Complaint: Make-My-Trip is a travel agent who is giving my refund for the cancelled Indigo airlines ticket (PNR number OC4RXA).
As per Indigo ( see below mail), the refund was processed on August 16th 2015 and its pending now with Make-My-Trip.
I had been contacting Make-my-trip customer care so many times. I raised the following complaints. No action is taken yet.
Looks like they are doing a scam by holding public money.
