I have received confirmation from the flight that they had processed my full refund to MMT on 24th Jan. (Screenshot attached)

                          MMT not releasing my refund and holding onto my money is strictly illegal and unethical. This would be met with strong actions if my refund is not released immediately.

                            The bus ticket booking (Booking ID#NU[protected]) (Reference PNR#27V8B2FQ) was made on 18th Jan 2022 to travel from Gurgaon to Jaipur. The bus operator Delhi Heart Vikas travels was contacted by me to know the whereabouts of bus, he informed me due to limited passangers they have cancelled the bus and they can tranfer me to another bus of Non AC category. inspite of my booking made in an AC bus. I filed a complaint with MTT India regarding the cancelation of bus on the same day. i.e. on the night of 18th Jan, before the stipulated time of bus departure. The complaint was lodged on the same day and marked as resolved by MMT on 19th January 2022 without even establishing any sort of communication with me, neither the refund of full amount is received so far.
                            I request for complete refund of INR 264/- for the bus ticket booking made on the January 2022 for travel between Gurgaon and Jaipur.

                              Complaint against make my trip

                              I am UK resident and I have booked flight tickets over the phone (recorded line), where no disclaimers or disclosure have been given and neither I have been advised to visit the website to check any further T&C’s.

                              (2 adults and 1 infant age 1 year)

                              Eventually we couldn’t board the flight because certain circumstances, but we informed the virgin atlantic air line help desk 90 minutes prior and they cancelled and put a remark on their portal and advised us to contact and inform make my trip, which we did over the phone (recorded again) and emails.

                              Now the company is not helping us, I’ve tried to call them multiple times and sent emails but they’re not helping but give fake hope and making fool out o[censored]s.

                              I am seeking my full refund as I was left with no choice and have to make a new booking with the airline directly for next day as my 69 year mum is not well .

                              I want to take legal action against the company for leaving us traumatised emotionally and financially.

                                I and my husband had booked the Dubai package in the month of November worth 179000/-. We were asked to test for covid twice before departure, 48hrs before, and 6hrs before. Our flight was on 09/01/2022 at 7.50 am. We tested negative 48 hrs before but I tested positive at Mumbai airport due to which I was denied to board on flight and institutional quarantined. We requested 'Make my trip' company to reschedule the tour when everything gets normal but they denied and proceed for a refund where we were told to receive 110000/-. The deduction is substantial and not acceptable to the middle-income groups like us. We demand that the amount to be refunded completely with cancellation charges deduction or rescheduling of our trip. COVID situation is totally unprecedented and the tourism industry should take this into consideration. We had booked the package when there was no topic of omicron.
                                We sincerely appeal to the company to refund complete refund or rescedule the tour.

                                    i had made a return trip booking thru makemytrip on gofirst airline for PNQ-DEL and return from DEL-PNQ. due to the PUNE airport closed for renovation the outward flight from PUNE-DEL has got cancelled.
                                    after followups from the airline the refund has been sucessfully done to your website on our behalf but on the makemytrip website under my trips tab the PNQ-DEL sector doesnt show at all.

                                        Boarding point & time: Manali, 8:00PM
                                        New boarding point & time: 12:00AM at midnight, Was asked to travel to Patlikuhal, 17KMS away from Manali
                                        Bus arrived: No
                                        Response from Bus operator on any numbers: No, not even one call was answered
                                        Response from MMT: No, refund request close without resolution
                                        Current response from MMT: Only IVR response and disconnection!

                                        Experience:

                                        The boarding was from Manali at 8:00PM but the bus operator told me that the boarding point was changed to patlikuhal which is 17kms after Manali on the pre-text that it would be difficult for the bus to arrive due to snow, i acknowledged and took a 4x4 ride that costed me 4000 rupees.
                                        however along the way, i could see a lot of other buses and vehicles travelling on the same road and it was not snowing!

                                        After reaching patlikuhal I was informed by the operator that the bus would arrive at 12:00AM midnight, because of which i had to wait in an isolated by-pass road without any safety in the near freezing cold temperature.
                                        The bus did not arrive at the location even after waiting for many hours post the boarding time.
                                        I had to travel to

                                        None of the contact numbers provided on the app by the operator answered the call, and I was left stranded in an isolated location next to a dark highway in the middle of the night, would would be responsible if any harm would have occurred at that point of time.

                                        MakeMytrip customer care was also pathetic as there was no way to reach a real person for support on call during that time.
                                        Even till date, i have not been able to speak to any person from MMT, as all calls get routed to an IVR, that disconnects after providing work-in-progress message each time!

                                        I had raised a request for refund, as the bus did not arrive at the spot and there was no response from the operator, but the request was closed without resolution for the refund!
                                        I have raised a second request, but there has been no response yet, its the same answer "We are looking into it, and our team will get back to you"

                                        Look into this and arrange a call back.

                                        I feel this website is more interested in getting bookings done, and there are no resources dedicated to answering or helping customers when they are in danger or in need!
                                        I regret, using this platform for my bookings!
