I have made tons of bookings using makemytrip account. As per the online account dashboard, the points are 2802 which makes me eligible for "Gold Tier". There is a message also written in dashboard confirming the same and I have been seeing that from more than 2 months. The Gold Tier advantage gives you discount vouchers which can be used for further bookings. As I am not updated, all thanks to lazy and pathetic MMT software system, I never got these benefits and I suffered while making an urgent booking also. I called up customer care to see if they can provide this voucher or benefit on ad-hoc basis as the system is slow in updating, but it was of no use. The customer care assured response in 48 hours but nothing has happened. I wasted another 5-6 calls (total more than 60 mins), launched 2-3 complaints in online account, emailed, posted on facebook and what not. To my amazement, every time I receive a response that "we are working on your request and will get back to you in 24-48 hours". Basically, MMT doesn't care about customer issues and the service is horrible and non-existant. All they do is SHAMELESSLY provide the same answer "24-48 hours". This is the only way I can spell out my frustration, and I request ALL not to go for these lucrative offers. NOTHING HAPPENS and IT IS ALL FALSE.

Updated by vercetti_86 It is an old complaint but you never attempted to resolve this. Like I said, I had to make an urgent booking and no benefit was given from accumulated reward points.Your entire system of Gold Tier is changed now and my benefit went into toilet with that change. Anyway, the bookings which I had to made urgently are NF[protected] or NF[protected] . If you are still serious about it, you must provide atleast discount vouchers for domestic flights as a sign of good faith and regret your pathetic service.
